箱体1内壁上固定安装有安装板8,安装板8的侧壁上开设有条形孔,电器部件9固定安装在安装板8的上端侧壁上,箱体1的顶端内壁上固定安装有温度传感器32,温度传感器32起到实时监测箱体1内温度的作用,安装板8的侧壁上均匀开设有若干个条形孔,条形孔可让散热风扇7产生的风通过,并对电器部件9进行降温,电器部件9的上端固定安装有控制器10,控制器10和排气扇4、制冷器6、温度传感器32以及电磁铁23电性连接,控制器10内提前设置好最高温、最低温和开启温,温度传感器32将检测到箱体1内的温度传递给控制器10,当温度传感器32检测到的温度在开启温和最高温之间时,控制器10控制制冷器6进行制冷,并关闭排气扇4,当电器部件9过载时,持续发热时,当温度传感器32检测到的温度超过最高温时,控制器10给电磁铁23供电,电磁铁23对电极板二26产生吸力,电极板二26一端翘起并和电磁铁23相吸附,让电极板二26和电极板一25分离,电器部件9上的导线20断路,电器部件9停止工作,同时电极板二26的另一端下移并将转动板28下压,转动板28的下端和按压式开关30的上端接触并将其下压,报警灯11上的连接线二31接通,报警灯11亮起;
电器部件9的上端固定安装有盒体12,盒体12的上端可拆卸的安装有盖板17,电器部件9上通过导线20和外部电源进行连接,导线20穿过盒体12,导线20在盒体12内分为两段,且分别连接有电极板一25和电极板二26,电极板二26通过弹簧一27转动连接在盒体12内,盖板17的内端侧壁上通过连接杆22安装有电磁铁23,电磁铁23位于电极板二26的上方。
盒体12的下端前后的侧壁上均固定安装有耳板13,并通过耳板13固定安装在电器部件9的上端,盒体12的上端前后侧的侧壁上均固定安装有弹性板14,弹性板14呈L状,弹性板14的一端固定安装在盒体12的外壁上,另一端固定安装有卡接块15,卡接块15呈直角三角形张,且斜边位于上侧,盒体12的上端四侧均开设有定位孔16,盖板17的下端四侧均固定安装有定位柱19,盖板17的前后端的侧壁上均固定安装有固定板18,当定位柱19滑动插入定位孔16内时,固定板18的外端侧壁先和卡接块15上端的斜边接触,并越过卡接块15和卡接块15的下端侧壁卡接。
盒体12内固定安装有电池21,电池21通过连接线一24和电磁铁23电性连接,电磁铁23倾斜安装在连接杆22的下端,连接杆22的上端固定安装在盖板17的下端,电极板一25通过支撑杆固定安装在盒体12的底端内壁上,电极板二26转动安装在盒体12内,电极板二26的下端固定安装弹簧一27,弹簧一27的下端固定安装在盒体12的底端侧壁上,当弹簧一27平衡时,电极板一25和电极板二26接触,且电极板二26采用磁性金属材料制成。
盒体12的一端内壁上转动连接有转动板28,转动板28采用绝缘材料制成,转动板28的下端固定安装有弹簧二29,弹簧二29的下端和盒体12的底端侧壁固定连接,当弹簧一27和弹簧二29平衡时电极板二26和转动板28不接触,转动板28的一端位于电极板二26的一端下侧,转动板28的下端设有按压式开关30,按压式开关30固定安装在盒体12的底端侧壁上,按压式开关30通过连接线二31和报警灯11电性连接,报警灯11通过连接线二31和外部电源进行连接,当电极板二26的一端和电磁铁23相吸时,电极板二26的一端通过拉伸弹簧一27转动,另一端向下转动,并让转动板28压缩弹簧二29下移并对按压式开关30进行下压。
本装置工作时,电器部件9在工作时产生热量,当温度传感器32检测到的温度在开启温和最高温之间时,控制器10控制制冷器6进行制冷,并关闭排气扇4,对电器部件9进行降温,当电器部件9过载时,持续发热时,温度传感器32检测到的温度超过最高温时,控制器10给电磁铁23供电,电磁铁23对电极板二26产生吸力,电极板二26一端翘起并和电磁铁23相吸附,让电极板二26和电极板一25分离,电器部件9上的导线20断路,电器部件9停止工作,同时电极板二26的另一端下移并将转动板28下压,转动板28的下端和按压式开关30的上端接触并将其下压,报警灯11上的连接线二31接通,报警灯11亮起,提醒工作人员。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种电气设备用高温断路保护装置,包括:箱体(1)、制冷器(6)和电器部件(9),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)左端侧壁上固定安装有防尘网(2),制冷器(6)固定安装在箱体(1)的右端侧壁上,箱体(1)的上端固定安装有排气扇(4),底端内壁上固定安装有散热风扇(7);
