Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum Stoppen eines autonomen Fahrzeugs (1) bewegt sich das Fahrzeug entlang einer Soll-Trajektorie (2). Es tritt ein Ausfall eines Positionsbestimmungssystems (8) des Fahrzeugs auf. Das Positionsbestimmungssystem ist dazu eingerichtet, mittels eines globalen Navigationssatellitensystem (GNSS) eine Position des Fahrzeugs zu bestimmen. Eine Soll-Geschwindigkeit (3) des Fahrzeugs wird auf 0 km/h festgelegt. Mittels Odometrie wird eine aktuelle Position (4) des Fahrzeugs berechnet. Ausgehend von der berechneten aktuellen Position wird das Fahrzeug weiter auf der Soll- Trajektorie bewegt, bis dieses auf der Soll-Trajektorie stoppt.

Description

Verfahren zum Stoppen eines autonomen Fahrzeugs
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Festlegen eines Arbeitsbereichs für ein Fahrzeug mit den Merkmalen nach Anspruch 1 , eine Steuereinrichtung mit den Merkmalen nach Anspruch 7, ein Computerprogrammprodukt mit den Merkma len nach Anspruch 8, und ein Fahrzeug mit den Merkmalen nach Anspruch 9.
Die heutigen autonomen Fahrzeuge setzen ein valides GNSS-Signal für die Naviga tion voraus. Eine aktualisierte GNSS-Position steht nur nach einem verhältnismäßig langen Zeitfenster zur Verfügung. Um dieses Zeitfenster zu überbrücken, sind die heutigen Navigationslösungen i. d. R. mit einem Beschleunigungssensor ausgestat tet. Fällt das GNSS Signal allerdings über einen längeren Zeitraum aus (größer ein bis zwei Sekunden) oder arbeitet das System plötzlich ungenau (z. B. durch Störun gen in der Ionosphäre), so kann das Fahrzeug nicht mehr lokalisiert werden und muss in einen sicheren Betriebszustand überführt werden. Daher ist bei einem GNSS-Ausfall kein Betrieb des autonomen Fahrzeugs mehr möglich. Wird das Fahr zeug aufgrund eines GNSS-Ausfalls nicht auf einer geplanten Trajektorie zum Stills and gebracht, kann es zu Kollisionen, Personenschäden oder bei landwirtschaftli chen Maschinen und Fahrzeugen zu Schäden auf dem Feld kommen.
Aus DE 10 2006 054 346 A1 ist ein mobiles satellitengestütztes Navigationsgerät und ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der geographischen Position eines Fahrzeugs bekannt.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt ausgehend vom Stand der Technik die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine Methode zum Stoppen eines autonomen Fahrzeugs vorzuschlagen, welche selbst bei einem Ausfall einer Positionsbestimmung angewendet werden kann.
Die vorliegende Erfindung schlägt ausgehend von der vorgenannten Aufgabe ein Verfahren zum Festlegen eines Arbeitsbereichs für ein Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1 , eine Steuereinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, ein Computerprogrammprodukt nach An- spruch 8, und ein Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 9 vor. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestal tungen und Weiterbildungen gehen aus den Unteransprüchen hervor.
Bei einem Verfahren zum Stoppen eines autonom Fahrzeugs, wobei bewegt sich das Fahrzeug entlang einer Soll-Trajektorie. Es tritt ein Ausfall eines Positionsbestim mungssystems des Fahrzeugs auf. Das Positionsbestimmungssystem ist dazu einge richtet, mittels eines globalen Navigationssatellitensystems eine Position des Fahr zeugs zu bestimmen. Eine Soll-Geschwindigkeit des Fahrzeugs wird auf 0 km/h fest gelegt. Mittels Odometrie wird eine aktuelle Position des Fahrzeugs berechnet. Aus gehend von der berechneten aktuellen Position wird das Fahrzeug weiter auf der Soll-Trajektorie bewegt, bis dieses auf der Soll-Trajektorie stoppt.
