1、本LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,包括壳体、磁性件、软质保护垫,此方案中的斜面过渡设计,从无磁性件的斜面缓慢过渡到有磁性件的底平面,既能避免前维护工具有磁性件的底平面直接接触LED灯板造成的LED灯珠损坏,又能省去复杂的机械传动和电路设计,使LED屏维护工具的使用操作过程更加简单,同时也杜绝了复杂机械或电路组成带来的自身故障,更加的易 用和耐用;使用时,先将壳体的斜侧面与LED灯板接触,然后缓慢旋转前维护工具,通过圆弧过渡平缓地过渡到底平面,使底平面与LED灯板相接触,底平面第一凹槽内的磁性件对LED灯板的吸附力逐渐增大,通过磁性件吸住LED灯板后将LED灯板从LED显示屏中取出,当要放下LED灯板时,缓慢旋转前维护工具,使LED灯板从与底平面接触平缓地过渡到与斜侧面接触,使磁性件逐渐远离LED灯板,该前维护工具在取出LED显示屏的LED灯板时,其上的磁性件逐渐缓慢的接触LED灯板,不会直接大力吸住LED灯板,对LED灯珠的损坏,在斜侧面及底平面上粘合软质保护垫,有效的防止了前维护时,磁性件与LED灯板直接接触,软质保护垫还起到很好的缓冲保护作用,避免了磁性件直接接触灯面对LED灯珠的损坏。
2、磁性件通过磁件安装板相匹配安装在第一凹槽内,方便磁性件的安装,使磁性件安装在第一凹槽内更为稳定,优选的,磁件安装板采用铁板制成,将磁性件固定在铁板上,通过磁性件将铁板磁化,增强了整体的磁力,减少了磁性件的用量,降低了成本。
3、把磁性件按一定的排列预先安装在磁件安装板的磁件固定板上,然后再通过磁件安装板的第一安装板、第二安装板安装在第一凹槽内,方便磁性件的组装,提高生产率。
4、壳体包括壳主体、壳盖,壳盖的设置,便于使用者使用操作。
5、优选的,壳主体采用塑胶材料制成,相比于传统的金属件壳体,既能有效地减轻重量,又适合大批量低成本生产。
6、壳盖包括盖板、把手,使用者使用前维护工具时,方便使用者通过提拉把手将LED显示屏的LED灯板取出。
7、本LED显示屏前维护工具还包括第一螺杆、第二螺杆,第一螺杆、第二螺杆分别依次穿过磁件安装板、第一凹槽、盖板的通过与把手的两端连接,将第一螺杆、第二螺杆隐藏在内部,大大简化了装配过程,提高了整体的美观性。
8、本LED显示屏前维护工具还包括沉头螺丝,磁性件通过沉头螺丝安装在磁件安装板上,使磁性件的安装更为稳固,安全。
9、沉头螺丝采用铁镀黑锌沉头螺丝,提高沉头螺丝的防氧化性能。
10、多个侧面至少包括第一侧面、第二侧面,第一侧面、第二侧面为斜侧面,双斜侧面过渡设计,方便使用者从两个方向平缓地过渡。
11、软质保护垫粘合在所述第一侧面、第二侧面、底平面上,方便操作者从第一侧面或第二侧面平缓过渡到底平面上。
12、磁性件为磁铁,取材方便,磁性稳定。
13、磁性件至少包括第一磁铁及第二磁铁,优选的磁性件包括第一磁铁、第二磁铁及第三磁铁,第一磁铁、第二磁铁及第三磁铁呈三角形分布,第一磁铁、第二磁铁及第三磁铁从三个不同部位对LED灯板进行吸取,使LED灯板与前维护工具的吸附稳定牢固,防止LED灯板在取出的过程中掉落。
14、优选的,磁性件包括第一磁铁、第二磁铁、第三磁铁、第四磁铁、第五磁铁、第六磁铁,第一磁铁、第二磁铁、第三磁铁、第四磁铁、第五磁铁、第六磁铁呈环形分布,使LED灯板与前维护工具的吸附更稳定牢固。
15、优选的,第一磁铁、第二磁铁、第三磁铁、第四磁铁、第五磁铁、第六磁铁的极性排布呈环形NSNSNS极性交错排布,相邻磁铁面呈NSNSNS极性交错分布,磁铁极性的交错分布在解决了安装时磁铁排斥问题的同时,也更有利于磁铁吸力的增强,减少了磁铁的用量。
16、软质保护垫采用泡棉板,对灯面的缓冲保护作用性能更佳。

下面对本申请的实施例进行详细说明。
如图1至图3所示,LED显示屏前维护工具,包括壳体10、磁性件20、软质保护垫30,壳体10包括多个侧面、底平面11,多个侧面至少一侧面为斜侧面,斜侧面与底平面11圆弧过渡,底平面11上设有第一凹槽111,磁性件20安装在第一凹槽111内,软质保护垫30粘合在斜侧面及底平面11上。
其中,本LED显示屏前维护工具还包括磁件安装板40、第一螺杆51、第二螺杆52、沉头螺丝60,磁件安装板40与第一凹槽111相匹配,磁性件20通过磁件安装板40安装在第一凹槽111内;优选的,磁件安装板40由铁板制成;
磁件安装板40包括磁件固定板、第一安装板、第二安装板,第一安装板、第二安装板分别位于磁件固定板的两相对侧,磁性件20安装在磁件固定板上,磁件安装板40通过第一安装板、第二安装板安装在第一凹槽111内;
壳体10包括壳主体12、壳盖13,多个所述侧面、底平面11位于所述壳主体12上;壳盖13包括盖板131、把手132,把手132通过盖板131安装在所述壳主体12的顶面上;优选的,壳主体12、把手132采用塑胶材料制成,塑胶材料为PE、PVC、PP、ABS等,具体材料不做限定;盖板131采用金属材料制成;
