本公开实施例涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种保护壳。
随着终端技术的不断发展,终端设备越来越广泛地被人们所使用,例如智能手机,平板电脑等。为给用户提供更好的观看效果,现在以智能手机为代表的终端设备屏幕配置越来越大。
由于终端设备屏幕的增大,使用终端设备过程中很容易出现屏幕摔坏的事故,因此如何防摔是每个终端设备都需面临的重要问题。目前,为终端设备安装保护壳是使用最为普遍的一种防摔方案。然而,不同型号的终端设备,其大小和厚度均存在差异,因此一个保护壳只能适用于一个型号的终端设备,保护壳的对终端设备的兼容性较差。在用户更换终端设备时,原来保护壳无法继续使用,需要根据更换的新的终端设备重新购买保护壳。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供一种保护壳,用于解决相关技术中保护壳的对终端设备的兼容性较差的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开实施例是这样实现的:
本公开的实施例提供了一种保护壳,包括:四个底板、四个侧板和至少八个弹性连接结构;其中,所述四个底板包括:第一底板、第二底板、第三底板以及第四底板;所述第一底板与所述第二底板之间、所述第一底板与所述第三底板之间、所述第二底板与所述第四底板之间、所述第三底板与所述第四底板之间均设置有至少一个所述弹性连接结构,所述第一底板、所述第二底板、所述第三底板和所述第四底板组成所述保护壳的底壁;所述四个侧板包括:第一侧板、第二侧板、第三侧板以及第四侧板;所述第一底板与所述第一侧板之间、所述第二底板与所述第二侧板之间、所述第三底板与所述第三侧板之间、所述第四底板与所述第四侧板之间均设置有至少一个所述弹性连接结构,所述第一侧板、所述第二侧板、所述第三侧板和所述第四侧板组成所述保护壳的侧壁。

相关技术中,不同型号的终端设备,其大小和厚度均存在差异,因此一个保护壳只能适用于一个型号的终端设备,保护壳的对终端设备的兼容性较差。

其中,所述四个底板包括:第一底板101、第二底板102、第三底板103以及第四底板104;所述第一底板101与所述第二底板102之间、所述第一底板101与所述第三底板103之间、所述第二底板102与所述第四底板104之间、所述第三底板103与所述第四底板104之间均设置有至少一个所述弹性连接结构,所述第一底板101、所述第二底板102、所述第三底板103和所述第四底板104组成所述保护壳的底壁。

以下对上述实施例提供的保护壳的工作原理进行说明。
首先,由于所述第一底板101通过至少一个所述弹性连接结构109与所述第二底板102连接组成了所述保护壳的底壁的上半部分、所述第三底板103通过至少一个所述弹性连接结构112与所述第四底板104连接组成了所述保护壳的底壁的下半部分,因此通过调节连接第一底板101与第二底板102之间的弹性连接结构109的长度,以及调节连接第三底板103与第四底板104之间的弹性连接结构112的长度,可以调节保护壳的宽度,从而使保护壳能够适用于不同宽度的终端设备。
其次,由于所述第一底板101通过至少一个所述弹性连接结构110与所述第三底板103连接组成了所述保护壳的底壁的左半部分、所述第二底板102通过至少一个所述弹性连接结构111与所述第四底板104连接组成了所述保护壳的底壁的右半部分,因此通过调节连接第一底板101与第三底板103之间的弹性连接结构110的长度,以及调节连接第二底板102与第四底板104之间的弹性连接结构111的长度,可以调节保护壳的长度,从而使保护壳能够适用于不同长度的终端设备。
再次,通过调节连接第一底板101与第一侧板105之间的弹性连接结构113的长度,可以调节保护壳左上侧壁的高度,通过调节连接第二底板102与第二侧板106之间的弹性连接结构114的长度,可以调节保护壳右上侧壁的高度,通过调节连接第三底板103与第三侧板107之间的弹性连接结构115的长度,可以调节保护壳左下侧壁的高度,通过调节连接第四底板104与第四侧板108之间的弹性连接结构116的长度,可以调节保护壳右下 侧壁的高度。因此,通过调节弹性连接结构113、弹性连接结构114、弹性连接结构115以及连接第四底板104与第四侧板108之间的弹性连接结构116可以调节保护壳侧板的高度,从而使保护壳使用于不同厚度的终端设备。