Das Fahrzeug ist hierbei ein Off-Road-Nutzfahrzeug, z. B. ein landwirtschaftliches oder forstwirtschaftliches Fahrzeug, nämlich eine Landmaschine, eine Baumaschine, ein Flurförderfahrzeug, ein Pistenfahrzeug, ein Bergbaufahrzeug, eine Reinigungs maschine, oder ein anderes Nutzfahrzeug. Vorzugsweise ist das Fahrzeug ein land wirtschaftliches Fahrzeug.
Das Fahrzeug ist dabei derart ausgeformt, dass es autonom fahren kann und dass es ggf. weitere automatisierte Funktionen durchführen kann. Beispielsweise können automatisierte Funktionen sein: ein Ausbringen von Saatgut, Streugut, Schüttgut, Düngemittel, Herbiziden, Pestiziden, Fungiziden oder dergleichen; ein Ernten, Be schneiden oder Roden von Pflanzen o. ä.; ein Wenden, Lockern oder Abtragen von Erdreich; ein Befördern von Gütern. Diese automatisierten Funktionen sowie das au tonome Fahren führt das Fahrzeug vorzugsweise nur innerhalb eines Arbeitsbereichs aus.
Der Off-Road -Bereich bezeichnet denjenigen Bereich, der sich abseits von Straßen und Wegen befindet, beispielsweise landwirtschaftlich oder forstwirtschaftlich genutz te Flächen, Baustellenbereiche, Firmengelände o. ä.
Der Arbeitsbereich ist derjenige Bereich, innerhalb dessen sich das Fahrzeug aufhal ten soll, um seine Arbeit zu verrichten. Handelt es sich beispielsweise um ein land- wirtschaftliches Fahrzeug kann der Arbeitsbereich eine zu bearbeitende landwirt schaftliche Fläche, z. B. ein Feld oder eine Plantage sein. Der Arbeitsbereich weist eine Begrenzung auf, die diesen von der Umgebung abgrenzt. Diese Begrenzung kann beispielsweise durch eine Grundstücksgrenze, Feldgrenze oder Flurgrenze festgelegt sein.
Das Fahrzeug bewegt sich entlang einer Soll-Trajektorie. Diese Soll-Trajektorie kann beispielsweise mittels einer Steuereinrichtung des Fahrzeugs geplant worden sein. Diese kann beispielsweise mittels einer Software eine Trajektorien-Planung durch führen. Die Soll-Trajektorie stellt in anderen Worten die Trajektorie dar, entlang wel cher sich das Fahrzeug bewegen soll. Dabei wird zusätzlich geplant, welche Ab schnitte der Soll-Trajektorie mit welcher Geschwindigkeit, mit welcher Beschleuni gung und mit welchem Lenkwinkel gefahren werden können.
Um die Soll-Trajektorie planen und abfahren zu können, sind Positionsdaten für das Fahrzeug nötig. Diese Positionsdaten werden mittels des Positionsbestimmungssys tems des Fahrzeugs ermittelt. Das Positionsbestimmungssystem des Fahrzeugs be dient sich dabei des globalen Navigationssatellitensystems (GNSS). Dadurch können beispielsweise GPS-Koordinaten des Fahrzeugs bestimmt werden. Somit ist eindeu tig bestimmbar, an welcher globalen Position sich das Fahrzeug befindet. Weiterhin werden mittels des GNSS die Koordinaten der Soll-Trajektorie ermittelt, die das Fahrzeug abfahren soll. Ausgehend davon kann das Fahrzeug mittels der Steuerein richtung derart gesteuert werden, dass es sich entlang der Soll-Trajektorie bewegt.
Ein Ausfall des Positionsbestimmungssystems kann beispielweise durch eine Stö rung des Positionsbestimmungssystems selbst verursacht werden. Alternativ dazu kann der Ausfall des Positionsbestimmungssystems durch eine Störung des GNSS verursacht werden. Die Folge des Ausfalls ist, dass die globale Position des Fahrzeugs mittels des GNSS nicht mehr bestimmbar ist. Dadurch ist ein sicheres Abfahren der Soll-Trajektorie nicht mehr gewährleistet. Sobald der Ausfall des Positionsbestimmungssystems auftritt und es somit nicht mehr möglich ist, die globale Position des Fahrzeugs zu ermitteln, wird die Soll- Geschwindigkeit des Fahrzeugs auf 0 km/h festgelegt. Dies erfolgt mittels der Steu ereinrichtung des Fahrzeugs. Die Steuereinrichtung ist mit einem Antriebssystem des Fahrzeugs verbunden. Genauer ist die Steuereinrichtung mit einer Aktuatorik des Antriebssystems des Fahrzeugs verbunden. Diese Verbindung ist derart, dass ein Daten- und Signalaustausch erfolgen kann. Die Verbindung kann beispielsweise ka bellos oder kabelgebunden erfolgen. Zu diesem Zweck weist die Steuereinrichtung ebenso wie die einzelnen Aktuatoren des Antriebssystems wenigstens eine Schnitt stelle auf, über welche der Daten- und Signalaustausch erfolgen kann.
