本申请提供了一种保护套及移动终端,该保护套包括套体,用于套设在移动终端的至少部分外围;电池,与套体可拆卸式连接;供电组件,设置于套体,用于向移动终端传送电能;其中,电池安装于套体时,供电组件与电池电连接用于向移动终端传输电能。其中,套体与电池之间采用可拆卸的方式进行连接,使得在一些情况下,可以仅使用套体为移动终端提供保护作用,在另一些情况下,可以将电池安装在套体上,以通过供电组件为移动终端提供电能。

Description

一种保护套及移动终端
本申请要求在2019年4月4日提交中国国家知识产权局、申请号为201920458363.8、发明名称为“一种保护套及移动终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及到移动终端技术领域,尤其涉及到一种保护套及移动终端。
背景技术
现阶段,手机保护套广泛存在于手机配件市场;现有手机保护套主要功能是防止手机受到磕碰时而受到损坏,功能比较单一。随着用户对手机的依赖性越来越强,对手机的续航能力也有了更高层次的要求,因此,便携式移动电源(如充电宝)广泛应用在手机配件市场中。但是,便携式移动电源一般体积较大、较为笨重,不便于用户随身携带。一般情况下,便携式移动电源在对手机进行充电时,通过线缆与手机的充电接口进行连接,用户在使用手机的同时只能将便携式移动电源放入口袋或背包内,极大降低了用户的使用体验。
实用新型内容
本申请提供了一种保护套及移动终端,用以提高移动终端的使用效果。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种保护套,包括套体、电池和供电组件;具体地,套体用于套设在移动终端的至少部分外围;电池与套体可拆卸式连接;供电组件设置于所述套体,用于向移动终端传送电能,电池安装于套体时,供电组件与电池电连接,从而使得电池中的电能能够通过供电组件传送至移动终端,为移动终端进行充电。其中,套体套设在移动终端的至少部分外围可以为移动终端提供保护作用,以防止移动终端在受到跌落、磕碰时发生损坏。电池,可以储备电能,在需要时,可以通过将电池连接至供电组件,以向移动终端提供电能。其中,套体与电池之间采用可拆卸的方式进行连接,使得在移动终端不需要充电、即电能较饱满时,可以仅使用套体为移动终端提供保护作用,在移动终端电能不饱满或没电关机时,可以将电池安装在套体上,以通过供电组件为移动终端提供电能。
在一个具体的实施方案中,所述供电组件可以包括供电线圈,所述供电线圈与所述电池电连接。供电线圈可将电池的电能通过无线电能传输技术输送至移动终端,从而使得充电方式更加便捷。
在具体实施时,可将供电线圈设置在套体内部,达到保护供电线圈的作用,且保护套更加美观;具体实现时,所述套体包括内套体和外套体,所述供电线圈位于所述内套体和所述外套体之间;所述外套体的外侧具有与所述供电线圈电连接的第一正极导电端和第一负极导电端。其中,第一正极导电端和第一负极导电端用于与电池进行连接,且第一正极导电端和第一负极导电端具体可以为导电涂层。
相应地,为了与供电组件实现可靠、便捷的连接,所述电池还可以具有第二正极导电端和第二负极导电端;所述第二正极导电端与所述第一正极导电端电连接,所述第二负极导电端与所述第一负极导电端电连接。
在具体实施时,所述第二正极导电端和所述第二负极导电端可以设置为导电涂层。
所述套体与电池之间的可拆卸式连接为:卡接、粘接、磁吸式连接中的任意一种。
在一个具体的实施方案中,所述套体与电池之间可以采用卡接的方式实现可拆卸式连接;例如可以在套体上设置卡孔,在电池上设置卡扣,所述卡孔与所述卡扣卡接。由于卡孔为凹陷的结构,因此,单独使用套体时,卡孔并不会影响到用户的使用体验。
在另一个具体的实施方案中,所述供电组件可以包括供电电路;所述供电电路的一端与所述电池电连接,另一端具有用于与移动终端的受电接口连接的供电接口。这样,电池可以通过设置在套体上的供电电路实现与移动终端的电连接。
其中,电池的种类可以有很多种,可以为可充电电池,例如锂电池;也可以为一次性电池,例如锌空电池。
在一个具体实施方案中,电池中包含锌空电芯组件。所述电池的壳体包括基板和盖板;所述基板的第一板面具有容置槽,所述锌空电芯组件位于所述容置槽内,所述盖板盖设在所述基板的第一板面;其中,所述盖板具有与所述容置槽连通的透气孔。当电池使用完毕或失效后,丢弃或回收即可,不会对用户和环境造成压力。
为了提升电池的供电电压,所述容置槽可以间隔设有多个,每个所述容置槽内具有一个所述锌空电芯组件,多个所述锌空电芯组件串联。其中,容置槽的具体数量和位置排布可以是多样的。
另外,本申请还提供了一种移动终端,包括上述任意一种的保护套;其中,所述移动终端可以为:手机、平板电脑、电子书中的任意一种或者其他的移动终端设备。保护套不仅可以为移动终端提供保护功能,还能够可选地为移动终端提供电能,且在不需要供电时,也不会影响到移动终端的使用便携性。
