- RRH211, 213, 215, 217 send the same cell identifier in cells 233, 235, 237, 239. Therefore, when the high-speed railway 400 passes through the tunnel 430, the UE 100 identifies the cells 233, 235, 237, 239 as the same cell. Therefore, in the SFN area 500, the UE 100 does not perform handover or cell reselection.
- the UE 100 needs to perform a specific process in order to reduce the influence of the Doppler frequency shift when moving at high speed.
- the RRHs 211, 213, 215, 217 include control information for turning on/off the processing in the broadcast signal, and regularly broadcast in the cells 233, 235, 237, 239.
- highSpeedEnhancedDemodulationFlag-r14 is used as the control information.
- highSpeedEnhancedDemodulationFlag-r14 is included in the RadioResourceConfigCommon information element in the broadcast signal.

- the UE 100 when the SDS function operates, the UE 100 does not count the number of times handover and cell reselection are performed even if the UE 100 moves at a high speed in the SFN area 500, so the mobility state of the UE 100 is normal mobility. Set the state. For this reason, in the SFN area 500, the time until the process of changing the destination cell is not shortened.
- the UE100 when suspending the SDS function, the UE100 does not set the normal mobility state as the mobility state of the UE100, and therefore, in the SFN area 500, the process of changing the destination cell is performed. It is possible to avoid a situation where the time is not shortened.
- FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating operation example 1.
- FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a flowchart of the mobility state process in the operation example 1.

- the UE 100 adjusts the time until the destination cell change processing is performed based on the SDS function until the high-speed railway 400 enters the tunnel 430.
- the high mobility state is set as the mobility state of the UE 100.
- the UE 100 When the high-speed railway 400 enters the tunnel 430 and the UE 100 receives the annunciation signal in which highSpeedEnhancedDemodulationFlag-r14 is set from the cell 233, it determines that it is in the SFN area 500 (S11 in FIG. 5). The position at which the UE 100 receives the notification signal is the point A in FIG.
- the UE100 determines that it is in the SFN area 500, it suspends the SDS function and does not change the mobility state, and maintains the mobility state set in the UE100 (S13 in FIG. 5). In the present embodiment, the UE 100 maintains the high mobility state as the mobility state of the UE 100.
- the cells 235, 237, and 239 periodically broadcast a broadcast signal in which highSpeedEnhancedDemodulationFlag-r14 is set. Therefore, the UE 100 suspends the SDS function while maintaining the SFN area 500 and maintains the mobility state set in the UE 100 (S15: NO in FIG. 5).
- the UE 100 When the high-speed railway 400 exits the tunnel 430 and the UE 100 receives a notification signal from the cell 241 that highSpeedEnhancedDemodulationFlag-r14 is not set, it is determined that the UE100 has exited the SFN area 500 (S15: YES in FIG. 5). The position at which the UE 100 receives the notification information is the point B in FIG.
- UE100 restarts the SDS function when it judges that it has exited the SFN area 500 (S17 in FIG. 5).
- UE100 when UE100 determines that it is located in SFN area 500, it may ignore the change in mobility state and maintain the mobility state set in UE100 without interrupting the SDS function. In this case, when the UE 100 determines that the user has left the SFN area 500, the UE 100 restarts changing the mobility state.
- FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating operation example 2.
- the UE 100 sets a predetermined mobility state as the mobility state of the UE 100 while suspending the SDS function in the SFN area 500.

- the UE 100 determines that it is in the SFN area 500 (S21 in FIG. 7).
- the position at which the UE 100 receives the notification signal is the point A in FIG.
- UE100 When UE100 determines that it is in SFN area 500, it suspends the SDS function and sets high mobility state as the mobility state of UE100 (S23 in FIG. 7). As a result, the time until the process of changing the destination cell is performed is the shortest.
- the cells 235, 237, and 239 periodically broadcast a broadcast signal in which highSpeedEnhancedDemodulationFlag-r14 is set. Therefore, the UE 100 suspends the SDS function while being in the SFN area 500 and sets the high mobility state as the mobility state of the UE 100 (S25: NO in FIG. 7).
- UE100 restarts the SDS function when it judges that it has exited the SFN area 500 (S27 in FIG. 5).

- the UE 100 Before the high-speed railway 400 enters the tunnel 430, the UE 100 receives a predetermined mobility state from the network (S31 in Fig. 8).
- the UE 100 When the high-speed railway 400 enters the tunnel 430 and the UE 100 receives the annunciation signal in which highSpeedEnhancedDemodulationFlag-r14 is set from the cell 233, it determines that it is in the SFN area 500 (S33 in FIG. 8).
- UE100 When UE100 determines that it is in SFN area 500, it suspends the SDS function and sets a predetermined mobility state notified from the network as the mobility state of UE100 (S35 in FIG. 8).
- the cells 235, 237, and 239 periodically broadcast a broadcast signal in which highSpeedEnhancedDemodulationFlag-r14 is set. - the UE 100 When the high-speed railway 400 exits the tunnel 430 and the UE 100 receives a notification signal from the cell 241 that highSpeedEnhancedDemodulationFlag-r14 is not set, it is determined that the UE100 has exited the SFN area 500 (S37 in FIG. 8).
- UE100 restarts the SDS function when it judges that it has exited the SFN area 500 (S39 in FIG. 8).
- the UE 100 may receive a predetermined coefficient from the network side instead of the predetermined mobility state.
- the predetermined coefficient is less than 1.
- the UE 100 directly shortens the time until the connection destination cell change processing is performed by multiplying the normal time until the connection destination cell change processing is performed by a predetermined coefficient. Abstract
Description
3rd Generation Partnership Project(3GPP)は、Long Term Evolution(LTE)を仕様化し、LTEのさらなる高速化を目的としてLTE-Advanced(以下、LTE-Advancedを含めてLTEという)を仕様化している。
3GPP TS36.331 V15.4.0 3rd Generation Partnership Project; Technical Specification Group Radio Access Network; Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access (E-UTRA); Radio Resource Control (RRC); Protocol specification (Release 15)、3GPP、2018年12月

制御部105は、UE100のmobility stateとして、high mobility state及びmedium mobility stateを設定しない場合、低速の移動状態を示すnormal mobility stateを設定する。
このため、制御部105は、SDS機能を用いて、UE100のmobility stateとして、high mobility state又はmedium mobility stateを設定し、timeToTrigger及びTreselectionの値を小さくする。

(4.1.1)mobility state処理1
mobility state処理1では、所定のmobility stateとして、high mobility stateを設定する。
mobility state処理1では、所定のmobility stateとして、high mobility stateを設定する。
このため、UE100は、SFNエリア500に在圏している間、SDS機能を中断して、UE100のmobility stateとして、high mobility stateを設定する(図7のS25:NO)。
(4.1.2)mobility state処理2
mobility state処理2では、所定のmobility stateとして、ネットワークから通知されたmobility stateに設定する。
mobility state処理2では、所定のmobility stateとして、ネットワークから通知されたmobility stateに設定する。