Die Steuereinrichtung ist dazu eingerichtet, die Aktuatorik des Antriebssystems des Fahrzeugs anzusteuern. Das Antriebssystem des Fahrzeugs weist beispielsweise eine Motoreinheit, z. B. einen Elektromotor, einen Verbrennungsmotor o. ä., ein Ge triebe, ein Lenksystem, und ein Bremssystem auf. Die Steuereinrichtung kann die Aktuatorik dieser eben genannten Elemente derart ansteuern, dass beispielsweise ein Antriebsmoment zur Verfügung gestellt wird, dass an den Rädern des Fahrzeugs ein Lenkwinkel eingestellt wird, dass das Fahrzeug abgebremst wird o. ä. In anderen Worten kann die Steuereinrichtung das Fahrzeug dazu befähigen, autonom zu fah ren.
Um die Geschwindigkeit des Fahrzeugs auf 0km/h festzulegen, steuert die Steuerein richtung somit die Aktuatorik des Antriebssystems an, so dass das Fahrzeug abge bremst wird und kein Antriebsmoment mehr bereitgestellt wird. Bis das Fahrzeug al lerdings gestoppt ist, legt es je nach seiner Anfangsgeschwindigkeit einen gewissen Bremsweg zurück. Dieser Bremsweg ist derart zu wählen, dass dieser auf der Soll- Trajektorie liegt. Daher ist es nötig, die aktuelle Position des Fahrzeugs trotz Ausfall des Positionsbestimmungssystems zu ermitteln.
Mittels Odometrie wird eine aktuelle Position des Fahrzeugs berechnet. Mittels Odo- metrie kann ausgehend von ermittelten Daten zur Bewegung des Fahrzeugs auf sei ne aktuelle Position geschlossen werden. Mittels dieser Bewegungsdaten kann ermit telt werden, mit welcher Geschwindigkeit sich das Fahrzeug in welche Richtung be- wegt. Daraus kann wiederum auf Koordinaten des Fahrzeugs geschlossen werden. Dabei wird ausgehend von den letzten bekannten Koordinaten des Fahrzeugs be rechnet, an welcher Stelle sich das Fahrzeug nach einer gewissen Zeitspanne, nachdem das Positionsbestimmungssystem ausgefallen ist, befindet und sich bis zum Stopp befinden wird. Diese Berechnung kann beispielsweise mittels der Steuer einrichtung erfolgen, die sich dazu eines Computerprogrammprodukts bedient.
Ausgehend von der berechneten aktuellen Position wird das Fahrzeug weiter auf der Soll-Trajektorie bewegt, bis dieses auf der Soll-Trajektorie stoppt. Die Koordinaten der abzufahrenden Soll-Trajektorie sind aus der Trajektorien-Planung bekannt. Die Steuereinrichtung steuert demnach die Aktuatorik des Antriebssystems des Fahr zeugs derart an, dass dieses seine Geschwindigkeit auf 0 km/h reduziert, jedoch gleichzeitig die Soll-Trajektorie nicht verlässt. Dazu kann die Steuereinrichtung bei spielsweise eine Anpassung eines Lenkwinkels des Fahrzeugs vornehmen.