本公开实施例提供的保护壳,包括:四个底板、四个侧板和至少八个弹性连接结构;由于所述四个底板包括:第一底板、第二底板、第三底板以及第四底板,且所述第一底板与所述第二底板之间、所述第一底板与所述第三底板之间、所述第二底板与所述第四底板之间、所述第三底板与所述第四底板之间均设置有至少一个所述弹性连接结构,所述第一底板、所述第二底板、所述第三底板和所述第四底板组成所述保护壳的底壁,因此通过调节弹性连接结构的长度,可以调节保护壳的底壁的长度和宽度,从而使所述保护壳可以适用于不同长度和宽度的终端设备;又因为所述四个侧板包括:第一侧板、第二侧板、第三侧板以及第四侧板,并且所述第一底板与所述第一侧板之间、所述第二底板与所述第二侧板之间、所述第三底板与所述第三侧板之间、所述第四底板与所述第四侧板之间均设置有至少一个所述弹性连接结构,所述第一侧板、所述第二侧板、所述第三侧板和所述第四侧板组成所述保护壳的侧壁,因此通过调节弹性连接结构的长度,可以调节保护壳的侧壁的高度,从而使所述保护壳可以适用于不同厚度的终端设备;由于本法本公开实施例提供的保护壳的长度、宽度以及厚度均可以调节,因此本公开实施例提供的保护壳能够适用于多种不同型号的终端设备。
进一步的,终端设备的背面普遍设置有后置摄像头,因此在设计上述实施例提供的保护壳时,还需要考虑避免遮挡终端设备的后置摄像头。
可选地,参照图5所示,为了避免遮挡终端设备的后置摄像头,上述实施例中的所述第一底板101、所述第二底板102、所述第三底板103以及所述第四底板104中的至少一个上设置有通孔。
其中,图5中以第一底板101设置有通孔117、第二底板102设置有通孔118、第三底板103设置有通孔119、第四底板104设置有通孔120为例示出,但本公开实施例并不限定于此,本公开实施例还可以仅在所述第一底板101、所述第二底板102、所述第三底板103以及所述第四底板104中一个或两个或三个上设置通孔,例如:仅在第一底板101和第二底板102上设置通孔。
传统保护壳可以根据保护壳所适用的终端设备的后置摄像头的位置,在保护壳的后壳上预留通孔,从而避免遮挡终端设备外露于终端设备本体器件,例如突出于壳体的后置摄像头,而本公开实施例提供的保护壳可以适用多种信号的终端设备,因此在所述第一底板101、所述第二底板102、所述第三底板103以及所述第四底板104中的至少一个上设置通孔,能够在一定程度上避免保护壳遮挡终端设备的后置摄像头,进而进一步提高本公开实施例提供的保护壳对终端设备的兼容性。
进一步的,终端设备的侧面一般设置有电源键、音量加减键等按键,因此保护壳还需要避免遮挡终端设备侧面的按键。可选地,参照图2、图3以及图4所示,为了避免遮挡终端设备侧面的按键,上述实施例中的所述第一底板101与所述第一侧板105之间、所述第二底板102与所述第二侧板106之间、所述第三底板103与所述第三侧板107之间以及所述第四底板104与所述第四侧板108之间均预留有宽度大于阈值的缝隙。
由于所述第一底板与所述第一侧板之间、所述第二底板与所述第二侧板之间、所述第 三底板与所述第三侧板之间以及所述第四底板与所述第四侧板之间均预留有宽度大于阈值的缝隙,因此上述实施例提供的保护壳可以通过所述第一底板与所述第一侧板之间或所述第二底板与所述第二侧板之间或所述第三底板与所述第三侧板之间或所述第四底板与所述第四侧板之间的缝隙露出终端设备侧面的按键,从而进一步提高本公开实施例提供的保护壳对终端设备的兼容性。
可选地,参照本公开实施例提供的保护壳的左视图图6以及右视图图7所示所示,所述第一底板101的外表面设置有第一缓冲件121,所述第二底板102的外表面设置有第二缓冲件122,所述第三底板103的外表面设置有第三缓冲件123,所述第四底板104的外表面设置有第四缓冲件124。
示例性的,上述实施例中的第一缓冲件121、第二缓冲件122、第三缓冲件123以及第四缓冲件124可以为橡胶垫。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例实施例对第一缓冲件121、第二缓冲件122、第三缓冲件123以及第四缓冲件124的面积不作限定,第一缓冲件121可以完全覆盖第一底板101的外表面,也可以仅在第一底板101外表面的部分区域设置所述第一缓冲件121;第二缓冲件122可以完全覆盖第二底板102的外表面,也可以仅在第二底板102外表面的部分区域设置所述第二缓冲件122;第三缓冲件123可以完全覆盖第三底板103的外表面,也可以仅在第三底板103外表面的部分区域设置所述第三缓冲件123;第四缓冲件124可以完全覆盖第四底板104的外表面,也可以仅在第四底板104外表面的部分区域设置所述第二缓冲件124。
