Description

环保杯及其制造方法 技术领域
本发明与环保杯有关,特别是涉及一种环保杯及其制造方法。
背景技术
一般民众在出门时喜欢买饮料解渴,为了方便喝饮料,消费者大多都会使用一次性吸管穿过杯盖或是将封膜给戳破,然后将一次性吸管伸入杯内进行饮用,但是这种一次性吸管主要是由不可分解的塑胶材料所制成,这些数量庞大的塑胶吸管对环境会造成严重的伤害。
虽然目前有许多替代塑胶吸管的产品出现,例如不锈钢吸管、玻璃吸管、植物纤维吸管等,这些替代性吸管或许可以符合环保法规,不过仍有各自缺点,例如植物纤维吸管有强度不足的问题,至于不锈钢吸管与玻璃吸管虽然强度佳,可是在清洗时非常麻烦。此外,这些替代性吸管在使用上都有携带不便且容易掉落遗失的缺失。
发明公开
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种环保杯,其方便携带且无掉落遗失之虞,并能达到环保效果。
为了达成上述主要目的,本发明的环保杯包含有一个杯身与一个杯底。该杯身由一张纸材卷绕而成,该纸材具有一个第一部分与一个第二部分,该第二部分具有一个第一直边与一个第二直边,该第一部分连接于该第二部分的第一直边且卷绕成一根吸管,该吸管黏设于该第二部分的第二直边,使该第二部分卷绕成一个环壁,该环壁具有一个顶部开口与一个底部开口,该吸管的顶端凸出于该顶部开口;该杯底黏设于该杯身的环壁的底端且封闭该底部开口,使该杯底与该杯身共同围绕出一个用来盛装液体的容置空间。
由上述可知,本发明的环保杯利用特殊的卷绕方式将该吸管一体成形于该杯身的内周面,如此可以有效解决传统吸管在使用上所产生的像是携带不便及容易掉落遗失等问题,并且可以回收再利用,进而减少一次性吸管的使用浪费,藉以达到环保效果。
较佳地,该吸管的底端并未接触该杯底,让液体可以顺利流进该吸管内。
较佳地,该吸管的底端具有一个斜切部,让添加在液体内的内容物(例如珍珠)可以沿着该斜切部顺利流进该吸管内,以减少堵塞的现象。
较佳地,该吸管的顶端具有一吸吮段,该吸吮段可以利用波纹或折线的结构而收纳于该容置空间内,以利于后续对该顶部开口进行封膜作业。
另外,本发明更提供一种前述环保杯的制造方法,首先将该纸材第一部分卷绕成该吸管后进行胶合固定,然后将该吸管黏设于该纸材的第二部的第二直边,使该纸材的第二部卷绕形成该环壁,由该环壁与该吸管构成该杯身,最后将该杯底黏设于该环壁的底端且将该底部开口给封闭住,使该杯底与该杯身共同围绕出该容置空间。
有关本发明所提供对于环保杯及其制造方法的详细构造、特点、组装或使用方式,将于后续的实施方式详细说明中予以描述。然而,在本发明领域中具有通常知识者应能了解,该些详细说明以及实施本发明所列举的特定实施例,仅用于说明本发明,并非用以限制本发明的权利要求范围。

实现本发明的最佳方式
申请人首先在此说明,于整篇说明书中,包括以下介绍的实施例以及权利要求的范围中,有关方向性的名词皆以附图中的方向为基准。其次,在以下将要介绍的实施例以及附图中,相同的元件标号,代表相同或近似的元件或其结构特征。
请参阅图1及图2,本发明第1实施例的环保杯10包含有一个杯身20与一个杯底26。
杯身20由一张纸材30卷绕而成,如图3a所示,纸材30具有一个呈直条状的第一部分36与一个呈扇面状的第二部分31,第二部分31具有一凸弧边32、一凹弧边33、一个第一直边34及一个第二直边35,第一部分36的其中一个长侧边连接于第二部分31的第一直边34,第一部分36的顶端高于第二部分31的凸弧边32,第一部分36的底端高于第二部分31的凹弧边33且具有一个倒V形缺口37。
如图1及图2所示,杯身20具有一个环壁21与一根吸管24,环壁21由第二部分31卷绕而成,使得第二部分31的凸弧边32围绕形成环壁21的一个顶部开口22,另外使得第二部分31的凹弧边33围绕形成环壁21的一个底部开口23,至于吸管24由第一部分36卷绕而成且黏设于第二部分31的第二直边35,使吸管24的顶端凸出于环壁21的顶部开口22而形成一个吸吮段28。此外,第一部分36的倒V形缺口37会卷绕成吸管24的斜切部25,利用此一斜切部25让添加在液体内的内容物(例如珍珠)可以顺利流进吸管24内,以减少堵塞的状况。
杯底26由一块呈圆形的纸材所制成。杯底26黏设于杯身20的环壁21的底端且封闭环壁21的底部开口23,使杯底26与杯身20共同围绕出一个用来盛装液体的容置空间27。此外,杯底26并未跟吸管24的底端作接触,让液体能够顺畅地流进吸管24内。
请再参阅图3a~图3b,本发明更提供一种前述环保杯10的制造方法,包含有下列步骤:
1)如图3a的步骤S1所示,将一张纸材30裁切出第一部分36与第二部 分31。
2)如图3a的步骤S2所示,将第一部分36的底端裁切出倒V形缺口37。
3)如图3a的步骤S3所示,将纸材30的第一部分36卷绕成吸管24后用黏胶进行固定成型,使第一部分36的倒V形缺口37卷绕成吸管24的斜切部25。
4)如图3a的步骤S4所示,将吸管24黏设于第二部分31的第二直边35,使第二部分31卷绕成环壁21,由环壁31与吸管24构成杯身20。
5)如图3a的步骤S5所示,将杯底26黏设于环壁21的底端且将底部开口23给封闭住,使杯底26与杯身20共同围绕出容置空间27。