Vorteilhaft an dem vorgestellten Verfahren ist, dass selbst bei Ausfall des Positions bestimmungssystems das Fahrzeug auf der Soll-Trajektorie gehalten wird bis es zum Stillstand kommt. Dadurch wird verhindert, dass es zu Beschädigungen oder Unfällen im Umfeld der Soll-Trajektorie des Fahrzeugs kommt. Beispielsweise wird bei einem landwirtschaftlichen Fahrzeug, welches eine landwirtschaftliche Fläche bearbeitet, eine Fahrspur nicht verlassen, so dass keine Schädigung des Saatguts eintritt. Die mittels Odometrie berechneten Koordinaten sind weniger genau als die mittels GNSS bestimmten Koordinaten, reichen aber für ein sicheres Stoppen des Fahrzeugs aus.
Nach einer weiterbildenden Ausführungsform wird die aktuelle Position des Fahr zeugs mittels eines kinematischen Fahrzeugmodells berechnet. Dieses kinematische Fahrzeugmodell beruht auf Daten der Lenkwinkel-Sensorik des Fahrzeugs. Weiterhin beruht das kinematische Fahrzeugmodell auf Daten der Drehzahl-Sensorik des Fahrzeugs, auf Daten der Geschwindigkeits-Sensorik des Fahrzeugs und/oder auf Daten der Beschleunigungs-Sensorik des Fahrzeugs. Geeignete Lenkwinkel- Sensorik, Drehzahl-Sensorik, Geschwindigkeits-Sensorik und Beschleunigungs- Sensorik sind aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt. Aus den Daten zur Geschwindigkeit, Beschleunigung oder zu Raddrehzahlen des Fahrzeugs kann die zurückgelegte und zurückzulegende Strecke berechnet werden. Aus den Daten zum Lenkwinkel des Fahrzeugs kann eine Orientierung des Fahr zeugs berechnet werden. Vorzugsweise werden Daten zum Lenkwinkel sowie Daten zur Raddrehzahl herangezogen. In anderen Worten kann mittels des kinematischen Fahrzeugmodells berechnet werden, in welche Richtung sich das Fahrzeug fortbe wegt.
Dadurch ist es möglich die aktuelle Position des Fahrzeugs unabhängig von dem Positionsbestimmungssystem auf einfache Art und Weise zu ermitteln. Vorteilhaft ist, dass bereits vorhandene Sensorik genutzt wird, um die aktuelle Position des Fahr zeugs zu ermitteln.
Nach einer weiterbildenden Ausführungsform wird die aktuelle Position des Fahr zeugs mittels der Daten einer inertialen Messeinheit berechnet. Die inertialen Mess einheit wird im Englischen als inertial measurement unit (IMU) bezeichnet. Diese inertiale Messeinheit liefert Daten bezüglich der Beschleunigung des Fahrzeugs in alle drei Raumrichtungen, sowie Daten bezüglich einer Rotationsbewegung des Fahrzeugs in alle drei Raumrichtungen. Somit kann auf die Orientierung des Fahr zeugs im Raum, sowie auf die Bewegung des Fahrzeugs geschlossen werden. Dar aus kann die aktuelle Position des Fahrzeugs unabhängig von dem Positionsbe stimmungssystem auf einfache Art und Weise ermittelt werden.
Nach einer weiterbildenden Ausführungsform wird die aktuelle Position des Fahr zeugs mittels Radar-, Lidar-, oder visueller Odometrie berechnet. Dabei wird auf Da ten eines Radarsystems, eines Lidarsystems, eines Ultraschallsystems, eines Infra rotsystems und/oder eines Kamerasystem zurückgegriffen. Diese Systeme lassen sich unter dem Oberbegriff der bildgebenden Sensorsysteme zusammenfassen. Ausgehend von den Daten dieser Systeme kann ein Abstand des Fahrzeugs zu Ob jekten in der Umgebung bestimmt werden. Ausgehend von diesem Abstand, welcher sich durch die Bewegung des Fahrzeugs ändert, kann mittels der Odometrie die ak tuelle Position des Fahrzeugs berechnet werden. Nach einer weiterbildenden Ausführungsform wird das Fahrzeug zusätzlich innerhalb des Arbeitsbereichs gestoppt. In anderen Worten wird das Fahrzeug sowohl auf der Soll-Trajektorie gehalten als auch innerhalb des Arbeitsbereichs gestoppt. Beispiels weise kann der Arbeitsbereich mittels zusätzlicher Abgrenzungen zu einer Umge bung abgegrenzt sein, beispielsweise mittels eines physischen oder virtuellen Zauns. Diese zusätzliche Abgrenzung kann beispielsweise mittels fahrzeugeigener Sensorik erfasst werden, z. B. mittels bildgebender Sensorsysteme. Alternativ dazu kann der Arbeitsbereich nur mittels Koordinaten definiert sein. Diese sind der Steuereinrich tung des Fahrzeugs bekannt, beispielsweise sind diese in einem Speicher hinterlegt.
