护工或家属在照顾病患时,对于病患的粪便处理极为头疼。例如,一般护工或家属帮助病患处理粪便时都会采用便盆去接患者的大小便,护工或家属如果一直手持便盆直到病患排泄结束,对于护工或家属来说是及其不舒服的。如果病患的大小便存在异味,不仅让护工或家属闻着难受,甚至可能会发生病菌感染等情况。但是如果将便盆放置到床下,由于患者的行动不便很容易将大小便排泄到便盆外,而且弄得环境变得不卫生,需要更多时间去维护。一般当病患排泄结束后,会将废纸巾扔到便盆中,便盆中的粪便中存在异物或者纸巾,将粪便排泄到排污管道会造成排污管道的堵塞,不便于后期清洁。所以如何将患者的粪便全程封闭式的处理并且能够保证无异味干净卫生成为了处理病患的粪便的一大问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是提供具有集便功能的护理床,为了对披露的实施例的一些方面有一个基本的理解,下面给出了简单的概括。该概括部分不是泛泛评述,也不是要确定关键/重要组成元素或描绘这些实施例的保护范围。其唯一目的是用简单的形式呈现一些概念,以此作为后面的详细说明的序言。

以上方案中的具有集便功能的护理床,一方面,在护工或家属在照顾病患时,存在处理病患的粪便的情况。例如,一般护工或家属帮助病患处理粪便时都会采用便盆去接患者的大小便,护工或家属如果一直手持便盆直到病患排泄结束,对于护工或家属来说是及其不舒服的。本技术方案提供的护理床的粪便收集车与护理床可分离连接,在护工或家属为病患接粪便时,仅需将粪便收集车的盖板打开,将粪便收集车推到护理床的定位处,即可进对于病患的粪便收集。如果病患的大小便存在异味,不仅让护工或家属闻着难受,甚至可能会发生病菌感染等情况。但是如果将便盆放置到床下,由于患者的行动不便很容易 将大小便排泄到便盆外,而且弄得环境变得不卫生,需要更多时间去维护。本技术方法提供的护理床的粪便收集车上带有杀菌除异味的药水瓶,可以将病患的粪便进行杀菌除异味处理。一般当病患排泄结束后,会将废纸巾扔到便盆中,便盆中的粪便中存在异物或者纸巾,将粪便排泄到排污管道会造成排污管道的堵塞,不便于后期清洁。本技术方案提供的粪便收集车在病患排泄粪便结束后,护工可以通过推动拉杆将盖板扣合到收集箱的箱口,当盖板扣合到收集箱的箱口上时,实现了盖板将收集箱密封,此时护工可以将粪便收集车推到粪便处理室进行处理。从而实现了将患者的粪便全程封闭式的处理并且能够保证无异味干净卫生。另一方面,病患躺着排泄粪便是很难不舒服的,也很难排泄干净,通过护理床的护栏处的控制器驱动三组电动推杆工作,从而使床板折叠变形,床板靠近床头的一端升起,床板靠近床尾的一侧下降,可以让患者在排泄粪便时,达到正常人坐在马桶上排泄粪便的效果。

在一些可选的实施例中,粪便收集车4包括一个用于粪便收集的收集箱41以及两组打开或关闭收集箱41的箱口的密封机构42,两组密封机构42对称设置在收集箱41的沿其长度方向的两侧。为了方便介绍该密封机构42,以一组为例进行介绍,一组密封机构42包括一个盖板421、一组磁吸组件422以及一根弧形的拉杆423;一个挡板8遮盖收集箱41的箱口面积的一半,拉杆423的一端焊接在盖板421上,拉杆423的另一端铰接在收集箱41沿其长度方向的一侧面上。
在一些可选的实施例中,磁吸组件422包括磁性件4221和被吸件4222,磁性件4221和被吸附件均为矩形的磁铁块,磁性件4221粘接在盖板421之上,且在盖板421用于贴合箱体的一侧面上粘接有密封条4223,密封条4223沿着盖板421的边沿设置一圈,被吸件4222粘接在收集箱41的箱体之上。盖板421能够通过磁吸组件422将箱口密封,而密封圈可以让盖板421更严实的遮盖箱口。
