由于刀叉勺与模子的形状结构完全不同, 因此在竹餐具加工行业中, 加工刀叉勺的工序 与加工筷子的工序也就不同。 目前加工竹制刀叉勺的工序为: 将原竹制成竹条, 再将竹条制 成矩形竹片, 然后经过加工形成竹餐具形的竹片, 最后, 勺叉形的竹片经过热压形成可使用 的勺子和叉子, 刀形竹片则将刀刃斜切形成最终的竹刀。
在矩形竹片加工成竹餐具形状的过程中, 现有技术绝大多数是通过冲压成型, 也有通过 洗加工的, 例如申请号为: CN201610059496. 9 的《毛竹竹片工业化生产竹刀勺产品的设备及 生产工艺》 , 其包括竹片开片机、 竹刀叉勺外形成型打磨一体机和竹片一次成型勺的模具, 其中, 竹刀叉勺外形成型打磨一体机, 一次仅能将一片矩形竹片加工成竹餐具形竹片, 加工 效率低, 并且一片竹片经过铣刀切削, 竹片边缘容易产生毛刺, 需要打磨, 打磨后单个产品 大小存在一定差距。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种一次成型多片竹片, 并且无需打磨 的竹餐具加工成型方法和装置。
本发明的技术方案是:
本发明之一种竹餐具加工成型方法, 包括以下步骤:
51、 采用夹持件夹持多片竹片;
52、 控制铣刀旋转;
53、 移动夹持件和 /或铣刀, 将多片竹片通过铣刀进行切割。
上述方案具有以下优点: 通过夹持件夹持多片竹片, 缓慢经过高速旋转的铣刀时, 竹片 是一点点经过铣刀切削, 一片竹片通过锥刀加工时, 由于受力原因, 竹片会出现毛刺, 但是 多片竹片同时夹紧后, 多片竹片受力相互制约, 相当于形成一长方体的整体结构, 而不是一
片竹片, 所以多片竹片加工时, 不会出现毛刺, 大大节省打磨去毛刺时间; 在本方法中, 可 以是夹持件移动, 铣刀固定; 也可以是锥刀移动, 夹持件固定; 还可以是夹持件和铣刀同时 移动; 优选采用夹持件移动, 铣刀固定, 因为铣刀不动, 加工过程中更加安全。
进一步, S3中, 所述竹片的切割移动路线与铣刀旋转所形成的圆的其中一条切线平行, 并且与该切线的距离保持不变。 多片竹片与铣刀旋转所形成的外圆相切, 竹片边缘经过铣刀 切割, 切割后, 竹片变成竹餐具形的竹片; 铣刀旋转时, 会有无数条切线, 竹片移动路线与 任意一条切线平行是在保证统刀切削竹片的前提下, 竹片能够沿着直线移动。
进一步, 所述多片竹片的数量为 20~200片。 优选地, 多片竹片的数量为 4(T100片; 进 一步优选地, 多片竹片的数量为 60~80片。
若一次少于 20片则严重影响生产效率; 若多于 200片, 则夹持件无法很好的夹稳竹片, 在加工时容易出现竹片散落; 优选的, 一次加工 20~40片时, 加工效率仍然比较低; 100^200 片时, 加工过程依旧存在竹片散落的可能; 同时加工竹片数量在 6(T80片时, 加工效率适当, 同时也不会出现竹片散落的情况。
进一步, S1中, 具体包括: 采用夹持件直接夹持多片竹片; 或者在多片竹片与夹持件之 间放置次品替块, 通过夹持件夹持多片竹片和次品替块。
经过多次加工发现, 加工时容易出现部分竹片加工不合格的现象, 这些不合格竹片往往 是位于两端的竹片, 即靠近夹持件的竹片, 这种情况可能是受力等原因导致; 故在竹片两端 设置次品替块, 使不合格的情况发生在次品替块上, 从而提髙整体的合格率。 所述的次品替 块同样是需要经过铣刀切削的, 形状会与竹餐具形状一样, 次品替块的材料优选为竹制、 木 材或塑料等, 这样的材料对铣刀没有损坏。
