需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本申请。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
如图1-2所示,本申请一实施例中,提供了一种洗碗机100,包括内胆10、碗碟篮30及喷淋机构50。碗碟篮30和喷淋机构50均设于内胆10内,且一部分的喷淋机构50位于碗碟篮30下方,喷淋机构50向上喷射喷淋水,对碗碟篮30中的餐具进行清洗,并使洗涤时的污水及残渣等在重力作用下向下排出。可以理解地,喷淋机构50也可以设置于碗碟篮30的其他方位,对于喷淋机构50的安装位置,在此不做限定。
如图3-4所示,喷淋机构50包括驱动组件52、喷淋件54及供水组件56,喷淋件54上开设有至少一个朝向碗碟篮30的喷淋孔541,可以从喷淋孔541向碗碟篮30喷射喷淋水,对餐具进行清洗。并且,喷淋件54与驱动组件52连接,喷淋件54在驱动组件52的驱动下相对碗碟篮30运动。由喷淋孔541喷出的喷淋水随喷淋件54运动,运动的喷淋水可以到达碗碟篮30内的全部区域,全面清洗碗碟篮30内的餐具,消除清洗的死区,提高洗涤效果。同时,供水组件56始终与喷淋件54连接,可以为喷淋件54提供喷淋水,保证了对喷淋件54供水的可靠性,整个喷淋机构50的洗涤效果较佳。
在一些实施例中,喷淋孔541喷出的喷淋水随喷淋件54的运动形成移动的 喷淋区域,通过移动的喷淋区域可以得到覆盖整个碗碟篮30的喷淋范围,消除清洗的死区,提高洗涤效果。并且,喷淋区域的运动轨迹至少途经碗碟篮30的底部,以可靠地清洗碗碟篮30内的餐具。在一些实施例中,喷淋区域的运动轨迹途经整个碗碟篮30,通过移动的喷淋区域可以全面可靠地清洗餐具。
在一些实施例中,驱动组件52驱动喷淋件54相对碗碟篮30往复运动,通过喷淋件54的往复运动,带动喷淋区域反复多次经过碗碟篮30,以多次清洗碗碟篮30中的餐具,提高清洗效果。
在一些实施例中,喷淋件54在驱动组件52的驱动下相对碗碟篮30往复直线运动,且喷淋件54上开设有多个喷淋孔541,多个喷淋孔541沿与喷淋件54运动方向相交的方向布设。也就是说,喷淋件54上沿第一方向布设有多个喷淋孔541,且喷淋件54沿与第一方向相交的第二方向移动时,便可形成方形的喷淋面积,以与方形碗碟篮30的形状相匹配,以全面覆盖碗碟篮30,全面清洗碗碟篮30内的餐具。
如图4所示,在本申请的一个实施例中,喷淋件54向靠近或者远离内胆10开口的方向前后往复运动;可以理解地,喷淋件54也可以设置为在图4所示视角下左右往复移动,对于喷淋件54的移动方向在此不做限定。并且,在一些实施例中,喷淋孔541处设置有旋转式喷淋头,旋转式喷淋头旋转喷射喷淋水,如此不仅通过喷淋件54的运动带动喷淋水运动,使喷淋水可以经过碗碟篮30的多个位置,而且旋转式喷淋头自身还旋转喷射喷淋水,进一步向碗碟篮30的多个位置喷射喷淋水,以进一步提高喷淋水的洗涤效果。
驱动组件52包括驱动件521及与驱动件521连接的丝杆523,喷淋件54螺纹连接于丝杆523上,丝杆523在驱动件521的驱动下转动,喷淋件54在丝杆523正反转动时沿丝杆523的轴向往复移动,进行往复直线运动。也就是说,喷 淋件54与丝杆523螺纹连接,丝杆523将其自身的旋转运动,转化为喷淋件54的直线运动,带动喷淋件54在丝杆523上往复移动,形成移动的喷淋区域。驱动喷淋件54移动的组件结构简单,只需要驱动件521和丝杆523,不需要占用内胆10内过多的空间,且安装方便。
在一个实施例中,喷淋机构50还包括设于内胆10内壁上的导轨55,导轨55与丝杆523平行且间隔设置,喷淋件54的一端与丝杆523螺纹连接,喷淋件54的另一端在导轨55上往复移动,通过导轨55支撑喷淋件54的另一端,且配合喷淋件54沿丝杆523轴向滑动。
在一个实施例中,喷淋件54上靠近导轨55的一端底部设置有滚轮(图未示),滚轮位于导轨55上,喷淋件54移动时滚轮在导轨55上滚动,减小喷淋件54与导轨55的摩擦力,提高喷淋件54滑动的灵活性。喷淋件54靠近丝杆523的一端设置有连接头543,连接头543上开设有螺纹孔,连接头543通过螺纹孔螺纹连接于丝杆523外,通过具有螺纹孔的连接头543实现喷淋件54与丝杆523的螺纹连接。
供水组件56包括设于内胆10中的活动管561,活动管561具有与外部水源连通的进水口及与喷淋件54连通的出水口,活动管561的进水口和出水口之间的距离随着喷淋件54的移动而变化。活动管561上进水口与出水口之间的距离可以适应移动的喷淋件54,可以通过活动管561自身的调整使活动管561始终与喷淋件54连接,始终为移动的喷淋件54提供喷淋水。