在一些可选的实施例中,粉碎机构43包括电机431以及焊接在电机431输出轴上的粉碎杆432,粉碎杆432上构造有若干粉碎叶片4321,粉碎叶片4321的数量最少为20个,粉碎叶片4321与粉碎杆432同轴心设置,每一个粉碎叶片4321至少设置有六个粉碎齿43211。
在一些可选的实施例中,粉碎杆432上的相邻的两个粉碎叶片4321,其中一个粉碎叶片4321的粉碎齿43211对着另一个粉碎叶片4321的两个相邻的粉碎齿43211之间的缝隙。
在一些可选的实施例中,收集箱41内的一侧构造有容纳电机431的空腔411,粉碎杆432设置在收集箱41内。
在一些可选的实施例中,收集箱41上构造有对收集箱41内脏物进行冲刷 的冲洗接口44以及用于排泄收集箱41内赃物的排污接口45,冲洗接口44和排污接口45均为一端构造有螺纹的管道,冲洗接口44远离螺纹的一端焊接在收集箱41的顶板上,排污接口45远离螺纹的一端焊接在收集箱41的底板上,冲洗接口44和排污接口45均设置有封堵机构,封堵机构为管盖46,管盖46上构造有与管道上的螺纹相适配的螺纹。当管盖46拧导管道上时,实现管盖46将冲洗接口44和排污接口45的关闭。
在一些可选的实施例中,收集箱41的底部设置有转动机构47,转动机构47为三个轮子,将一个轮子设置在收集箱41的底部的一侧,将另外两个轮子设置在收集箱41的底部的另一侧,这三个轮子呈三角形设置,这样可以让收集箱41的贴合地面移动更加稳定。收集箱41的顶板上构造有安装药水瓶9的固定机构48,药水瓶9用来装药液,药液是用于给收集箱41内的粪便或其他异物进行消毒以及除去异味的。
在一些可选的实施例中,固定机构48包括尖刺件481,尖刺件481设置在收集箱41与设置有空腔411相对的一侧,尖刺件481为圆锥状,尖刺件481远离锥尖的一端构造有凹陷482,凹陷482内构造有螺纹。尖刺件481上构造有通孔483,通孔483将药水瓶9的内部空间与收集箱41的箱内空间连通。
在一些可选的实施例中,药水瓶9的瓶口处设置有弹性垫91,当尖刺件481贯穿弹性垫91进入药水瓶9内,实现药水瓶9固定连接在收集箱41上;药水瓶9内的药液通过尖刺件481的通孔483进入收集箱41内。在药水瓶9的瓶口处构造有与凹陷482内的螺纹相适配的螺纹,当尖刺件481贯穿弹性垫91进入药水瓶9内时,将药水瓶9通过螺纹固定在尖刺件481上,可以让药水瓶9更稳定的固定在收集箱41上。
在一些可选的实施例中,在收集箱41远离空腔411的一侧面上焊接有可伸缩的推杆49。推杆49包括两根第一推杆491和两根第二推杆492,第一推杆491的一端焊接在收集箱41上,第一推杆491的另一端构造有若干孔,两根第一推杆491之间焊接有一根横梁,横梁可供毛巾或者消毒手套放置。第二推杆492的一端构造有若干与第一推杆491上的孔数目相同的孔。用螺栓穿过第二推杆492和第一推杆491上的孔并将第二推杆492和第一推杆491固定。第二推杆492的另一端向收集箱41开设有空腔411的方向弯曲90°,之后两根第二推杆492的另一端焊接有一根横梁,该横梁上套设有开设防滑纹的橡皮套。
以上方案中的具有集便功能的护理床,一方面,在护工或家属在照顾病患时,存在处理病患的粪便的情况。例如,一般护工或家属帮助病患处理粪便时都会采用便盆去接患者的大小便,护工或家属如果一直手持便盆直到病患排泄结束,对于护工或家属来说是及其不舒服的。本技术方案提供的护理床的粪便收集车4与护理床可分离连接,在护工或家属为病患接粪便时,仅需将粪便收集车4的盖板421打开,将粪便收集车4推到护理床的定位处,即可进对于病患的粪便收集。如果病患的大小便存在异味,不仅让护工或家属闻着难受,甚至可能会发生病菌感染等情况。但是如果将便盆放置到床下,由于患者的行动不便很容易将大小便排泄到便盆外,而且弄得环境变得不卫生,需要更多时间去维护。