第一安装板、第二安装板具有第一通孔、第二通孔,第一凹槽111内具有第三通孔、第四通孔,盖板131具有第五通孔、第六通孔,第一螺杆51依次穿过第一通孔、第三通孔、第五通孔与把手132的一端连接,第二螺杆52依次穿过第二通孔、第四通孔、第六通孔与把手132的另一端连接;
磁性件20上设有磁件固定孔21,沉头螺丝60穿过磁件固定孔21与磁件安装板40连接;优选的,沉头螺丝60采用铁镀黑锌沉头螺丝60;
多个侧面至少包括第一侧面14、第二侧面15,第一侧面14、第二侧面15分别位于壳体10的两相对侧,第一侧面14、第二侧面15分别为斜侧面,第一侧面14、第二侧面15分别与底平面11圆弧过渡;软质保护垫30粘合在第一侧面14、第二侧面15、底平面11上;

另一实施方式,(图中未示出)磁性件20至少包括第一磁铁及第二磁铁;优选的,磁性件20包括第一磁铁、第二磁铁及第三磁铁,第一磁铁、第二磁铁及第三磁铁呈三角形分布;
上述实施例具有如下优点:
1、本LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,包括壳体10、磁性件20、软质保护垫30,此方案中的斜面过渡设计,从无磁性件20的斜面缓慢过渡到有磁性件20的底平面11,既能避免前维护工具有磁性件20的底平面11直接接触LED灯板造成的LED灯珠损坏,又能省去复杂的机械传动和电路设计,使LED屏维护工具的使用操作过程更加简单,同时也杜绝了复杂机械或电路组成带来 的自身故障,更加的易用和耐用;使用时,先将壳体10的斜侧面与LED灯板接触,然后缓慢旋转前维护工具,通过圆弧过渡平缓地过渡到底平面11,使底平面11与LED灯板相接触,底平面11第一凹槽111内的磁性件20对LED灯板的吸附力逐渐增大,通过磁性件20吸住LED灯板后将LED灯板从LED显示屏中取出,当要放下LED灯板时,缓慢旋转前维护工具,使LED灯板从与底平面11接触平缓地过渡到与斜侧面接触,使磁性件20逐渐远离LED灯板,该前维护工具在取出LED显示屏的LED灯板时,其上的磁性件20逐渐缓慢的接触LED灯板,不会直接大力吸住LED灯板,对LED灯珠的损坏,在斜侧面及底平面11上粘合软质保护垫30,有效的防止了前维护时,磁性件20与LED灯板直接接触,软质保护垫30还起到很好的缓冲保护作用,避免了磁性件20直接接触灯面对LED灯珠的损坏。
2、磁性件20通过磁件安装板40相匹配安装在第一凹槽111内,方便磁性件20的安装,使磁性件20安装在第一凹槽111内更为稳定,优选的,磁件安装板40采用铁板制成,将磁性件20固定在铁板上,通过磁性件20将铁板磁化,增强了整体的磁力,减少了磁性件20的用量,降低了成本。
3、把磁性件20按一定的排列预先安装在磁件安装板40的磁件固定板上,然后再通过磁件安装板40的第一安装板、第二安装板安装在第一凹槽111内,方便磁性件20的组装,提高生产率。
4、壳体10包括壳主体12、壳盖13,壳盖13的设置,便于使用者使用操作。
5、优选的,壳主体12采用塑胶材料制成,相比于传统的金属件壳体,既能有效地减轻重量,又适合大批量低成本生产。
6、壳盖13包括盖板131、把手132,使用者使用前维护工具时,方便使用者通过提拉把手132将LED显示屏的LED灯板取出。
7、本LED显示屏前维护工具还包括第一螺杆51、第二螺杆52,第一螺杆51、第二螺杆52分别依次穿过磁件安装板40、第一凹槽111、盖板131的通过与把手132的两端连接,将第一螺杆51、第二螺杆52隐藏在内部,大大简 化了装配过程,提高了整体的美观性。
8、本LED显示屏前维护工具还包括沉头螺丝60,磁性件20通过沉头螺丝60安装在磁件安装板40上,使磁性件20的安装更为稳固,安全。
9、沉头螺丝60采用铁镀黑锌沉头螺丝60,提高沉头螺丝60的防氧化性能。
10、多个侧面至少包括第一侧面14、第二侧面15,第一侧面14、第二侧面15为斜侧面,双斜侧面过渡设计,方便使用者从两个方向平缓地过渡。
11、软质保护垫30粘合在所述第一侧面14、第二侧面15、底平面11上,方便操作者从第一侧面14或第二侧面15平缓过渡到底平面11上。
12、磁性件20为磁铁,取材方便,磁性稳定。
13、磁性件20至少包括第一磁铁及第二磁铁,优选的磁性件20包括第一磁铁、第二磁铁及第三磁铁,第一磁铁、第二磁铁及第三磁铁呈三角形分布,第一磁铁、第二磁铁及第三磁铁从三个不同部位对LED灯板进行吸取,使LED灯板与前维护工具的吸附稳定牢固,防止LED灯板在取出的过程中掉落。
14、优选的,磁性件20包括第一磁铁、第二磁铁、第三磁铁、第四磁铁、第五磁铁、第六磁铁,第一磁铁、第二磁铁、第三磁铁、第四磁铁、第五磁铁、第六磁铁呈环形分布,使LED灯板与前维护工具的吸附更稳定牢固。
15、优选的,第一磁铁、第二磁铁、第三磁铁、第四磁铁、第五磁铁、第六磁铁的极性排布呈环形NSNSNS极性交错排布,相邻磁铁面呈NSNSNS极性交错分布,磁铁极性的交错分布在解决了安装时磁铁排斥问题的同时,也更有利于磁铁吸力的增强,减少了磁铁的用量。