供水组件56还包括固定于内胆10中的固定管563,固定管563与活动管561的进水口连通,通过固定管563固定活动管561的进水口,且从固定管563向活动管561提供喷淋水。而活动管561的出水口与喷淋件54连通,活动管561连接于固定管563与喷淋件54之间,活动管561的出水口随着喷淋件54向靠 近或者远离固定管563的方向移动,通过活动管561将固定管563中的喷淋水输送给移动的喷淋件54,保证供水的可靠性。
在一个实施例中,喷淋件54向靠近固定管563的方向移动时,活动管561上进水口与出水口之间的距离缩短,适应喷淋件54与固定管563之间的较短距离;喷淋件54向远离固定管563的方向移动时,活动管561上进水口与出水口之间的距离伸长,适应喷淋件54与固定管563之间的较长距离。
在一些实施例中,活动管561包括第一支管565、第二支管567及铰接件569,第一支管565连接于铰接件569与固定管563之间,第二支管567连接于铰接件569与喷淋件54之间,第一支管565和第二支管567通过铰接件569连通并相对转动,通过铰接件569铰接第一支管565和第二支管567,使第一支管565和第二支管567可以相对转动。可以理解地,第一支管565远离铰接件569的端部为活动管561的进水口,第二支管567远离铰接件569的端部为活动管561的出水口;当第一支管565和第二支管567之间的夹角变化时,第一支管565远离铰接件569的端部与第二支管567远离铰接件569的端部之间的距离也会变化,即活动管561的进水口与出水口之间的距离,随着第一支管565和第二支管567之间夹角的变化而变化,实现活动管561随着喷淋件54活动且始终提供喷淋水的功能。
在一个实施例中,喷淋件54向远离固定管563的方向移动时,第一支管565和第二支管567之间的夹角变大,活动管561上进水口与出水口之间的距离变大;喷淋件54向靠近固定管563的方向移动时,第一支管565和第二支管567之间的夹角变小,活动管561上进水口与出水口之间的距离变小。
可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,活动管561可形变伸缩,活动管561在所述喷淋件54的带动下伸长或者缩短,以适应运动中的喷淋件54与固定管 563之间不同的距离。在一个实施例中,在喷淋件54向远离固定管563的方向移动时,活动管561形变伸长;在喷淋件54向靠近固定管563的方向移动时,活动管561形变缩短。在一个实施例中,活动管561为波纹管。
在一些实施例中,碗碟篮30包括多个,喷淋机构50也包括多个,每个碗碟篮30下方均对应设置有喷淋机构50,对每个碗碟篮30内的餐具进行清洗。
在一些实施例中,多个喷淋机构50同步运动,多个喷淋机构50中的一者具有上述驱动件521,多个喷淋机构50中剩余的喷淋机构50不具有上述驱动件521。即多个喷淋机构50中只设置一个驱动件521,该驱动件521与其所在喷淋机构50中的丝杆523连接,且该驱动件521通过传动带与其他喷淋机构50中的丝杆523传动连接,通过一个驱动件521带动多个喷淋机构50中的丝杆523同步转动,使多个喷淋机构50同步运动,对多个碗碟篮30同步进行清洗。可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,多个喷淋机构50相互单独运动,每个喷淋机构50都具有驱动件521,多个喷淋机构50可以通过对应的驱动件521单独控制。
在一些实施例中,多个喷淋机构50中具有多个供水组件56及多个喷淋件54,多个供水组件56包括多个活动管561,且多个供水组件56包括多个活动管561共用的固定管563,多个活动管561的进水口均与固定管563连接,多个活动管561的出水口分别与多个喷淋件54对应连接,通过一根固定管563向多个活动管561供水,整体结构紧凑,安装方便。
本申请一实施例中,还提供一种上述的喷淋机构50。喷淋机构50包括驱动组件52、喷淋件54及供水组件56,喷淋件54上开设有至少一个朝向碗碟篮30的喷淋孔541,可以从喷淋孔541向碗碟篮30喷射喷淋水,对餐具进行清洗。并且,喷淋件54与驱动组件52连接,喷淋件54在驱动组件52的驱动下相对碗碟篮30运动。由喷淋孔541喷出的喷淋水随喷淋件54运动,运动的喷淋水 可以到达碗碟篮30内的全部区域,全面清洗碗碟篮30内的餐具,消除清洗的死区,提高洗涤效果。同时,供水组件56始终与喷淋件54连接,可以为喷淋件54提供喷淋水,保证了对喷淋件54供水的可靠性,整个喷淋机构50洗涤效果较佳。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种喷淋机构,其特征在于,包括:
    驱动组件(52);
    喷淋件(54),所述喷淋件(54)上开设有至少一个朝向碗碟篮(30)的喷淋孔(541);以及
    供水组件(56),用于为所述喷淋件(54)提供喷淋水;