本技术方法提供的护理床的粪便收集车4上带有杀菌除异味的药水瓶9, 可以将病患的粪便进行杀菌除异味处理。一般当病患排泄结束后,会将废纸巾扔到便盆中,便盆中的粪便中存在异物或者纸巾,将粪便排泄到排污管道会造成排污管道的堵塞,不便于后期清洁。本技术方案提供的粪便收集车4在病患排泄粪便结束后,护工可以通过推动拉杆423将盖板421扣合到收集箱41的箱口,当盖板421扣合到收集箱41的箱口上时,实现了盖板421将收集箱41密封,此时护工可以将粪便收集车4推到粪便处理室进行处理。从而实现了将患者的粪便全程封闭式的处理并且能够保证无异味干净卫生。另一方面,病患躺着排泄粪便是很难不舒服的,也很难排泄干净,通过护理床的护栏处的控制器驱动三组电动推杆49工作,从而使床板折叠变形,床板靠近床头的一端升起,床板靠近床尾的一侧下降,可以让患者在排泄粪便时,达到正常人坐在马桶上排泄粪便的效果。
在一种示例性的护工利用该护理床处理病患粪便的过程:
通过触按控制器上的第一按钮,靠近床头的电动推杆2的伸出端伸出,由于该电动推杆2远离伸出端是铰接于床身3的,当该电动推杆2的伸出端伸出时,第一节床板101会以第一节床板101与第二节床板102的铰接处为轴上升;
位于第三节床板103与第四节床板104铰接处的电动推杆2的伸出端收缩,第三节床板103会以第二节床板102与第三节床板103的铰接处为轴下降,第四节床板104会随着第三节床板103的下降而下降,随着第四节床板104的下降,位于第四节床板104靠近床尾一端的电动推杆2也随着第四节床板104的下降而收缩。
当病患躺在床上的时候,病患的头部会位于第一节床板101靠近床头的位置,胸部会位于第一节床板的中部位置,腰胯部会位于第一节床板101和第二节床板102的铰接处,臀部、大腿会位于第二节床板102的位置,膝盖会位于第二节床板和第三节床板的铰接处,膝盖以下部位会位于第三节床板103和第四节床板104的的位置。病患的腰胯以上身体会倚靠这第一节床板101,且会随着第一节床板101的上升而起身,而病患的膝盖以下脚裸以上的身体会随着第三节床板103的下降而下降,病患的脚部会踏在第四节床板104上,从而实现了病患的起身。当第一节床板101和第二节床板102的角度为135°时,此时病患的坐姿是符合人体力学要求的;护工将粪便收集车4的盖板421打开,然后将粪便收集车4推到护理床的定位机构7处,对病患的粪便进行处理,之后病患排泄粪便结束,护工将粪便收集车4拉出定位机构7,并推动拉杆423将盖板421扣合到收集箱41的箱口,并将粪便收集车4推到粪便处理室,护工给粪便收集车4通电,启动粉碎机构43,粉碎机构43将收集箱41内的异物进行粉碎,同时,药水瓶9内的药液进入收集箱41进行消毒除异味。当粉碎机构43停止工作,护工从第一推杆491的横梁处佩戴好一次性消毒手套,将冲洗接口44跟水管连接好,将排泄接口跟排泄管道接好,打开水管的开关,对收集箱41进行冲洗,收集箱41内的异物粪便会从排泄接口流入排泄管道。
最后需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径 向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 具有集便功能的护理床,其特征在于,包括:护理床、粪便收集车,所述护理床和所述粪便收集车可分离地固定连接;
    所述护理床的床板的中部构造有集便口,所述集便口处设置有挡板以及驱动所述挡板转动的驱动机构,所述驱动机构设置在所述护理床的床板下,所述驱动机构能够驱动所述挡板转动以打开或闭合所述集便口,所述护理床的底部设置有用于为所述粪便收集车定位的定位机构;