在一些具体实施方案中,所述移动终端具有与所述供电组件电连接的受电线圈。其中,移动终端与供电组件的电连接具体可以通过:供电组件中的电能传输至受电线圈,即可以通过无线电能传输技术将电池中的电能输送至移动终端,从而使得充电方式更加便捷。

具体实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本申请作进一步地详细描述。
为了方便理解本申请实施例提供的保护套,下面首先说明一下其应用场景,该保护套可以应用于移动终端,如手机、平板电脑或电子书等,当然还可以应用于其他具有移动充电需求的终端中,但是无论采用哪种移动终端,其均可以应用本申请所公开的保护套。如图1至图3所示,在本申请公开的一个具体实施方案中。保护套包括套体100、电池200和供电组件(图中未示出);套体100用于套设在移动终端的至少部分外围,以对移动终端进行保护。在一些具体实施方案中,套体100套设在移动终端的至少部分外围具体可以是:套体100套设在移动终端的背面和侧面,或者套体100套设在移动终端的背面和部分侧面,或者套体100还可以包括用于保护移动终端的正面(如屏幕)的保护盖。另外,套体100的材质可以是硅胶、聚碳酸酯、丙烯酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、木材、金属等;本申请对套体100的具体形状、材质以及与移动终端之间的配合关系不作限定。
此外,本申请实施例的保护套还可以包括电池200,该电池200可以储备电能,在需要时,可以通过供电组件向移动终端提供电能。并且套体100与电池200之间采用可拆卸的方式进行连接,使得在移动终端不需要充电的情况下,用户可以仅使用套体100为移动终端提供保护作用,在移动终端需要进行充电的情况下,用户可以选择将电池200安装在套体100上,以通过供电组件为移动终端提供电能。在具体实现可拆卸连接时,套体100与电池200之间的可拆卸式连接可以但不限于为:卡接、粘接、磁吸式连接或者其他的连接方式。
如图2和图3所示,在本申请提供的实施例中,套体100与电池200之间采用卡接的方式进行实现可拆卸式连接。
其中,套体上具有第一固定部110,电池具有第二固定部211。第一固定部110具体为卡孔,第二固定部211具体为卡扣。套体100的背部具有该卡孔,电池壳体的外部具有该卡扣;当需要电池200为移动终端进行供电时,可将电池200卡接在套体100的背部;当不需要电池200为移动终端进行供电时,可直接取下电池200,使电池200与套体100分离,从而不会影响到用户的使用体验。另外,由于卡孔为内凹式结构,因此,用户在单独使用套体100时,用户手部几乎感觉不到卡孔的存在,因此,卡孔的设置不会影响到用户的使用手感。
在一些实施例中,第一固定部110也可以为卡扣,第二固定部211为卡孔。另外,也可以采用粘接、磁吸式连接的方式实现套体100与电池200之间的可拆卸式连接。
例如,可以利用双面胶将电池200粘接固定在套体100的外侧。也可以在套体100上设置磁铁或者能与磁铁相吸合的金属件(例如铁、钴、镍及其合金),在电池上设置能与磁铁相吸合的金属件(例如铁、钴、镍及其合金)或者磁铁。
在电池200与套体100连接时,电池200可以通过供电组件给移动终端进行供电。在具体设置时,供电组件设置于套体100,用于向移动终端传送电能。该供电组件的供电方式可以为多种,如无线供电或者有线供电,下面分别进行说明。
如图4所示,在本申请提供的一个实施例中,保护套通过无线供电的方式向移动终端进行供电。供电组件包括供电线圈300,供电线圈300与电池电连接。供电线圈300可将电池的电能通过无线电能传输技术输送至移动终端,从而使得充电方式更加方便快捷;当然,移 动终端中可以相应设置受电线圈,以接收电能。在具体实施时,可将供电线圈300设置在套体100内部。
例如,套体100包括内套体120和外套体130,供电线圈300位于内套体120和外套体130之间。在具体制作时,可采用压合工艺将供电线圈300、内套体120和外套体130进行封装。
其中,为了便于实现供电线圈300和电池200之间的电连接,外套体130的外侧具有与供电线圈300电连接的第一正极导电端140和第一负极导电端150。在具体实施时,第一正极导电端140和第一负极导电端150可以均为导电涂层。当然还可以采用其他的结构作为正负极,如导线或者柔性电路等。
由于套体100与电池200之间为可拆卸式连接,为了便于当套体100与电池200连接为一体时,同时实现套体100中供电线圈300与电池200的电连接。请结合参阅图3,在本申请提供的实施例中,电池具有第二正极导电端212和第二负极导电端213。在具体实施时,第二正极导电端212和第二负极导电端213可以均为导电涂层。当然还可以采用其他的结构作为正负极,如导线或者柔性电路等。
