该置物部10包括置物板11及固接在置物板11背面的固座12,该置物板如桌面板,根据需要,也可是其它置物部件,如托架或托盘等。该置物板11具有置物面,该置物面上凸设有凸座111(图5、6、7中未绘出凸座),该传感器单元包括传感器, 该传感器设在凸座上,该传感器包括判断置物板11上是否存在置物的红外感应器51,红外感应器沿凸座长度设置,红外感应器发出红外线,当红外线遇到障碍时反馈给红外感应器,红外感应器依据是否收到反馈判断出置物面上是否有置物(有反馈则表示有置物,无反馈则表示无置物),根据需要,也可采用其它传感器,如微波感应器或激光感应器。根据需要,该传感器单元如还包括控制部分,该控制部分信号连接传感器,置物部10处于使用状态中当控制部分收到置物板上不存在置物的信号及控制驱动机构活动以向非使用状态活动的信号后才会向驱动机构发出驱动信号。
该置物部装置还包括第一连杆31、第二连杆32、第三连杆33、第四连杆34和驱动机构40,该第一连杆31一端、第三连杆33一端都能转动连接在支撑部分20,该第二连杆32一端、第四连杆34一端都能转动连接在置物部10,该第一连杆31另一端、第三连杆33另一端和第二连杆32另一端、第四连杆34另一端分别转动连接在一起,而且,该第二连杆32和第三连杆33还转动连接在一起,使该第二连杆32、第三连杆33、第四连杆34和置物部10配合构成四连杆机构,该第一连杆31、第二连杆32、第三连杆33和支撑部分20配合也构成四连杆机构,该两个四连杆机构连动。该驱动机构40传动连接第一连杆31以带动第一连杆31转动。具体结构中:该第二连杆32、第四连杆34都能转动连接在置物部10的固座12。
该驱动机构40包括一驱动部41和一能滑动连接驱动部41的顶抵部42,该驱动部41转动连接在支撑部分20,该顶抵部42转动连接第一连杆31,以通过顶抵部42相对驱动部41的滑动控制第一连杆31的转动,控制置物部10收折机构的展收。根据需要,也可采用其它驱动机构,例如设驱动齿轮和同步转动连接第一连杆31转动轴的从动齿轮,驱动齿轮和从动齿轮啮合以通过驱动齿轮带动第一连杆31绕转动轴转动实现展收。具体结构中:该驱动机构40包括电动推杆,该电动推杆的推杆构成上述的顶抵部42,根据需要,该驱动机构也可采用其它机构,如液压推杆或气动推杆等。
本具体实施方式之中:该置物部10设有无线充电模块,以能为电子设备提供无线充电功能。
请查阅图1至图4,沙发,包括沙发主体和上述的置物部装置,该沙发主体包含有上述的支撑部分20。该沙发主体包括座部21、分别位于座部21两侧的扶手部22及设于座部21后部的背部23,该扶手部22包含有上述的支撑部分20。该扶手 部22外壁凹设有容置腔221,通过收折机构使置物部10能在展开状态和收折状态之间活动,位于收折状态的置物部10及收折机构位于容置腔221内。采用上述的收折机构使得置物板能收折状态时位于容置腔内,展开时部分位于扶手顶面之上,一方面,展收过程中能避开扶手顶面,另方面,展开时部分位于扶手顶面之上,方面用户使用置物板。
该扶手部22上设有控制面板,该控制面板信号连接驱动机构40以控制置物板收折机构展收,根据需要,该控制面板处还可设置USB充电座。
本具体实施方式的置物部装置不仅可用于沙发,还可用于桌子、椅子、床等其它家居用品上。
第二具体实施方式之中:它与上一具体实施方式不同之处在于:该置物部装置设置有锁接机构,该锁接机构连接置物部且能在锁接状态和松释状态之间活动,位于锁接状态的锁接机构能控制置物部保持在使用状态,具体的锁接机构如插销机构,插销机构包括能相对活动的插销,通过插销活动控制锁接或松释锁接;该传感器单元信号连接锁接机构且置物部处于使用状态中当传感器单元判断置物部上存在置物时控制该锁接机构保持在锁接状态,如插销机构通过电磁铁机构控制插销活动。避免置物部上的物体掉落,只有在置物部上不存在置物时锁接结构才可能处于松释状态,置物部才能由使用状态向非使用状态活动。
