Description

가발용 피부 부착 접착패드
본 발명은 가발용 피부 부착 접착패드에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 인체에 무해하고 피부 질환의 유발이 없으며, 접착력이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 사용자의 가발 착용 편의성을 극대화할 수 있는 가발용 피부 부착 접착패드에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 유전 등의 요인으로 모발 일부 또는 전체가 탈모된 사람들은 대부분 탈모된 부분을 가리기 위하여 가발을 착용하고 있다.
이러한 가발을 착용하기 위해서 두피 또는 모발에 가발을 부착하여야 하는데, 종래의 가발의 부착 방법으로는 클립을 이용하는 방법, 접착제를 이용하는 방법, 양면 테이프를 이용하는 방법 등이 있다.
먼저, 클립을 이용하는 방법의 경우, 가발의 내측면 연부측을 따라 배열된 다수개의 클립을 모발에 고정시키는 방법으로, 이러한 방법은 가발의 착용 및 탈거가 불편할 뿐만 아니라 클립에 끼여있는 머리카락이 당겨져 추가적인 탈모를 발생시킬 수 있으며, 부분 탈모에만 적용이 가능하며 전체 탈모에는 적용이 어렵다는 문제점이 있으며, 나아가 가발의 고정력이 약하므로 가발을 착용한 상태로 격렬한 운동이 불가능한 문제점이 있다.
접착제를 이용하는 방법의 경우, 가발의 내면에 양면테이프를 부착하고, 양면테이프에 접착제를 바른 후 두피의 탈모 부위 또는 모발 위에 본드 등의 접착제를 발라 양면테이프와 두피를 상호 접착하는 방법으로, 이 방법은 상술한 클립 방법에 비해 강한 고정력을 담보할 수 있으므로 장기간 착용 상태의 유지가 가능하다는 장점이 있으나, 두피에 직접 바르는 접착제가 피부질환을 유발할 수 있으며, 가발을 약 20~30일간 계속 착용하고 있어야 하므로 세척이 곤란하고 두피에서 발생하는 분비물로 인하여 비위생적인 문제점이 있다.
마지막으로 양면테이프를 이용하는 방법의 경우, 패치 부분과 두피 부분에 양면테이프를 부착하여 상호 접착하는 방법으로, 탈부착을 진행할 때마다 테이프를 교체하여야 하므로 사용이 번거롭고 장기간 착용시 접착력이 약해지는 문제점이 있으며, 나아가 양면 테이프가 두발과 접착되어 탈모의 원인이 되며, 하절기에는 땀이 분비됨에 따라 쉽게 떨어지는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명에 따른 가발용 피부 부착 접착패드, 피부 부착용 접착패드를 구비한 가발 고정 부재 및 피부 부착용 접착패드의 제조방법은 전술한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 다음과 같은 해결과제를 목적으로 한다.
가발을 용이하게 탈부착할 수 있도록 형성되어 사용자의 편의성을 증대시키는 가발 고정 부재를 제공하는 것이다.
또한, 가발 고정 부재에 포함되도록 구성되어 사용자 피부에 직접 접촉시 접착력이 우수함과 동시에 인체에 무해한 피부 부착용 접착패드를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 해결과제는 이상에서 언급된 것들에 한정되지 않으며, 언급되지 아니한 다른 해결과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 당해 기술분야에 있어서의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해되어 질 수 있을 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가발용 피부 부착 접착패드는, 가발을 고정시키기 위하여 일측이 사용자의 두피에 부착되는 가발용 피부 부착용 접착 패드에 관한 것으로, 하부시트; 상기 하부시트의 상부에 배치되는 접착본드; 상기 접착본드를 감싸도록 상기 접착 본드의 상부에 안착되는 커버부재; 및 상기 커버부재를 감싸도록 부착되는 상부시트;를 포함하고, 상기 접착본드는 찹쌀풀 및 한약재를 포함하고, 상기 가발용 피부 부착용 접착 패드의 타측은 가발의 내피 중 적어도 하나의 영역에 직접 고정 결합된다.
상기 접착본드 내에는 제1 자성체가 수용되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 하부시트 및 상부시트 중 적어도 하나는 거즈인 것이 바람직하다.
