Abstract

This is a product which is intended for use in the footwear sector. The present patent application relates to the use of stylized designs, that imitate tattoos, in miscellaneous footwear. The designs are applied to transparent surfaces that are fastened to footwear, directly onto the open or cut-out region, wherein the cut-out region may or may not be provided with a geometric frame. When used, the visual effect is that the design has been applied directly to the wearer's skin, when in fact the design has been applied to the footwear. This product is intended to provide a rapid, safe and painless option to people who like tattoos but who do not have sufficient courage to get a tattoo, either from fear of pain or because they may regret it later. This product also provides a much cheaper option, since conventional tattoos are usually expensive.

Description

“PROVISION APPLIED TO FOOTWEAR

1. This patent application refers to the application of stylized designs, which imitate tattoos, on various footwear. The designs are applied on transparent surfaces that are attached to the shoes, either directly in the open or cut-out area, whether or not they geometrically frame the cut-out area of the footwear. When used, the visual impression is that the design is directly applied to the person's skin, when in fact, it is applied to footwear.

2. The present is intended to offer a much more economical option, as conventional tattoos tend to be expensive.

3. The designs can be applied to any type of footwear, from boots, to sandals, flat shoes, sneakers, slippers, shoes with heels, without heels, women, men, children, etc.

4. The synthetic fabric / leather of the shoe will be open or can be cut on its side and / or upper, to receive the fixation of a transparent film developed in crystal vinyl, silicone or acetate. This open or cut part of the shoe can receive a geometric frame for fitting stylized designs imitating tattoos, which will be applied directly to the outside or inside of the transparent film with vinyl paint or solvent-based paint, and can be black and white, colored and developed in different sizes.

• Most people regret getting a pigmented tattoo by incision / needle on the skin after a while, as the design is always the same and people end up getting tired / sick;

• Tattooing on the legs and feet usually hurts a lot;

• The costs involved in getting the tattoo are usually high;

• Pigmentation and the contact of paints by incision / needle on the skin can cause allergies, especially for people with more sensitive skin;

• Laser removal of the pigmented tattoo on the skin causes a lot of pain and leaves marks on the skin;

• No shoe model offers such an arrangement.