Um das Fahrzeug innerhalb des Arbeitsbereichs zu stoppen, steuert die Steuerein richtung die Aktuatorik des Antriebssystems des Fahrzeugs an ausgehend von der aktuellen berechneten Position des Fahrzeug und ausgehend von den Daten zur Ab grenzung des Arbeitsbereichs. Beispielsweise kann ein stärkeres Abbremsen des Fahrzeugs eingeleitet werden, so dass der Arbeitsbereich nicht verlassen wird. Dies ist dann von Vorteil, wenn der Ausfall des Positionsbestimmungssystems nahe der Begrenzung des Arbeitsbereichs auftritt. Dadurch kann verhindert werden, dass das Fahrzeug ein Unfall-Risiko für die Umgebung außerhalb des Arbeitsbereichs dar stellt.
Nach einer weiterbildenden Ausführungsform wird die berechnete aktuelle Position des Fahrzeugs mittels einer Trilateration ausgehend von Funksignalen plausibilisiert. Beispielsweise kann das Fahrzeug eine Kommunikationseinrichtung aufweisen, mit tels welcher das Fahrzeug über Funksignale mit einer Zentrale, mit einer Cloud, mit anderen Fahrzeugen (C2C) und/oder mit einer Infrastruktur (C2I) kommunizieren kann. Dies kann als C2X-Kommunikation bezeichnet werden. Für diese Kommunika tion wird sich eines Funkstandards bedient, beispielsweise WLan, LTE, UMTS, Zig- Bee, Bluetooth o. ä. Die Kommunikationseinrichtung weist wenigstens eine Schnitt stelle auf, mittels welcher diese mit der Steuereinrichtung des Fahrzeugs verbunden ist. Diese Verbindung ist derart, dass ein Daten- und Signalaustausch erfolgen kann.
Damit eine Kommunikation gewährleistet werden kann weisen Funknetze, z. B. das Mobilfunknetz, mehrere Sender auf, die beabstandet zueinander angeordnet sind. Das Fahrzeug ist dadurch mittels seiner Kommunikationseinrichtung verbunden mit den Sendern. Von der Kommunikationseinrichtung selbst oder von der Steuereinrich tung kann mittels Trilateration ermittelt werden, welche Position das Fahrzeug zu wenigstens drei dieser Sender einnimmt. Ist zusätzlich die globale Position der Sen der bekannt, z. B. in GPS-Koordinaten, kann die aktuelle Position des Fahrzeugs geschätzt werden. Dadurch ist es möglich, die aktuelle Position des Fahrzeugs, die durch Odometrie berechnet wurde, zu plausibilisieren.
Die Steuereinrichtung für das Fahrzeug ist mit einem Antriebssystem des Fahrzeugs, mit wenigstens einem Sensorsystem des Fahrzeugs und mit einem Positionsbestim mungssystem des Fahrzeugs verbindbar. Die Steuereinrichtung weist Mittel auf, die dazu eingerichtet sind, das Fahrzeug nach den Verfahrensschritten zu stoppen, die bereits in der vorherigen Beschreibung beschrieben worden sind.
Die Steuereinrichtung weist mehrere Schnittstellen auf, über die die Verbindungen zwischen der Steuereinrichtung und weiteren Elementen hergestellt werden können. Die Steuereinrichtung ist mit der Aktuatorik des Antriebssystems verbunden, so dass die Steuereinrichtung diese ansteuern kann. Dies wurde bereits in der vorherigen Beschreibung beschrieben. Die Steuereinrichtung kann beispielsweise als ECU oder Domain-ECU ausgebildet sein.
