一种防摔型充电宝 技术领域
本发明涉及防摔型技术领域,具体为一种防摔型充电宝。
背景技术
随着时代的变迁,社会的发展,手机日益走进人们的生活,因为手机的方便携带,可以随时上网,逐渐发展成人们生活的必需品,但是人们在享受随时随地使用手机的同时,给手机充电又出现了问题,为了满足能随时随地给手机充电,充电宝的出现解决了这个问题,充电宝的出现在现阶段无疑缓解了智能终端使用电量不足的问题,充电宝的易携带、可移动的特点让使用者带来了极大的便利。充电宝已属随身携带品,但目前市场的充电宝一般均采用金属外壳制作,当使用者不小心摔着或碰着充电宝时,轻者充电宝外表面易变形,重者充电宝内部的元件易破损,为了避免充电宝容易被摔坏的问题,我们提供了一种防摔型充电宝。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种防摔型充电宝,解决了充电宝外表面容易摔变形和防止内部元件摔破损的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防摔型充电宝,包括充电宝本体和保护套,所述保护套的内部分为两层,分别为弹簧缓冲层和气垫缓冲层,所述弹簧缓冲层的内部固定连接有套筒,所述套筒的内部固定连接有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的底部固定连接有挡板,所述伸缩杆的底部与套筒的底部之间固定连接有弹簧,所述伸缩杆的另一端贯穿套筒的顶部并与保护套固定连接,所述套筒的底部固定连接有连接杆,所述气垫缓冲层的内部固定连接有正六边 形气囊,所述相邻的四个正六边形气囊之间固定连接有菱形气囊,所述相邻的正六边形气囊和菱形气囊之间通过气体管道固定连接,所述气垫缓冲层的上表面与连接杆固定连接,所述气垫缓冲层的下表面与充电宝本体固定连接,所述保护套的侧表面开设有输入口,所述保护套的侧表面开设有输出口,所述保护套另一侧面开设有照明口。
优选的,所述保护套为橡胶所制。
优选的,所述连接杆的拐角处连接弹性结构。
优选的,所述连接杆与充电宝本体和保护套的距离均为6mm。
本发明提供了一种防摔型充电宝,具备以下有益效果:
(1)、本发明通过设置气垫缓冲层、正六边形气囊、菱形气囊和管道,当连接杆受到力的冲撞时,正六边形气囊和菱形气囊之间通过管道连接,会把力分散缓解,能够对充电宝本体进行保护,解决了充电宝外表面容易摔变形和防止内部元件摔破损的问题。
(2)、本发明通过设置套筒、伸缩杆、挡板和弹簧,当保护套受到外来力的冲撞时,伸缩杆会在套筒内进行伸缩,固定连接在伸缩杆底部的挡板会对弹簧挤压,从而起到缓冲的作用,解决了充电宝外表面容易摔变形和防止内部元件摔破损的问题。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-3所示的一种防摔型充电宝,包括充电宝本体1和保护套2,保护套为橡胶所制,保护套2的内部分为两层,分别为弹簧缓冲层3和气垫缓冲层4,弹簧缓冲层3的内部固定连接有套筒5,套筒5的内部固定连接有伸缩杆51,伸缩杆51的底部固定连接有挡板52,伸缩杆51的底部与套筒5的底部之间固定连接有弹簧53,伸缩杆51的另一端贯穿套筒5的顶部并与保护套2固定连接,套筒5的底部固定连接有连接杆6,连接杆6的拐角处连接弹性结构,连接杆6与充电宝本体1和保护套2的距离均为6mm,当保护套2受到外来力的冲撞时,固定连接于保护套2的伸缩杆51会在套筒5内进行伸缩,固定连接在伸缩杆51底部的挡板52会对弹簧53挤压,从而起到缓冲的作用,气垫缓冲层4的内部固定连接有正六边形气囊41,相邻的四个正六边形气囊41之间固定连接有菱形气囊42,相邻的正六边形气囊41和菱形气囊42之间通过气体管道43固定连接,气垫缓冲层4的上表面与连接杆6固定连接,当连接杆6受到力的冲撞时,正六边形气囊41和菱形气囊42之间通过管道43连接,会把力分散缓解,能够对充电宝本体1进行保护,气垫缓冲层4的下表面与充电宝本体1固定连接,保护套2的侧表面开设有输入口7,保护套2的侧表面开设有输出口8,保护套2另一侧面开设有照明口9,输入口7为给充电宝本体1进行充电,输出口8通过连接线用来给手机充电,照明口9为使用者在夜晚提供方便。
综上可得,本发明通过设置气垫缓冲层3、正六边形气囊41、菱形气囊42、管道43、套筒5、伸缩杆51、挡板52和弹簧53,解决了充电宝外表面容易摔变形和防止内部元件摔破损的问题。
