作为本申请改进的技术方案,第一侧面包括依次连接的A1面、B1面与B1延伸面;A1面连接于基面并与基面间形成有折痕八、B1面与A1面等面积,B1面连接于A1面并与A1面间形成有折痕九、B1延伸面与B1面间形成有折痕十;
所述第一侧面通过依次向基面内侧折叠起折痕八、折痕九以及折痕十完成第一侧面折叠;所述A1面与B1面对应叠加,B1延伸面贴于基面的内侧;
所述基面在折痕八附近设有凸起,凸起的厚度不小于B1延伸面的厚度;
第一侧面折叠后,B1延伸面的外沿与凸起朝向折痕八的侧壁抵触。
作为本申请改进的技术方案,A1面与B1面对应叠加时,A1面与B1面之间夹持有B2面或B3面。
本申请的另一目的是提供包装盒的使用方法,将盒体和盒盖分别进行折叠形成各自独立的立体结构;
调整盒盖的活动部使其处于第一状态,在外力作用下促使盒体沿盒盖进行抽拉;
盒体部分抽出盒盖后,调整盒盖活动部使其处于第二状态,盒体能保持半打开状态;
盒体完全位于盒盖中,调整盒盖的活动使其处于第二状态,盒体被盒盖锁止。
有益效果
本申请的技术方案具备如下技术效果:
1、在盒盖上设置活动部,在盒体上设置锁止部,活动部与锁止部配合实现活动部在不同状态,盒盖与盒体能被锁定(盒体不能沿盒盖进行抽拉运动)与解锁定(盒体能沿盒盖进行抽拉运动),保证包装盒在包装物品后物品在包装盒中的稳定性;
2、盒盖上的活动部与盒体上的锁止部结构简单,现有的具有一定硬度的盒盖与盒体均能进行改造实现上述功能;
3、盒体与盒盖能够分别摊平容纳空间,便于运输和存储,保证运输过程的安全性,避免包装盒的压坏;
4、盒体与盒盖的折叠方便,沿折痕进行折叠方便包装盒成型,有利于缩短折叠时间;且盒体侧面设置延伸面,提高关键作用部的力学性能,保证盒盖对盒体的锁定效果。
综上,本申请的技术方案可基于现有任何形式的抽拉式包装盒,且材质不局限于纸板包装盒,也可为同等性能的吸塑或发泡产品,其应用范围较广。

为了更了解本发明的技术内容,特举具体实施例并配合所附图式说明如下。
在本公开中参照附图来描述本发明的各方面,附图中示出了许多说明的实施例。本公开的实施例不必定意在包括本发明的所有方面。应当理解,上面介绍的多种构思和实施例,以及下面更加详细地描述的那些构思和实施方式可以以很多方式中任意一种来实施,这是因为本发明所公开的构思和实施例并不限于任何实施方式。另外,本发明公开的一些方面可以单独使用,或者与本发明公开的其他方面的任何适当组合来使用。
图1所示的包装盒,包括盒体1与盒盖2;盒盖2在对称的两端均设有开口;盒体1置于盒盖2中,并能沿盒盖2的开口进行双向抽拉运动。双向抽拉式包装盒为现有包装盒领域常用的方式,其相对于上盖开启式包装盒防震性能好,盒内物品能完整得到保护。但左(或右)抽拉式包装盒则容易从端头滑落。
本申请为了避免盒体1从盒盖2中滑落,所述盒盖2在盒体1的抽拉路径上设有活动部3,盒体1在于活动部3的对应处设有通过活动部3锁定盒体1的锁止部4;盒盖2上的活动部3具有第一状态与第二状态,在第一状态下,活动部3对锁止部4无效,盒体1能发生 相对于盒盖2的抽拉活动;在第二状态下,盒体1在沿盒盖2抽拉过程中,锁止部4与活动部3配合形成锁定单元,盒体1无法进行相对于盒盖2的抽拉活动。锁止部4与活动部3配合实现盒体1与盒盖2之间的锁定(盒体1不能沿盒盖2进行抽拉运动)与解锁定(盒体1能沿盒盖2进行抽拉运动)既保证储物的方便性,又保证储物的安全性。
本申请的盒盖2的主体结构采用常用盒盖2结构,区别于现有技术的是:本申请在盒盖2上增设活动部3。具体如图2-4所示,盒盖2包括依次设置的面一16、面二(侧面9)、面三(覆盖面7)与面四(侧面9),其中,面一16与面二间形成有折痕一17、面二与面三间形成有折痕二18、面三与面四间形成有折痕三19,面一16具有向面四侧的延伸面,面一16与延伸面间具有折痕四20,延伸面与面四叠合;一次沿折痕一17、折痕二18、折痕三19与折痕四20折叠各个面,并对延伸面与面四叠合部分进行粘结得到完整的盒盖2。其中,面三为盒盖2的覆盖面7,面二与面四为盒盖2的侧面9;面一16为盒盖2的底面;活动部3设于折痕二18或/与折痕三19处,并能发生相对于覆盖面7与侧面9的动作。