상기 한약재는 쑥, 홍화씨, 인동초, 백년초, 박하, 익모초, 산초, 감초, 황기, 구기자, 천궁, 당귀, 천문동, 아로니아 및 운지 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고, 상기 찹쌀풀은 찹쌀가루에 한약재 추출물을 10 내지 20 중량배로 첨가하고 섭씨 80 내지 100도 로 가열하여 제조되되, 상기 한약재 추출물은 상기 한약재에 물을 10 내지 20 중량배로 첨가하고 섭씨 80 내지 100도에서 5 내지 20시간 가열한 후 여과하여 제조되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 하부시트의 하부에 배치되는 접착부재;를 더 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 가발용 피부 부착 접착패드는, 가발을 고정시키기 위하여 일측이 사용자의 두피에 부착되는 가발용 피부 부착 접착 패드에 관한 것으로, 하부에 피부와의 접촉을 위한 접착성분을 함유하는 하부시트; 하부가 상기 하부시트의 상부에 적층되는 완충부재; 및 상기 완충부재의 상부에 배치되는 상부시트;를 포함하고, 상기 완충부재는 실리콘, 스펀지, 코르크, 가죽, 황토석, 황토타일, 취옥석, 한방성분의 접착본드, 맥반석, 옥, 부직포, 스티로폼, 발포우레탄, 옥수수전분 및 종이 중 적어도 하나로 구성되고, 상기 가발의 내피 중 적어도 하나의 영역에는 상기 피부 부착용 접착 패드의 타측과 탈부착 가능하도록 형성된다.
상기 완충부재 및 상기 상부시트 사이에 배치되는 제1 자성체;를 더 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 완충부재의 상측에는 안착홈이 형성되고, 상기 제1 자성체는 상기 안착홈에 수용되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 상부시트는 상기 제1 자성체, 완충부재 및 하부시트를 모두 덮도록 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 상부시트 및 하부시트 중 적어도 하나는 방수 재질로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 따른 가발 고정 부재는 사용자의 두피에 착용되어 용이하게 가발을 탈부착할 수 있도록 구성되어 사용자 편의성을 증대시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 가발 고정 부재에 구비되어 사용자의 두피에 직접 부착되도록 형성된 가발용 피부 부착 접착패드의 경우 두피에서 발생하는 땀 등의 분비물을 효과적으로 흡수하여 사용자의 두피에 안정적으로 접착됨으로써 사용자의 격렬한 움직임에도 불구하고 가발의 유동 또는 뒤틀어짐을 방지할 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
아울러, 가발용 피부 부착 접착패드는 참쌀풀 및 한약재 등의 인체에 무해한 성분들로 제작된 접착 본드를 구비함으로써 피부질환의 유발을 방지할 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
본 발명의 효과는 이상에서 언급된 것들에 한정되지 않으며, 언급되지 아니한 다른 효과들은 아래의 기재로부터 당해 기술분야에 있어서의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해되어질 수 있을 것이다.

또한, 본 발명을 설명함에 있어서 관련된 공지 기술에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우 그 상세한 설명을 생략한다. 또한, 첨부된 도면은 본 발명의 사상을 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것일 뿐, 첨부된 도면에 의해 본 발명의 사상이 제한되는 것으로 해석되어서는 아니 됨을 유의해야 한다.
이하, 도 1 내지 도 5를 참조하여 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가발 고정 부재 및 가발용 피부 부착 접착패드의 여러 실시예에 대하여 설명하도록 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가발 고정 부재는 가발(10)을 고정시키기 위하여 사용자의 두피에 장착되는 가발 고정 부재에 관한 것으로, 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 프레임 부재(100) 및 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)를 포함하도록 구성된다.
프레임 부재(100)는 내측 면이 사용자의 두상과 대응되도록 형성되는 구성으로, 상술할 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)를 수용하기 위한 수용홈(110)을 적어도 하나 이상 구비한다.
프레임 부재(100)은 금속 재질로 형성될 수도 있으며, 특히 상술한 바와 같이 내측 면이 사용자의 두피와 맞닿도록 형성된다는 점을 고려해 볼 때 직물, 종이 등 사용자의 두피를 자극하지 않는 인체 친화적 소재로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
프레임 부재(100)의 수용홈(110)에는 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)가 고정 장착된다.
프레임 부재(100)의 수용홈(110)에 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)를 고정 장착하는 방법의 경우 여러 실시예를 고려해 볼 수 있는데, 먼저 자성체의 자기력을 이용하여 양 구성을 고정 결합하는 방법이 있다.
구체적으로, 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)의 내부에 제1 자성체(230)가 포함되는 실시예의 경우, 수용홈(110)에 상기 제1 자성체(230)와 대응되는 제2 자성체를 부착할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)는 프레임 부재(100)의 수용홈(110) 내부에 견고하게 고정 결합할 수 있다.