Die Steuereinrichtung kann mit dem wenigstens einen Sensorsystem des Fahrzeugs verbunden werden. Das wenigstens eine Sensorsystem kann eine Lenkwinkel- Sensorik, eine Beschleunigungs-Sensorik, eine Geschwindigkeits-Sensorik, eine Drehzahl-Sensorik, oder bildgebende Sensorik zur Umfelderfassung, z. B. ein Radar- , Lidar-, oder Kamerasystem, aufweisen. Selbstverständlich kann das Fahrzeug eine Kombination dieser eben genannten Sensorik-Systeme aufweisen. Die Verbindung zwischen der Steuereinrichtung und dem wenigstens einen Sensorsystem ist derart, dass ein Daten- und Signalaustausch erfolgen kann. Die Verbindungen können drahtlos oder kabelgebunden ausgeformt sein.
Weiterhin kann die Steuereinrichtung mi dem Positionsbestimmungssystem verbun den sein. Das Positionsbestimmungssystem liefert in einem regulären Betrieb die Koordinaten des Fahrzeugs an die Steuereinrichtung, so dass eine Trajektorien- Planung und ein Abfahren der Soll-Trajektorie erfolgen kann. Dies wurde bereits in der vorherigen Beschreibung beschrieben. Zusätzlich kann die Steuereinrichtung mit der Kommunikationseinrichtung des Fahrzeugs verbunden sein.
Die Steuereinrichtung weist Mittel auf, die dazu eingerichtet sind, das Fahrzeug nach den Verfahrensschritten zu stoppen, die bereits in der vorherigen Beschreibung be schrieben worden sind. Diese Mittel können beispielsweise ein Computerprogramm produkt sein, mittels welchem die Verfahrensschritte durchgeführt werden können, die benötigt werden, um das Fahrzeug zu stoppen. Diese sind: das Feststellen des Ausfalls des Positionsbestimmungssystems; das Absenken der Geschwindigkeit auf 0km/h; das Berechnen der aktuellen Position des Fahrzeugs mittels Odometrie; das Bewegen des Fahrzeugs auf der Soll-Trajektorie bis das Fahrzeug stoppt.
Das Computerprogrammprodukt umfasst Befehle, die bei einer Ausführung des Pro gramms durch die Steuereinrichtung, das Verfahren ausführen, das bereits in der vorherigen Beschreibung beschrieben wurde. Das Computerprogrammprodukt be dient sich eines Programmcodes, der auf einem Datenträger oder als ein herunter ladbarer Datenstrom verkörpert sein kann.
Ein Fahrzeug weist eine Steuereinrichtung auf, die bereits in der vorherigen Be schreibung beschrieben worden ist. Außerdem weist das Fahrzeug ein Positionsbe stimmungssystem, wenigstens ein Sensorsystem und ein Antriebssystem auf. Die Steuereinrichtung ist mit dem Positionsbestimmungssystem, mit dem Sensorsystem und mit dem Antriebssystem verbunden. Zusätzlich kann das Fahrzeug eine Kom munikationseinrichtung aufweisen.
Das wenigstens eine Sensorsystem kann zusätzlich zur bereits beschriebenen Sen sorik je einen Radar-Sensor oder einen Lidar-Sensor pro Rad aufweisen. Diese Sen soren können in Fahrtrichtung hinter jedem Rad angeordnet sein. Durch die so erhal tenen Daten ist es möglich eine Eigenbewegung des Fahrzeugs zu ermitteln. Somit wäre es möglich Ungenauigkeiten der Odometrie auszugleichen, die z. B. wegen Unebenheiten des Arbeitsbereichs z. B. wegen eines Bewuchses auftreten können. Zudem könnte somit zusätzlich ein Schwimmwinkel des Fahrzeugs ermittelt werden.
Anhand der im Folgenden erläuterten Figuren werden verschiedene Ausführungsbei spiele und Details der Erfindung näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine schematische Darstellung eines Verfahrens nach einem Ausführungsbei spiel,
Fig. 2 eine schematische Darstellung eines Fahrzeugs in einem Arbeitsbereich, das ein Verfahren nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel aus Fig. 1 nutzt.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine schematische Darstellung eines Verfahrens V nach einem Ausfüh rungsbeispiel. In einem ersten Schritt 101 bewegt sich das Fahrzeug autonom auf einer Soll-Trajektorie, welche mittels einer Steuereinrichtung des Fahrzeugs geplant wurde. Während dieses Schrittes 101 kann die globale Position des Fahrzeugs mit tels eines Positionsbestimmungssystems des Fahrzeugs eindeutig bestimmt werden, da das Positionsbestimmungssystem noch fehlerfrei arbeitet. Es sind somit die Koor dinaten des Fahrzeugs zu jeder Zeit bekannt.