    箱体(1)内壁上固定安装有安装板(8),安装板(8)的侧壁上开设有条形孔,电器部件(9)固定安装在安装板(8)的上端侧壁上,箱体(1)的顶端内壁上固定安装有温度传感器(32);
    电器部件(9)的上端固定安装有盒体(12),盒体(12)的上端可拆卸的安装有盖板(17),电器部件(9)上通过导线(20)和外部电源进行连接,导线(20)穿过盒体(12),导线(20)在盒体(12)内分为两段,且分别连接有电极板一(25)和电极板二(26),电极板二(26)通过弹簧一(27)转动连接在盒体(12)内,盖板(17)的内端侧壁上通过连接杆(22)安装有电磁铁(23),电磁铁(23)位于电极板二(26)的上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电气设备用高温断路保护装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的上端通过支撑杆固定安装有遮挡盖(3),遮挡盖(3)的上端小于下端,遮挡盖(3)的下端将箱体(1)的上端遮挡住,箱体(1)的上端固定安装有报警灯(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电气设备用高温断路保护装置,其特征在于:所述安装板(8)的侧壁上均匀开设有若干个条形孔,条形孔可让散热风扇(7)产生的风通过,并对电器部件(9)进行降温,电器部件(9)的上端固定安装有控制器(10)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电气设备用高温断路保护装置,其特征在于:所述盒体(12)的下端前后的侧壁上均固定安装有耳板(13),并通过耳板(13)固定安装在电器部件(9)的上端,盒体(12)的上端前后侧的侧壁上均固定安装有弹性板(14),弹性板(14)呈L状,弹性板(14)的一端固定安装在盒体(12)的外壁上,另一端固定安装有卡接块(15),卡接块(15)呈直角三角形张,且斜边位于上侧,盒体(12)的上端四侧均开设有定位孔(16)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种电气设备用高温断路保护装置,其特征在于:所述盖板(17)的下端四侧均固定安装有定位柱(19),盖板(17)的前后端的侧壁上均固定安装有固定板(18),当定位柱(19)滑动插入定位孔(16)内时,固定板(18)的外端侧壁先和卡接块(15)上端的斜边接触,并越过卡接块(15)和卡接块(15)的下端侧壁卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电气设备用高温断路保护装置,其特征在于:所述盒体(12)内固定安装有电池(21),电池(21)通过连接线一(24)和电磁铁(23)电性连接,电磁铁(23)倾斜安装在连接杆(22)的下端,连接杆(22)的上端固定安装在盖板(17)的下端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种电气设备用高温断路保护装置,其特征在于:所述电极板一(25)通过支撑杆固定安装在盒体(12)的底端内壁上,电极板二(26)转动安装在盒体(12)内,电极板二(26)的下端固定安装弹簧一(27),弹簧一(27)的下端固定安装在盒体(12)的底端侧壁上,当弹簧一(27)平衡时,电极板一(25)和电极板二(26)接触,且电极板二(26)采用磁性金属材料制成。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种电气设备用高温断路保护装置,其特征在于:所述盒体(12)的一端内壁上转动连接有转动板(28),转动板(28)采用绝缘材料制成,转动板(28)的下端固定安装有弹簧二(29),弹簧二(29)的下端和盒体(12)的底端侧壁固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种电气设备用高温断路保护装置,其特征在于:所述转动板(28)的一端位于电极板二(26)的一端下侧,转动板(28)的下端设有按压式开关(30),按压式开关(30)固定安装在盒体(12)的底端侧壁上,按压式开关(30)通过连接线二(31)和报警灯(11)电性连接。