由于上述实施例在第一底板101的外表面设置第一缓冲件121,在所述第二底板102的外表面设置第二缓冲件122,在所述第三底板103的外表面设置第三缓冲件123,以及在所述第四底板104的外表面设置第四缓冲件124,因此上述实施例能够增强保护壳对终端设备底面的保护。
进一步可选地,参照本公开实施例提供的保护壳的左视图图8以及右视图图9所示所示,所述第一侧板105的外表面设置有第五缓冲件125,所述第二侧板106的外表面设置有第六缓冲件126,所述第三侧板107的外表面设置有第七缓冲件127,所述第四侧板108的外表面设置有第八缓冲件128。
可选地,第五缓冲件125、第六缓冲件126、第七缓冲件127以及第八缓冲件128也可以为橡胶垫。
同样,本公开实施例实施例对第五缓冲件125、第六缓冲件126、第七缓冲件127以及第八缓冲件128的面积不作限定。
由于上述实施例在第一侧板105的外表面设置第五缓冲件125,在所述第二侧板106的外表面设置第六缓冲件126,在所述第三侧板107的外表面设置第七缓冲件127,以及在所述第四侧板108的外表面设置第八缓冲件128,因此上述实施例能够增强保护壳对终端设备的侧面的保护。
进一步可选地,参照图10所示,所述第一底板101、所述第二底板102、所述第三底板103以及所述第四底板104中的至少一个上设置有至少一个通风孔129。
由于所述第一底板101、所述第二底板102、所述第三底板103以及所述第四底板104中的至少一个上设置有至少一个通风孔129,因此本公开实施例还可以增强终端设备散热, 避免保护壳影响终端设备散热。
此外,需要说明的是,当所述第一底板的外侧设置有第一缓冲件,所述第二底板的外侧设置有第二缓冲件,所述第三底板的外侧设置有第三缓冲件,所述第四底板的外侧设置有第四缓冲件的情况下,所述通孔129需要贯穿对应的底板和设置于底板上的缓冲件。
可选地,所述弹性连接结构为弹性伸缩杆或松紧带;所述至少八个弹性连接结构包括至少一个弹性伸缩杆和/或至少一个松紧带。
当然,在上述实施例的基础上,本公开实施例中的弹性连接结构还可以为其他类型的弹性连接结构,本公开实施例中对此不做限定。
具体的,参照图11所示,所述弹性伸缩杆130包括:卡槽1301、调节杆1302、卡块1303以及至少一个弹簧1304;所述调节杆1302与所述卡块1303连接,所述卡块1303位于所述卡槽1301内,所述至少一个弹簧1304设置于所述卡块1303和所述卡槽1301的底部之间,所述至少一个弹簧1304的轴向与所述卡块1303在所述卡槽1301内的滑动方向一致。
具体的,所述调节杆1302与所述卡块1303连接,具体可以为通过粘接、焊接、卡接等方式固定连接所述调节杆1302与所述卡块1303,也可以使所述调节杆1302和所述卡块1303一体成型。
进一步可选地,参照图11所示,所述卡槽1301开设于任一底板或任一侧板上。
例如:弹性伸缩杆130连接第一底板101和第二底板102,则卡槽1301可以开设于所述第一底板101上,调节杆1302与第二底板102固定连接,或者则卡槽1301可以开设于所述第二底板102上,调节杆1302与第一底板101固定连接。
进一步可选地,参照图12所示,所述卡槽1301与所述底板或所述侧板通过目标方式固定连接。
示例性的,目标方式可以为粘接、焊接、卡接、螺丝固定中的一种或多种。
例如:弹性伸缩杆130连接第一底板101和第三底板103,则卡槽1301可以与所述第一底板101固定连接,调节杆1302与第三底板102固定连接,或者则卡槽1301可以与所述第三底板103固定连接,调节杆1302与第一底板101固定连接。
可选地,参照图10或图11所示,在上述任一实施例的基础上,连接所述第一底板101与所述第二底板102的至少一个所述弹性连接结构、连接所述第三底板103与所述第四底板104的至少一个所述弹性连接结构、连接所述第一底板101与所述第三底板103的至少一个所述弹性连接结构以及连接所述第二底板102与所述第四底板104的至少一个所述弹性连接结构均为所述弹性伸缩杆130。
即,连接所述第一底板101与所述第二底板102的至少一个所述弹性连接结构、连接所述第三底板103与所述第四底板104的至少一个所述弹性连接结构、连接所述第一底板101与所述第三底板103的至少一个所述弹性连接结构以及连接所述第二底板102与所述第四底板104的至少一个所述弹性连接结构均为所述弹性伸缩杆130。
