Claims (18)

- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述建立所述终端设备和所述网络设备之间的非蜂窝移动通信网络链路,包括:所述终端设备接收网络设备发送的网络协议IP地址;所述终端设备确定所述终端设备的端口信息;所述终端设备根据所述IP地址和所述端口信息,建立所述终端设备和所述网络设备之间的非蜂窝移动通信网络链路。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待发送数据包括会话初始协议SIP信令;所述终端设备的CP获取待发送数据,包括:所述终端设备的CP从所述终端设备的应用处理器AP接收所述会话初始协议SIP信令;或者,所述终端设备的CP从本地获取所述会话初始协议SIP信令。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待发送数据包括语音数据;所述终端设备的CP获取待发送数据,包括:所述终端设备的CP从所述终端设备的应用处理器AP接收所述语音数据;或者,所述终端设备的CP从本地获取所述语音数据。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待发送数据包括视频数据;所述终端设备的CP获取待发送数据,包括:所述终端设备的CP从所述终端设备的应用处理器AP接收所述视频数据。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述非蜂窝移动通信网络包括无线保真Wi-Fi网络。
- 一种终端设备,所述终端设备包括通信处理器CP,其特征在于,包括:所述终端设备的CP,用于获取待发送数据;所述终端设备的CP,还用于将所述待发送数据通过非蜂窝移动通信网络进行发送。
- 根据权利要求9所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述待发送数据包括如下至少一种:会话初始协议SIP信令、语音数据、视频数据、接入层AS数据和非接入层NAS数据。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备的CP,还用于建立所述终端设备和所述网络设备之间的非蜂窝移动通信网络链路;所述终端设备的CP,还用于将所述待发送数据通过所述非蜂窝移动通信网络链路进行发送。
- 根据权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备的CP,具体用于:接收网络设备发送的网络协议IP地址;确定所述终端设备的端口信息;根据所述IP地址和所述端口信息,建立所述终端设备和所述网络设备之间的非蜂窝移动通信网络链路。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述待发送数据包括会话初始协议SIP信令;所述终端设备的CP具体用于:从所述终端设备的应用处理器AP接收所述会话初始协议SIP信令;或者,从本地获取所述会话初始协议SIP信令。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述待发送数据包括语音数据;所述终端设备的CP具体用于:从所述终端设备的应用处理器AP接收所述语音数据;或者,从本地获取所述语音数据。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述待发送数据包括视频数据;所述终端设备的CP具体用于:从所述终端设备的应用处理器AP接收所述视频数据。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述非蜂窝移动通信网络包括无线保真Wi-Fi网络。
- 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:应用处理器AP和通信处理器CP;存储器;以及计算机程序;其中,所述计算机程序被存储在所述存储器中,并且被配置为由所述处理器执行,所述计算机程序包括用于执行如权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法的指令。
