Abstract

A composite prism light guide film production apparatus, relating to the technical field of thin film production. A prism web is provided between two punches (4, 4-1); a rolling shaft set is used to adhere the raw material outputted from the two punches (4, 4-1) to the prism web separately from two sides; a transfer printing structure on the surface of the rolling shaft set is used to press designed dots onto the composite prism light guide film on the side away from the prism web. The structure is simple, and the production efficiency is high. A prism web is directly adhered to and a dot structure is provided on the surface of a light guide film, thereby forming integrally a composite prism light guide film, thus substantially enhancing the optical condensation performance of the prism light guide film product. A metallic shaping roller (8) is used to shape the molded composite prism light guide film. The stress in the film is removed, and the warping caused by the singular cylindrical rolling shaft is avoided, enhancing the quality of the produced composite prism light guide film product.
