Description

背景技术
目前,建筑物内的饮用水系统和卫浴设置的供水系统是合在一起的。当马桶排污管道堵塞,马桶中的污水会蔓延到陶瓷面,如果此时开启马桶的人体自动冲洗功能,喷杆会伸出并且浸泡到污水中。一旦生活用水管道中存有负压,就会把马桶中的污水回抽到供水系统中,导致整个饮用水系统被污染,将产生巨大危害。
有鉴于此,发明人在研究了现有的技术后特提出本申请。
技术问题
本发明提供了一种防逆流喷杆,旨在改善现有技术中,应用于卫浴设备的喷杆,有可能导致饮用水系统被污染的问题。

本发明的防逆流喷杆通过配置防逆流机构和喷洗机构,让喷杆具有防止外界污水自喷洗机构逆流到供水系统。具体地,正常工作时,水能够自进水口流入射流腔并从射流口射出,产生能够穿过敞口腔并射入承接口的水柱,该水柱最终流入承接腔,以供冲洗喷嘴喷出使用。当喷杆的末端进入到污水,如:马桶被堵导致马桶的内的污水浸没冲洗喷嘴,且此时供水系统存在负压时,由于射流口和承接口不是直接相连通,而是通过具有第一通道的敞口腔相连通,因此供水系统的负压会通过第一通道吸取外界的空气,而不会从承接口吸取外部的污水,以达到减小和消除供水系统中的负压。
通过上述技术手段,本发明的防逆流喷杆,可以在冲洗喷嘴浸没于污水中,且供水系统存在负压时,防止污水进入供水系统,避免了供水系统被污染的情况。

由图7所示,在本实施例中,防逆流喷杆1为分体结构,防逆流喷杆1包括可拆卸地配置在一起的第一组件1003和第二组件1004,敞口腔130包括可拆卸的第一敞口段和第二敞口段。第一组件1003包括进水口110、射流腔121、射流口122,以及第一敞口段。第二组件1004包括第二敞口段、承接口141、承接腔142,以及冲洗喷嘴150。第一组件1003和第二组件1004通过第一敞口段和第二敞口段可拆卸地配置在一起;其中,第一敞口段和第二敞口段为卡接或者螺纹连接。在本实施例中,防逆流机构1001和喷洗机构1002的其他结构,均和第一实施例相同,在此不再赘述。
第五实施例:
由图8和图9所示,在本实施例中,防逆流喷杆1为分体结构,防逆流喷杆1包括可拆卸地配置在一起的第一组件1003和第二组件1004,承接腔142包括可拆卸的第一承接段和第二承接段。第一组件1003包括进水口110、射流腔121、射流口122、敞口腔130、承接口141,以及第一承接段。第二组件1004包括第二承接段,以及和第二承接段相连通的冲洗喷嘴150。第一承接段和第二承接段为插接或者螺纹连接。在本实施例中,防逆流机构1001和喷洗机构1002的其他结构,均和第一实施例相同,在此不再赘述。
以上即为本发明的第一实施例,但本发明还可以具有其它变型设计。具体而言,在另一实施例中,射流腔121和承接腔142可以设置为其他结构,只要满足流入射流腔121的水,能够产生自射流口122射出且穿过敞口腔130的,并射入承接口141的水柱即可。在另一实施例中,防逆流喷杆1为分体结构,分界面可以设置在除敞口腔130和承接腔142的其他位置。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种防逆流喷杆,其特征在于,包含:
    (a)防逆流机构(1001),其设置有进水口(110)、第一通路(120),以及敞口腔(130);所述进水口(110)和所述第一通路(120)相连通,所述第一通路(120)和所述敞口腔(130)相连通,所述敞口腔(130)设置有和外界相连通的第一通道(131);
    (b)喷洗机构(1002),其设置有第二通路(140),以及冲洗喷嘴(150);所述第二通路(140)和所述敞口腔(130)相连通,所述冲洗喷嘴(150)和所述第二通路(140)相连通;
    水能够自所述进水口(110)流入所述第一通路(120),并产生自所述第一通路(120)射出的水流,该水流能够穿过所述敞口腔(130)并射入所述第二通路(140),以供所述冲洗喷嘴(150)喷出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防逆流喷杆,其特征在于,所述第一通路(120)包括和所述进水口(110)相连通的射流腔(121),以及分别和所述射流腔(121)、所述敞口腔(130)相连通的射流口(122);所述第二通路(140)包括和所述敞口腔(130)相连通的承接口(141),以及分别和所述承接口(141)、所述冲洗喷嘴(150)相连通的承接腔(142)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种防逆流喷杆,其特征在于,所述射流腔(121)和所述射流口(122)之间,以及所述承接口(141)和所述承接腔(142)之间,均为锥形过渡。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种防逆流喷杆,其特征在于,所述射流腔(121)和所述射流口(122)之间,以及所述承接口(141)和所述承接腔(142)之间,均为弧面过渡。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种防逆流喷杆,其特征在于,所述射流腔(121)和所述承接腔(142)均为柱状结构,所述射流口(122)和所述承接口(141)均为通孔结构。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种防逆流喷杆,其特征在于,所述射流口(122)的口径小于所述射流腔(121)和所述承接口(141)的口径。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防逆流喷杆,其特征在于,所述防逆流机构(1001)和所述喷洗机构(1002)为一体结构。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种防逆流喷杆,其特征在于,所述防逆流喷杆(1)为分体结构,所述防逆流喷杆(1)包括可拆卸地配置在一起的第一组件(1003)和第二组件(1004),所述敞口腔(130)包括可拆卸的第一敞口段和第二敞口段;所述第一组件(1003)包括所述进水口(110)、所述射流腔(121)、所述射流口(122),以及所述第一敞口段;所述第二组件(1004)包括所述第二敞口段、所述承接口(141)、所述承接腔(142),以及所述冲洗喷嘴(150)。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种防逆流喷杆,其特征在于,所述防逆流喷杆1为分体结构,所述防逆流喷杆1包括可拆卸地配置在一起的第一组件(1003)和第二组件(1004),所述承接腔(142)包括可拆卸的第一承接段和第二承接段;所述第一组件(1003)包括所述进水口(110)、所述射流腔(121)、所述射流口(122)、所述敞口腔(130)、所述承接口(141),以及所述第一承接段;所述第二组件(1004)包括所述第二承接段,以及和所述第二承接段相连通的所述冲洗喷嘴(150)。