특히, 상술한 실시예의 경우, 가발의 내피 중 제1 자성체(230) 및 제2 자성체와 대응되는 영역에 자성체 또는 금속재가 부착함으로써 자기력에 의하여 프레임 부재(100), 피부 부착용 접착패드(200) 및 가발을 동시에 견고히 결합할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 종래의 경우 사용자가 가발을 두피에 안정적으로 안착시키기 위하여 탈모가 진행된 부분 뿐만 아니라 탈모가 진행되지 않은 부분의 머리카락 또한 제거하고, 그 위에 접착을 위한 테이프 등을 부착하여야 하는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가발 고정 부재는 프레임 부재(100)를 사용자의 두상을 전체적으로 덮도록 제조될 수도 있으나, 상술한 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 사용자의 두상 일부만 덮도록 제조될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 사용자의 탈모가 두상의 전면부에 집중적으로 진행된 경우에는 탈모가 일어난 부위인 전면부에 대응할 수 있는 프레임 부재(100)를 제조하여 사용할 수 있다.
결국, 사용자의 탈모 상태 별 맞춤형 프레임 부재(100)를 제작함으로써 사용자가 가발 고정 부재(100)를 두피에 안착시 추가적으로 모발을 제거하는 등의 번거로운 작업을 생략할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
피부 부착용 접착패드(200)는 상술한 바와 같이 가발을 고정시키기 위한 가발 고정 부재에 포함되는 구성이며, 사용자의 두피에 직접적으로 부착되는 구성으로, 도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 제1 하부시트(210), 제2 하부시트(220), 제1 자성체(230), 접착 본드(240) 및 상부시트(250)로 구성될 수 있다.
제1 하부시트(210)는 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)의 바닥면을 구성하며, 실질적으로 프레임 부재(100)의 수용홈(110)과 직접적으로 맞닿는 구성이다.
이러한 제1 하부시트(210)는 폐기시 환경 문제 등을 야기시키기 않도록 거즈 또는 종이 재질로 형성될 수 있으며, 나아가 상측의 여러 구성들을 지지할 수 있도록 견고하게 형성되어야 하므로 거즈 또는 종이 재질의 구성을 여러 겹으로 형성시켜 제조될 수도 있을 것이다.
제2 하부시트(220)는 제1 상부시트(210)의 상부에 안착되는 구성으로, 제2 하부시트(220) 또한 제1 하부시트(210)와 마찬가지로 친환경 재질로 구성되는 것이 바람직하며, 제1 하부시트(210)와 동일한 재질로 형성될 수도 있을 것이다.
제2 하부시트(220)의 중심부에는 중공이 형성될 수 있으며, 이러한 중공에는 상술한 제1 자성체(230)가 삽입된다.
제1 자성체(230)는 상술한 바와 같이 프레임 부재(100)의 수용홈(110) 내부에 견고히 결합하기 위한 기능을 수행할 뿐만 아니라 가발의 내피에 부착되는 자성체 또는 금속재와 견고히 결합하기 위한 기능을 수행한다.
제2 하부시트(220)의 중심부에 형성된 중공은 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)의 제조시 피부 부착용 접착패드(200) 내부에서의 제1 자성체(230)의 배치 위치를 정확히하기 위한 기능을 수행한다.
접착 본드(240)는 제2 하부시트(220) 및 제1 자성체(230) 상부에 도포되는 접착제로, 피부 부착용 접착 패드와 사용자의 두피와의 접착을 위한 기능을 수행한다.
특히, 피부 부착용 접착 패드는 사용자의 두피에 장시간 부착되는 점을 고려하여 접착 본드(240)는 피부와의 접촉에 의한 피부 손상을 방지할 수 있고 인체에 무해할 뿐만 아니라 사용자의 격렬한 움직임이 있을 경우라도 가발 고정 부재를 안정적이고 장시간 고정시킬 수 있는 접착력이 요구된다.
이를 위하여 본 발명의 일 실시예 따른 피부 부착용 접착패드에 포함되는 접착 본드(240)는 찹쌀풀 및 한약재를 포함하여 제조되며, 이에 대한 자세한 내용은 후술하도록 한다.
상부시트(250)는 접착 본드(240)의 상부에 안착되는 구성이며, 실질적으로 사용자의 두피와 접촉되는 구성인 점을 고려해 볼 때 거즈로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상부시트(250)를 거즈로 구성할 경우, 접착 본드(240) 및 두피에서 발생하는 수분과 노폐물의 흡수가 용이하며, 접착 본드(240)와 사용자의 두피와의 접촉면적을 확대시킬 수 있으며, 이로 인하여 강력한 접착력을 발휘하여 땀과 분비물에 의해 쉽게 접착력이 약해지지 않는 장점이 있다.
이하에서는 상술한 접착 본드(240)에 대하여 좀 더 상세히 설명하도록 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드의 접착 본드(240)는 앞에서 언급한 바와 같이 찹쌀풀 및 한약재를 포함하도록 구성된다.
찹쌀풀은 쌀가루를 이용하여 제조된 것으로, 접착 본드(240)에 우수한 접착력을 부여해주는 것은 물론, 인체에 무해하고, 피부질환을 유발하지 않는다는 특징이 있다.
