Description

Decorative panel mounting structure
The present invention relates to a decorative panel mounting structure.
Conventionally, when a unit room having a water supply / drainage facility is installed in a house, the unit room is configured to be properly housed in a predetermined installation space of the house (see, for example, Patent Document 1). That is, it is configured so that there is as little gap as possible between the unit room and the installation space. Since there is almost no gap between the two and the outer surface of the side wall of the unit room (hereinafter, simply referred to as the room wall) is hardly exposed, there is almost no need to consider the aesthetic appearance of the outer surface of the exposed room wall. ..
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2003-232134
An example of a house is an industrialized unit house. Unit houses are used not only for general houses but also for temporary housing and offices at construction sites, construction sites and disaster areas. As a mode of arranging the unit room in the unit house, if the internal space of the unit house is larger than the installation space of the unit room and the room wall is installed away from the house wall of the unit house, the room wall The exposed outer surface makes it easier to see the outer surface of the exposed room wall.
In many cases, a reinforcing body (for example, a rib) for reinforcing the room wall is provided on the outer surface of the room wall. In the unit house, the aesthetic appearance of the unit room is spoiled by exposing the outer surface of the room wall provided with the reinforcing body or the like.
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a decorative panel mounting structure that improves the aesthetic appearance of the unit room at low cost.
In order to solve the above technical problems, according to the present invention, the following decorative panel mounting structure is provided.

The rib 30 is provided so as to extend from one end to the other end of the wall body, but it can also be partially provided at a required location. The plurality of horizontal ribs 31 and the plurality of vertical ribs 32 are linearly parallel, but can also be curvedly parallel. The horizontal rib 31 intersects the vertical rib 32 at a right angle, but may intersect the vertical rib 32 at a right angle.
The rib 30 can be made of a material such as resin or metal, but when it is integrally molded with the wall body of the room wall, the rib 30 is made of the same material as the wall body, that is, reinforced with glass fiber or carbon fiber. It is preferably a fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) in which the material is blended with a resin material. Further, when the rib 30 is not integrally molded with the wall body of the room wall, the rib 30 may be made of the same material as the wall body, that is, a fiber reinforced plastic blended with glass fiber or carbon fiber as a reinforcing material, or other. It can also be made of resin, metal, etc. The wall body of the room wall is formed by bending or pressing a decorative plate material having a decorative layer on the inner surface of the metal plate material, or by bending or pressing a decorative plate material having a decorative layer on the inner surface of the metal plate material. After press working, the gypsum board can be integrated with the outer surface of the metal plate material.
As described above, since the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26 act as separated room walls, the exposed room front wall 23 and the room right by exposing the outer surfaces of the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26. Each outer surface of the wall 26 is easily visible. Since, for example, lattice-shaped ribs 30 are provided on the outer surfaces of the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26, the aesthetic appearance of the unit room 10 is impaired.
In order to improve the aesthetic appearance of the unit room 10, a decorative panel 40 is attached to each outer surface of the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26. Further, the cost can be reduced by limiting the mounting of the decorative panel 40 to the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26, which require improvement in aesthetic appearance.
As the base material (panel base material) of the decorative panel 40, a wood-based material, a nitrogen-based material, a resin-based material, a gypsum board-based material, or a composite thereof can be used. Examples of wood-based materials include wood laminated boards such as plywood and LVL (single board laminated material), wood boards such as PB (particle board), and wood fiber boards such as MDF (medium density fiberboard) and hard board. Be done. Further, the wood-based material may be a wood powder / plastic composite material (WPC) in which a synthetic resin-based material contains wood flour, an inorganic filler, a compatibilizer, a colorant, or the like in a predetermined content ratio. Examples of the resin-based material include various thermoplastic resins and thermosetting resins. As the nitrogen-based material, a cement plate or the like can be used. The front surface 41 of the decorative panel 40 can be a decorative surface in which a decorative sheet such as a resin film or a veneer is laminated on a panel base material.
The back surface 42 of the decorative panel 40 is used as a second mounting surface for mounting the decorative panel 40 on the outer surface of the room wall, that is, on each outer surface of the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26. A plurality of second engaging members 60 are provided on the back surface 42 of the decorative panel 40. For example, in the decorative panel 40 shown in FIG. 5, a total of six second engaging members 60 are provided in which the vertical arrangement is two columns and the horizontal arrangement is three rows.
