Description

通信方法、装置及系统 技术领域
本申请涉及通信领域,尤其涉及通信方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
如图1所示,现有的智能家居系统由智能家居云、安装在终端设备上的智能家居应用(application,APP)以及智能家居设备(如:空调、冰箱以及电饭煲等)组成。通常,可以在多个智能家居APP上登录多个不同的账号对同一智能家居设备进行操作,当智能家居APP登录某一账号操作智能家居设备时,智能家居云只需要将智能家居设备的状态信息推送给该账号即可。
然而,目前当某个用户直接操作智能家居设备时,设备将状态信息上报给智能家居云,此时,智能家居云并不知道应该将该状态信息推送给哪个账号,因此,智能家居云将状态信息推送到所有订阅过该设备状态信息的账号,或者默认推送给所有绑定过该设备的账号,从而导致某些账号无法避免地收到一些无用信息,降低了用户体验。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供通信方法、装置及系统,能够避免用户的账号收到无用的信息,提高用户体验。
为达到上述目的,本申请的实施例采用如下技术方案:
第一方面,提供了一种通信方法及相应的通信装置。该方案中,服务器接收来自家居设备的操作信息,该操作信息用于指示用户对该家居设备的操作。服务器确定目标账号,该目标账号为与该家居设备相关联的账号中的一个账号,并向目标终端设备发送通知消息,该通知消息包括用于指示该家居设备状态的状态信息,该家居设备的状态与操作信息相关,该目标终端设备为登录该目标账号的终端设备。由于本申请实施例中,用户直接控制家居设备时,服务器能够从多个账号中确定出一个目标账号,并向登录该目标账号的目标终端设备发送包括该家居设备的状态信息的通知消息,避免了服务器向所有订阅过家居设备状态信息的账号推送通知消息,避免目标账号之外的其他账号收到无用的信息,提高了用户体验。
在一种可能的设计中,服务器确定目标账号,包括:服务器获取一个或多个终端设备的全球定位系统GPS位置信息,该一个或多个终端设备为登录与该家居设备相关联的账号的终端设备;服务器确定该一个或多个终端设备的GPS位置信息中与该家居设备的GPS位置距离最近的GPS位置信息;服务器将该与该家居设备的GPS位置距离最近的GPS位置信息对应的终端设备登录的账号确定为该目标账号。
在一种可能的设计中,上述服务器获取一个或多个终端设备的全球定位系统GPS位置信息,包括:该服务器向一个或多个终端设备发送GPS位置信息查询消息,该一个或多个终端设备为登录与家居设备相关联的账号的终端设备,该一个或多个终端设备包括目标终端设备;该服务器接收来自该一个或多个终端设备的各自的GPS位置信息。
在一种可能的设计中,在服务器确定当前控制上述家居设备的用户的账号之前,本申请实施例提供的通信方法还包括:服务器接收入网GPS位置信息,该入网GPS位置信息为该家居设备通过入网终端设备入网时该入网终端设备的GPS位置信息;该服务器将该入 网GPS位置信息确定为该家居设备的GPS位置信息。
在一种可能的设计中,上述操作信息包括用户的语音指令,服务器确定目标账号,包括:该服务器根据该用户的语音指令,识别出该用户的声纹信息;该服务器根据预先建立的声纹信息和账号的对应关系,将与该用户的声纹信息最匹配的声纹信息对应的账号确定为目标账号。
在一种可能的设计中,在服务器确定目标账号之前,本申请实施例提供的通信方法还包括:服务器接收来自一个或多个终端设备的与家居设备相关联的账号的信息和该账号所关联的用户的声音信息;该服务器根据用户的声音信息,识别出该用户的声纹信息;该服务器根据用户的声纹信息和该用户的账号信息,建立用户的声纹信息和该用户的账号的对应关系。
在一种可能的设计中,服务器确定目标账号,包括:服务器获取一个或多个终端设备的MAC地址,该一个或多个终端设备为登录与家居设备相关联的账号的终端设备,该一个或多个终端设备与该家居设备处于同一个网络中;服务器确定该一个或多个终端设备的MAC地址中所述网络的信号强度最强的MAC地址;服务器将该网络的信号强度最强的MAC地址对应的终端设备所登录的账号确定为目标账号。