이러한 찹쌀풀은 일반적으로 공지된 방법에 따라 쌀가루에 물을 1:10~20 중량배로 첨가한 후 이를 교반하여 섭씨 80도 내지 100도로 가열하여 제조되는 것이 바람직하다.
특히 상술한 쌀가루는 백미찹쌀가루, 현미찹쌀가루는 물론, 밸미가루, 현미가루 중 1종 이상을 이용할 수 있다.
더욱 바람직하게 찹쌀풀은 쌀가루에 물이 아닌 한약재 추출물을 1:10~20 중량배로 첨가하고, 섭씨 80도 내지 100도로 가열하여 제조된 것일 수 있다.
찹쌀풀을 제조하는데 있어서 물 대신 한약재 추출물을 이용할 경우 피부질환 발생을 방지할 뿐만 아니라 한약재 추출물이 갖고 있는 탈취, 항균, 항곰팡이 특징에 의하여 사용자의 장기가 가발 사용에도 불구하고 두피로부터 발생하는 땀, 분비물로 인한 악취, 오염 등을 방지할 수 있다.
여기에서, 한약재 추출물의 제조를 위한 한약재로는 쑥, 홍화씨, 인동초, 백년초, 박하, 익모초, 산초, 감초, 황기, 구기자, 천궁, 당귀, 천문동, 아로니아 및 운지 중 적어도 하나인 것을 사용할 수 있는데, 이러한 한약재는 우수한 탈취, 항균, 항곰팡이 기능을 구비하기 때문에 피부질환을 예방할 뿐만 아니라 쾌적한 두피 상태를 유지할 수 있으며, 나아가 두피를 통해 영양문을 공급함으로써 사용자의 두피 상태를 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
이때 상술한 한약재 추출물의 제조방법을 예시적으로 설명하면 한약재에 10~20중량배의 물을 가하고 섭씨 80 내지 100도로 5 내지 10시간 가열한 후 여과하여 제조할 수 있다.
한편, 접착 본드(240)에 상술한 찹쌀풀과 함께 첨가되는 한약재의 경우 피부질환을 예방하는 것 뿐만 아니라 접착 본드(240)의 보존 기간을 늘리고, 두피에서 발생되는 땀, 분비물 등을 흡수, 탈취하며, 항균성도 갖도록 하기 위하여 쑥, 홍화씨, 인동초, 백년초, 박하, 익모초, 산초, 감초, 황기, 구기자, 천궁, 당귀, 천문동, 아로니아 및 운지 중 적어도 하나 이상을 사용할 수도 있다.
또한, 이러한 한약재는 두피에 영양을 공급해주는 역할을 수행할 수 있으며, 상술한 한약재 이외의 두피상태 향상 및 탈모 방지에 도움을 줄 수 있는 다양한 종류의 한약재를 더 첨가할 수도 있다.
상술한 한약재는 분쇄된 분말 형태로 첨가될 수 있으며, 추출물의 형태로 첨가될 수도 있으며, 그 첨가 방법이 제한되지 않는다.
예를 들어, 한약재를 100 내지 300 mesh의 입도로 분쇄하여 그대로 사용하거나, 한약재에 10~20중량배의 물을 가하고 섭씨 80 내지 100도로 5 내지 10시간 가열하여 여과, 농축, 동결건조한 후 이를 100 내지 300 mesh의 입도로 분쇄하여 사용할 수 있다.
이러한 한약재는 찹쌀풀 100중량부를 기준으로 5 내지 20중량부의 비율로 포함될 수 있는데, 한약재가 5중량부 미만이면 한약재 고유의 항균, 탈취 등의 기능성 효과가 미미하게 되고, 20중량부를 초과할 경우 접착력이 약화될 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드의 접착 본드(240)는 고체풀을 더 포함할 수 있다.
고체풀은 통상적으로 시판되는 딱풀을 의미하는데, 시판되는 딱풀 중 어떠한 것이라도 적용 가능하다.
이러한 고체풀은 공지된 바와 같이 폴리비닐피롤리돈(Polu Vinyl Pyrrolidone)을 주성분으로 하여 접착력이 우수하면서도 인체에 무해하며 자극성이 적다는 장점이 있으므로 찹쌀풀과 고체풀을 함께 적용할 경우 더욱 우수한 접착력을 담보할 수 있다.
한편, 앞서 설명한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가발 고정 부재 및 피부 부착용 접착패드는 자성체를 이용하여 가발을 고정하는 방식으로, 이러한 방법에 의하여 가발의 탈부착을 용이하게 할 수 있는 장점이 있으나, 내부에 자성체 또는 금속재를 포함하고 있으므로 사용자의 해외 여행이나 출장 등으로 인하여 공항의 출입국 심사시 문제될 여지가 있다.
