发明实施例
本发明的实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面结合具体实施方式并参照附图,对本发明进一步详细说明。应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。此外,下面所描述的本发明不同实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
首先参考图1-图4,为本发明示出的第一种实施方式。
参考图1,本实施例中用于制造液体包装容器的坯料,包括:包装材料,包装材料由三条横向折痕100从上至下依次分隔成四个四边形区域:第一折叠区域1000、第二折叠区域2000、第三折叠区域3000和第四折叠区域4000;第一折叠区域1000由两条纵向折痕200从左至右依次分隔成三个四边形区域:第一翻折区域1100、第一端面区域1200和第二翻折区域1300;第三折叠区域3000由两条纵向折痕200从左至右依次分隔成第三翻折区域3100、第二端面区域3200和第四翻折区域3300。在本实施例中,横向折痕100和纵向折痕200垂直,于是第一翻折区域1100、第一端面区域1200、第二翻折区域1300、第三翻折区域3100、第二端 面区域3200和第四翻折区域3300均为方形。当然此处方形包含正方形这一特殊情形。
参考图2,首先先对第一折叠区域1000内的情况进行说明,被纵向折痕200分隔成的第一端面区域1200,该第一端面区域1200的四个端点为第一点10,位于第一端面区域1200左侧的两个第一点10向第一翻折区域1100分别延伸出第一折痕300,同样的,第一端面区域1200右侧的两个第一点10向第二翻折区域1300分别延伸出第一折痕300,在本实施例中第一翻折区域1100内的两条第一折痕300相互垂直并交汇于同一点,同样的,第二翻折区域1300内的两条第一折痕300也相互垂直并交汇于同一点。第三折叠区域3000内的情况与第一折叠区域1000内的情况一致,故此处不再赘述。
同时为了方便密封,包装材料的左右两侧预留有由密封折痕600分隔且用于形成密封缝的密封区域5000,以及包装材料的上侧或下侧预留有由密封折痕600分隔且用于形成密封缝的密封区域5000,当然包装材料的上侧和下侧可以同时预留有用于形成密封缝的密封区域5000。为了饮用包装容器内所盛装液体方便,在第一端面区域1200或第二端面区域3200还设置有开口标记区域3210,在本实施例中为第二端面区域3200设有开口标记区域3210,一般来说,开口标记区域3210可以是用于插吸管的圆形标记,也可以是用于安装瓶盖的瓶盖标记区域,同时开口标记区域3210的厚度薄于其他区域(非开口标记区域),便于打开。
本实施例的坯料通常为多层材质,所有折痕(横向折痕100、纵向折痕200和第一折痕300)通过压制或者刻画形成。该坯料包括七层材质,且这七层材质由外(形成包装容器后的包装容器外侧)到内(形成包装容器后的包装容器内侧)依次为:PE层、粘合层、纸层、PE层、粘合层、铝箔层、粘合层、PE层以及PE改性层(注:用于插吸管或用于设置安装瓶盖的开口标记区域3210内的坯料所包含的材质层数通常少于七层),本实施例不限制坯料所包含的材质的层数以及各层材质所采用的具体材料等。
接着参考图3和图4,本实施例所述的包装容器由图1所示的坯料形成,形成包装容器的过程可以为:坯料对折后,将设置在坯料的上下两侧的密封区域5000进行粘合,于是形成第一端面1和第二端面3,由于密封缝30是在第二端面3的一 侧,所以在后续翻折第一翻折区域1100、第二翻折区域1300、第三翻折区域3100和第四翻折区域3300时,不会受到密封缝30的影响。
接着再将坯料左侧或右侧的密封区域5000密封形成密封缝30,灌入液体后将另一侧密封区域5000也进行密封形成密封缝30,从而形成一个密封容器,当然,如果未设置有密封区域5000时,也可以通过密封条对需要密封的位置进行密封从而形成密封缝30,参考图2和图3,第一端面区域1200形成第一端面1,第二端面区域3200形成第二端面3,所以在第一端面1和第二端面3是完整的端面(见图3和图4),并没有密封缝,所以在进行翻折时不会因为密封缝过厚而导致无法正常翻折,或成品率不高。接着对第一翻折区域1100、第二翻折区域1300、第三翻折区域3100和第四翻折区域3300内的第一折痕300进行翻折,于是第二折叠区域2000和第四折叠区域4000形成侧面2,侧面2自然形成圆鼓形,使得外形美观大方,便于持握。同时第一端面1和第二端面3没有任何密封缝(坯料上下两侧),于是可以设置更大的开口标记区域3210,使得可以盛装更为稠密的液体,例如酸奶等,在食用时,可以直接打开开口标记区域3210,方便调羹或其他餐具进入包装容器内获取食材,当然还可以设置安装瓶盖。
接着参考图5-图7,为本发明示出的第二种实施方式。
第二实施方式与第一实施方式的区别在于第二折叠区域2000和第四折叠区域4000,下面参考图5和图6,首先对第二折叠区域2000内的情况进行说明,纵向折痕200沿纵向方向延伸至第二折叠区域2000内,从而形成第二折痕400,并将第二折叠区域2000从左至右依次分隔成第一侧面区域2100、第二侧面区域2200和第三侧面区域2300。第四折叠区域4000内情况与第二折叠区域2000内的情况一致,第二折痕400将第二折痕400从左至右依次分隔成第四侧面区域4100、第五侧面区域4200和第六侧面区域4300。