进一步, S2中, 所述铣刀在旋转过程中, 选择性地调节铣刀的位置和角度。
进一步, 所述调节铣刀的位置不包括多片竹片的进给方向。
进一步, 所述竹片在夹持件之间竖向设置且平整排列, 多片竹片沿直线被位于其两侧的 铣刀切割, 多片竹片被依次切割并一次性成型, 形成竹餐具形竹片。
进一步, 具体包括以下步骤:
S101: 将铣刀设于竹屑收集装置(6) 的罩体内, 铣刀的切割部从罩体伸出;
S201:将多片竹片置于夹持件(4)之间并夹紧;或者在多片竹片的两端均放置次品替块, 通过夹持件(4) 夹紧竹片和次品替块;
S301: 若多片竹片之间不平整, 则进行整平步骤, 以确保竹片之间平齐; 整平后进一步 压紧多片竹片;
S401: 控制夹持件(4)或铣刀(2)缓慢移动, 使多片竹片沿直线经过铣刀被依次切削,
切削时, 可先对多片竹片的单侧进行切削, 切削后再进行另一侧的切削工作; 或者对多片竹 片的两侧进行同时切割, 一次性成型;
S501: 经过铣刀切削后, 竹片加工成竹餐具形竹片; 待夹持件移出铣刀的工作范围后, 控制夹持片松开竹片即可。
本发明之一种竹餐具加工成型装置, 包括:
加工平台;
铣刀: 所述铣刀的刀片轮廓与竹餐具的至少一个侧面轮廓相适配;
电机: 用于控制铣刀转动;
夹持件: 用于一次性夹持多片竹片, 所述夹持件和铣刀中的至少一个移动设置在加工平 台上。
进一步, 所述夹持件包括两个相对设置的夹持片, 至少一个夹持片可移动设置, 用于减 小或增大两夹持片之间的距离。
其中, 夹持件必须有两个夹持片, 方能实现夹持竹片的目的; 夹持片通过移动来减小或 增大距离, 以方便上料和下料, 并且能更好的夹紧竹片。 夹持片可以是其中一个移动, 也可 以两个都能移动, 通常只需一个移动即可; 移动减少或增大距离意味着夹持片只需要直线移 动即可, 具体的移动方式可以是手动、 电动、 气动等, 优选采用气缸控制。
进一步, 所述夹持片的轮廓与所对应的竹餐具的轮廓相同。
进一步, 所述加工平台上设有调刀装置, 所述铣刀设置在调刀装置上; 或者所述调刀装 置包括第一调节部和第二调节部, 所述第一调节部与加工平台之间固定或移动式连接, 所述 第二调节部能够沿第一调节部移动, 所述第二调节部与铣刀之间固定连接、 滑动连接或转动 连接。

本发明的有益效果: 颠覆传统的竹餐具成型方法, 一方面能够一次性加工多片竹片, 大 大提高加工成型效率; 同时提升了产品质量, 一次性高速铣切多片竹片, 竹片边缘不会形成 毛刺, 节省了打磨去毛刺的环节; 另一方面, 能够在加工过程中对竹屑进行及时收集, 防止 竹屑乱溅, 以影响工作进程。 本装置结构简单, 设计科学合理。

具体实施方式
以下将结合说明书附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
参照图 1~3, 一种竹餐具加工装置, 包括加工平台 1、 铣刀 2、 控制铣刀 2转动的电机 3 以及用于夹持多片竹片的夹持件 4。 铣刀 2旋转时的轮廓与竹餐具至少一个侧面的轮廓相适 配。
本实施例中, 夹持件 4和铣刀 2至少一个移动设置在加工平台 1上, 以确保竹片和铣刀 2之间存在进给运动, 本实施例优选夹持件 4移动设 .置。 例如: 加工平台 1上设有至少一根 电动滑轨, 夹持件 4设置在电动滑轨的滑块上; 或者, 加工平台 1上设有无轨气缸 8, 夹持 件 4连接无轨气缸 8。 通过电动滑轨或者无轨气缸 8带动夹持件 4沿着铣刀 2旋转所形成的 切线方向移动。 本实施例的竹片为矩形竹片。
