[2] Currently, antitheft systems make use of the identification of the vehicle's original keys, as well as the identification of the driver authorized to drive or even the car alarm against intrusion to prevent theft or theft of the vehicle. [3] However, nowadays miscreants have reached such a level of knowledge of anti-theft systems, as well as tracking systems, that it allows them to neutralize them easily and quickly, either by possession of the original keys, by the possession of identification codes and / or coercion by the driver or possession of the coded remote control or even by the physical deactivation made by specialized criminals. In this way, once a vehicle is paralyzed to be stolen or stolen, the time to put it back into service, to remove it from the crime scene, can reach the order of units of minutes, which gives a great advantage to those who perpetrate theft.
[4] Another aspect related to current antitheft systems concerns the fact that they are not capable of effectively detecting situations of theft or theft arising from the action of radio frequency blocking devices (BRF's / Jammers) and / or altering the expected behavior for vehicle use.
[5] Current antitheft systems, therefore, cannot be seen as an effective solution to prevent theft or recover stolen or stolen vehicles.
[6] Thus, with insecurity as part of our worldwide daily life, it becomes evident the need to provide people and companies with efficient electronic means of remote stopping of their vehicles and that, still, greatly increase the possibility of physical recovery of their vehicles. themselves.
OBJETIVOS DA INVENÇÃO OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION
[7] Thus, the objective of the present patent is to provide a module (system) that makes it possible to stop the vehicle from a point remote control or automatic stop using local means (embedded intelligence).
[8] Another objective is to provide a system that monitors and reports the status and / or access to the installation of the system itself, self-monitoring.
[9] Another objective is to provide a system that makes it possible to detect anomalies in the system in order to provide early detection of theft or theft of the vehicle, to allow prompt response through security agents and an even greater increase in the chances of recovering assets in question.
[10] Another objective is to provide a system that enables and a high degree of recovery of stolen vehicles.
DESCRIÇÃO RESUMIDA DA INVENÇÃO [11] Another objective is to provide a system that can be installed on the vehicle at the factory level or on existing vehicles in use. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[12] In view of the problems of the state of the art mentioned above and in order to overcome them and considering the objectives listed above and aiming to meet them, the electronic module can was developed to detect theft or theft with local or remote action of shutdown of automotive vehicles with injection and / or electronic engine control, object of this patent, which is essentially comprised of two associated modules: an internal module, comprised of a physical internal MIF module (Hardware) or internal module logic logic (Firmware), installed inside the Motor Control Unit - UCM and another physical ME external module (Hardware) installed next to the CAN bus (Controller Area NetWork) of the vehicle or any other standard serial data bus, both modules developed to detect theft or theft of the vehicle and to stop or release the engine operation in automotive vehicles equipped with electronic injection and / or electronic engine control, in the case of electric or hybrid vehicles, as well as as these modules are also developed to provide their self-monitoring, aiming to detect the deactivation of the same and at least one of the modules is integrated with a cellular data network, satellites or internet.
[13] Therefore, when one of the system's modules detects an anomaly that characterizes theft or theft, or when it receives a specific command from the operation center (or from the owner itself) via cellular or satellite data communication, said system, constituted by two modules, it causes the vehicle's engine to stop. Said system is also created so that the engine can only be released by sending a specific and remote command to do so. The present system, constituted by the internal and external modules, is also programmed for when there is an attempt to remove the external module installed next to the CAN bus, causing the motor to stop by detecting its absence by the module internal to the Motor Control Unit - UCM , such that the engine is unable to run and therefore the vehicle remains stationary.
[14] Thus, from the installation and operation of the proposed modules and in the event of attempted theft or theft of the vehicle, the possibility of its recovery will be enhanced, in the insofar as this system provides, as an additional resource to the vehicle, a remote action of its immediate stop.
[15] In addition to the remote control stop, the present system also allows automatic stop by local means (embedded intelligence) if there is physical evidence that the vehicle is being stolen or stolen, such as through the action of radio blockers. frequency (BRF / Jammer), alteration of the expected behavior of the vehicle, violation or even withdrawal or replacement of this system.
[16] Thus, the present theft or theft detection solution differs from the current and well-known embedded vehicle systems for a basic and fundamental reason: Current vehicle systems are not able to effectively detect theft or theft situations arising the action of radio frequency blocking devices (BRF's / Jammers) and / or altering the behavior expected for vehicle use, which is possible with this module, consisting of the internal and external modules. In addition, the system proposed here, is able to act together with the Motor Control Unit (UCM), via CAN bus and / or any other standard serial communication bus, in order to safely stop the motor operation, as well as releasing it via remote control. Thus, neither the miscreant, nor the driver under duress by the bandit has the power to get the vehicle running again.
[17] In view of these functionalities of the present system, it allows a high degree of recovery of stolen or stolen vehicles. Its installation method, via CAN bus and / or any other standard serial bus on the vehicle, allows it to be an original factory accessory or can be installed after the vehicle is sold.