需要说明的是,本申请实施例中的服务器与终端设备之间的交互,均可以理解为服务器与运行在终端设备上的智能家居APP上登录的账号之间的交互。本申请实施例中的账号均为与家居设备相关联的,可以在运行于终端设备上的智能家居APP上登录的账号,该智能家居APP可用于控制连接入网的家居设备,在此统一说明,下述实施例中不再赘述。

可选的,本申请实施例中的家居设备40可以为具有无线连接功能的家用生活设备,如空调、冰箱、电视、台灯、机器人、微波炉等,以下实施例对该家居设备的具体形式不做特殊限制。

可选的,本申请实施例中,图2中的目标终端设备、家居设备、或者服务器可以通过图3中的通信设备(或通信装置)20来实现。图3所示为本申请实施例提供的通信设备20的结构示意图。该通信设备20包括一个或多个处理器201,通信总线202,以及至少一个通信接口(图3中仅是示例性的以包括通信接口204,以及一个处理器201为例进行说明),可选的还可以包括存储器203。
处理器201可以是一个通用中央处理器(central processing unit,CPU),微处理器,特定应用集成电路(application-specific integrated circuit,ASIC),或一个或多个用于控制本申请方案程序执行的集成电路。
通信总线202可以是外设部件互连标准(peripheral component interconnect,PCI)总线或扩展工业标准结构(extended industry standard architecture,EISA)总线等。该总线可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图3中仅用一条粗线表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。该通信总线202用于连接通信设备20中的不同组件,使得不同组件可以通信。
通信接口204,可以是收发模块用于与其他设备或通信网络通信,如以太网,无线接入网(radio access network,RAN),无线局域网(wireless local area networks,WLAN)等。例如,所述收发模块可以是收发器、收发机一类的装置。可选的,所述通信接口204也可以是位于处理器201内的收发电路,用以实现处理器的信号输入和信号输出。

其中,存储器203用于存储执行本申请方案的计算机执行指令,并由处理器201来控制执行。处理器201用于执行存储器203中存储的计算机执行指令,从而实现本 申请实施例中提供的通信方法。

在具体实现中,作为一种实施例,通信设备20可以包括多个处理器,例如图3中的处理器201和处理器208。这些处理器中的每一个可以是一个单核(single-CPU)处理器,也可以是一个多核(multi-CPU)处理器。这里的处理器可以指一个或多个设备、电路、和/或用于处理数据(例如计算机程序指令)的处理核。
在具体实现中,作为一种实施例,通信设备20还可以包括输出设备205和输入设备206。输出设备205和处理器201通信,可以以多种方式来显示信息。例如,输出设备205可以是液晶显示器(liquid crystal display,LCD),发光二级管(light emitting diode,LED)显示设备,阴极射线管(cathode ray tube,CRT)显示设备,或投影仪(projector)等。输入设备206和处理器201通信,可以以多种方式接收用户的输入。例如,输入设备206可以是鼠标、键盘、触摸屏设备或传感设备等。
