Abstract
L'invention concerne une pompe ou un moteur à piston à arbre traversant supporté par une plaque coulissante, comprenant un arbre principal (10), un cylindre (80) supporté sur l'arbre principal (10) et tournant de manière synchrone avec l'arbre principal (10), et une paire de plaques coulissantes de distribution. L'arbre principal (10) est supporté sur les paliers aux deux extrémités par pénétration dans le cylindre (80) et la paire de plaques coulissantes de distribution. La paire de plaques coulissantes de distribution comprend un plateau oscillant (40) et une plaque coulissante (50) supportée sur le plateau oscillant (40). La plaque coulissante (50) est une structure intégrale. La face d'extrémité, opposée au plateau oscillant (40), de la plaque coulissante (50) est pourvue d'une surface de support de pression statique (51). Une pluralité de chambres d'huile (53a) sont disposées sur la surface de support de pression statique (51). Une pluralité de cages de billes de piston (58) sont disposées sur l'autre face d'extrémité de la plaque coulissante (50). La plaque coulissante (50) est pourvue d'un trou traversant d'huile à grande ouverture (53) communiquant avec les cages de billes de piston (58) et les chambres à huile (53a). Le plateau oscillant (40) est pourvu d'un réservoir d'huile de distribution (42) communiquant avec l'entrée et la sortie d'huile (33a, 33b). Un troisième palier (23) est disposé entre la plaque coulissante (50) et le plateau oscillant (40). La plaque coulissante (50) est supportée sur le troisième palier (23) dans un état contraint radialement. La structure peut améliorer les performances, telles que la fiabilité de travail, l'efficacité volumétrique et la durée de vie, de pompes ou de moteurs à piston axial.
