Description
A FILTRATION DEVICE FOR LASER PROCESSING MACHINES
Technical Field
The invention relates to a filtration device for laser processing machinery, which enables the emission of harmful smoke particles emitted to the environment during the use of the laser processing machines used to form patterns on denim fabrics, which can be filtered into the environment as clean air.
In particular, the invention relates to an electrostatic filtering apparatus for filtering out smoke particles emitted into the environment during the use of laser processing machines used to form patterns on denim fabrics.
Background of the Invention
Nowadays, laser processing machines are used for burning, cutting, marking or creating visual patterns on fabrics.
In particular, the use of laser processing machines has been significantly increased for the formation of worn-out images on garments such as trousers, shirts, skirts and jackets produced from denim fabrics.
During the operations such as cutting, shaping and pattern forming of the laser processing machines, the smoke particles that are harmful to the environment and health are spread to the environment.
The smoke particles, which are harmful to the environment and health, are released into the atmosphere and they pollute the environment and threaten the health of the workers. These particles may cause occupational diseases such as silicosis in a certain period depending on the amount of the inhalation.
Similarly, although an exhaust system has been installed and the buildings are being discharged directly into the atmosphere, this means that the atmosphere and thus the environment are polluted.
In order to prevent this, some filtering systems are introduced in the laser processing machines used in the enterprises. Most of these systems are mechanical filters, hepa filters and activated carbon filters. These filtering systems are very complicated, installation and especially high operating costs. Filter materials should be changed periodically in short intervals. In such a case, businesses do not want to use these filtering systems because they do not want to use this cost.
In the US patent application US5567207, the present invention relates to“The present invention relates to an environmentally safe, water-free method for color fading and for producing patterns on textile materials by exposure to laser radiation of sufficient intensity to cause photo-decomposition of the coloring agent while leaving the underlying textile material undamaged. The pre-dyed material, such as denim, is scanned by a laser beam generated by a selected laser having selective output characteristics to produce uniform fading and patterns of photo-bleached marks on the textile material. When the laser radiation is modulated at a selected frequency, the fading may take the form of stone washing, echo ball washing, or acid washing techniques commonly used on denim materials. The patterns may take the form of any desired image, line, or picture in the substrate material. For mass production the textile materials may be moved under the laser by a conveyer belt or similar means.”
In the said application, a laser processing machine and a method of forming patterns on the textile of said laser processing machine are disclosed.
In the PCT application WO2018073468, the present invention relates to” The invention relates to a method for the localized marking of clothing, which consists of: applying a chemical product on the clothing to be marked, which chemical product, when activated with heat, produces a color change in said area of clothing; and activating the product in the area of clothing to be marked, by means of the spot application of heat by means of a laser. This method allows high definition of the marked area without affecting the strength properties of the clothing or fabric in question.”
In the aforementioned application, a laser processing machine is disclosed which allows marking for localized area in textile products.
In the PCT application WO2017081346, the present invention relates to“The invention relates to a machine for laser marking textile products, which comprises two conveyor belts having bidirectional movement (forwards and reverse) for transporting products to a marking zone, and a control device that independently controls the movement of each belt. According to the invention, the machine comprises a laser head having a work area covering a zone of both belts, and the system marks the textile product while the textile product is static”
In the aforementioned application, a laser processing machine is used for marking textile products and for moving forward and backward to move to a marking zone.
Due to the aforementioned disadvantages, it has been required to introduce a new filtration device for laser processing machines.
Disclosure of the Invention
From this aspect of the art, the object of the invention is to provide a new filtering device which eliminates the smoke particles present for laser processing machines.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that protects the human health by preventing the environment and users from being affected by smoke particles.
Another object of the invention is to provide an environmentally friendly structure due to the minimum amount of waste released into the environment.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure with a much higher and lower cost of filtration efficiency.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that offers high efficiency even for small submicron particles which constitute the maximum percentage of airborne particles.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that provides a very low pressure drop compared to the equivalent filtration systems.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which requires maintenance only at certain intervals, since the assembly is made of metal steel plate electrodes, which does not require any change during its lifetime (15-20 years).