따라서 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 가발 고정 부재 및 피부 부착용 접착패드는 상술한 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 자성체가 아닌 다른 구성으로 피부 부착용 접착패드와 가발 고정 부재 및 가발 고정 부재와 가발을 고정시키도록 구성될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드는 상술한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드의 구성 중 제1 자성체를 포함시키지 않고, 제1 하부시트의 하면에 양면 테이프를 부착하도록 구성할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 가발 고정 부재의 프레임 부재(100)와 피부 부착용 접착 패드(200)는 양면 테이프로 상호 고정 결합되게 된다.
한편, 가발 고정 부재의 프레임 부재(100) 상측면에는 가발의 내피를 부착할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 벨크로부가 형성될 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 가발 고정 부재와 가발이 탈부착 가능하도록 결합될 수 있으며, 반대로 프레임 가발의 내피에 벨크로부를 부착하고 프레임 부재(100) 자체를 벨크로부와 부착 가능한 재질로 구성되는 것도 가능할 것이다.
아울러, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착패드는 상술한 바와 같이 별도의 가발 고정 부재를 필요로 하지 않고 가발(10)의 내피 중 장착될 수 있는데, 가발 고정 부재 없이 가발의 내피(10) 중 적어도 하나의 영역(11)에 직접 고정 결합될 수도 있다.
이를 위하여 피부 부착용 접착 패드(200) 내에 제1 자성체(230)가 배치된 경우라면 가발의 내피 중 복수 개의 영역에는 제1 자성체(230)와 붙을 수 있는 금속재 또는 제2 자성체가 배치될 수도 있다.
이러한 실시예를 위하여 피부 부착용 접착패드는 중공이 형성된 제1 하부시트(210)와, 상기 제1 하부시트(210)의 상부에 안착되는 접착본드 조립체와, 상기 접착본드 조립체를 덮을 수 있는 상부시트를 포함하도록 구성될 수 있다.
접착본드 조립체는 상술한 접착본드(240)와, 접착본드(240)의 내부에 수용되는 제1 자성체(230)와, 제1 자성체(230)를 수용하는 접착본드(240)의 측면 및 상면을 모두 덮도록 구성된 커버부재를 포함한다.
상술한 구성으로 피부 부착용 접착 패드(200)를 제조할 경우 제품의 양산성이 향상될 수 있으며, 외형 불량을 저감할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
나아가 제1 하부시트(210)의 하부에는 접착성분을 함유한 접착층을 마련함으로써 사용자가 피부 부착용 접착 패드(200)를 두피에 붙일 경우 피부 부착용 접착 패드(200)의 탈락을 방지할 수 있다.
이하에서는 도 6 내지 도 9를 참조하여 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)의 다른 실시예에 대하여 설명하도록 한다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착패드는 도 6 내지 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 하부시트(210), 완충부재(220) 및 상부시트(230)를 포함하도록 구성된다.
하부시트(210)는 하부에 사용자의 두피 등의 피부와 접촉하여 피부에 고정될 수 있도록 접착성분을 함유한다.
이러한 접착성분은 사용자의 피부 자극을 유발하지 않는 동시에 폐기시 환경에 영향을 미치지 않는 친환경 재질로 구성되어야 함은 물론, 장시간 강한 접착력을 담보하여야 한다.
아울러, 하부시트(210)의 상부 또한 폐기시 환경 문제 등을 야기시키지 않도록 거즈 또는 종이 재질로 형성될 수 있으며, 상측의 여러 구성들을 지지할 수 있도록 견고하게 형성되어야 하므로 거즈 또는 종이 재질의 구성을 여러 겹으로 형성시켜 제조될 수도 있을 것이며, 이러한 하부시트(210)는 상술한 효과를 갖추고 있는 의료용 테이프일 수도 있을 것이다.
완충부재(220)는 상술한 하부시트(210) 위에 적층되는 구성으로, 사용자가 가발을 착용할 경우, 가발 또는 가발 고정 부재에 외력이 인가될 경우 사용자의 두피에 전달될 수 있는 충격을 완화하는 기능을 수행하는 구성이며, 충격 완화의 기능 뿐만 아니라 인체의 특정 기능의 활성화를 위한 다양한 기능을 발휘할 수 있는 재질로 구성될 수도 있다.
상술한 완충부재(220)의 효과의 구현을 위하여 완충부재(220)는 실리콘, 스펀지, 코르크, 가죽, 황토석, 황토타일, 취옥석, 한방성분의 접착본드, 맥반석, 옥, 부직포, 스티로폼, 발포우레탄, 옥수수전분 및 종이 중 적어도 하나로 구성될 수 있다.
상부시트(230)는 완충부재(220)의 상부에 배치되는 구성으로, 하부시트(210) 및 완충부재(220)를 보호하는 기능을 수행하는 구성이다.