包装盒在使用状态如图1-3所示,盒盖的面一16至面四依次通过折痕一17至折痕四20折叠,任意临接的两面均呈直角结构,形成一个立体状的两端带有开口的容纳腔结构。包装盒在运输状态,如图4所示,活动部3呈第一状态,且面三与面二呈零度角,面三与面四呈180度角,保证盒盖2整体呈折平状态。
为了保证加工效率,也为了保证活动部3的作用效果与其对锁止部4的锁定强度,活动部3为与盒盖2一体式设计,并且活动部3必须具备一定的支撑阻挡强度。具体的结合图2-3,活动部3包括一体式设计的第一活动面5与第二活动面6,第一活动面5与第二活动面6无论是处于第一状态还是第二状态,第一活动面5与第二活动面6始终呈一定角度,为了保证支撑效果,本申请设定为第一活动面5与第二活动面6呈直角设定。本申请的具体实施例中,为了保证盒盖2的美观性,采用的是:在活动部3处于第一状态时,第一活动面5与盒盖2的覆盖面7位于同一平面,第二活动面6与盒盖2的侧面9位于同一平面;在活动部3处于第二状态时,第一活动面5平行于盒盖2的侧面9,第二活动面6平行于盒盖2的覆盖面7。
由于本申请活动部3具有状态变化,且要求在各个状态下活动部3仅能在外力作用下发生状态变化。本申请具体实施例中,第一活动面5与盒盖2对盒体1的覆盖面7呈一体结构,并与盒体1的覆盖面7间形成有第一折痕8;第二活动面6与盒盖2对盒体1覆盖时的侧面呈一体结构,并与侧面形成有第二折痕10;第一活动面5与第二活动面6之间形成有第三折痕11;这里定义在盒体1置于盒盖2中时,盒盖2中覆盖盒体1开口的面为盒盖2的覆 盖面7;定义在盒体1置于盒盖2中时,盒盖2中与盒体1侧面平行的面为盒盖2的侧面。其中,第一折痕8、第二折痕10与第三折痕11即使得第一活动面5与第二活动面6呈稳定直角结构,同时三者间形成稳定支撑,使得活动部3能进行第一状态与第二状态的转变,并不回弹。
其中,第三折痕11为活动部3的第一状态与第二状态间变化的最佳施力点。向第三折痕11施加作用力,实现活动部3在第一状态与第二状态之间转变。具体为:在活动部3从第一状态向第二状态变化时,第一活动面5能沿第一折痕8与第三折痕11发生相对于盒盖2内部的折叠,第二活动面6能沿第二折痕10与第三折痕11发生相对于盒盖2内部的折叠;第一活动面5与第二活动面6垂直形成阻挡结构单元,阻挡结构单元落入盒体1的锁止部4实现对锁止部4的锁定;在活动部3从第二状态向第一状态变化时,第一活动面5与第二活动面6则进行相反的折叠;即通过作用于第三折痕11上,促使第一活动面5恢复与覆盖面7处于同一平面的状态,第二活动面6恢复与侧面处于同一平面的状态。
为了保证锁定的稳定性,活动部3有至少两个,并分设于盒盖2宽度方向的两侧,定义盒盖2宽度方向为垂直于盒体1沿盒盖2进行抽拉的方向。且如果在盒盖2上,沿盒体1抽拉方向上依次设置多个活动部3,则能实现对盒体1不同抽拉程度的锁定。
本申请实施例中主要选用一对活动部3(盒盖2两侧各设一个活动部3)的方式实现对盒体1的锁定。
为了方便对第三折痕11施加作用力,促使活动部3从第二状态向第一状态转化,盒盖2上还设有辅助部12,用于辅助活动部3进行第一状态与第二状态的转变;辅助部12包括设于盒盖2的覆盖面7上的辅助孔13。外力通过辅助孔13对第三折痕11施加作用力,以使活动部3从第二状态向第一状态的转变。
为了避免装于盒体1中的内容物外泄,辅助部12还包括用于覆盖辅助孔13的遮挡面14,遮挡面14与盒盖2的覆盖面7为一体结构,遮挡面14与覆盖面7间具有第四折痕15,遮挡面14能沿第四折痕15发生向盒盖2内部和/或外部翻折。
进一步地,为了配合盒盖2,本申请盒体1也有相应的改进,如图5-8所示,盒体1包括一体式结构的基面21、第一侧面22和第二侧面23,第一侧面22与第二侧面23间隔设置于基面21的四周,并在折叠时配合形成环绕基面21的立面组;基面21与立面组共同形成开口朝上的容纳腔;锁止部4设于第二侧面23上。本申请锁止部4设于盒体1的侧面上,而活动部3采用第一活动面5与第二活动部3呈夹角式的结构,具有一定的阻挡厚度,有效保证锁止部4对活动部3的锁定,与便于通过对第三折痕11施加作用力改变活动部3状态 实现解锁。
如图7,为了方便运输盒体,盒体1两第一侧面22向基面21外面反向折叠,两第二侧面23向基面21内面正向折叠,以使盒体1大致呈平面状态。