参照图 4, 夹持件 4包括两个相对设置的夹持片 41以及安装座, 其中一个夹持片通过夹 持气缸 42实现可移动, 夹持片至少一个活动设置, 优选为一个夹持片活动设置, 夹持片活动 用于减小或增大两夹持片 41之间的距离。 夹持气缸 42固定在安装座上, 安装座设于加工平 台 1上,夹持片连接夹持气缸 42的活塞杆。本实施例中,两夹持片 41的间隔优选为 15cnT30cm; 间隔决定夹持竹片的数量, 若间隔太小, 则夹持竹片的数量较少, 加工效率低, 若间隔太大, 则容易出现竹片散乱, 降低成功率。 夹持片 41的轮廓与竹餐具轮廓相同。
参照图 5和图 6, 加工平台 1上设有调刀装置 5, 铣刀 2设置在调刀装置 5上, 调刀装置 5包括滑动连接的中间板 51和立板 52,铣刀 2与中间板 51滑动连接,立板 52固定设置在加 工平台 1上。 中间板 51包括旋转板 511和固定板 512, 旋转板 511与固定板 512转动连接, 铣刀 2与旋转板 511连接,固定板 512与立板 52滑动连接。本实施例中,固定板 512呈 L型, 旋转板 511设置在固定板 512的直角内,旋转板 511与固定板 512的底部存在可旋转的间隙。 固定板 512的底部设有调节螺杆 513, 调节螺杆 513的端部穿过可旋转的间隙与旋转板 511 接触。 通过旋转调节螺杆 513 调节螺杆相对固定板 512移动, 旋转板 511受到调节螺杆的 力而实现转动。 中间板 51与立板 52的滑动连接通过移动气缸 53控制, 移动气缸 53设置在 加工平台 1上,移动气缸 53的活塞杆端部与中间板 51连接,移动气缸 53的活塞杆运动时带 动中间板 51沿立板 52滑动。 可以理解的是, 滑动连接也可以是其它手动或自动方式, 只要 是直线运动即可, 例如螺旋机构, 转动手柄即可实现工件沿直线运动。
或者, 调刀装置 5包括滑动连接的中间板 51和立板 52, 铣刀 2与中间板 51固定连接, 立板 52滑动设置在加工平台 1上, 同样能实现调节铣刀 2的目的。
本实施例中, 调刀装置 5可调节铣刀 2的二维位置和角度; 使用调刀装置 5时, 铣刀 2 处于旋转状态, 调节铣刀 2的二维位置不包括竹片加工的进给方向, 例如铣刀 2与竹片的进 给方向为前后设置, 那么调刀装置 5可调节铣刀 2在上下方向和左右方向上移动, 这样, 当 铣刀被磨损、 出现竹片中部无法加工时可及时进行调整, 并方便更换拆卸铣刀。
参照图 7和图 8,铣刀 2上套设有竹屑收集装置 6,竹屑收集装置 6包括依次连接的刀罩 61、 管道 62、 风机和收集箱, 刀罩 61套设在铣刀 2上, 刀罩 61为圆柱体, 刀罩 61侧壁设 有切削口 611, 刀罩 61上设有轴孔 612, 铣刀 2与电机 3连接的传动轴穿过轴孔 612。 竹屑 在刀罩 61内经过风机产生的吸力,经过管道 62到达收集箱,铣刀 2刀刃需要露出切削口 611 进行切割。
