轨道机构包括基体1,如图1所示,基体1支撑于连接架16与底座13之间;如图2-图3所示,基体1上设有轨道部,具体的,轨道部分为第一轨道101及第二轨道102;支撑体10大致形成为三角框架,支撑体10的三个端部设有运动端(图中未示出),运动端能够在第一轨道101,第二轨道102上运动,具体的,其中两个运动端适于在第一轨道101内运动,另一运动端适于在第二轨道102内运动,从而形成稳定的三角传动机构,进而支撑体10能够在第一轨道101、第二轨道102内稳定地运动;支撑体10与门单元3连接,从而能够对门单元3形成支撑作用,并引导门单元3沿第一轨道101、第二轨道102上下运动;本实施例中,还设有感应组件,具体的,感应组件包括感应部5及移动部,具体的,感应部形成为包括两个感应端子,感应端子可以为任意合适的感应机构,如光学感应端子等,优选的,本实施例中,感应端子为干簧管端子51,干簧管端子51通过导线53与一插接端子52连接,插接端子52插接至控制系统(图中未示出),从而干簧管端子51的感应信号能够通过导线53传输至控制系统;关于感应部5的安装结构将在后续进行描述;本实施例中,移动部形成为环形结构,具体的,本实施例中,环形结构为环形磁铁8,环形磁铁8通过固定卡子7固定至支撑体10的靠近第一轨道101的部分附近,本实施例中,环形磁铁设于支撑体10的右上端,使得环形磁铁8能够随支撑体10在第一轨道101内运动;如此,环形磁铁8更加易于运动至干簧管端子51的附近,进而触发感应端子发出感应信号,即,通过对环形磁铁8的位置检测即可实现对支撑体10及与支撑体相连的门单元3进行定位,进而控制系统能够更加精确地控制门单元3及支撑体10的运动;本实施例中,固定卡子7穿过该环形磁铁8后与支撑体 10上的固定座11连接,从而环形磁铁8被固定至该支撑体10上。
感应部5可以通过任意合适的方式连接至基体1,只要二者能够稳定连接即可;为了便于感应部5的安装及提高装配可靠性,优选的,本实施例中,感应部5通过安装支架6安装至基体1上,具体的,安装支架6形成为一个片状结构,该安装支架6的朝向基体1的一侧形成有固定柱65,基体1上形成有螺钉孔,安装时,螺钉9穿过该固定柱65并与基体1上的螺钉孔配合,进而将安装支架6固定到基体1上;安装支架6的背向该基体1的一侧设有固定结构,本实施例中,固定结构包括两个相对设置卡接片66,卡接片66垂直该安装支架6所在平面且背向基体1方向延伸,卡接片66形成有翻边67,从而如图5所示,两个具有翻边67的卡接片66可以形成一个收纳空间64,收纳空间64具有开放端,感应部5的干簧管端子51从该开放端插入该收纳空间64,并被卡接片的翻边67限位,为了进一步防止干簧管端子51从收纳空间64的开放端脱出,本实施例中,在收纳空间64内还形成有止挡凸起68,因此,干簧管端子51在插入收纳空间64后还被止挡凸起68止挡,以防止其从收纳空间64内脱出,进而实现干簧管端子51的稳定固定;如此,干簧管端子51的装配仅需通过插接的方式完成,使得其装配简单,同时,卡接片66的翻边67、止挡凸起68的设置,使得干簧管端子51被牢固的固定在安装空间64内,因此,本实施例的干簧管端子51的固定更加稳定有效。
本实施例中,安装支架6的结构形成有具有安装段61和延伸段62,具体的,如图4、图7所示,安装段61大致平行于第一轨道101设置,且位于该第一轨道101的左侧,进一步的,收纳空间64设于该安装段61的两端,即,干簧管端子51也被固定于该位置附近,如此,由于环形磁铁8随支撑体10在第一轨道101内运动,环形磁铁8便更易于接近干簧管端子51,当支撑体10运行到第一轨道101的下端时,干簧管端子51感应到环形磁铁8即发出第一感应信号,控制系统(图中未示出)接收到该第一感应信号后,控制系统即可控制桶体4执行脱水等洗涤操作;而当环形磁铁8运动到第一轨道101的上端后,干簧管端子51发出第二感应信号,控制系统接受到该第二感应信号后,可以控制驱动系统(图中未示出)停止动作,以避免支撑体10与第一轨道101的端部碰撞;进一步的,本实施例中,安装支架6还具有延伸段62,延伸段62朝向第二轨道102方向延伸,固定柱65为三个,其中两个固定柱65形成于安装段61的朝向基体1的一侧上,另外一个固定柱65形成于该延伸段62的朝向基体1的一侧上,如此,形成稳定的三角固定结构,使得安装支架被稳定的固定于基体上,从而防止了安装支架在洗衣机运行过程中出现的晃动等情况,保证位置检测的准确可靠。
以下针对应用于本申请轨道机构的洗衣机的工作过程进行描述:
