如图4所示,所述转接架2上用于安装所述LED灯板1的一侧设置有若干个套环10,所述套环10的中心孔与所述安装孔5相对应,所述套环10用于容纳所述安装柱4;所述安装柱4穿过所述套环10插入所述安装孔5内,完成所述LED灯板1在所述转接架2上的安装时,所述套环10将所述LED灯板1与所述转接架2隔离开;进一步的,如图3和图5所示,所述转接架2上设置有若干个散热孔6,所述散热孔6与所述LED灯板1一一对应,所述散热孔6用于使所述LED灯板1产生的热量能够散发出去;所述LED灯板1与所述转接架2之间被所述套环10间隔产生的空隙,用于对所述LED灯板1的散热起辅助作用,提升所述LED灯板1在所述转接架2上安装设置时的散热性能。
进一步的,如图7和图8所示,所述单元箱体3上设置有若干个导热孔7,所述导热孔7与所述散热孔6相对应,使得从所述散热孔6传出的热量可以继续经过所述导热孔7向外传递,进一步提升所述LED灯板1的散热性能。
本公开中一实施方式,所述安装柱4为两个,且设置于所述LED灯板1同一侧的相对两端;为了避免所述LED灯板1仅通过所述安装柱4与所述转接架2连接时,产生晃动,进一步的,本公开中所述转接架2上设置有若干个连接柱9,所述LED灯板1上设置有若干个限位孔8,所述限位孔8与所述连接柱9一一对应,所述限位孔8与所述连接柱9相配合以容纳所述连接柱9。将所述安装柱4插入所述安装孔5内时,所述连接柱9同步插入所述限位孔8内,所述安装柱4与所述安装孔5的插接配合、所述连接柱9与所述限位孔8的插接配合可以对所述LED灯板1在所述转接架2上的安装进行重复定位,提升所述LED灯板1与所述转接架2配合安装的稳定性和牢固性。
所述转接架2上沿其周长方向设置有若干个磁铁,如图7所示,所述单元箱体3上设置有若干个磁片12,所述磁片12与所述磁铁磁性相吸。本公开中将所述磁铁与所述磁片12相对应后,在所述磁铁与所述磁片12的磁力吸合作用下,所述转接架2与所述单元箱体3连接,将所述转接架2与所述单元箱体3分别向相反方向施力拉动,即可 将所述转接架2与所述单元箱体3分离,便于所述转接架2与所述单元箱体3安装和拆卸。
如图6所示,所述转接架2上设置有凸起部11,所述凸起部11上设置有凹槽13,所述磁铁位于所述凹槽13内。将所述磁铁设置于所述凹槽13内,使所述凸起部11对所述磁铁进行限位,提升所述磁铁在所述转接架2上安装的稳定性;同时避免在拆卸所述转接架2并对所述转接架2施加拉力时,所述磁片12在所述磁铁对其产生的吸力作用下脱离所述转接架2。
如图5所示,所述转接架2上设置有若干个加强筋14,所述加强筋14位于相邻所述凸起部11之间,以增加所述凸起部11的强度。
所述转接架2上设置有若干个定位孔15,所述单元箱体3上设置有若干个定位柱16,所述定位柱16与所述定位孔15相配合。所述定位孔15与所述定位柱16的配合,对所述转接架2与所述单元箱体3的连接进行进一步的限位,防止所述磁铁与所述磁片12产生损坏而无法磁性吸合时所述转接架2脱离所述单元箱体3,使所述转接架2与所述单元箱体3的连接更为牢固。
本公开中一实施方式,如图1和图8所示,所述单元箱体3的外围设置有若干个延伸部17,所述延伸部17的一端与所述单元箱体3连接,另一端向背离所述转接架2的方向延伸设置;所述延伸部17位于所述单元箱体3背离所述转接架2一侧;所述延伸部17上设置有装配孔18。如图10所示,所述具有拼接箱体结构的电视机还包括若干个连杆19,所述连杆19的数量小于所述延伸部17的数量,所述连杆19的一端从所述延伸部17的内侧穿过所述装配孔18,所述连杆19的另一端套设有把手20,推动所述把手20,将所述连杆19向所述装配孔18推进,增加所述连杆19超出所述装配孔18的长度,使得所述连杆19可以插入位于另外一个单元箱体3上延伸部17的装配孔18内,从而将相邻两个单元箱体3进行连接。
未安装所述连杆19的所述延伸部17的内侧设置有安装片21,如图11所示,所述安装片21上设置有插孔22,所述插孔22与所述装配孔18相对应,进一步的,所述插孔22内设置有挡环25,所述挡环25的中心孔的中心轴线与所述插孔22的中心轴线重 合;所述连杆19背离所述把手20一端设置有导向部23;当所述连杆19穿过另一个单元箱体3上延伸部17具有的装配孔18时,所述导向部23对其起导向作用。所述连杆19上设置有环形沉槽24,所述环形沉槽24与所述挡环25相配合,以使所述连杆19将两个延伸部17连接时,所述挡环25插入所述环形沉槽24内,通过所述环形沉槽24对所述挡环25起限位作用,如图12所示。