本实施例的管道 62可以是多通管道, 管道 62还可以连接多个刀罩 61, 在末端只需设置 一个风机和收集箱, 节省成本; 风机可以采用现有的轴流风机; 图中未画出风机和收集箱, 已属于本领域的公知常识, 另外,在本实施例中,铣刀 2、调刀装置 5、 电机 3等优选为两组, 故, 多通管道可以是常见的人形管道, 管道连接两个刀罩 61, 末端只需连接一个风机。
本实施例中, 竹餐具为餐勺、 餐刀或餐叉。
参照图 9, 当所述竹餐具为餐勺时, 铣刀 2的轮廓与餐勺一侧的轮廓相适配。 餐勺一侧 的轮廓包括如下三部分: 勺柄的直线、 勺柄与勺头连接处的圆弧形、 勺头的半圆弧形; 加工 餐勺的铣刀轮廓包括如下三部分: 与勺柄对应长度的直线部、 与连接处对应角度和半径的圆 弧部、 与勺头对应角度和半径的半圆弧部。
参照图 10, 当所述竹餐具为餐刀时, 铣刀 2的轮廓与餐刀一侧的轮廓相适配。 餐刀包括 第一侧和第二侧, 餐刀的第一侧包括: 刀柄的直线和刀头的锯齿弧形; 餐刀的第二侧包括刀 背的直线。 加工餐刀的铣刀 2有两种, 轮廓分别与餐刀的第一侧和第二侧的轮廓相适配。 加 工餐刀第一侧的铣刀轮廓包括: 与刀柄直线长度对应的刀柄直线部、 与刀头对应的锯齿弧形 部; 加工餐刀第二侧的铣刀轮廓包括: 与刀背直线长度对应的刀背直线部。
参照图 11, 当所述竹餐具为餐叉时, 铣刀 2的轮廓与餐叉一侧的轮廓相适配。 餐叉一侧 的轮廓包括: 手柄的直线、 手柄与头部衔接处的呈 ‘S’ 的双弧形、 头部的直线; 加工餐叉的 铣刀轮廓包括: 与餐叉手柄直线对应的直线部、 与衔接处呈 ‘S’ 的双弧形对应的双弧形部、 与叉子头部直线对应的直线部。
参照图 2和图 3,铣刀 2设置在竹屑收集装置 6的刀罩 61内,优选铣刀 2的数量为两组, 分别位于夹持件 4的两侧, 两组统刀同时工作, 一次完成加工成型。 两铣刀错位设置, 错位 距离优选为 l~6cm, 如果两个铣刀在一条水平线上, 两个铣刀需要相切才能保证竹片轮廓完 整, 即图 9~11所示, 铣刀两端会相切, 不相切的话竹片不合格, 相交的话会损坏铣刀; 错开
设置如图 3所示, 竹片会先后通过两组锐刀进行加工, 可有效避免铣刀的相切加工, 减少调 刀难度, 调刀容错率低; 间距在 lcm~6cm是确保在铣刀错开的前提下, 竹片两侧受力尽可能 均匀,减少竹片加工时因左右受力不均匀而出现散落的情况; l~6cm的间距是根据统刀大小、 夹持件的夹紧力以及竹片数量而定, 间距过长, 加工时散落的失败率更高。
本实施例中, 铣刀 2采用顺铣方式加工竹片。 通常, 铣刀加工方法可分为顺铣和逆铣两 中, 当铣刀与工件接触部分的旋转方向与工件进给方向相同时, 即铣刀对工件的作用力在进 给方向上的分力与工件进给方向相同时称之为顺铣, 顺铣的优点是工件表面的质量好, 刀齿 磨损小。
参考图 2和图 3,夹持件 4的至少一侧设有用于整平竹片的平整板 7,平整板 7通过平整 气缸 71设置在加工平台 1上; 在本实施例中, 平整板 7数量优选为一块, 在加工前需要将矩 形竹片整齐, 使多片竹片之间平齐, 仅设置一块平整板即可有效将竹片整平。 执行机构之所 以采用气缸, 气缸属于气动装置, 相对于其他执行机构而言, 气缸具有柔軔性强、结构紧凑、 停止次数多、 精度高、 工作环境适应性好、 不会产生油液污染等优点。
本实施例加工成型方法的一个优选实施方式包括以下步骤:
S101:将统刀 2设于竹屑收集装置 6的刀罩 61内, 铣刀的切割部从刀罩 61的切削口 611 伸出;