16、软质保护垫30采用泡棉板,对灯面的缓冲保护作用性能更佳。

Claims (20)

  1. LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,包括壳体、磁性件、软质保护垫,所述壳体包括多个侧面、底平面,多个侧面至少一侧面为斜侧面,所述斜侧面与底平面圆弧过渡,底平面上设有第一凹槽,磁性件安装在第一凹槽内,软质保护垫粘合在斜侧面及底平面上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,还包括磁件安装板,所述磁件安装板与所述第一凹槽相匹配,所述磁性件通过所述磁件安装板安装在所述第一凹槽内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,所述磁件安装板由铁板制成。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,所述磁件安装板包括磁件固定板、第一安装板、第二安装板,所述第一安装板、第二安装板分别位于所述磁件固定板的两相对侧,所述磁性件安装在所述磁件固定板上,所述磁件安装板通过所述第一安装板、第二安装板安装在所述第一凹槽内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,所述壳体包括壳主体、壳盖,所述壳盖安装在所述壳主体的顶面上,多个所述侧面、底平面位于所述壳主体上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,所述壳主体采用塑胶材料制成。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,所述壳盖包括盖板、把手,所述把手通过所述盖板安装在所述壳主体的顶面上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,所述盖板采用金属材料制成。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,还包括第一螺杆、第二螺杆,所述第一安装板、第二安装板具有第一通孔、第二通孔,所述第一凹槽内具有第三通孔、第四通孔,所述盖板具有第五通孔、第六通孔,所述第一螺杆依次穿过第一通孔、第三通孔、第五通孔与所述把手的一端连接, 所述第二螺杆依次穿过第二通孔、第四通孔、第六通孔与所述把手的另一端连接。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,还包括沉头螺丝,所述磁性件上设有磁件固定孔,所述沉头螺丝穿过所述磁件固定孔与所述磁件安装板连接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,所述沉头螺丝采用铁镀黑锌沉头螺丝。
  12. 如权利要求1至11任一项所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,多个所述侧面至少包括第一侧面、第二侧面,所述第一侧面、第二侧面分别位于所述壳体的两相对侧,所述第一侧面、第二侧面分别为斜侧面,所述第一侧面、第二侧面分别与所述底平面圆弧过渡。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,所述软质保护垫粘合在所述第一侧面、第二侧面、底平面上。
  14. 如权利要求1至11任一项所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,所述磁性件为磁铁。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,所述磁性件至少包括第一磁铁及第二磁铁。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,所述磁性件包括第一磁铁、第二磁铁及第三磁铁,所述第一磁铁、第二磁铁及第三磁铁呈三角形分布。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,所述磁性件包括第一磁铁、第二磁铁、第三磁铁、第四磁铁、第五磁铁、第六磁铁,所述第一磁铁、第二磁铁、第三磁铁、第四磁铁、第五磁铁、第六磁铁呈环形分布。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,所述第 一磁铁、第二磁铁、第三磁铁、第四磁铁、第五磁铁、第六磁铁分别为圆形磁铁。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,所述第一磁铁、第二磁铁、第三磁铁、第四磁铁、第五磁铁、第六磁铁的极性排布呈环形NSNSNS极性交错排布。
  20. 如权利要求1至11任一项所述的LED显示屏前维护工具,其特征在于,所述软质保护垫采用泡棉板。