综上所述,本公开提供了一种具有拼接箱体结构的电视机,其包括:若干个LED灯板、多个单元箱体以及多个转接架;多个所述单元箱体沿矩阵排列并相互连接,所述转接架上安装设置有多个所述LED灯板,所述单元箱体上并列设置有若干个所述转接架,所述LED灯板、所述单元箱体分别位于所述转接架的相反两侧,即本公开中所述转接架位于所述LED灯板与所述单元箱体之间,通过所述转接架将所述LED灯板与所述单元箱体连接。本公开将现有技术中的大尺寸箱体分解为多个小尺寸的单元箱体,并通过所述转接架将所述LED灯板安装在所述单元箱体上,使得所述LED灯板在所述箱体上拼接时的间隙和段差更易于控制,从而解决现有技术中大尺寸箱体上LED灯板难固定的问题。
应当理解的是,本公开的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本公开所附权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (15)
- 一种具有拼接箱体结构的电视机,其包括若干个LED灯板,其中,其还包括多个单元箱体以及多个转接架,多个所述单元箱体沿矩阵排列并相互连接,所述转接架上安装设置有多个所述LED灯板,所述单元箱体上并列设置有若干个所述转接架,所述LED灯板、所述单元箱体分别位于所述转接架的相反两侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述具有拼接箱体结构的电视机,其中,所述转接架上设置有若干个安装孔,所述LED灯板上设置有若干个安装柱,所述安装柱与所述安装孔相配合。
- 根据权利要求2所述具有拼接箱体结构的电视机,其中,所述转接架靠近所述LED灯板的一侧设置有若干个套环,所述套环的中心孔与所述安装孔相对应,所述套环用于容纳所述安装柱。
- 根据权利要求3所述具有拼接箱体结构的电视机,其中,所述套环还用于将所述LED灯板与所述转接架隔离,以使所述LED灯板与所述转接架之间具有空隙。
- 根据权利要求2所述具有拼接箱体结构的电视机,其中,所述安装柱上沿其中心轴线设置有通孔,所述通孔的内壁上设置有螺纹。
- 根据权利要求1所述具有拼接箱体结构的电视机,其中,所述转接架上设置有若干个连接柱,所述LED灯板上设置有若干个限位孔,所述限位孔与所述连接柱相配合。
- 根据权利要求1所述具有拼接箱体结构的电视机,其中,所述转接架上设置有若干个散热孔,所述散热孔与所述LED灯板一一对应。
- 根据权利要求7所述具有拼接箱体结构的电视机,其中,所述单元箱体上设置有导热孔,所述导热孔与所述散热孔相对应。
- 根据权利要求1所述具有拼接箱体结构的电视机,其中,所述转接架上沿其周长方向设置有若干个磁铁,所述单元箱体上设置有若干个磁片,所述磁片与所述磁铁磁性相吸。
- 根据权利要求9所述具有拼接箱体结构的电视机,其中,所述转接架上设置有凸起部,所述凸起部上设置有凹槽,所述磁铁位于所述凹槽内。
- 根据权利要求10所述具有拼接箱体结构的电视机,其中,所述转接架上设置有若干个加强筋,所述加强筋位于相邻所述凸起部之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述具有拼接箱体结构的电视机,其中,所述转接架上设置有若干个定位孔,所述单元箱体上设置有若干个定位柱,所述定位柱与所述定位孔相配合。
- 根据权利要求1所述具有拼接箱体结构的电视机,其中,其还包括位于所述单元箱体的外围的若干个延伸部;所述延伸部的一端与所述单元箱体连接,另一端向背离所述转接架的方向延伸;所述延伸部上设置有装配孔;部分装配孔内滑动设置有连杆;所述连杆的一端延伸至所述单元箱体外。
- 根据权利要求13所述具有拼接箱体结构的电视机,其中,所述连杆延伸至所述单元箱体外的一端设置有导向部。
- 根据权利要求13所述具有拼接箱体结构的电视机,其中,与未设置所述连杆的装配孔相对应的延伸部上设置有安装片,所述安装片上设置有插孔,所述插孔与所述装配孔相对应;所述插孔内设置有挡环,所述连杆延伸至所述单元箱体外的一端设置有环形沉槽,所述环形沉槽与所述挡环相配合。