On the other hand, each outer surface of the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26 is used as a first mounting surface for mounting the decorative panel 40. A first engaging member 50 is provided at a position corresponding to a second engaging member 60 on each outer surface of the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26. For example, in the decorative panel 40 shown in FIG. 5, a total of six second engaging members 60 are provided in which the vertical arrangement is two columns and the horizontal arrangement is three rows. When the decorative panel 40 is attached to the outer surfaces of the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26, the back surface 42 (second mounting surface) of the decorative panel 40 is the outer surface (second mounting surface) of the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26. 1) Closely opposed to the mounting surface).
As shown in FIG. 6, the first engaging member 50 has a first main body portion 51, two first mounting portions 52, 52, and two protruding guide portions 56, 56, and has a male type engagement. It is a compound member. The first engaging member 50 is created, for example, by bending a pressed metal plate. The first engaging member 50 can also be made of a rigid resin material by molding.
The first main body portion 51 is a plate-shaped portion extending in the vertical direction (vertical direction). The first mounting portion 52 is formed by bending the first main body portion 51 in the vertical direction (vertical direction) at an angle of, for example, 90 degrees. The first mounting portion 52 is formed with a penetrating first mounting hole 53 for screwing. A notch 54 is formed between the two first mounting portions 52 and 52.
The width of the notch 54 is sized to accept the vertical rib 32 having a certain thickness. The first engaging member 50 is fixed to the outer surface of the room front wall 23 or the outer surface of the room right wall 26 in a state where the vertical rib 32 is inserted into the notch portion 54. The first engaging member 50 is fixed to the lateral rib 31 by, for example, screwing through the first mounting hole 53 of the first mounting portion 52. Fixing the vertical rib 32 in a state of being inserted into the notch portion 54 acts as a detent for the first engaging member 50.
The protruding guide portion 56 is a hook formed by bending the first main body portion 51 in the front-rear direction at an angle of, for example, 90 degrees. The protruding guide portion 56 is connected to the first main body portion 51 via the support portion 55. The protruding guide portion 56 is substantially opposed to the first main body portion 51. The projecting guide portion 56 extends upward from the support portion 55. The protruding guide portion 56 has a narrow tip portion 56a above and a wide base portion 56b below. The narrow tip portion 56a is located on the side away from the support portion 55. The wide base portion 56b is located on the side closer to the support portion 55.
The engagement opening 57 is formed by interposing the support portion 55 between the first main body portion 51 and the protruding guide portion 56. The engaging opening 57 has a wide wide opening 57a and a narrow narrow opening 57b. The wide opening 57a is formed above the engagement start side. The narrow opening 57b is formed below the side opposite to the engagement start side (that is, the engagement completion side). The narrow opening 57b is formed on the side of the first main body 51 (that is, on the outer surface side of the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26 when attached). As shown in FIGS. 6B and 8B, the wide opening width 71 of the wide opening 57a is much larger and wider than the thickness of the second main body 61 of the second engaging member 60, which will be described later. The width of the narrow opening 57b The narrow opening width 72 is sized so as to be slightly larger than the thickness of the second main body 61 of the second engaging member 60.
As shown in FIG. 7, the second engaging member 60 has a second main body portion 61, two second mounting portions 62, 62, and two connecting portions 65, 65, and is a female type engaging member. It is a member. The second engaging member 60 is created, for example, by bending a pressed metal plate. The second engaging member 60 can also be made of a rigid resin material by molding.
The second main body portion 61 is a plate-shaped portion extending in the lateral direction. The second mounting portion 62 is connected to the second main body portion 61 via the connecting portion 65. The connecting portion 65 is bent at an angle of, for example, 90 degrees in the front-rear direction with respect to the second main body portion 61. The second mounting portion 62 is bent at an angle of, for example, 90 degrees in the left-right direction (lateral direction) with respect to the connecting portion 65.