    所述粪便收集车包括收集箱以及两组打开或关闭所述收集箱的箱口的密封机构,两组密封机构对称设置在所述收集箱的长度的两侧,一组所述密封机构包括盖板、磁吸组件以及拉杆,所述拉杆的一端固定连接在所述盖板上,所述拉杆的另一端铰接在所述收集箱沿其长度方向的一侧面上;
    其中,所述磁吸组件包括磁性件和被吸件,所述磁性件设置在所述盖板之上,所述被吸件设置在所述收集箱的箱体之上,所述盖板能够通过所述磁吸组件将所述箱口密封;
    所述粪便收集车还包括用于将所述收集箱内的脏物进行粉碎的粉碎机构,所述粉碎机构设置在所述收集箱内,所述粉碎机构的长度方向与所述收集箱的长度方向相同;
    所述收集箱上构造有对所述收集箱内脏物进行冲刷的冲洗接口以及用于排泄所述收集箱内赃物的排污接口,所述冲洗接口设置在所述收集箱的顶板上,所述排污接口设置在所述收集箱的底板上,所述冲洗接口和所述排污接口均设置有封堵机构,所述冲洗接口或所述排污接口通过所述封堵机构以打开或关闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的护理床,其特征在于,
    所述粉碎机构包括电机以及设置在所述电机输出轴上的粉碎杆,所述粉碎杆上构造有若干粉碎叶片,所述粉碎叶片与所述粉碎杆同轴心设置,所述粉碎叶片至少设置有六个粉碎齿。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的护理床,其特征在于,
    所述粉碎杆上的相邻的两个所述粉碎叶片,一个所述粉碎叶片的粉碎齿对另一个粉碎叶片的粉碎齿之间的缝隙。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的护理床,其特征在于,
    所述收集箱内的一侧设置有容纳所述电机的空腔,所述粉碎杆设置在所述收集箱内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的护理床,其特征在于,
    所述收集箱的底部设置有转动机构,所述收集箱的顶板上构造有安装药水瓶的固定机构,所述药水瓶用于给所述收集箱内的粪便或其他异物进行消毒以及除去异味。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的护理床,其特征在于,
    所述固定机构包括尖刺件,所述尖刺件设置在所述收集箱与设置有所述空腔相对的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的护理床,其特征在于,
    所述尖刺件上构造有通孔,所述通孔连通所述收集箱的箱内空间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的护理床,其特征在于,
    所述药水瓶的瓶口处设置有弹性垫,当所述尖刺件贯穿所述弹性垫进入所述药水瓶内,实现所述药水瓶固定连接在所述收集箱上;所述药水瓶内的药液通过所述尖刺件的通孔进入所述收集箱内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的护理床,其特征在于,
    所述挡板的一端构造有套管,所述套管铰接于所述护理床的床身。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的护理床,其特征在于,
    所述驱动机构包括气缸、齿条以及与所述齿条啮合的齿轮,所述齿轮与所述套管同轴心设置,所述齿轮卡接与所述套管的一端,所述套管的外管壁上构造有凸起,所述齿轮上构造有与所述凸起相适配的凹槽,通过凸起设置在凹槽内的方式,实现所述齿轮卡接于所述套管;
    所述气缸固定于所护理床,所述气缸的伸出端设置有齿条,当气缸的伸出端收缩时,所述齿条带动所述齿轮以及套管转动,实现所述挡板转动打开所述集便口。