앞에서 설명한 하부시트(210), 완충부재(220) 및 상부시트(230)를 포함한 피부 부착용 접착 패드는 다양한 구현예로 구성될 수 있으며, 이하에서는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드의 다양한 실시예에 대하여 구체적으로 설명하도록 한다.
먼저 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)의 제1 구현예를 도 6을 참조하여 살펴보면, 하부시트(210), 상기 하부시트(210)의 상부에 배치되는 완충부재(220) 및 완충부재(220)의 상부에 배치되는 상부시트(230)를 포함하도록 구성된다.
여기에서 완충부재(220)는 한방성분을 포함하는 접착본드일 수 있으며, 이러한 접착본드는 찹쌀풀 및 한약재를 포함하며, 접착본드에 대한 구체적인 내용은 상술한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)의 설명시 언급하였으므로 그 자세한 설명은 생략하도록 한다.
아울러, 본 발명의 다른 실시예 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드의 제1 구현예는 하부시트(210)의 중심부에 중공(211)이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
즉, 하부시트(210)의 주변부의 하측에는 접착성분이 함유되어 있으므로, 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)를 사용자의 피부, 즉 두피와 고정될 수 있도록 접착하는 기능은 하부시트(210)의 주변부에 의하여 수행되며, 사용자의 피부에서 분비되는 땀 등의 수분은 상술한 하부시트(210) 중심부에 형성된 중공을 통하여 한방성분을 포함하는 접착본드에 의하여 흡수된다.
또한, 완충부재(220)인 접착본드의 하부와 접촉하는 거즈(240)를 더 포함하도록 구성될 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 사용자의 피부에서 분비되는 땀 등의 수분을 좀 더 효과적으로 흡수할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 하부시트(210)와 완충부재(220) 사이에는 완충부재(220)를 더욱 견고하게 지지할 수 있도록 지지부재(250)를 추가적으로 포함할 수 있으며, 상술한 접착본드의 효과를 구현하기 위하여 지지부재(250) 또한 하부시트(210)와 마찬가지로 중심부에 중공(211)을 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
나아가 완충부재(220)인 접착본드의 측면 누출을 방지하기 위하여 완충부재(220)의 측면을 감싸기 위한 사이드 시트(260)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)의 하부시트(210), 상부시트(230), 사이드시트(260) 등을 방수 재질로 형성함으로써, 외부로부터의 물이 유입시에도 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)의 완충부재(220)의 훼손을 방지하고 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)의 접착력 약화를 방지할 수 있도록 구성되는 것도 가능할 것이다.
이하에서는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착패드(200), 프레임 부재(110) 및 가발의 고정 방법에 대하여 설명하도록 한다.
먼저 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)가 프레임 부재(100)의 수용부(110)와의 결합에 대하여 먼저 살펴보면, 가장 일반적인 방법으로는 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)의 상부시트(230) 상면에 양면 테이프 등의 접착테이프를 이용하여 프레임 부재(100)와 결합하는 방법을 고려해 볼 수 있다.
그러나, 접착테이프를 이용하여 프레임 부재(100)에 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)를 고정 결합시킬 경우 사용자가 용이하게 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)의 교체가 용이하지 않다는 문제점이 있다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 완충부재(220)의 상부 또는 상부시트(230)의 상부에는 제1 결합부재가 고정 배치되고, 프레임 부재(100)의 수용부(110)에는 제1 결합부재와 대응되는 제2 결합부재를 배치함으로써, 제1 결합부재 및 제2 결합부재의 결합에 의하여 피부 부착용 접착 패드(200)를 프레임 부재(100)의 수용부(110) 내에 고정 결합되도록 구성하는 것이 바람직하다.
여기서 제1 결합부재 및 제2 결합부재로는 상호 대응되는 스냅단추(똑딱이 단추)일 수 있으며, 수형 스냅단추와 암형 스냅단추의 결합에 의하여 프레임 부재(100)와 피부 부착용 접착 패드(200)를 결합할 수 있다.
특히 피부 부착용 접착 패드가 사용자의 두피 등의 피부에 직접적으로 부착되는 점을 고려해 볼 때, 외압에 의하여 사용자의 두피 등의 피부 손상 방지를 위하여 돌출부를 구비한 수형 스냅단추를 피부 부착용 접착 패드(200)측에 배치하고 수용홈을 구비한 암형 스냅단추를 프레임 부재(100)에 부착하는 것이 바람직하다.
이때 피부 부착용 접착 패드(200)측에 배치되는 수형 스냅단추는 돌출부가 상부방향, 즉 사용자의 두피 등의 피부와 직접적으로 접촉하는 하부시트(210)와 대향되는 방향으로 배치되어야 할 것이다.