As shown in FIG. 8C, the engaging length 91 in the left-right direction (lateral direction) of the second main body portion 61 is the engagement length in the left-right direction (lateral direction) of the two protruding guide portions 56, 56. The dimensions are configured to be longer than 92. For example, the engageable length 91 has a dimension configuration that is about 1.5 to 3 times longer than the engagement length 92, and is about twice as long in the example shown in FIG. 8C. The difference length (adjustment allowance in the lateral direction) 93 is, for example, about 0.5 to 2 times the engagement length 92, and in the example shown in FIG. 8C, it is roughly the engagement length 92. It is the same length. Therefore, the second engaging member 60 can be engaged with the first engaging member 50 without being accurately positioned in the lateral direction.
The second mounting portion 62 is formed with a through second mounting hole 63 for screwing. The second engaging member 60 is fixed to the back surface 42 of the decorative panel 40 by screwing, for example, via the second mounting hole 63 of the second mounting portion 62.
The two second mounting portions 62, 62 extend substantially parallel to the second main body portion 61. A receiving portion 67 is formed in a space surrounded by the second main body portion 61 and the two second mounting portions 62, 62. The receiving portion 67 is sized so as to detachably receive the two protruding guide portions 56, 56. By accommodating the two protruding guide portions 56, 56 in the receiving portion 67, a detachable engaging relationship is formed between the first engaging member 50 and the second engaging member 60. As described above, the first engaging member 50 is a male type engaging member, and the second engaging member 60 is a female type engaging member. By making the first engaging member 50 a separate member from the decorative panel 40 and the second engaging member 60 separate from the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26, it is possible to flexibly respond to design changes.
In the upper part of the first engaging member 50, the narrow tip portion 56a is narrow and the wide opening 57a is wide. Therefore, at the start of engagement, the second engaging member 60 is the second. 2 It becomes easy to guide the main body 61 to the engaging opening 57. As a result, the second engaging member 60 is easily engaged with the first engaging member 50, so that the decorative panel 40 provided with the second engaging member 60 can be used in the room provided with the first engaging member 50. It can be easily attached to each outer surface of the front wall 23 and the room right wall 26.
At the lower part of the first engaging member 50, the wide base portion 56b is wide and the narrow opening 57b is narrow. In the engagement opening 57, the narrow opening 57b is located on the opposite side of the engagement start side (that is, the engagement completion side), so that when the engagement is completed, the first engagement member 50 and the second engagement member 50 are engaged. An engagement relationship without rattling is formed with the member 60. As a result, rattling of the decorative panel 40 attached to each outer surface of the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26 is prevented.
Since the narrow opening 57b is located on the side of the first main body 51, the second main body 61 of the second engaging member 60 is attracted to the side of the first main body 51. That is, the decorative panel 40 provided with the second engaging member 60 is attracted to each outer surface side of the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26. As a result, when the decorative panel 40 is attached to each outer surface of the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26, the space required for installing the decorative panel 40 can be reduced.
As shown in FIG. 9, two decorative panels 40 and 40, an upper decorative panel 45 for opening, a lower decorative panel 46 for opening, and a decorative panel 48 for adjustment are attached to the outer surface of the front wall 23 of the room. Has been done. These decorative panels 40, 45, 46, 48 can be attached to the outer surface of the room front wall 23 by moving from top to bottom, and can be attached to the outer surface of the room front wall 23 by moving from bottom to top. Can be removed from the outer surface. That is, the decorative panel 40 is detachably attached in the vertical direction (vertical direction) with respect to the outer surface of the room front wall 23 as the separated room wall. According to this configuration, the decorative panel 40 removed after the use in a certain unit room 10 is finished can be attached to another unit room 10 and used, so that the decorative panel 40 can be reused.
The decorative panel 40 generally extends in the vertical direction (vertical direction) from the house floor surface 2 to the house top surface 9. However, as shown in FIG. 11, in the decorative panel 40, the lower end portion of the decorative panel 40 abuts on the house floor surface 2, and the top surface gap 83 is formed between the upper end portion of the decorative panel 40 and the house top surface 9. It is dimensionally configured to be formed. The top surface gap 83 is an adjustment allowance in the vertical direction (vertical direction) for moving the decorative panel 40 in the vertical direction (vertical direction) when the decorative panel 40 is detachably attached. Since the top surface gap 83 is provided to form a detachable engaging relationship between the first engaging member 50 and the second engaging member 60, it does not need to be so large. Further, since the top surface gap 83 is formed above the upper end portion of the decorative panel 40, it is difficult to visually recognize the existence of the top surface gap 83. Therefore, it can be said that the top space 81 formed between the house top 9 of the unit house 1 and the room top wall 21 of the unit room 10 is substantially covered with the decorative panel 40.