当电池200安装在套体100上后,第一正极导电端140和第二正极导电端212对接形成通路,第一负极导电端150和第二负极导电端213对接形成通路,电池200中的电能能够传输至供电线圈300,并由供电线圈300向移动终端传输电能。
如图5和图6所示,在本申请提供的另一实施例中,为了增加保护套的适用范围。保护套通过有线供电的方式向移动终端进行供电。
供电组件包括供电电路310,供电电路310的一端与电池200电连接,另一端具有用于与移动终端的受电接口连接的供电接口320。其中,供电电路310可以是金属片或者其他导电体。
在进行制作时,套体100可以包括内套体120和外套体130,供电电路位于内套体120和外套体130之间,采用压合工艺将供电电路、内套体120和外套体130进行封装。
该导电电路的一端与供电接口320电连接,另一端与外套体130外侧的第一正极导电端140和第一负极导电端150电连接。由于套体100与电池200之间为可拆卸式连接,为了便于当套体100与电池200连接为一体时,同时实现导电电路与电池的电连接,在本申请提供的实施例中,电池壳体的外侧具有第二正极导电端212和第二负极导电端213。
在具体实施时,第一正极导电端140、第一负极导电端150、第二正极导电端212以及第二负极导电端213可以均为导电涂层,以降低套体100的重量。
当电池200安装在套体100上后,第一正极导电端140和第二正极导电端212对接,第一负极导电端150和第二负极导电端213对接,电池200中的电能能够通过导电电路传输至移动终端。
其中,供电接口并不仅限于为一个,也可以是两个或者两个以上,也可以是不同类型的供电接口。例如,当供电接口为一个时,可以是usb type-c接口或者lightning接口。当供电接口为两个时,可以是一个usb type-c接口和一个lightning接口。
对于电池来说,可以采用不同的电池来给移动终端供电,如电池200可以是可充电电池,例如锂电池;也可以是一次性电池,例如锌空电池。
如图7和图8所示,在采用锌空电池时,电池中包含锌空电芯组件220。具体的,为了便于锌空电芯组件220的安装,电池的壳体包括基板230和盖板240;基板230的第一板面 232上具有容置槽231,锌空电芯组件220位于容置槽231内,盖板240盖设在基板230的第一板面232。由于锌空电芯组件220在产生电能时需要氧气的参与,因此,在本申请提供的实施例中,盖板240上具有与容置槽231连通的透气孔241,空气可由透气孔241进入锌空电芯组件220内。需要说明的是,第二固定部211可以设置在基板230的第二板面233上;其中,第二板面233为与第一板面232相背离的面。
在具体实施时,可将电池200进行封装处理,以杜绝空气中的氧气进入锌空电芯组件220内。例如,可以采用密封膜对整个电池200进行封装,在需要使用电池200时,可将密封膜剥离,使锌空电芯组件220内部能够进行化学反应以产生电能。
为了防止容置槽231内锌空电芯组件220发生泄漏等情况,在本申请提供的实施例中,盖板240上具有凸起242,当盖板240盖设在基板230的第一板面232上后,凸起242的边缘恰好与容置槽231密封配合。
考虑到单个锌空电芯组件220所产生的电压有限,因此,为了提高电池200的供电电压。容置槽231间隔设有多个,相应的,每个容置槽231内均设有一个锌空电芯组件220,多个锌空电芯组件220之间进行串联,以提升电池200的供电电压。例如,在本申请提供的实施例中,容置槽231间隔设置有六个,相应的,锌空电芯组件220以及盖板240上的凸起242也间隔设置有六个,六个锌空电芯组件220进行串联后与第二正极导电端212和第二负极导电端213电连接。其中,第二正极导电端212和第二负极导电端213均位于基板230的第二板面233上。
下面将对本申请中锌空电芯组件220的具体结构进行具体说明。请继续参阅图7和图8;锌空电芯组件220包括依次堆叠的负极集流板221、锌膏222、隔膜223以及正极膜层224,其中,负极集流板221靠近容置槽231的底部设置,用于收集、传导电荷;其具体可以为金属板。锌膏222具体为锌粉和氢氧化钾电解质的混合物,成糊状。隔膜223用于对锌膏222和正极膜层224进行阻隔,其具体材质可以为聚烯烃、聚酰胺等。正极膜层224是一种透气不透液、具有良好导电性和催化活性的薄膜,一般由防水透气膜、激流网和催化膜三层压制而成。防水透气膜主要是按照一定比例把导电材料(如炭黑或乙炔黑及其混合物)和造孔剂(如硫酸钠、草酸铵、碳酸氢铵)用分散剂乙醇混合均匀,再加入粘结剂(如聚四氟乙烯)凝聚后辊压而成。激流网可以是镍丝编制网、镍泊冲拉网等。催化膜主要是将催化剂(如二氧化锰)、活性炭和硫酸钠用乙醇混合均匀后加入聚四氟乙烯经凝聚后辊压而成。