또한 제1 결합부재 및 제2 결합부재는 수나사 및 암나사일 수 있으며, 수나사 및 암나사의 나사 결합에 의하여 프레임 부재(100) 및 피부 부착용 접착 패드(200)를 결합할 수 있다.
특히 피부 부착용 접착 패드가 사용자의 두피 등의 피부에 직접적으로 부착되는 점을 고려해 볼 때, 외압에 의하여 사용자의 두피 등의 피부 손상 방지를 위하여 수나사를 피부 부착용 접착 패드(200)측에 배치하고 암나사를 프레임 부재(100)에 부착하는 것이 바람직하다.
이때 피부 부착용 접착 패드(200)측에 배치되는 수나사는 머리 및 나사산이 형성된 돌출부분이 각각 하부 및 상부 방향을 향하도록 배치되어야 할 것이다.
프레임 부재(110) 및 가발의 고정 방법의 경우, 프레임 부재(110)의 외면과 가발의 내면을 접착테이프로 고정시키는 방법을 고려해 볼 수 있으나, 탈부착의 어려움, 탈부착에 의한 가발의 파손 및 접착력의 약화 등을 고려해 볼 때 프레임 부재(110) 및 가발의 경우 또한 상술한 스냅단추를 이용하여 결합하는 것이 바람직하다.
아울러, 가발 고정 부재의 프레임 부재(100) 상측면에는 가발의 내피를 부착할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 벨크로부가 형성될 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 가발 고정 부재와 가발이 탈부착 가능하도록 결합될 수 있으며, 반대로 프레임 가발의 내피에 벨크로부를 부착하고 프레임 부재(100) 자체를 벨크로부와 부착 가능한 재질로 구성되는 것도 가능할 것이다.
한편, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드의 경우 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드와 마찬가지로 별도의 가발 고정 부재를 필요로 하지 않고 가발(10)의 내피 중 장착될 수 있는데, 가발 고정 부재 없이 가발의 내피(10) 중 적어도 하나의 영역(11)에 직접 고정 결합될 수도 있다.
이하, 도 7을 참조하여 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드의 제2 구현예에 대하여 설명하도록 한다.
제2 구현예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드는 상술한 제1 구현예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드에서 완충부재(220) 내부에 자성체(270)를 추가로 배치하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이는 결합부재와 같은 별도의 추가 구성 없이 자성체(270)의 자력을 이용하여 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)와 프레임 부재(100)를 견고히 결합하기 위한 것으로, 프레임 부재(100)의 수용홈(110)에 상술한 자성체(270)와 대응되는 자성체를 부착할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)는 프레임 부재(100)의 수용부(110) 내부에 견고하게 고정 결합할 수 있다.
특히, 제2 구현예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드의 경우, 가발의 내피 중 자성체(270)와 대응되는 영역에 자성체 또는 금속재를 부착함으로써 자기력에 의하여 프레임 부재(100), 피부 부착용 접착패드(200) 및 가발을 동시에 견고히 결합할 수 있게 된다.
아울러, 프레임 부재(100) 자체를 금속 재질로 형성할 경우 프레임 부재(100)의 수용부(110)에 별도의 자성체를 구비할 필요가 없이 프레임 부재(100), 피부 부착용 접착패드(200)를 용이하게 결합할 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드의 제3 구현예 및 제4 구현예에 대하여 도 8 및 도 9를 각각 참조하여 설명하도록 한다.
제3 구현예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드는 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 하부시트(210), 완충부재(220), 자성체(270) 및 상부시트(230)를 포함하도록 구성된다.
여기에서 완충부재(220)는 외부 압력에 의하여 자성체(270)에 의한 사용자의 두피 손상을 방지하기 위하여 실리콘, 스펀지, 가죽 등 충격을 충분히 완화할 수 있는 재질로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
특히 완충부재(220)는 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 상측 중심부에는 자성체를 수용 및 지지할 수 있는 안착홈이 형성되며, 이를 통하여 조립 과정에서 자성체를 정교하게 정렬함으로써 공정 불량을 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한 상부시트(230)는 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 자성체(270), 완충부재(220) 및 하부시트(210)를 모두 덮도록 구성될 수 있으며, 특히 상부시트(230) 및 하부 시트(210)는 방수 재질로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
제4 구현예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드는 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 하부시트(210), 완충부재(220), 자성체(270), 링부재(280) 및 상부시트(230)를 포함하도록 구성된다.
여기에서 완충부재(220)는 제3 구현예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드와는 다르게 안착홈이 따로 형성되는 것이 아니라 완충부재(220) 상면에 적층되는 링부재(280)가 배치되는데, 링부재(280)의 내주면에 자성체(270)가 삽입됨으로써 자성체의 정교한 정렬이 가능하게 된다.