由本实施方式所示坯料所形成的包装容器,其仰视图与第一实施方式一致,故可接着参考图7和图4,本实施例所述的包装容器由图5所示的坯料形成,形成过程与第一实施方式相比,仅在于第二折叠区域2000和第四折叠区域4000内的第二折痕400自然形成棱形,使得外形美观大方。同时第一端面1和第二端面3没有任何密封缝(坯料上下两侧),于是可以设置更大的开口标记区域3210,使得 可以盛装更为稠密的液体,例如酸奶等,在食用时,可以直接打开开口标记区域3210,方便调羹或其他餐具进入包装容器内获取食材,当然还可以设置安装瓶盖。
下面参考图8-图10,为本发明示出的第三种实施方式。
第三种实施方式与与第一实施方式的区别在于第二折叠区域2000和第四折叠区域4000,下面参考图8和图9,首先对第二折叠区域2000内的情况进行说明,从第二折叠区域2000内的四个第一点10均延伸出两条第二折痕400,即从同一个第一点10延伸出的两条折痕400呈“V”形,同样的,第四折叠区域4000内的情况与第二折叠区域2000的情况一致,需要说明的是第四折叠区域4000的下侧与第二折叠区域2000对应的位置为第一点10,故第四折叠区域4000内的四个第一点10均延伸出两条第二折痕400,从同一个第一点10延伸出的两条折痕400呈“V”形。
由本实施方式所示坯料所形成的包装容器,其仰视图与第一实施方式一致,故可接着参考图10和图4,本实施例所述的包装容器由图5所示的坯料形成,形成过程与第一实施方式相比,仅在于第二折叠区域2000和第四折叠区域4000内从同一第一点10延伸出的两条第二折痕400自然形成钻石形,使得外形美观大方,便于持握。同时第一端面1和第二端面3没有任何密封缝(坯料上下两侧),于是可以设置更大的开口标记区域3210,使得可以盛装更为稠密的液体,例如酸奶等,在食用时,可以直接打开开口标记区域3210,方便调羹或其他餐具进入包装容器内获取食材,当然还可以设置安装瓶盖。
下面参考图11-图13,为本发明示出的第四种实施方式。
第四种实施方式与第一实施方式的区别在于第二折叠区域2000和第四折叠区域4000,下面参考图11和图12,首先对第二折叠区域2000内的情况进行说明,从第二折叠区域2000内的四个第一点10均延伸出第二折痕400,在本实施例中第二折痕400沿纵向方向(与纵向折痕200方向平行)延伸,同样的,第四折叠区域4000内的情况与第二折叠区域2000的情况一致,需要说明的是第四折叠区域4000的下侧与第二折叠区域2000对应的位置为第一点10,故第四折叠区域4000内的四个第一点10均延伸出第二折痕400,在本实施例中第二折痕400沿纵向方向(与纵向折痕200方向平行)延伸。
由本实施方式所示坯料所形成的包装容器,其仰视图与第一实施方式一致,故可接着参考图10和图4,本实施例所述的包装容器由图5所示的坯料形成,形成过程与第一实施方式相比,仅在于第二折叠区域2000和第四折叠区域4000内从同一第一点10延伸出的两条第二折痕400自然形成钻石形,使得外形美观大方,便于持握。同时第一端面1和第二端面3没有任何密封缝(坯料上下两侧),于是可以设置更大的开口标记区域3210,使得可以盛装更为稠密的液体,例如酸奶等,在食用时,可以直接打开开口标记区域3210,方便调羹或其他餐具进入包装容器内获取食材,当然还可以设置安装瓶盖。
下面参考图14-图16,为本发明示出的第五种实施方式。
第五中实施方式与第一实施方式的区别在于第二折叠区域2000和第四折叠区域4000,下面参考图14和图15,首先对第二折叠区域2000内的情况进行说明,从第二折叠区域2000内的四个第一点10均延伸出两条第二折痕400,同时每根第二折痕400又延伸出第三折痕500,从位于第二折叠区域2000左侧的两个第一点10所延伸出来的第二折痕400和第三折痕500组成“〔〕”状,而位于第二折叠区域2000左侧的两个第一点10所延伸出来的第二折痕400和第三折痕500组成“〔〕”状。同样的,第四折叠区域4000内的情况与第二折叠区域2000的情况一致,需要说明的是第四折叠区域4000的下侧与第二折叠区域2000对应的位置为第一点10,第四折叠区域4000内同一侧(即左侧或右侧)的第一点10延伸出的第二折痕400和第三折痕500组成“〔〕”状。
由本实施方式所示坯料所形成的包装容器,其仰视图与第一实施方式一致,故可接着参考图10和图4,本实施例所述的包装容器由图5所示的坯料形成,形成过程与第一实施方式相比,第二折叠区域2000和第四折叠区域4000内从同一第一点10延伸出的两条第二折痕400以及第三折痕500自然形成钻石形,使得外形美观大方,便于持握。同时第一端面1和第二端面3没有任何密封缝(坯料上下两侧),于是可以设置更大的标记区域3210,使得可以盛装更为稠密的液体,例如酸奶等,在食用时,可以直接打开标记区域3210,方便调羹或其他餐具进入包装容器内获取食材,当然还可以设置安装瓶盖。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种用于制造液体包装容器的坯料,其特征在于,包括:
    包装材料;
    所述包装材料由三条横向折痕(100)从上至下依次分隔成四个四边形区域:第一折叠区域(1000)、第二折叠区域(2000)、第三折叠区域(3000)和第四折叠区域(4000);
