Description

一种带防护盖板的电气线路接触器 技术领域
本发明涉及电气线路控制元器件,尤其涉及一种带防护盖板的电气线路接触器。
背景技术
电气线路接触器分为交流电气线路接触器(电压AC)和直流电气线路接触器(电压DC),它应用于电气线路的控制。电气线路接触器广义上是指工业电气线路中利用线圈流过电流时产生磁场,使触头闭合,以达到接通或断开线路的目的。在电工学上,电气线路接触器用于快速切断交流与直流主回路,也可以作为频繁地接通或断开控制电路的装置。是电路自动控制系统中的重要元件。
问题是,现有的电气线路接触器在工作时都是与其他的断路器、继电器、传感器和电子仪器共同安装在配电柜内部,当操作人员进行操作时,一不小心就有可能触碰带电体造成触电,若发生触电事故,将造成人身伤亡,也可能导致整个电气线路瘫痪,造成重大损失。
发明内容
为了解决现有问题,本发明提供了一种带防护盖板的电气线路接触器,由于设置了防护盖板,有效避免了操作人员不小心触碰带电体的危险,同时,由于增设了翅片及散热孔,解决了散热问题。有效解决了现有技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题采用的技术方案是,一种带防护盖板的电气线路接触器,包括接触器壳体、电气线路接触器主体及内部接线机构,所述电气线路接触器壳体的上方设置有接线孔,电线通过所述接线孔进入电气线路接触器内部并固定在所述接线机构上,电源从所述接线机构连接到所述接触器主体,由接触器主体控制线路断开或闭合,其特征是,还设置防护盖板,所述防护盖板与所述电气线路接触器壳体之间采用铰链连接并且连接点设置在上部,所述防护盖板通过所述铰链实现翻转打开和闭合,所述电气线路接触器壳体的两侧还设置有散热孔,在所述接触器壳体内部位于所述散热孔内侧还设置有散热翅片,所述散热翅片的外侧包覆有导热硅胶。
优选的,所述电气线路接触器壳体的两侧设置有安装块,所述安装块上设置有安装孔,所述接触器通过安装孔安装固定。
优选的,所述防护盖板的表面安装有观察窗。
优选的,所述防护盖板板的表面安装有插栓,所述电气线路接触器壳体的底部安装有插扣,所述插栓与插扣固定连接。
优选的,所述防护盖板板与所述电气线路接触器壳体的接触面之间还设置密封垫圈。

本发明的有益效果:本发明提出的一种带防护盖板的电气线路接触器,通过设置防护盖板,所述防护盖板与所述电气线路接触器壳体之间采用铰链连接并且连接点设置在上部,所述防护盖板通过所述铰链实现翻转打开和闭合,所述电气线路接触器壳体的两侧还设置有散热孔,所述散热孔内侧的电气线路接触器壳体内壁上安装有散热翅片,所述散热翅片的外侧包覆有导热硅胶,能够有效的防止操作人员意外触碰带电体,确保操作安全,同时,由于设置散热翅片并在散热翅片外侧包覆有导热硅胶,通过散热孔将热量散出,确保电气线路接触器安全使用。

图中显示,本例中,一种带防护盖板的电气线路接触器,包括接触器壳体1、电气线路接触器主体2及内部接线机构10,在电气线路接触器壳体1的上方设置有接线孔12,电线通过接线孔12进入电气线路接触器壳体1内部并固定在内部接线机构10上,电源从接线机构10连接到接触器主体2,由接触器主体2控制线路断开或闭合,与现有技术不同的是,本例中,还设置防护盖板14,防护盖板14与电气线路接触器壳体1之间采用铰链(合页)13连接并且连接点设置在上部,防护盖板14通过铰链13实现翻转打开和闭合,电气线路接触器壳体1的两侧还设置有散热孔7,在接触器壳体1内部位于散热孔7内侧还设置有散热翅片6,散热翅片6的外侧包覆有导热硅胶5,利用导热硅胶5将电气线路接触器主体2产生的热量吸收,再利用散热翅片6通过散热孔7将热量散出,以完成循环快速散热,使本发明具有优异的散热功能,避免热量损坏电气线路接触器主体2,提高了电气线路接触器主体2的使用寿命.
接线机构10包括固定块16、螺杆17、活动块18、蝶形螺母19、卡槽20和橡胶垫21,固定块16固定安装于接线孔12下方的电气线路接触器壳体1内部,固定块16的一侧安装有螺杆17,螺杆17的表面安装有活动块18,活动块18一侧的螺杆17表面安装有蝶形螺母19,固定块16和活动块18的内侧皆设置有卡槽20,卡槽20的表面安装有橡胶垫21。
电气线路接触器壳体1的两侧设置有安装块4,安装块4上设置有安装孔,电气线路接触器通过安装孔安装固定。在防护盖板14的表面安装有观察窗15,防护盖板14的表面安装有插栓11,电气线路接触器壳体1的底部安装有插扣3,插栓11与插扣3互相插接固定。
在防护盖板14的底部安装有密封垫圈9,将防护盖板14与电气线路接触器壳体1之间的缝隙密闭,避免外界灰尘的进入。
在电气线路接触器壳体1的上方设置接线孔12,接线孔12下方的电气线路接触器壳体1内部安装接线机构10,将外界的导线穿过接线孔12导入电气线路接触器壳体1内部与电气线路接触器主体2连接,再将导线放入接线机构10中的卡槽20中,将活动块18与固定块16闭合,利用蝶形螺母19在螺杆17上转动,使活动块18锁紧,而卡槽20内部的橡胶垫21避免导线被磨坏,从而有效的保护了电气线路接触器主体2。
本例中,通过设置防护盖板14,防护盖板14并且在电气线路接触器壳体1的两侧还设置有散热孔,既能够有效的防止操作人员意外触碰带电体,确保操作安全,同时,由于设置散热翅片并在散热翅片外侧包覆有导热硅胶,通过散热孔将热量散出,确保电气线路接触器安全使用。

  1. 一种带防护盖板的电气线路接触器,包括接触器壳体、电气线路接触器主体及内部接线机构,所述电气线路接触器壳体的上方设置有接线孔,电线通过所述接线孔进入电气线路接触器内部并固定在所述接线机构上,电源从所述接线机构连接到所述接触器主体,由接触器主体控制线路断开或闭合,其特征是,还设置防护盖板,所述防护盖板与所述电气线路接触器壳体之间采用铰链连接并且连接点设置在上部,所述防护盖板通过所述铰链实现翻转打开和闭合,所述电气线路接触器壳体的两侧还设置有散热孔,在所述接触器壳体内部位于所述散热孔内侧还设置有散热翅片,所述散热翅片的外侧包覆有导热硅胶。