    其中,所述喷淋件(54)与所述驱动组件(52)连接并相对所述碗碟篮(30)运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的喷淋机构,其特征在于,所述喷淋孔(541)喷出的喷淋水随所述喷淋件(54)的运动形成移动喷淋区域,所述喷淋区域的运动轨迹至少途经所述碗碟篮(30)的底部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的喷淋机构,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(52)驱动所述喷淋件(54)相对所述碗碟篮(30)往复运动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的喷淋机构,其特征在于,所述喷淋件(54)在所述驱动组件(52)的驱动下相对碗碟篮(30)往复直线运动;
    所述喷淋件(54)上开设有多个所述喷淋孔(541),多个所述喷淋孔(541)沿与所述喷淋件(54)运动方向相交的方向布设。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的喷淋机构,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(52)包括驱动件(521)及与所述驱动件(521)连接的丝杆(523),所述喷淋件(54)螺纹连接于所述丝杆(523)上,所述丝杆(523)在所述驱动件(521)的驱动下转动,所述喷淋件(54)在所述丝杆(523)正反转动时沿所述丝杆(523)的轴向往复移动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的喷淋机构,其特征在于,还包括设于内胆(10)内壁上的导轨(55),所述导轨(55)与所述丝杆(523)平行且间隔设置,所 述喷淋件(54)的一端与所述丝杆(523)螺纹连接,所述喷淋件(54)的另一端在所述导轨(55)上往复移动。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的喷淋机构,其特征在于,所述供水组件(56)包括设于内胆(10)中的活动管(561),所述活动管(561)具有通入外部水源的进水口及与所述喷淋件(54)连通的出水口,所述活动管(561)的所述进水口和所述出水口之间的距离随着所述喷淋件(54)的移动而变化。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的喷淋机构,其特征在于,所述供水组件(56)还包括固定于所述内胆(10)内的固定管(563),所述固定管(563)与所述活动管(561)的所述进水口连通,所述活动管(561)的所述出水口随着所述喷淋件(54)向靠近或者远离所述固定管(563)的方向移动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的喷淋机构,其特征在于,所述活动管(561)包括第一支管(565)、第二支管(567)及铰接件(569),所述第一支管(565)连接于所述铰接件(569)及所述固定管(563)之间,所述第二支管(567)连接于所述铰接件(569)与所述喷淋件(54)之间,所述第一支管(565)和所述第二支管(567)通过所述铰接件(569)连通并相对转动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的喷淋机构,其特征在于,所述活动管(561)在所述喷淋件(54)的带动下形变伸长或形变缩短。
  11. 一种洗碗机,其特征在于,包括内胆(10)、碗碟篮(30)及所述权利要求1-10中任意一项所述的喷淋机构(50),所述碗碟篮(30)及所述喷淋机构(50)均设于所述内胆(10)内,且所述喷淋机构(50)位于所述碗碟篮(30)下方。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述碗碟篮(30)包括多个,所述喷淋机构(50)也包括多个,每个所述碗碟篮(30)下方均对应设 置有所述喷淋机构(50),且多个所述喷淋机构(50)同步运动,或者多个所述喷淋机构(50)相互单独运动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,多个所述喷淋机构(50)中具有多个所述供水组件(56)及多个所述喷淋件(54),多个所述供水组件(56)包括多个活动管(561),且多个所述供水组件(56)包括多个所述活动管(561)共用的固定管(563),多个所述活动管(561)的进水口均与所述固定管(563)连接,多个所述活动管(561)的出水口分别与多个所述喷淋件(54)对应连接。