其中,本申请的实施例中,还包括重新设计第二侧面23:第二侧面23包括A2面231、A2延伸面232、B2面233与B3面234;第二侧面23通过A2面231连接在基面21上并与基面21间形成有折痕五,A2面231沿折痕五向基面21内侧折叠形成第一立面;A2延伸面232连接于A2面231上并与A2面231间形成有折痕六,A2延伸面232沿折痕六向基面21侧折叠,并与A2面231叠加;A2面231与A2延伸面232叠加的部分设有缺口,缺口作为锁止部4与盒盖2上活动部3配合实现盒盖2与盒体1的相对锁定。
B2面233与B3面234分设于设于A2面231的两端,B2面233与A2面231间形成有折痕六、B3面234与A2面231间形成有折痕七,B2面233与B3面234分别沿折痕六与折痕七折叠后用于第一侧面22的支撑部。
第一侧面22包括依次连接的A1面221、B1面222与B1延伸面223;A1面221连接于基面21并与基面21间形成有折痕八、B1面222与A1面221等面积,B1面222连接于A1面221并与A1面221间形成有折痕九、B1延伸面223与B1面222间形成有折痕十;
所述第一侧面22通过依次向基面21内侧折叠起折痕八、折痕九以及折痕十完成第一侧面22折叠;所述A1面221与B1面222对应叠加,同时A1面221与B1面222之间夹持有B2面233与B3面234,B2面233与B3面234实现对A1面221与B1面222的支撑B1延伸面223贴于基面21的内侧;
进一步地,为了方便盒体1的运输,所述基面21在折痕八附近设有凸起24,凸起24的厚度不小于B1延伸面223的厚度;第一侧面22折叠后,B1延伸面223的外沿与凸起24朝向折痕八的侧壁抵触。
本申请的另一目的是提供包装盒的使用方法,将盒体1和盒盖2分别进行折叠形成各自独立的立体结构;
调整盒盖2的活动部3使其处于第一状态,在外力作用下盒体1沿盒盖2进行正常抽拉;
盒体1部分抽出盒盖2后,调整盒盖2活动部3使其处于第二状态,盒体1能保持半打开状态,即盒体1仅能进行部分行程的单向抽拉;
盒体1完全位于盒盖2中,调整盒盖2的活动使其处于第二状态,盒体1被盒盖2锁止,及盒体1无法进行任何相对于盒盖2的运动。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明。本发明所属技术领域 中具有通常知识者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与润饰。因此,本发明的保护范围当视权利要求书所界定者为准。

Claims (14)

  1. 包装盒,包括盒体与盒盖;盒盖在对称的两端均设有开口;盒体置于盒盖中,并能沿盒盖的开口进行双向抽拉运动;其特征在于,盒盖在盒体的抽拉路径上设有活动部,盒体在于活动部的对应处设有通过活动部锁定盒体的锁止部;盒盖上的活动部具有第一状态与第二状态,在第一状态下,活动部对锁止部无效,盒体能发生相对于盒盖的抽拉活动;在第二状态下,盒体在沿盒盖抽拉过程中,锁止部与活动部配合形成锁定单元,盒体无法进行相对于盒盖的抽拉活动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装盒,其特征在于,活动部包括一体式设计的第一活动面与第二活动面,第一活动面与盒盖对盒体的覆盖面呈一体结构,并与盒体的覆盖面间形成有第一折痕;第二活动面与盒盖对盒体覆盖时的侧面呈一体结构,并与侧面形成有第二折痕;第一活动面与第二活动面之间形成有第三折痕;向第三折痕施加作用力,实现活动部在第一状态与第二状态之间转变;
    定义在盒体置于盒盖中时,盒盖中覆盖盒体开口的面为盒盖的覆盖面;定义在盒体置于盒盖中时,盒盖中与盒体侧面平行的面为盒盖的侧面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的包装盒,其特征在于,在活动部从第一状态向第二状态变化时,第一活动面能沿第一折痕与第三折痕发生相对于盒盖内部的折叠,第二活动面能沿第二折痕与第三折痕发生相对于盒盖内部的折叠;在活动部从第二状态向第一状态变化时,第一活动面与第二活动面则进行相反的折叠。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的包装盒,其特征在于,在活动部处于第一状态时,第一活动面与盒盖的覆盖面位于同一平面,第二活动面与盒盖的侧面位于同一平面;