S102:启动电机 3和风机, 通过夹持气缸 42控制一夹持片移动, 将一定数量(如 70片) 矩形竹片竖向放置, 且排成一排置于两夹持片 41之间; 在 70片矩形竹片的两端均放置次品 替块, 通过夹持片 41夹紧竹片和次品替块;
S103: 若 70片竹片之间不平整, 控制平整气缸 71移动平整板 7, 使平整板 7挡在竹片 横向位置一侧, 竹片的另一侧通过敲击工具敲击整平, 以确保 70片竹片之间平齐; 整平后进 一步缩小夹持片的距离, 以压紧竹片;
S104: 控制夹持件 4整体缓慢移动, 沿直线经过铣刀 2切削, 且直线方向与铣刀旋转所 形成的圆的其中一条切线平行; 具体的, 70片竹片在位于其两侧的铣刀之间缓慢移动; 竹片 两侧边先后经过两铣刀被切削, 铣刀即成型铣刀; 调刀过程主要是通过调刀装置 5实现, 如 图 5图 6所示, 转动手柄能调节两铣刀的间距, 移动气缸 53调节铣刀的髙度, 旋转调节螺杆 513用于调节铣刀倾斜角; 首先大致调节铣刀位置, 然后转动铣刀, 夹持件 4夹持竹片进给 经过铣刀切削, 根据切削的竹片进行调整, 竹片中部均没有被加工则调整两铣刀间距、 竹片 一侧高一侧低则调整两铣刀高度、 竹片中部的一部分未加工, 另一部分加工过多, 则调整两 铣刀的倾斜角, 以此循环, 即切削和调刀反复进行, 直至竹片加工合格。
S105: 经过铣刀 2切削后, 矩形竹片即可加工成竹餐具形竹片, 如图 12所示;
S106: 待夹持件 4移出铣刀 2的工作范围后, 停止夹持件 4移动, 控制夹持片 41扩大间 距松开竹片即可。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例, 可以理解的是, 上述实施例是示例性的, 不能理解为对本发明的限制, 本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进 行变化、 修改、 替换和变型。

当所述竹餐具为餐刀时, 铣刀(2)的轮廓与餐刀一侧的轮廓相适配; 所述餐刀包括第一侧和 第二侧, 餐刀第一侧包括刀柄的直线和刀头的锯齿弧形, 餐刀的第二侧包括刀背的直线; 所 述加工餐刀的铣刀 (2)有两种, 加工餐刀第一侧的铣刀 (2) 的轮廓包括: 与刀柄直线长度 对应的刀柄直线部、 与刀头对应的锯齿弧形部; 加工餐刀第二侧的铣刀(2)轮廓包括: 与刀 背直线长度对应的刀背直线部;
当所述竹餐具为餐叉时, 铣刀(2)的轮廓与餐叉一侧的轮廓相适配; 所述餐叉一侧的轮廓包 括手柄的直线、手柄与头部衔接处的弧形、 头部的直线; 所述铣刀(2) 的轮廓包括: 与餐叉 手柄直线对应的直线部、 与衔接处弧形对应的弧形部、 与叉子头部直线对应的直线部。
13.根据权利要求 8或 9所述的竹餐具加工成型装置, 其特征在于, 所述铣刀 (2)上套设有 竹屑收集装置(6) ; 所述竹屑收集装置(6)包括依次连接的刀罩(61) 、 管道(62) 、 风 机和收集箱, 刀罩(61)套设在铣刀 (2)上: 刀罩(61) 的一侧设有切削口 (611) 。
14.根据权利要求 8或 9所述的竹餐具加工成型装置, 其特征在于, 所述夹持件(4) 的至少 一侧设有用于整平竹片的平整板(7) , 所述平整板 (7)通过执行机构设置于加工平台 (1)
上。
15.根据权利要求 8或 9所述的竹餐具加工成型装置, 其特征在于, 所述的铣刀(2)有多组, 分别位于竹片侧边, 同时工作, 一次完成加工成型。
