  • the group of valves intercepts the corresponding stretch of duct and is set up to select (automatically) the feeding of the product mixed with hot liquid or the air as a function of the moment of the process for forming the product or dispensing the product.
  • the valve device 13 comprises, inside the cylindrical seat 16, a first 18 and a second 19 ball positioned for closing, respectively, the first stretch of the outlet duct 5 and the first end of the second duct 10.
  • the valve device 13 also comprises a first 20 and a second 21 retaining element which can be elastically compressed for the corresponding first 18 and second 19 ball.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine destinée à préparer une dose unique d'un produit alimentaire froid ou chaud comprenant un dispositif (1) destiné à alimenter un solvant liquide et un conduit (2) destiné à transporter le liquide ; une première chambre (3) destinée à recevoir une unité ou capsule de dose unique (4) d'un produit alimentaire ; un conduit de sortie (5) pour le mélange produit-liquide ; un dispositif (6) destiné à chauffer le solvant liquide pour chauffer le liquide à une température supérieure à la température ambiante avant qu'il entre dans la chambre de logement (3) ; une chambre de refroidissement (7) destinée à refroidir le mélange produit-liquide reliée au conduit de sortie (5) ; une tête (8) destinée à distribuer le produit froid formé à l'intérieur de la chambre de refroidissement (7) reliée à la chambre de refroidissement (7) et dotée d'un dispositif (9) destiné à distribuer le produit froid sous la forme d'une dose unique ; un second conduit (10) pour le passage d'air relié au conduit de sortie (5) du mélange produit-liquide chaud au niveau d'un point de jonction entre la première chambre (3) destinée à loger la capsule (4) et la chambre de refroidissement (7) ; un dispositif (11) destiné à générer de l'air, relié au second conduit d'air (10) ; une chambre de distribution (12) destinée à relier le conduit de sortie (5) et le second conduit (10) pour le passage d'air réalisé au niveau du point de jonction et conçue pour activer, de manière sélective, le passage du mélange produit-liquide ou de l'air ; une unité (14) destinée à commander la machine reliée au moins au dispositif de distribution (9) et au dispositif de génération d'air (11) et conçue pour activer le dispositif de génération d'air (11), au moins pendant un temps prédéterminé, lors d'une activation du dispositif (9) pour distribuer le produit à dose unique froid.