在此需要补充说明的是,第一部分36与第二部分31可以是一体相连或是用黏贴方式连接在一起,换言之,第一部分36与第二部分31可以用同一张纸材裁切而成,或者也可以用二张不同纸材分别裁切成形之后再黏贴在一起。此外,将第一部分36卷绕成吸管24之前,可以先将第一部分36的顶端加工出多条波纹38(如图3a的步骤S2所示),使吸管24的吸吮段28形成波纹状结构,藉此,吸管24的吸吮段28可以压缩至容置空间27内,以便后续对顶部开口22进行封膜作业。另外在本发明第2实施例中,将第一部分36卷绕成吸管24之前,可以先将第一部分36加工出一条折线39(如图4a的步骤S2所示),折线39的位置齐平或低于第二部分31的凸弧边32,藉此,在第一部分36卷绕成吸管24之后,折线39会跟吸吮段28邻接且齐平或低于环壁21的顶缘,如此让吸管24的吸吮段28以弯折方式收纳于容置空间27内,以利于后续对顶部开口22进行封膜作业,而在使用时,使用者可将对应于吸管24位置的封膜撕开,并把吸管24的吸允段28从容置空间27中拉出即可。
由上述可知,本发明的环保杯10利用特殊的卷绕方式将吸管24一体成形于杯身20的内周面,如此可以有效解决传统吸管在使用上所产生的像是携带不便及容易掉落遗失等问题,并且可以回收再利用,进而减少一次性吸管的使用浪费,藉以达到环保效果。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业应用性
本发明的环保杯利用特殊的卷绕方式将该吸管一体成形于该杯身的内周面,如此可以有效解决传统吸管在使用上所产生的像是携带不便及容易掉落遗失等问题,并且可以回收再利用,进而减少一次性吸管的使用浪费,藉以达到环保效果。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种环保杯,其特征在于,包含有:
    一杯身,由一纸材卷绕而成,该纸材具有一第一部分与一第二部分,该第二部分具有一第一直边与一第二直边,该第一部分连接于该第二部分的第一直边且卷绕成一吸管,该吸管黏设于该第二部分的第二直边,使该第二部分卷绕成一环壁,该环壁具有一顶部开口与一底部开口,该吸管的顶端凸出于该顶部开口;以及
    一杯底,黏设于该杯身的环壁的底端且封闭该底部开口,使该杯底与该杯身共同围绕出一容置空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的环保杯,其特征在于,该纸材的第一部分与该纸材的第二部分为一体相连。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的环保杯,其特征在于,该纸材的第一部分与该纸材的第二部分以黏贴方式连接在一起。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的环保杯,其特征在于,该吸管的底端并未接触该杯底。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的环保杯,其特征在于,该吸管的底端具有一斜切部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的环保杯,其特征在于,该吸管的顶端具有一呈波纹状的吸吮段。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的环保杯,其特征在于,该吸管的顶端具有一吸吮段与一邻接该吸吮段的折线,该折线不高于该环壁的顶缘。
  8. 一种根据权利要求1所述的环保杯的制造方法,其特征在于,包含有下列步骤:
    将该纸材的第一部分卷绕成该吸管之后作固定成型;
    将该吸管黏贴于纸材的第二部分的第二直边,使该纸材的第二部分卷绕成该环壁,由该环壁与该吸管构成该杯身;以及
    将该杯底黏设于该环壁的底端且将该环壁的底部开口给封闭住,使该杯底与该杯身共同围绕出该容置空间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的制造方法,其特征在于,该纸材的第一部分与该纸材的第二部分为一体相连。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的制造方法,其特征在于,该纸材的第一部分与该纸材的第二部分以黏贴方式连接在一起。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的制造方法,其特征在于,该吸管的顶端凸出于该环壁的顶部开口。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的制造方法,其特征在于,该吸管的底端并未接触该杯底。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤a)中更包含有一将该纸材的第一部分的底端裁切出一倒V形缺口的步骤,该倒V形缺口在该第一部分卷绕成该吸管之后会卷绕成一斜切部。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤a)中更包含有一将该纸材的第一部分加工出多条波纹的步骤,使该吸管的顶端形成一呈波纹状结构的吸吮段。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤a)中更包含有一将该纸材的第一部分加工出一条折线的步骤,该折线不高于该纸材的第二部分的顶缘,使该吸管的顶端形成一与该折线邻接的吸吮段。