On the other hand, since the lower end of the decorative panel 40 abuts on the house floor surface 2, the floor surface space 82 formed between the house floor surface 2 of the unit house 1 and the room floor wall 22 of the unit room 10 is a decorative panel. It is completely covered with 40.
Even if the decorative panel 40 is accurately sized so that the decorative panel 40 on the left side of FIG. 9 comes into close contact with the inner surface of the left wall 5 of the house, it often does not fit well at the installation site. Therefore, the difference length 93 obtained by subtracting the engagement length 92 of the two protruding guide portions 56, 56 from the engageable length 91 of the second main body portion 61 can be used as the adjustment allowance in the lateral direction. The engagement length 92 is a length formed by separating the two protruding guide portions 56, 56. The differential length (horizontal adjustment allowance) 93 is used to adjust the position of the decorative panel 40 in the left-right direction (horizontal direction) after the decorative panel 40 is attached to the outer surfaces of the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26. It is provided.
After mounting the left decorative panel 40 from top to bottom, by moving the left decorative panel 40 to the left, the left decorative panel 40 is in contact with the inner surface of the left wall 5 of the house. Decorative panel 40 can be installed. That is, by providing the lateral adjustment allowance 93 in the receiving portion 67 of the second engaging member 60, the decorative panel 40 can be positioned at the optimum position in the horizontal direction (horizontal direction).
After the decorative panel 40 on the left side is installed, the decorative panel 40 in the center is installed in a state of being in close contact with the decorative panel 40 on the left side. After the central decorative panel 40 is installed, the upper decorative panel 45 for opening and the lower decorative panel 46 for opening on the right side are installed in a state of being in close contact with the central decorative panel 40.
Similarly, the decorative panel 40 on the rear side is installed so that the decorative panel 40 on the rear side of FIG. 9 comes into close contact with the inner surface of the rear wall 7 of the house. After the rear decorative panel 40 is installed, the front decorative panel 40 is installed in a state of being in close contact with the rear decorative panel 40. After the decorative panel 40 on the front side is installed, the adjusting decorative panel 40 is installed in a state of being in close contact with the opening upper decorative panel 45 and the opening lower decorative panel 46. As a result, the outer surfaces of the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26 having the grid-shaped ribs 30 are prevented from being exposed, so that the aesthetic appearance of the unit room 10 is improved.
According to the above configuration, the decorative panel 40 is attached to the outer surface of the separated room walls 23 and 26 located apart from the house wall, and covers the top surface space 81 and the floor surface space 82 so that the outer surface of the room wall is covered. Since the exposure is prevented, the aesthetic appearance of the unit room 10 is improved. Further, the cost can be reduced by limiting the mounting of the decorative panel 40 to the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26, which require improvement in aesthetic appearance.
When the decorative panel 40 is attached to the outer surfaces of the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26 in a state where the second engaging member 60 is engaged with the first engaging member 50, as shown in FIG. 11, the decorative panel 40 The lower end of the house is in contact with the floor surface 2 of the house. At this time, the lower surface of the second main body 61 is in contact with the upper surface of the support 55 or is located slightly in front of the contact position. Since the load of the decorative panel 40 is received by the house floor surface 2, the load of the decorative panel 40 is hardly applied to the first engaging member 50 and the second engaging member 60. As a result, the stable fixing of the first engaging member 50 to the outer surfaces of the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26 is maintained, and the stable fixing of the second engaging member 60 to the decorative panel 40 is maintained. ..
The mounting structure of the decorative panel 40 according to the modified example will be described with reference to FIG.
The room wall of the unit room 10 is made of fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) in which a reinforcing material such as glass fiber or carbon fiber is mixed with a resin material, as in the above embodiment. In the rib 30, the boss 34 is formed by thickening the portion where the horizontal rib 31 and the vertical rib 32 intersect. A metal nut member having a screw hole 35 is embedded in the boss 34. As a result, the screw hole 35 is formed in the boss 34.