In einem zweiten Schritt 102 wird ein Ausfall des Positionsbestimmungssystems festgestellt. Beispielsweise können von einem GNSS keine Positionsdaten mehr empfangen werden oder das Positionsbestimmungssystem ist defekt. Sobald mittels des Positionsbestimmungssystems keine aktuellen Koordinaten des Fahrzeugs mehr ermittelt werden können, ist es nötig, das Fahrzeug sicher zum Stillstand zu bringen.
In einem ersten Teil eines dritten Schritts 103a wird eine Soll-Geschwindigkeit des Fahrzeugs von der Steuereinrichtung des Fahrzeugs auf 0km/h festgelegt. Die Steu ereinrichtung steuert daher ein Antriebssystem des Fahrzeugs an, damit ein Ab bremsen eingeleitet wird.
In einem gleichzeitig ablaufenden zweiten Teil des dritten Schritts 103b wird mittels Odometrie eine aktuelle Position des Fahrzeugs berechnet auf Grundlage von Daten zur Bewegung des Fahrzeugs. Diese Daten werden mittels wenigstens eines Sen sorsystems des Fahrzeugs ermittelt. Die aktuelle Position wird beispielsweise mittels Daten bezüglich der Raddrehzahlen und Daten bezüglich eines Lenkwinkels des Fahrzeugs berechnet.
In einem vierten Schritt 104 wird das Fahrzeug mittels der Steuereinrichtung auf Grundlage der berechneten aktuellen Position des Fahrzeugs und auf Grundlage der bekannten Soll-Trajektorie derart gesteuert, dass es auf der Soll-Trajektorie an einer sicheren Stopp-Position zum Stillstand komm. Die Steuereinrichtung steuert somit das Antriebssystem des Fahrzeugs derart an, dass seine Längs- und Querführung derart angepasst wird, dass es sich während des gesamten Abbremsens weiter auf der Soll-Trajektorie bewegt, bis es schließlich stoppt.
Fig. 2 eine schematische Darstellung eines Fahrzeugs 1 in einem Arbeitsbereich 5, das ein Verfahren nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel aus Fig. 1 nutzt. Der Arbeitsbereich 5 ist eine landwirtschaftliche Fläche, die von einer Begrenzung 12 von der Umge bung abgegrenzt wird. Das Fahrzeug 1 bewegt sich innerhalb des Arbeitsbereichs 5 autonom entlang seiner Soll-Trajektorie 2. Diese Soll-Trajektorie 2 liegt auf einer vor definierten der Fahrspur 11 innerhalb des Arbeitsbereichs 5.
Das Fahrzeug 1 weist ein Antriebssystem 7, eine Steuereinrichtung 6, ein Positions bestimmungssystem 8 und ein Sensorsystem 9 auf. Die Steuereinrichtung 6 ist mit dem Positionsbestimmungssystem 8 verbunden, so dass ein Daten- und Signalaus tausch erfolgen kann. Die Steuereinrichtung 6 ist mit dem Antriebssystem 6 verbun den, so dass ein Daten- und Signalaustausch erfolgen kann. Die Steuereinrichtung 6 ist mit dem Sensorsystem 9 verbunden, so dass ein Daten- und Signalaustausch er folgen kann.