目前,当某个用户直接操作智能家居设备时,设备将状态信息上报给智能家居云,此时,智能家居云并不知道应该将该状态信息推送给哪个账号,因此,智能家居云将状态信息推送到所有订阅过该设备状态信息的账号,或者默认推送给所有绑定过该设备的账号,从而导致某些账号无法避免地收到一些无用信息,降低了用户体验。基于此,本申请实施例提供一种通信方法,该通信方法中,家居设备向服务器发送操作信息,该操作信息用于指示用户对该家居设备的操作。服务器接收来自该家居设备的该操作信息后,确定目标账号,该目标账号为与所述家居设备相关联的账号中的一个账号,并向登录该目标账号的目标终端设备发送通知消息,该通知消息包括用于指示该家居设备状态的状态信息,该家居设备的状态与上述操作信息相关,上述目标终端设备为登录上述目标账号的终端设备。由于本申请实施例中,用户控制家居设备时,服务器能够确定出一个目标账号,并向登录该目标账号的目标终端设备发送包括该家居设备的状态信息的通知消息,因此避免了目标账号之外的其他账号收到无用的信息,提高了用户体验。下面将结合图2所示的智能家居系统,通过具体实施例对本申请实施例提供的通信方法进行详细阐述。
需要说明的是,本申请下述实施例中各个设备之间的消息名字或消息中各参数的名字等只是一个示例,具体实现中也可以是其他的名字,本申请实施例对此不作具体限定。
一种可能的实现方式中,如图4所示,本申请实施例提供的通信方法包括如下步骤:
S401、家居设备向服务器发送操作信息。相应的,服务器接收来自家居设备的操作信息。
其中,该操作信息用于指示用户对该家居设备的操作。
可选的,本申请实施例中,当用户直接操作家居设备时,家居设备可以向服务器发送上述操作信息。需要说明的是,用户直接操作家居设备指用户不通过智能家居APP控制该家居设备,例如,用户直接操作家居设备可以为用户通过按压家居设备上的按键控制家居设备。示例性的,假设上述家居设备为如图5所示的空调,则当用户按下空调上的“温度+”按键后,家居设备向服务器发送操作信息,该操作信息的内容例如可以包括“用户升高设定温度,当前设定温度21度(以一次“温度+”对应1度为例)”;或者,示例性的,假设上述家居设备为电饭煲,则当用户按下功能键将模式调整为“煮饭”并定时30分钟后,家居设备向服务器发送操作信息,该操作信息的内容例如可以包括“用户设置的模式为“煮饭”定时30分钟,该模式开始时间为12:00”。服务器接收到该操作信息后,可以通过以下步骤S402-S404确定目标账号,该目标账号为与该家居设备相关联的账号中的一个账号。
需要说明的是服务器接收到操作信息后可以立即确定该目标账号,例如,服务器在接收到如图5所示的空调发送的操作信息后,立即确定需要推送该空调的状态信息的目标账号;或者,服务器也可以在接收到操作信息后的特定时间点确定上述目标账号,该特定时间点可以根据操作信息的内容确定,例如,服务器接收到上述电饭煲发送的操作信息后,可以将该特定时间点确定为12:30。
可选的,本申请实施例中,当用户连续多次直接操作该家居设备时(本次操作与上次操作之间的时间间隔不超过预定时间),该家居设备可以只向服务器发送一次操作信息,该操作信息中包括用户本轮连续操作中最后一次操作之后该家居设备的信息。例如,用户连续3次(本次操作与上次操作之间的时间间隔不超过预定时间)按下如图5所示的空调面板上的“温度+”按键时,该空调仅向服务器发送一次操作信息,该操作信息的内容例如可以包括“用户升高设定温度,当前设定温度23度(以一次“温度+”对应1度为例)”。由于用户连续多次操作家居设备时,家居设备只需向服务器发送一次操作信息,因此可以节省家居设备的功耗,相应的,服务器只需接收一次操作信息,同样节省了服务器的功耗。
S402、服务器获取一个或多个终端设备的全球定位系统GPS位置信息。
其中,该一个或多个终端设备为登录上述与家居设备相关联的账号的终端设备。需要说明的是,本申请实施例中,终端设备登录与家居设备相关联的账号即认为该账号的状态为在线状态,在此统一说明,下述实施例中不再赘述。
可选的,本申请实施例中,服务器可以通过如下方式获取一个或多个终端设备的GPS位置信息:
服务器向一个或多个终端设备发送GPS位置信息查询消息,相应的,该一个或多个终端设备接收来自服务器的该GPS位置查询消息;一个或多个终端设备向服务器发送各自的GPS位置信息。相应的,服务器接收来自一个或多个终端设备的GPS位置信息。当然,服务器还可以通过其他方式获取一个或多个终端设备的GPS位置信息,本申请实施例对此不做具体限定。
需要说明的是,该一个或多个终端设备中包括上述目标终端设备。也就是说,当只存在一个终端设备时,该终端设备与目标终端设备为同一个终端设备,当存在多个 终端设备时,目标终端设备可以为该多个终端设备中的任一终端设备。