링부재(280)의 재질은 완충부재(220)의 재질과 동일한 재질을 적용할 수도 있으나 이에 한정되지 않으며, 이러한 링부재(280)의 추가에 의하여 완충부재(220)의 안착부 형성 공정을 삭제할 수 있게 되며, 이를 통하여 자성체의 정교한 정렬을 꾀함으로써 공정 불량을 줄이는 것이 가능하다.
상술한 제3 구현예 및 제4 구현예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드와 프레임 부재(100) 및 가발과의 결합의 경우, 본 발명의 제2 구현예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드에서 설명한 내용이 그대로 적용될 수 있으므로 이에 대한 자세한 설명은 생략하도록 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 제3 구현예 및 제4 구현예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드의 경우 필요에 따라 자성체(270)를 삭제할 수 있는데, 이 경우 피부 부착용 접착 패드와 프레임 부재(100) 및 가발과의 결합의 경우, 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 피부 부착용 접착 패드에서 설명한 내용이 그대로 적용될 수 있으므로 이에 대한 자세한 설명 또한 생략하도록 한다.
본 명세서에서 설명되는 실시예와 첨부된 도면은 본 발명에 포함되는 기술적 사상의 일부를 예시적으로 설명하는 것에 불과하다. 따라서 본 명세서에 개시된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이므로, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것이 아님은 자명하다. 본 발명의 명세서 및 도면에 포함된 기술적 사상의 범위 내에서 당해 기술분야에 있어서의 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 유추할 수 있는 변형 예와 구체적인 실시예는 모두 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 가발을 고정시키기 위하여 일측이 사용자의 두피에 부착되는 가발용 피부 부착용 접착 패드에 있어서,
    하부시트;
    상기 하부시트의 상부에 배치되는 접착본드;
    상기 접착본드를 감싸도록 상기 접착 본드의 상부에 안착되는 커버부재; 및
    상기 커버부재를 감싸도록 부착되는 상부시트;
    를 포함하고,
    상기 접착본드는 찹쌀풀 및 한약재를 포함하고,
    상기 가발용 피부 부착용 접착 패드의 타측은 가발의 내피 중 적어도 하나의 영역에 직접 고정 결합되는 가발용 피부 부착 접착 패드.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 접착본드 내에는 제1 자성체가 수용되는 가발용 피부 부착 접착 패드.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 하부시트 및 상부시트 중 적어도 하나는 거즈인 가발용 피부 부착 접착 패드.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 한약재는 쑥, 홍화씨, 인동초, 백년초, 박하, 익모초, 산초, 감초, 황기, 구기자, 천궁, 당귀, 천문동, 아로니아 및 운지 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고,
    상기 찹쌀풀은 찹쌀가루에 한약재 추출물을 10 내지 20 중량배로 첨가하고 섭씨 80 내지 100도 로 가열하여 제조되되, 상기 한약재 추출물은 상기 한약재에 물을 10 내지 20 중량배로 첨가하고 섭씨 80 내지 100도에서 5 내지 20시간 가열한 후 여과하여 제조되는 가발용 피부 부착 접착패드.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 하부시트의 하부에 배치되는 접착부재;를 더 포함하는 가발용 피부 부착 접착패드.
  6. 가발을 고정시키기 위하여 일측이 사용자의 두피에 부착되는 가발용 피부 부착 접착 패드에 있어서,
    하부에 피부와의 접촉을 위한 접착성분을 함유하는 하부시트;
    하부가 상기 하부시트의 상부에 적층되는 완충부재; 및
    상기 완충부재의 상부에 배치되는 상부시트;
    를 포함하고,
    상기 완충부재는 실리콘, 스펀지, 코르크, 가죽, 황토석, 황토타일, 취옥석, 한방성분의 접착본드, 맥반석, 옥, 부직포, 스티로폼, 발포우레탄, 옥수수전분 및 종이 중 적어도 하나로 구성되고,
    상기 가발의 내피 중 적어도 하나의 영역에는 상기 피부 부착용 접착 패드의 타측과 탈부착 가능하도록 형성된 가발 고정 부재가 배치되는 가발용 피부 부착 접착 패드.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 완충부재 및 상기 상부시트 사이에 배치되는 제1 자성체;를 더 포함하는 가발용 피부 부착 접착 패드.
  8. 청구항 7에 있어서,
    상기 완충부재의 상측에는 안착홈이 형성되고,
    상기 제1 자성체는 상기 안착홈에 수용되는 가발용 피부 부착 접착 패드.
  9. 청구항 7에 있어서,
    상기 상부시트는 상기 제1 자성체, 완충부재 및 하부시트를 모두 덮도록 구성되는 가발용 피부 부착 접착 패드.
  10. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 상부시트 및 하부시트 중 적어도 하나는 방수 재질로 형성되는 가발용 피부 부착 접착 패드.