Das Positionsbestimmungssystem 8 dient dazu, eine globale Position des Fahrzeugs 1 zu ermitteln. Dazu ist dieses normalerweise mit dem GNSS verbunden. Hier ist das GNSS jedoch nicht erreichbar. Dadurch kann die globale Position des Fahrzeugs 1 und somit die Koordinaten des Fahrzeugs 1 nicht ermittelt werden. Das Sensorsystem 9 weist eine Raddrehzahl-Sensorik und eine Lenkwinkel-Sensorik auf. Mittels der Daten dieser Sensoren kann die Steuereinrichtung 6 mittels Odomet- rie die aktuelle Position 4 des Fahrzeugs 1 berechnen. Dadurch ist es möglich, das Fahrzeug 1 auf der Soll-Trajektorie 2 zu halten. Alternativ kann die aktuelle Position mittels der Daten eines IMU berechnet werden. Wiederum alternativ dazu kann die aktuelle Position mittels Radar- Lidar- oder visueller Odometrie berechnet werden.
Die Steuereinrichtung 6 steuert das Antriebssystem 7 des Fahrzeugs 1 derart an, dass das Fahrzeug 1 abgebremst wird und gleichzeitig auf der Soll-Trajektorie 2 ver bleibt. Das heißt, eine Längsführung und eine Querführung des Fahrzeugs 1 wird angepasst. Das Fahrzeug 1 bewegt sich somit so lange in Fahrtrichtung 3 weiter, bis es an der sicheren Stopp-Position 10 zum Stillstand kommt. Somit kann gewährleis tet werden, dass das Fahrzeug 1 aufgrund des Ausfalls des Positionsbestimmungs systems 8 dennoch sicher zu Stillstand kommt.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1 . Verfahren (V) zum Stoppen eines autonomen Fahrzeugs (1 ), wobei
- das Fahrzeug (1 ) sich entlang einer Soll-Trajektorie (2) bewegt,
- ein Ausfall eines Positionsbestimmungssystems (8) des Fahrzeugs (1 ), welches dazu eingerichtet ist, mittels eines globalen Navigationssatellitensystems (GNSS) eine Position des Fahrzeugs (1 ) zu bestimmen, auftritt,
- eine Soll-Geschwindigkeit (3) des Fahrzeugs (1 ) auf 0 km/h festgelegt wird,
- mittels Odometrie eine aktuelle Position (4) des Fahrzeugs (1 ) berechnet wird,
- ausgehend von der berechneten aktuellen Position (4) das Fahrzeug (1 ) weiter auf der Soll-Trajektorie (2) bewegt wird, bis dieses auf der Soll-Trajektorie (2) stoppt.
2. Verfahren (V) nach Anspruch 1 , wobei die aktuelle Position (4) des Fahrzeugs (1 ) mittels eines kinematischen Fahrzeugmodells berechnet wird.
3. Verfahren (V) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die aktuelle Position (4) des Fahrzeugs (1 ) mittels Daten einer inertialen Messeinheit berechnet wird.
4. Verfahren (V) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die aktuelle Position (4) des Fahrzeugs (1 ) mittels Radar-, Lidar- , oder visueller Odometrie berechnet wird.
5. Verfahren (V) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das Fahrzeug (1 ) zu sätzlich innerhalb eines Arbeitsbereichs (5) gestoppt wird.
6. Verfahren (V) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die berechnete aktuel le Position (4) des Fahrzeugs (1 ) mittels einer Trilateration ausgehend von Funksig nalen plausibilisiert wird.
7. Steuereinrichtung (6) für ein Fahrzeug (1 ), wobei die Steuereinrichtung (6) mit ei nem Antriebssystem (7) des Fahrzeugs (1 ), mit wenigstens einem Sensorsystem (9) des Fahrzeugs (1 ) und mit einem Positionsbestimmungssystem (8) des Fahrzeugs (1 ) verbindbar ist, wobei die Steuereinrichtung (6) Mittel aufweist, die dazu eingerich- tet sind, das Fahrzeug (1 ) nach den Verfahrensschritten aus einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 zu stoppen.
8. Computerprogrammprodukt, umfassend Befehle, die bei einer Ausführung des Programms durch eine Steuereinrichtung (6) nach Anspruch 7, das Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 ausführen.
9. Fahrzeug (1 ) aufweisend eine Steuereinrichtung (6) nach Anspruch 7, ein Positi onsbestimmungssystem (8), ein Sensorsystem (9) und ein Antriebssystem (7), wobei die Steuereinrichtung (6) mit dem Positionsbestimmungssystem (8), mit dem Sensor system (9) und mit dem Antriebssystem (7) verbunden ist.
