Abstract

The pesticide formulation uses a wide range of poorly water soluble pesticide active ingredients, and has, as a core, a granule that can be spread easily, the pesticide formulation being characterized in that a condensed phosphate and a pesticidal active ingredient are supported by the surface of the granule. Even when used in a small amount, this pesticide formulation can be delivered to a cultivated plant to be protected or a harmful organism to be controlled by promptly diffusing the pesticidal active ingredient to a seedling box, farmland or a paddy field.

Description

Agrochemical formulation and method for producing agrochemical formulation
The present invention relates to a technique for improving the elution property of a poorly water-soluble pesticide active ingredient used in a pesticide formulation having a granulated product as a core.
It is desired that the amount of pesticide active ingredient used in fields and paddy fields is low due to environmental impact, but if the amount used is small, the pesticide active ingredient will be promptly diffused into nursery boxes, fields and paddy fields, and protected immediately. It is difficult to deliver to the target cultivated plant or the pest to be controlled.
Especially when the pesticide active ingredient is sparingly soluble in water, the pesticide active ingredient may not be eluted well and the original effect of the pesticide active ingredient may not be exhibited.
In order to solve such a problem, for example, S-(4-chlorobenzyl)N,N-diethylthiol carbamate and 2-[(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)aminocarbonylaminosulfonylmethyl]benzoic acid Improved herbicidal composition comprising adding calcium carbonate to a granular composition containing methyl ester as an active ingredient (Patent Document 1), (A) pyrimidinyl or triazinylcarbamoylsulfamoyl group-containing herbicidal composition Active compound, (B) a compound having a water solubility of 100 ppm or less at 20° C. and exhibiting excellent effects on grass millet weeds, (C) calcium carbonate and (D) one or two of sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate or potassium pyrophosphate An improved herbicide composition for paddy fields (Patent Document 2), which contains at least one species, (a) an agrochemical active ingredient having a water solubility of 5 ppm or less at 20° C., and (b) an apparent specific gravity of 0. A water-floating carrier having a particle size of 02 to 0.20, a particle size of 100 to 2000 μm, and a floating rate of 70% or more after 2 hours, (c) tripolyphosphate, (d) alkylbenzene sulfonate, and (e) others Agricultural chemical granules having improved dissolution in water (Patent Document 3) characterized by containing a carrier of the present invention, and the surface of the granule core is coated with a powder carrier containing water and bentonite using an oily substance as a binder. Techniques such as pesticide granules (Patent Document 4) are proposed.
Most of these technologies are related to specific sparingly water-soluble pesticide active ingredients, and are related to the technology related to pesticide formulations that use a wide range of sparingly water-soluble pesticide active ingredients and are granulated products that are easy to disperse. is not.
In particular, among the compositions described in Patent Document 2, there is a composition in which silica sand whose particle size is adjusted by sieving is used as a particle nucleus (not a granulated material), and the above compound or the like is attached to it. In the case where the particle nucleus is not a granulated product, the poorly water-soluble pesticidal active ingredient may not elute well (for example, the compound (6) used in Example 2 of Patent Document 2, ie, pyrazosulfuron-ethyl If).
In addition, as another technique, at least one alkali or alkaline earth metal is contained in a solid preparation containing a synthetic pyrethroid and an organic phosphate ester compound as active ingredients and supporting these on a mineral substance carrier. A solid agricultural chemical formulation characterized by containing a weak acid salt of the above is known (Patent Document 5). However, the formulation described in Patent Document 5 is obtained by simply mixing and pulverizing each component with a carrier, and improves the stability of the above-mentioned active ingredient when it is used as a wettable powder. It is not a technique for improving the dissolution rate of a poorly water-soluble pesticide active ingredient from a sprayable preparation, particularly a granular preparation.

Therefore, the present invention uses a wide range of poorly water-soluble pesticidal active ingredients, and is a pesticide formulation such as granules that are easy to spread, and the pesticidal active ingredient can be quickly grown even if the amount used is small. In addition to the condensed phosphate and the poorly water-soluble pesticidal active ingredient, the pesticidal preparation of the present invention may further carry a surfactant. Such a surfactant is not particularly limited, but examples thereof include alkyl sulfate ester salts, aryl sulfonates, polyoxyethylene glycol ethers, polyhydric alcohol esters, dialkyl sulfosuccinates, polycarboxylic acids, polyoxyethylene. Examples thereof include nonyl phenyl ether and sodium lignin sulfonate. The content of the surfactant is 20 to 0.01%, preferably 10 to 0.05% of the pesticide formulation of the present invention.
In addition to the above-mentioned surfactant, the agricultural chemical formulation of the present invention may further carry other components such as an extender such as clay, calcium carbonate and bentonite, a grinding aid such as silica sand and the like.
Granules used in the pesticide formulation of the present invention are not particularly limited as long as they are granulated carriers. In addition, as a matter of course, the granulated product in the present specification does not include those which have not been granulated, such as those in which the particle size of the original carrier is adjusted by sieving. Further, the pesticide formulation of the present invention, the condensed phosphate that is generally used as a disintegrant of the granulated product, does not include in the granulated product, but exerts an effect by supporting it on the surface of the granulated product. is there. Therefore, the granules used in the pesticide formulation of the present invention may be disintegrating agents containing a disintegrant (disperse disintegrating in water) or non-disintegrating agents containing no disintegrant (not dispersible in water). It doesn't matter which way you choose. However, for example, when the pesticide formulation of the present invention is applied, if the granulated product collapses on the spot due to irrigation or the like, the pesticidal active ingredient will have a high concentration, and the concern for phytotoxicity will increase. The granules used for the pesticide formulation are preferably non-disintegrating ones containing no disintegrant. In addition, making the granulated product non-disintegrating is a technique known to those skilled in the art.
