Abstract

The present invention relates to an extraction juicer. An extraction juicer according to the present invention comprises: a body which includes a driving shaft protruding upward; a housing which has an open top to have an introduction port for introducing a material, includes an extract outlet for discharging an extract extracted from the material and a residue outlet for discharging remaining residues, and is mounted on the body, the extract outlet and the residue outlet being formed outside to be spaced apart from each other; and a screw which is disposed at the lower end inside the housing and is coupled to the driving shaft to rotate. The screw comprises: a screw body which is rotated about a rotation shaft; and one or more screw threads which are formed to protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the screw body and pulverize, compress, and transfer a material introduced through the introduction port and positioned between the introduction port and the screw threads, so as to produce an extract.