S403、服务器获取家居设备的GPS位置信息。
其中,当家居设备初次安装或网络环境变化时,例如,搬家导致的家庭WIFI(wireless fidelity)网络变化,都会触发家居设备的入网和注册操作。由于家居设备的入网和注册需要运行在终端设备上的智能家居APP登录与该家居设备相关联的账号来完成,且需要该终端设备与家居设备处于同一个网络,因此,在家居设备入网和注册时,该终端设备和家居设备的位置相近,此时,可以认为家居设备入网时该终端设备的GPS位置信息即为该家居设备的GPS位置信息,该终端设备可以获取自身的GPS位置信息,并将自身的GPS位置信息作为家居设备的GPS位置信息发送给服务器。
基于此,服务器可以通过如下方式获取家居设备的GPS位置信息:
服务器接收入网GPS位置信息,该入网GPS位置信息为家居设备通过入网终端设备入网时该入网终端设备的GPS位置信息,该入网终端设备为登录家居设备入网的账号的终端设备;
服务器将该入网GPS位置信息确定为该家居设备的GPS位置信息。
可选的,本申请实施例中,每次在网络环境发生变化时,终端设备都可以向服务器发送重新入网和注册后的家居设备的GPS位置信息,服务器接收到该GPS位置信息后更新该家居设备的GPS位置信息。进一步地,由于一个家庭中所有的家居设备可能处于同一个网络,因此,服务器每次接收到该家居设备的GPS位置信息后,可以将该GPS位置信息作为该家庭中所有家居设备的GPS位置信息,避免了服务器分别获取家庭中各个家居设备的GPS位置信息,节省了服务器的功耗。
其中,这里的网络可以是无线网络如WIFI等,也可以为其他形式的网络,本申请实施例对此不做具体限定。
S404、服务器将一个或多个终端设备的GPS位置信息中,与家居设备的GPS位置距离最近的GPS位置信息对应的账号确定为目标账号。
可选的,本申请实施例中,服务器可以比较该一个或多个终端设备的GPS位置信息与家居设备的GPS位置信息,确定该一个或多个终端设备的GPS位置信息中与家居设备的GPS位置距离最近的GPS位置信息,并将离该家居设备的GPS位置最近的GPS位置信息对应的账号确定为目标账号。
S405、服务器向目标终端设备发送通知消息。相应的,目标终端设备接收来自服务器的该通知消息。
如上所述,本申请实施例示例性的以登录目标账号的终端设备为目标终端设备为例进行说明。该通知消息包括用于指示家居设备状态的状态信息,该家居设备的状态信息与上述操作信息相关。示例性的,以当前用户控制如图5所示的空调为例,该家居设备的状态信息可以为“当前设定温度21度”,该目标终端设备接收到通知消息后的界面显示例如可以如图6所示;或者,以当前用户控制电饭煲为例,该家居设备的状态信息可以为“12:30煮饭结束”。
可选的,本申请实施例中,服务器确定出目标账号之后,可以立即向登录该目标账号的目标终端设备发送该通知消息。
可选的,本申请实施例中,目标终端设备接收到来自服务器的上述通知消息后, 可以根据该通知消息,确定家居设备的状态,以便进行后续操作。例如,以目标终端设备接收到的通知消息包括“12:30煮饭结束”为例,目标终端设备可以判断当前时间是否大于12:30,若当前时间大于12:30(如当前时间为12:31),则目标终端设备可以通过震动或者振铃方式提醒用户煮饭已经结束;或者,目标终端设备可以通过登录在该目标终端设备上的目标账号控制电饭煲断电或进入保温模式。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中,上述步骤S401和步骤S403之间没有必然的先后顺序,可以先执行步骤S401再执行步骤S403,也可以先执行步骤S403再执行步骤S401,也可以同时执行步骤S401和步骤S403,本申请实施例对此不作具体限定。
本申请实施例提供的通信方法中,家居设备向服务器发送操作信息,该操作信息用于指示用户对家居设备的操作。服务器接收来自该家居设备的该操作信息后,根据一个或多个在线账号的GPS位置信息和家居设备的GPS位置信息,将与家居设备距离最近的GPS位置信息对应的账号确定为目标账号,并向登录该账号的目标终端设备发送通知消息,该通知消息包括用于指示该家居设备状态的状态信息。由于本申请实施例中,用户控制家居设备时,服务器能够确定出一个目标账号,并向登录该目标账号的终端设备发送包括该家居设备的状态信息的通知消息,因此避免了目标账号之外的其他账号收到无用的信息,提高了用户体验。