    在活动部处于第二状态时,第一活动面平行于盒盖的侧面,第二活动面平行于盒盖的覆盖面。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的包装盒,其特征在于,活动部有至少两个,并分设于盒盖宽度方向的两侧,定义盒盖宽度方向为垂直于盒体沿盒盖进行抽拉的方向。
  6. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的包装盒,其特征在于,盒盖上还设有辅助部,用于辅助活动部进行第一状态与第二状态的转变;辅助部包括设于盒盖的覆盖面上的辅助孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的包装盒,其特征在于,辅助部还包括用于覆盖辅助孔的遮挡面,遮挡面与盒盖的覆盖面为一体结构,遮挡面与覆盖面间具有第四折痕,遮挡面能沿第四折痕发生向盒盖内部和/或外部翻折。
  8. 根据权利要求1、2、3或7所述的包装盒,其特征在于,盒盖包括依次设置的面一、面二、面三与面四,其中,面一与面二间形成有折痕一、面二与面三间形成有折痕二、面三 与面四间形成有折痕三,面一具有向面四侧的延伸面,面一与延伸面间具有折痕四,延伸面与面四叠合;其中,面三为盒盖的覆盖面,面二与面四为盒盖的侧面;面一为盒盖的底面;活动部设于折痕二与折痕三处,并能发生相对于覆盖面与侧面的动作。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的包装盒,其特征在于,盒体包括一体式结构的基面、第一侧面和第二侧面,第一侧面与第二侧面间隔设置于基面的四周,并在折叠时配合形成环绕基面的立面组;基面与立面组共同形成开口朝上的容纳腔;锁止部设于第二侧面上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的包装盒,其特征在于,第二侧面包括A2面与A2延伸面;第二侧面通过A2面连接在基面上并与基面间形成有折痕五,A2面沿折痕五向基面内侧折叠形成第一立面;A2延伸面连接于A2面上并与A2面间形成有折痕六,A2延伸面沿折痕六向基面侧折叠,并与A2面叠加;A2面与A2延伸面叠加的部分设有缺口,缺口作为锁止部与盒盖上活动部配合实现盒盖与盒体的相对锁定。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的包装盒,其特征在于,第二侧面包括B2面与B3面,B2面与B3面分设于设于A2面的两端,B2面与A2面间形成有折痕六、B3面与A2面间形成有折痕七,B2面与B3面分别沿折痕六与折痕七折叠后用于第一侧面的支撑部。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述包装盒,其特征在于,第一侧面包括依次连接的A1面、B1面与B1延伸面;A1面连接于基面并与基面间形成有折痕八、B1面与A1面等面积,B1面连接于A1面并与A1面间形成有折痕九、B1延伸面与B1面间形成有折痕十;
    所述第一侧面通过依次向基面内侧折叠起折痕八、折痕九以及折痕十完成第一侧面折叠;所述A1面与B1面对应叠加,B1延伸面贴于基面的内侧;
    所述基面在折痕八附近设有凸起,凸起的厚度不小于B1延伸面的厚度;
    第一侧面折叠后,B1延伸面的外沿与凸起朝向折痕八的侧壁抵触。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的包装盒,其特征在于,A1面与B1面对应叠加时,A1面与B1面之间夹持有B2面或B3面。
  14. 采用权利要求1‐13中任意一条所述的包装盒的使用方法,其特征在于:将盒体和盒盖分别进行折叠形成各自独立的立体结构;
    调整盒盖的活动部使其处于第一状态,在外力作用下促使盒体沿盒盖进行抽拉;
    盒体部分抽出盒盖后,调整盒盖活动部使其处于第二状态,盒体能保持半打开状态;
    盒体完全位于盒盖中,调整盒盖的活动使其处于第二状态,盒体被盒盖锁止。