第二具体实施方式之中:它与上一具体实施方式不同之处在于:该传感器包括判断置物板11上是否存在置物的压力传感器52,压力传感器52设有置物面并依据压力传感器判断是否置物。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明置物部装置,当传感器单元判断置物部上存在置物时控制驱动机构以使置物部保持在使用状态,则避免处于使用状态中当置物部上存在置物时驱动机构驱动置物部向非使用状态活动,避免置物部上的物体掉落。

Claims (10)

  1. 置物部装置,连接支撑部分(20),该置物部装置包括能相对支撑部分(20)活动的置物部(10);其特征在于:该置物部装置还包括驱动机构(40)和设于置物部(10)用于判断置物部(10)上是否存在置物的传感器单元;该驱动机构(40)传动连接置物部(10)以控制置物部(10)至少在使用状态和非使用状态之间活动;该传感器单元信号连接驱动机构(40)且置物部(10)处于使用状态中当传感器单元判断置物部(10)上存在置物时控制该驱动机构(40)以使置物部(10)保持在使用状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的置物部装置,其特征在于:该置物部(10)具有置物面,该置物面上凸设有凸座,该传感器单元包括传感器,该传感器设在凸座上,该传感器包括判断置物板(11)上是否存在置物的红外感应器或微波感应器或激光感应器。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的置物部装置,其特征在于:该置物部(10)具有置物面,该传感器单元包括配合该置物面的传感器,该传感器包括判断置物板(11)上是否置物的压力传感器。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的置物部装置,其特征在于:该置物部(10)包括置物板(11),该传感器单元包括传感器,该传感器设于置物板(11)。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的置物部装置,其特征在于:该驱动机构(40)包括电动推杆,该电动推杆的推杆传动连接置物部(10),该传感器单元信号连接电动推杆。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的置物部装置,其特征在于:该置物部装置还包括第一连杆(31)、第二连杆(32)、第三连杆(33)和第四连杆(34),该第一连杆(31)、第三连杆(33)都能转动连接在支撑部分(20),该第二连杆(32)、第四连杆(34)都能转动连接在置物部(10),该第一连杆(31)、第三连杆(33)和第二连杆(32)、第四连杆(34)分别转动连接在一起,该第二连杆(32)和第三连杆(33)还转动连接在一起。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的置物部装置,其特征在于:该第二连杆(32)、第三连杆(33)、第四连杆(34)和置物部(10)配合构成四连杆机构,该第一连杆(31)、 第二连杆(32)、第三连杆(33)和支撑部分(20)配合也构成四连杆机构。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的置物部装置,其特征在于:该驱动机构(40)传动连接第一连杆(31)以带动第一连杆(31)转动。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的置物部装置,其特征在于:该置物部(10)包括置物板(11)及固接在置物板(11)背面的固座(12),该第二连杆(32)、第四连杆(34)都能转动连接在置物部(10)的固座(12)。
  10. 置物部装置,连接支撑部分,该置物部装置包括置物部,该置物部活动连接支撑部分且置物部相对支撑部分至少在使用状态和非使用状态之间活动;其特征在于:该置物部装置还包括锁接机构和设于置物部用于判断置物部上是否存在置物的传感器单元;该锁接机构连接置物部且能在锁接状态和松释状态之间活动,位于锁接状态的锁接机构能控制置物部保持在使用状态;该传感器单元信号连接锁接机构且置物部处于使用状态中当传感器单元判断置物部上存在置物时控制该锁接机构保持在锁接状态。