另一种可能的实现方式中,如图7所示,本申请实施例提供的通信方法包括如下步骤:

服务器对与家居设备相关联的账号所关联的用户的声音信息进行声纹识别,确定与家居设备相关联的账号所关联的用户的声纹信息,其中,用户的声音信息可以为一段语音,服务器可以根据该语音识别出声纹信息,该声纹信息例如可以包括音色等信息;
服务器建立与家居设备相关联的账号与用户的声纹信息的对应关系。示例性的,服务建立的与家居设备相关联的账号与用户的声纹信息的对应关系可以如表1所示。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述一个或多个终端设备可以在与家居设备相关联的账号注册时提示该账号关联的用户输入声音信息,并将该账号的信息和该用户的声音信息发送到服务器;或者,上述一个或多个终端设备可以在与家居设备相关联的账号登录后提示该账号关联的用户输入声音信息,并将该账号的信息和该用户的声音信息 发送到服务器;或者上述一个或多个终端设备也可以在其他时刻向服务器发送与家居设备相关联的账号和该账号关联的用户的声音信息,本申请实施例对此不做具体限定。

需要说明的是,本申请实施例中,与家居设备处于同一个网络的一个或多个设备可以包括具有网络连接功能的设备,如终端设备(当前时刻在家中的家庭成员的手机、平板电脑等设备)和其他家居设备。上述网络可以是无线网络,例如家庭WIFI,也可以是其他类型的网络,本申请实施例对此不做具体限定。

可选的,本申请实施例中,家居设备可以监听网络空口,获取与其在同一个网络(比如网络标识相同)的设备的MAC地址以及每个MAC地址对应的网络的信号强度,并将获取到的MAC地址以及每个MAC地址对应的网络的信号强度发送给服务器。
b、服务器将获取到的MAC地址及其各自对应的该网络的信号强度按照每个设备的MAC地址对应的该网络的信号强度进行排序。比如,以服务器获取到的上述内容为表3中的内容为例,则服务器排序之后的结果可以如表4所示,此处不再赘述。
c、服务器获得上述排序结果之后,根据该排序结果获取一个或多个终端设备的MAC地址以及该一个或多个终端设备的MAC地址中每个终端设备的MAC地址对应的网络的信号强度,相关描述可参考上述方式一中的步骤b,此处不再赘述。
方式三、包括以下步骤:
a、服务器向一个或多个第一终端设备发送MAC地址相关信息查询消息。
其中,该一个或多个第一终端设备为登录与家居设备相关联的账号的终端设备,该一个或多个第一终端设备可能处于不同的网络中,该一个或多个第一终端设备中包括目标终端设备。
b、服务器接收来自于上述一个或多个第一终端设备的MAC地址相关信息。
其中,该MAC地址相关信息可以包括:第一终端设备的MAC地址、该第一终端设备的MAC地址对应的网络的标识、以及该第一终端设备的MAC地址对应的网络的信号强度。
c、服务器从一个或多个第一终端设备的MAC地址相关信息中,获取一个或多个与家居设备处于同一网络的终端设备的MAC地址以及该一个或多个终端设备的MAC地址中每个终端设备的MAC地址对应的网络的信号强度。
其中,在进行上述步骤c之前,服务器可以获取家居设备所处的网络的标识。
示例性的,服务器接收的一个或多个第一终端设备的MAC地址相关信息的内容可以如表6所示,其中,MAC1对应的终端设备和MAC2对应的终端设备处于同一网络1,MAC3对应的终端设备处于网络2,MAC4对应的终端设备处于网络4。若服务器获取到的家居设备所处的网络的标识为1,则服务器获取的与家居设备处于同一网络的终端设备的MAC地址为MAC1和MAC2,相应的该网络1的信号强度为2和1。

如上所述,本申请实施例示例性的以登录目标账号的终端设备为目标终端设备为例进行说明。该通知消息包括用于指示该家居设备状态的状态信息,该家居设备的状态与上述操作信息相关。示例性的,以当前用户控制如图8所示的空调为例,该家居设备的状态信息可以为“当前设定温度21度”,该第一终端设备接收到通知消息后的界面显示例如可以如图6所示;或者,以当前用户控制电饭煲为例,该家居设备的状态信息可以为“12:30煮饭结束”。