在驱动机构的作用下,桶体4的衣物取放口2可在壳体的敞开口14内上下转动,同 时带动门单元3一起在敞开口14内运动,当支撑体10运动至第一轨道101的上端时,环形磁铁8即靠近位于安装支架6上部的干簧管端子51,此时该干簧管端子51发出第二感应信号,控制系统接收到该第二感应信号后,控制该驱动机构停止运行,或者控制该驱动机构驱动桶体及门单元3向下运动;当支撑体10运动至第一轨道101的下端时,环形磁铁8靠近位于安装支架6下端的干簧管端子51,此时,门单元3已经向下运动到位,该干簧管端子51发出第一感应信号,控制系统接收到该感应第一信号后,即可控制桶体3进行脱水等操作,或者控制驱动系统驱动桶体及门单元3向上运动。
以上结合附图详细描述了本申请的优选实施方式,但是,本申请并不限于此。在本申请的技术构思范围内,可以对本申请的技术方案进行多种简单变型,包括各个具体技术特征以任何合适的方式进行组合。为了避免不必要的重复,本申请对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。但这些简单变型和组合同样应当视为本申请所公开的内容,均属于本申请的保护范围。
Claims (13)
- 一种轨道机构,包括:基体(1),所述基体(1)上设有轨道部;支撑体(10),所述支撑体(10)适于沿所述轨道部运动;其特征在于,还包括感应组件,所述感应组件包括移动部及感应部(5),所述移动部适于随所述支撑体(10)运动,所述感应部(5)适于对所述移动部的位置进行检测。
- 根据权利要求1所述的轨道机构,其特征在于:所述感应部(5)通过一安装支架(6)固定安装于所述基体(1)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的轨道机构,其特征在于:所述安装支架(6)形成为片状结构,所述片状结构一侧与所述基体(1)连接,所述片状结构的另一侧形成为具有固定结构,所述感应部(5)至少部分适于被固定至所述固定结构。
- 根据权利要求3所述的轨道机构,其特征在于:所述固定结构包括卡接片(66),所述卡接片(66)围成一收纳空间(64);所述卡接片(66)设有翻边结构(67),所述感应部(5)至少部分适于被插入所述收纳空间(64)内并被所述翻边结构(67)限位固定。
- 根据权利要求4所述的轨道机构,其特征在于:所述固定结构还包括形成于安装支架(6)的止挡凸起(68),所述感应部(5)至少部分插入所述收纳空间(64)后被所述止挡凸起(68)止挡限位。
- 根据权利要求5所述的轨道机构,其特征在于:所述收纳空间(64)设有开放端,所述感应部至少部分适于被从所述开放端插入所述收纳空间(64)内。
- 根据权利要求4-6任一项所述的轨道机构,其特征在于:所述安装支架(6)设有自所述安装支架(6)朝向所述基体(1)延伸的固定柱(65),固定螺钉适于穿过所述固定柱(65)并与所述基体(1)连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的轨道机构,其特征在于:所述轨道部包括第一轨道(101)及第二轨道(102),所述第一轨道(101)设于所述第二轨道(102)的外侧,所述支撑体大致成型为三角框架结构,所述支撑体(10)的三个端部设有运动端,所述运动端适于在所述第一轨道(101)及所述第二轨道(102)上运动。
- 根据权利要求8所述的轨道机构,其特征在于:所述安装支架(6)具有与所述第一轨道(101)大致平行的安装段(61),所述固定柱(65)为三个,其中两个所述固定柱(65)形成于所述安装段(61)的朝向所述基体(1)的一侧的两端;所述安 装支架(6)还具有朝向所述第二轨道(102)延伸的延伸段(62),另一所述固定柱(65)形成于所述延伸段(62)上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的轨道机构,其特征在于:所述感应部(5)包括两个干簧管端子(51),两个所述干簧管端子(51)设于所述安装段(61)的背向所述基体(1)的一侧的两端;所述移动部设于所述支撑体(10)的靠近所述第一轨道(101)的部分;在所述移动部移动至接近所述干簧管端子(51)的情况下,所述干簧管端子(51)发出感应信号。
- 根据权利要求10所述的轨道机构,其特征在于:所述感应部(5)还包括插接端子(52),所述干簧管端子(51)通过导线(53)与所述插接端子(52)连接,所述安装支架(6)设有固定所述导线的导线夹(63)。
- 根据权利要求11所述的轨道机构,其特征在于:所述移动部形成为环形磁铁(8),固定卡子(7)适于穿过环形磁铁(8)并将所述环形磁铁(8)固定至所述支撑体(10)的一个端部附近。
- 一种衣物处理装置,包括:壳体,具有前面板,所述前面板上形成有敞开口(14);桶体(4),所述桶体(4)设置在所述壳体内;门单元(3),开设有衣物取放口;其特征在于:还包括如权利要求1-12任一项所述的轨道机构;所述门单元(3)与所述支撑体(10)相连,所述支撑体(10)适于引导所述门单元(3)在所述敞开口(14)内上下活动。