其中,多个负极集流板221进行串联后与第二负极导电端213电连接;多个正极膜层224进行串联后与第二正极导电端212进行连接。用于串联多个负极集流板221的导电电路可以是设置在基板230上的导电涂层,相应的,用于串联多个正极膜层224的导电电路也可以是设置在基板230或者盖板240上的导电涂层。
本申请提供的实施例中,电芯组件采用锌空电芯组件220,因此,具备诸多优势。例如,锌空电芯组件220的放电过程为电化学反应过程,其原理是锌与氧气在电池200内部产生电化学反应,将化学能转化为电能对外供电,安全可靠,不存在燃爆风险,因此,在使用前无需进行充电;在需要使用时只需将密封膜去除,让空气能够通过透气孔241进入锌空电芯组件220进行化学反应即可。并且,使用后可进行回收利用,不会对环境造成污染。由于无需充电,其出售场所可以设在地铁、餐馆、机场等公共场所,即买即用,能够满足用户的应急需求。另外,由于锌空电芯组件220制作过程简单、回收成本不高,在市场中具备明显的竞争优势。
本申请实施例还提供了一种移动终端,该移动终端可以为手机、平板电脑、电子书等移动终端,但是无论采用哪种,其均可以包括上述实施例中任意一种的保护套。
其中,在一些实施例中,移动终端还可以包括与供电组件配合的受电线圈,从而能够通过无线电能传输技术将电池中的电能输送至移动终端。例如,当保护套具有供电线圈时,电池中的电能可通过供电线圈、受电线圈传输至移动终端。当移动终端中没有受电线圈时,电池中的电能还可以通过有线供电的方式向移动终端提供电能。即电池中的电能可通过设置在套体中的供电电路或者单独设置的线缆向移动终端提供电能。
如图1和图2所示,在实际使用过程中,套体100可单独套设在移动终端的外围,从而为移动终端提供保护作用,防止受跌落、磕碰时发生损坏。当移动终端需要充电时,可将电池200安装在套体100上,从而为移动终端提供电能,当不需要继续充电时,将电池200拆离即可,操作简便,且不会增加用户使用移动终端时的负重,可以较好提升用户在不同需求下的使用体验。
以上,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种保护套,其特征在于,包括:
    套体,用于套设在移动终端的至少部分外围;
    电池,与所述套体可拆卸式连接;
    供电组件,设置于所述套体,用于向移动终端传送电能;
    其中,在所述电池安装于所述套体时,所述供电组件与所述电池电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的保护套,其特征在于,所述供电组件包括供电线圈。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的保护套,其特征在于,所述套体包括内套体和外套体,所述供电线圈位于所述内套体和所述外套体之间;
    所述外套体的外侧具有与所述供电线圈电连接的第一正极导电端和第一负极导电端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的保护套,其特征在于,所述第一正极导电端和所述第一负极导电端为导电涂层。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的保护套,其特征在于,所述电池具有第二正极导电端和第二负极导电端;
    其中,所述第二正极导电端用于与所述第一正极导电端电连接,所述第二负极导电端用于与所述第一负极导电端电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的保护套,其特征在于,所述第二正极导电端和所述第二负极导电端为导电涂层。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的保护套,其特征在于,所述套体与电池之间的可拆卸式连接为:卡接、粘接、磁吸式连接中的任意一种。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的保护套,其特征在于,所述供电组件包括供电电路;
    所述供电电路的一端用于与所述电池电连接,另一端具有用于与移动终端的受电接口连接的供电接口。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的保护套,其特征在于,所述电池为可充电电池或一次性电池。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的保护套,其特征在于,所述电池包括多个串联连接的锌空电芯组件。
  11. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至10中任意一项所述的保护套。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端具有与所述供电组件电连接的受电线圈。