可选的,本申请实施例中,目标终端设备接收到来自服务器的上述通知消息后,可以根据该通知消息,确定家居设备的状态,以便进行后续操作。例如,以目标终端设备接收到的通知消息包括“12:30煮饭结束”为例,目标终端设备可以判断当前时间是否大于12:30,若当前时间大于12:30(如当前时间为12:31),则目标终端设备可以通过震动或者振铃方式提醒用户煮饭已经结束;或者,目标终端设备可以通过登录在该目标终端设备上的目标账号控制电饭煲断电或进入保温模式。
本申请实施例提供的通信方法中,家居设备向服务器发送操作信息,该操作信息用于指示用户对家居设备的操作。服务器接收来自该家居设备的该操作信息后,确定与家居设备处于同一网络的,一个或多个终端设备的MAC地址中对应的网络信号强度最强的MAC地址,将该网络信号强度最强的MAC地址对应的终端设备登录的账号确定为目标账号,或者根据MAC地址与账号的对应关系,将网络信号最强的MAC地址对应的账号确定为目标账号,并向登录该目标账号的目标终端设备发送通知消息,该通知消息包括用于指示该家居设备状态的状态信息。由于本申请实施例中,用户控制家居设备时,服务器能够确定出一个目标账号,并向登录该目标账号的终端设备发送包括该家居设备的状态信息的通知消息,因此避免了目标账号之外的其他账号收到无用的信息,提高了用户体验。

  1. 一种通信方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    服务器接收来自家居设备的操作信息,所述操作信息用于指示用户对所述家居设备的操作;
    所述服务器确定目标账号,所述目标账号为与所述家居设备相关联的账号中的一个账号;
    所述服务器向目标终端设备发送通知消息,所述通知消息包括用于指示所述家居设备状态的状态信息,所述家居设备的状态与所述操作信息相关,所述目标终端设备为登录所述目标账号的终端设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器确定所述目标账号,包括:
    所述服务器获取一个或多个终端设备的全球定位系统GPS位置信息,所述一个或多个终端设备为登录所述与所述家居设备相关联的账号的终端设备;
    所述服务器确定所述一个或多个终端设备的GPS位置信息中与所述家居设备的GPS位置距离最近的GPS位置信息;
    所述服务器将所述与所述家居设备的GPS位置距离最近的GPS位置信息对应的终端设备登录的账号确定为所述目标账号。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述服务器确定所述目标账号之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述服务器接收入网GPS位置信息,所述入网GPS位置信息为所述家居设备通过入网终端设备入网时所述入网终端设备的GPS位置信息;
    所述服务器将所述入网GPS位置信息确定为所述家居设备的GPS位置信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述操作信息包括用户的语音指令;所述服务器确定所述目标账号,包括:
    所述服务器根据所述用户的语音指令,识别出所述用户的声纹信息;
    所述服务器根据预先建立的声纹信息和账号的对应关系,将与所述用户的声纹信息最匹配的声纹信息对应的账号确定为所述目标账号。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器确定所述目标账号,包括:
    所述服务器获取一个或多个终端设备的MAC地址,所述一个或多个终端设备为登录所述与所述家居设备相关联的账号的终端设备,所述一个或多个终端设备与所述家居设备处于同一个网络中;
    所述服务器确定所述一个或多个终端设备的MAC地址中所述网络的信号强度最强的MAC地址;
    所述服务器将所述网络的信号强度最强的MAC地址对应的终端设备所登录的账号确定为所述目标账号。