可选地,参照图13所示,所述第一底板101与所述第二底板102之间、所述第一底板101与所述第三底板103之间、所述第二底板102与所述第四底板104之间以及所述第三底板103与所述第四底板104之间的弹性连接结构均为所述松紧带131。
即,连接所述第一底板101与所述第二底板102的至少一个所述弹性连接结构、连接 所述第三底板103与所述第四底板104的至少一个所述弹性连接结构、连接所述第一底板101与所述第三底板103的至少一个所述弹性连接结构以及连接所述第二底板102与所述第四底板104的至少一个所述弹性连接结构均为松紧带131。
可选地,参照图14所示,所述第一底板101与所述第二底板102之间以及所述第三底板103与所述第四底板104之间的弹性连接结构为所述松紧带131;所述第一底板101与所述第三底板103之间以及所述第二底板102与所述第四底板104之间的弹性连接结构为所述弹性伸缩杆130。

Claims (12)
- 一种保护壳,包括:四个底板、四个侧板和至少八个弹性连接结构;其中,所述四个底板包括:第一底板、第二底板、第三底板以及第四底板;所述第一底板与所述第二底板之间、所述第一底板与所述第三底板之间、所述第二底板与所述第四底板之间、所述第三底板与所述第四底板之间均设置有至少一个所述弹性连接结构,所述第一底板、所述第二底板、所述第三底板和所述第四底板组成所述保护壳的底壁;所述四个侧板包括:第一侧板、第二侧板、第三侧板以及第四侧板;所述第一底板与所述第一侧板之间、所述第二底板与所述第二侧板之间、所述第三底板与所述第三侧板之间、所述第四底板与所述第四侧板之间均设置有至少一个所述弹性连接结构,所述第一侧板、所述第二侧板、所述第三侧板和所述第四侧板组成所述保护壳的侧壁。
- 根据权利要求1所述的保护壳,其中,所述第一底板、所述第二底板、所述第三底板以及所述第四底板中的至少一个上设置有通孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的保护壳,其中,所述第一底板与所述第一侧板之间、所述第二底板与所述第二侧板之间、所述第三底板与所述第三侧板之间以及所述第四底板与所述第四侧板之间均预留有宽度大于阈值的缝隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的保护壳,其中,所述第一底板的外侧设置有第一缓冲件,所述第二底板的外侧设置有第二缓冲件,所述第三底板的外侧设置有第三缓冲件,所述第四底板的外侧设置有第四缓冲件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的保护壳,其中,所述第一底板、所述第二底板、所述第三底板以及所述第四底板中的至少一个上设置有至少一个通风孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的保护壳,其中,所述第一侧板的外侧设置有第五缓冲件,所述第二侧板的外侧设置有第六缓冲件,所述第三侧板的外侧设置有第七缓冲件,所述第四侧板的外侧设置有第八缓冲件。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的保护壳,其中,所述弹性连接结构为弹性伸缩杆或松紧带;所述至少八个弹性连接结构包括至少一个弹性伸缩杆和/或至少一个松紧带。
- 根据权利要求7所述的保护壳,其中,所述弹性伸缩杆包括:卡槽、调节杆、卡块和至少一个弹簧;所述调节杆与所述卡块连接,所述卡块位于所述卡槽内,所述至少一个弹簧设置于所述卡块和所述卡槽的底部之间,所述至少一个弹簧的轴向与所述卡块在所述卡槽内的滑动方向一致。
- 根据权利要求8所述的保护壳,其中,所述卡槽开设于任一底板或任一侧板上,或者所述卡槽与任一底板或任一侧板通过目标方式固定连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的保护壳,其中,所述第一底板与所述第二底板之间、所述第一底板与所述第三底板之间、所述第二底板与所述第四底板之间以及所述第三底板与所述第四底板之间的弹性连接结构均为所述弹性伸缩杆。
- 根据权利要求7所述的保护壳,其中,所述第一底板与所述第二底板之间、 所述第一底板与所述第三底板之间、所述第二底板与所述第四底板之间以及所述第三底板与所述第四底板之间的弹性连接结构均为松紧带。
- 根据权利要求7所述的保护壳,其中,所述第一底板与所述第一侧板之间、所述第二底板与所述第二侧板之间、所述第三底板与所述第三侧板之间以及所述第四底板与所述第四侧板之间的弹性连接结构均为松紧带。