The first engaging member 50 is provided on the outer surface of the room wall of the unit room 10 (for example, the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26). The first engaging member 50 has a first main body portion 51, a supporting portion 55, and one protruding guide portion 56, and is a male type engaging member.
The first main body portion 51 is a plate-shaped portion extending in the vertical direction (vertical direction). The first main body 51 is formed with a penetrating first mounting hole 53 for screwing. A notch 54 is formed at the lower end of the first main body 51. The support portion 55 is formed by bending the first main body portion 51 in the front-rear direction at an angle of, for example, 90 degrees.
The width of the notch 54 is sized to accommodate the thickness of the vertical rib 32. The first engaging member 50 is fixed to each outer surface of the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26 in a state where the vertical rib 32 is inserted into the notch portion 54. The first engaging member 50 is fixed to the boss 34 by, for example, screwing through the first mounting hole 53 of the first mounting portion 52 and the screw hole 35 of the boss 34. Fixing the vertical rib 32 in a state of being inserted into the notch portion 54 acts as a detent for the first engaging member 50.
The protruding guide portion 56 is a hook formed by bending the support portion 55 in the vertical direction (vertical direction) at an angle of, for example, 90 degrees. The protruding guide portion 56 is connected to the first main body portion 51 via the support portion 55. The projecting guide portion 56 extends upward from the support portion 55.
A female second engaging member 60 shown in FIG. 7 is provided on the back surface 42 of the decorative panel 40. By accommodating the protruding guide portion 56 in the receiving portion 67 of the second engaging member 60, an engaging relationship is formed between the first engaging member 50 and the second engaging member 60.
Although the specific embodiment of the present invention has been described, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the present invention.
The front surface 41 of the decorative panel 40 preferably has the same color and pattern as the house walls 3, 5, 6 and 7 of the unit house 1. According to this configuration, colors and patterns are unified in the room of the unit house 1. However, various colors and patterns can be adopted for the front surface 41 of the decorative panel 40 according to the preference of the user.
A female second engaging member 60 is provided on the outer surface of the room wall of the unit room 10 (for example, the room front wall 23 and the room right wall 26), and a male second engaging member 60 is provided on the back surface 42 of the decorative panel 40. It is also possible to make a mode in which 1 engaging member 50 is provided. In this case, the protruding guide portion 56 of the first engaging member 50 extends downward, and the engaging opening 57 opens downward. As a result, the decorative panels 40, 45, 46, 48 can be attached to the outer surface of the room front wall 23 by moving from top to bottom, and the room front wall 23 can be attached by moving from bottom to top. Can be removed from the outer surface of.
When the load of the decorative panel 40 is received by the house floor surface 2 and the load of the decorative panel 40 is hardly applied to the first engaging member 50 and the second engaging member 60, the room front wall 23 and the room right wall The method of fixing the first engaging member 50 to each outer surface of 26 may be fixing with an adhesive. Similarly, the method of fixing the second engaging member 60 to the back surface 42 of the decorative panel 40 may be fixing with an adhesive. According to this configuration, stable fixing and cost reduction can be realized by selecting the optimum fixing method.
For example, the unit room 10 can be arranged in the unit house 1 so that only the room rear wall 27 of the room walls is located in the vicinity of the house rear wall 7. In this case, the decorative panel 40 is attached to each outer surface of the room front wall 23, the room right wall 26, and the room left wall 25 that act as separated room walls. Further, the unit is such that the room rear wall 27, the room left wall 25, and the room right wall 26 of the room walls are located in the vicinity of the house rear wall 7, the house left wall 5, and the house right wall 6, respectively. The room 10 can also be arranged in the unit house 1. In this case, the decorative panel 40 is attached only to the outer surface of the room front wall 23 that acts as a separation room wall. According to this configuration, the installation cost of the decorative panel 40 can be suppressed by attaching the decorative panel 40 only to the place where it is necessary to cover with the decorative panel 40.
As the water supply / drainage facility in the unit room 10, the shower room 12, the toilet bowl 13, the wash basin 14 and the kitchen table can be appropriately provided individually or in combination thereof.
The first engaging member 50 can be integrated with the decorative panel 40, and the second engaging member 60 can be integrated with the separation room walls 23 and 26.