  6. 一种通信方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    终端设备接收来自服务器的通知消息,其中,所述终端设备为目标终端设备,所述目标终端设备为登录所述服务器确定的目标账号的终端设备,所述目标账号为与家居设备相关联的账号中的一个账号,所述通知消息包括用于指示所述家居设备状态的状态信息,所述家居设备的状态与操作信息相关,所述操作信息由所述家居设备发送给所述服务器,所 述操作信息用于指示用户对所述家居设备的操作;
    所述终端设备根据所述通知消息,确定所述家居设备的状态。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备向所述服务器发送第一信息,所述第一信息用于所述服务器确定所述目标账号,其中,所述第一信息包括:所述终端设备的GPS位置信息;或者,
    所述终端设备的MAC地址、所述MAC地址对应的网络的标识、以及所述MAC地址对应的网络的信号强度。
  8. 一种通信方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    家居设备获取与所述家居设备处于同一个网络的一个或多个具有网络连接功能的设备的媒体接入控制MAC地址相关信息,所述MAC地址相关信息用于服务器确定目标账号,所述目标账号为与所述家居设备相关联的账号中的一个账号,所述一个或多个具有无线连接功能的设备包括登录与所述家居设备相关联的账号的终端设备;
    所述家居设备向所述服务器发送所述MAC地址相关信息;
    所述家居设备向所述服务器发送操作信息,所述操作信息用于指示用户对所述家居设备的操作;
    其中,登录所述目标账号的终端设备为目标终端设备,所述目标终端设备为接收所述服务器发送的通知消息的终端设备,所述通知消息包括用于指示所述家居设备状态的状态信息,所述家居设备的状态与所述操作信息相关。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的通信方法,其特征在于,所述与所述家居设备处于同一个网络的一个或多个设备的MAC地址相关信息,包括:所述一个或多个设备的MAC地址的排序结果,其中,所述MAC地址的排序结果是根据所述一个或多个设备中每个设备的MAC地址对应的所述网络的信号强度得出的;或者,
    所述一个或多个设备的MAC地址以及所述一个或多个设备中每个设备的MAC地址对应的所述网络的信号强度。
  10. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:处理模块和收发模块;
    所述处理模块,用于通过所述收发模块接收来自家居设备的操作信息,所述操作信息用于指示用户对所述家居设备的操作;
    所述处理模块,还用于确定目标账号,所述目标账号为与所述家居设备相关联的账号中的一个账号;
    所述处理模块,还用于通过所述收发模块向目标终端设备发送通知消息,所述通知消息包括用于指示所述家居设备状态的状态信息,所述家居设备的状态与所述操作信息相关,所述目标终端设备为登录所述目标账号的终端设备。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理模块,用于确定目标账号,包括:
    所述处理模块,用于获取一个或多个终端设备的全球定位系统GPS位置信息,所述一个或多个终端设备为登录所述与所述家居设备相关联的账号的终端设备;
    所述处理模块,还用于确定所述一个或多个终端设备的GPS位置信息中与所述家居设备的GPS位置距离最近的GPS位置信息;
    所述处理模块,还用于将所述与所述家居设备的GPS位置距离最近的GPS位置信息 对应的终端设备登录的账号确定为所述目标账号。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述处理模块,还用于通过所述接收模块接收入网GPS位置信息,所述入网GPS位置信息为所述家居设备通过入网终端设备入网时所述入网终端设备的GPS位置信息;