    所述第一折叠区域(1000)由两条纵向折痕(200)从左至右依次分隔成第一翻折区域(1100)、第一端面区域(1200)和第二翻折区域(1300);
    所述第三折叠区域(3000)由两条纵向折痕(200)从左至右依次分隔成第三翻折区域(3100)、第二端面区域(3200)和第四翻折区域(3300)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的坯料,其特征在于:
    所述纵向折痕(200)沿纵向方向延伸至所述第二折叠区域(2000)而形成第二折痕(500),并将所述第二折叠区域(2000)从左至右依次分隔成第一侧面区域(2100)、第二侧面区域(2200)和第三侧面区域(2300);
    所述纵向折痕(200)沿纵向方向延伸至所述第四折叠区域(4000)而形成第二折痕(500),并将所述第四折叠区域(4000)从左至右依次分隔成第四侧面区域(4100)、第五侧面区域(4200)和第六侧面区域(4300)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的坯料,其特征在于:
    所述第一端面区域(1200)内的四个端点为第一点(10),所述第二折叠区域(2000)内的所述第一点(10)均延伸出两条第二折痕(400);
    所述第四折叠区域(4000)与所述第二折叠区域(2000)对应的位置为所述第一点(10),所述第四折叠区域(4000)内的所述第一点(10)均延伸出两条所述第二折痕(400);
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的坯料,其特征在于:所述第一端面区域(1200)内的四个端点为第一点(10),所述第二折叠区域(2000)内的第一点(10)均延伸出第二折痕(400);
    所述第四折叠区域(4000)与所述第二折叠区域(2000)对应的位置为所述第一点(10),所述第四折叠区域(4000)内的所述第一点(10)均延伸出所述第二折痕(400)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的坯料,其特征在于:
    所述第一端面区域(1200)内的四个端点为第一点(10),所述第二折叠区域(2000)内的四个所述第一点(10)均延伸出两条第二折痕(400),同时所述第二折痕(400)又延伸出第三折痕(500),位于所述第二折叠区域左侧或右侧的第一点(10)所延伸出来的所述第二折痕(400)和所述第三折痕(500)呈“〔〕”状;
    所述第四折叠区域(4000)内与第二折叠区域(2000)对应设置有所述第二折痕(400)和所述第三折痕(500)。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的坯料,其特征在于:
    所述包装材料的左右两侧设有由密封折痕(600)分隔且用于形成密封缝的密封区域(5000);
    所述包装材料的上侧和/或下侧设有由密封折痕(600)分隔且用于形成密封缝的密封区域(5000)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的坯料,其特征在于:
    所述包装材料的上侧密封区域(5000)的外表面与下侧的内表面封合。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的坯料,其特征在于:
    所述第一端面区域(1200)和所述第二端面区域(3200)均为方形;
    且所述第一端面区域(1200)与所述第二端面区域(3200)形状和大小均一致。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的坯料,其特征在于:
    所述第一端面区域(1200)或第二端面区域(3200)内设置有开口标记区域(3210);
    所述开口标记区域(3210)的坯料厚度薄于其他区域。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的坯料,其特征在于:
    所述开口标记区域(3210)为用于插吸管的圆形标记或用于安装瓶盖的瓶盖标记区域。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10任一所述的坯料,其特征在于:
    所述开口标记区域(3210)设置在第一端面区域(1200)或第二端面区域(3200)的正中心。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的坯料,其特征在于:
    所述横向折痕(100)、所述纵向折痕(200)和所述密封折痕(600)通过压制或者刻画形成。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12任一所述的坯料,其特征在于:
    所述包装材料由外到内依次包括:PE层、粘合层、纸层、PE层、粘合层、铝箔层、粘合层、PE层以及PE改性层。
  14. 一种用于盛装液体的包装容器,其特征在于:
    所述包装容器由所述权利要求1-13中任一权利要求所述的坯料制成。