    所述处理模块,还用于将所述入网GPS位置信息确定为所述家居设备的GPS位置信息。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述操作信息包括用户的语音指令;所述处理模块,用于确定目标账号,包括:
    所述处理模块,用于根据所述用户的语音指令,识别出所述用户的声纹信息;
    所述处理模块,还用于根据预先建立的声纹信息和账号的对应关系,将与所述用户的声纹信息最匹配的声纹信息对应的账号确定为所述目标账号。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理模块,用于确定目标账号,包括:
    所述处理模块,用于获取一个或多个终端设备的MAC地址以及所述一个或多个终端设备的MAC地址中每个终端设备的MAC地址对应的网络的信号强度,所述一个或多个终端设备为登录所述与所述家居设备相关联的账号的终端设备,所述一个或多个终端设备与所述家居设备处于同一个网络中;
    所述处理模块,还用于确定所述一个或多个终端设备的MAC地址中所述网络的信号强度最强的MAC地址;
    所述处理模块,还用于将所述网络的信号强度最强的MAC地址对应的终端设备所登录的账号确定为所述目标账号。
  15. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:处理器和通信接口;
    所述处理器,用于通过所述通信接口接收来自家居设备的操作信息,所述操作信息用于指示用户对所述家居设备的操作;
    所述处理器,还用于确定目标账号,所述目标账号为与所述家居设备相关联的账号中的一个账号;
    所述处理器,还用于通过所述通信接口向目标终端设备发送通知消息,所述通知消息包括用于指示所述家居设备状态的状态信息,所述家居设备的状态与所述操作信息相关,所述目标终端设备为登录所述目标账号的终端设备。
  16. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备包括:处理器和通信接口;
    所述处理器,用于通过所述通信接口接收来自服务器的通知消息,其中,所述终端设备为目标终端设备,所述目标终端设备为登录所述服务器确定的目标账号的终端设备,所述目标账号为与家居设备相关联的账号中的一个账号,所述通知消息包括用于指示所述家居设备状态的状态信息,所述家居设备的状态与操作信息相关,所述操作信息由所述家居设备发送给所述服务器,所述操作信息用于指示用户对所述家居设备的操作;
    所述处理器,还用于根据所述通知消息,确定所述家居设备的状态。
  17. 一种家居设备,其特征在于,所述家居设备包括:处理器和通信接口;
    所述处理器,用于获取与所述家居设备处于同一个网络的一个或多个具有网络连接功能的设备的媒体接入控制MAC地址相关信息,所述MAC地址相关信息用于服务器确定 目标账号,所述目标账号为与所述家居设备相关联的账号中的一个账号,所述一个或多个具有无线连接功能的设备包括登录与所述家居设备相关联的账号的终端设备;
    所述处理器,还用于通过所述通信接口向所述服务器发送所述MAC地址相关信息;
    所述处理器,还用于通过所述通信接口向所述服务器发送操作信息,所述操作信息用于指示用户对所述家居设备的操作;
    其中,登录所述目标账号的终端设备为目标终端设备,所述目标终端设备为接收所述服务器发送的通知消息的终端设备,所述通知消息包括用于指示所述家居设备状态的状态信息,所述家居设备的状态与所述操作信息相关。
  18. 一种通信系统,所述通信系统包括服务器、家居设备、以及一个或多个终端设备,其特征在于,
    所述家居设备,用于向服务器发送操作信息,所述操作信息用于指示用户对所述家居设备的操作;
    所述服务器,用于确定目标账号,所述目标账号为与所述家居设备相关联的账号中的一个账号;
    所述一个或多个终端设备中的目标终端设备,用于接收来自所述服务器的通知消息,所述通知消息包括用于指示所述家居设备状态的状态信息,所述家居设备的状态与所述操作信息相关,所述目标终端设备为所述一个或多个终端设备中登录所述目标账号的终端设备。
