发明实施例
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的发明仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例
如图1至图10所示,一种喷水织机用水泵5防移动装置,包括匚字形板1,其中在匚字形板1的开口内转动连接有螺杆2,同时在匚字形板1的外部固定有伺服电机3,利用伺服电机3驱动螺杆2转动,同时在匚字形板1的开口内滑移连接有固定座4,并将固定座4和螺杆2之间螺纹连接,当启动伺服电机3将带动螺杆2转动继而带动固定座4在匚字形板1上滑移;同时在固定座4上固定有喷水织机用的水泵5,为了使得固定座4滑移的稳定,在固定座4底部固定有滑动块6,在匚字形板1上开设有供滑块水平滑移的滑动槽7,在滑动块6和滑动槽7的配合下使得固定座4能够稳定的滑移;为了防止水泵5受到反作用力导致位置发生无故改变,在匚字形板1上还拆卸连接有第一固定板8,同时将固定座4在匚字形板1上的位置被第一锁紧部9锁紧,并在匚字形板1上还设置有用于锁定螺杆2位置的第二锁紧部10;当利用喷水织机进行生产时,喷水织机上的水泵5被用来抽水和喷水, 且喷水织机上的水泵5位置可以通过启动伺服电机3带动螺杆2转动来调节,当启动伺服电机3时,伺服电机3将带动固定座4在匚字形板1的开口内滑移,在滑动块6和滑动槽7的配合使得固定座4滑动的更加稳定;当调节滑动座上的水泵5到一定位置时,启动水泵5进行工作,为了防止工作中的水泵5位置发生改变,可以通过第一锁紧部9锁定固定座4的位置,通过第二锁紧部10锁定螺杆2的位置,通过对固定座4和螺杆2的位置进行锁定,能够有效的防止水泵5位置发生改变。
其中第一锁紧部9包括第二固定板11、滑动板12、槽口13、腰型槽14、固定柱15和锁紧螺母16,其中第二固定板11固定在固定座4的一侧,滑动板12固定在第二固定板11底面,槽口13开设在第一固定板8上并供滑动板12水平滑动,腰型槽14开设在第一固定板8上并于槽口13相互连通,固定柱15固定在滑动板12靠近腰型槽14的一面,固定柱15沿水平方向滑移连接在腰型槽14内,锁紧螺母16螺纹连接在固定柱15的外部;当固定座4和水泵5滑移时,第一锁紧部9中第二固定板11上的滑动板12将在第一固定板8上的槽口13内滑移,从而使得滑动板12上的固定柱15在第一固定板8上的腰型槽14内滑移,当调节固定座4上的水泵5到一定的位置后,拧紧锁紧螺母16就能将固定座4的位置充分锁定;其中第二锁紧部10包括固定环17、第三固定板18、弧形压块19、弧形摩擦片20、螺柱21、导向杆22和导向孔23,其中固定环17固定在螺杆2的外部,第三固定板18固定在所述匚字形板1上,螺杆2螺纹连接在第三固定板18内,螺柱21的一端转动连接在弧形压块19内,弧形摩擦片20固定在弧形压块19的弧形面上,导向杆22固定在弧形压块19上,第三固定块上开设有供导向杆22穿过的导向孔23;当螺杆2停止转动时,操作者可以转动第二锁紧部10中的螺柱21,利用螺柱21带动螺柱21端部的弧形压块19运动,使得弧形压块19上的弧形摩擦片20紧紧的压合在螺杆2外部的固定环17外部,通过弧形摩擦片20对固定环17的摩擦作用将螺杆2充分锁定,能够有效防止螺杆2转动。
为了方便操作者控制螺柱21转动,将螺柱21在远离弧形压块19的一端固定有圆盘24,同时将圆盘24在远离螺柱21的一面偏心固定有把手杆25,操作者通过摇动圆盘24上的把手杆25能够带动螺柱21转动,使得操作者操控弧形压块19运动较为容易;为了方便将匚字形板1安装到喷水织机上的机架上,在匚字形板1上 固定有第一安装块26和第二安装块27,其中在第一安装块26上开设有四个螺纹孔28,在第二安装块27上开设有两个销孔29,通过利用匚字形板1上的第一安装块26和第二安装块27使得匚字形板1能够与喷水织机的机架之间实现安装、定位与固定;为了方便第一固定板8的安装与拆卸,在匚字形板1上固定有两组第一夹板30和两组第二夹板31,将第一固定板8插接在两组第一夹板30和两组第二夹板31之间,同时将第一夹板30和第二夹板31分别通过锁紧螺栓32与第一固定板8之间螺纹连接,通过利用两组第一夹板30、两组第二夹板31和锁紧螺栓32能够方便的将第一固定板8安装到匚字形板1上;为了使得螺杆2转动的更加平稳,在伺服电机3和螺杆2之间设置有减速器33,其中减速器33的输入端与伺服电机3的电机轴连接,减速器33的输出端与螺杆2的端部连接,伺服电机3和螺杆2之间的减速器33能够降低伺服电机3的输出速度,使得螺杆2转动的更加平缓;同时将滑动块6采用为燕尾块,将滑动槽7采用为与滑动块6相互配合的燕尾槽,滑动块6采用燕尾块时,加工较为容易,滑动槽7也是如此;为了保护伺服电机3和减速器33的安全,在匚字形板1上固定有保护罩34,其中保护罩34位于伺服电机3和减速器33的外部,同时在保护罩34上开设有若干个散热孔35,保护罩34能够保护伺服电机3和减速器33的安全,保护罩34上的散热孔35能够供伺服电机3散热,提高伺服电机3的使用寿命;为了进一步固定固定座4的位置,在匚字形板1上开设有四个插槽36,并将匚字形板1在固定座4的两侧的插槽36内分别插接有限位板37,当在固定座4两侧的插槽36中插入限位板37能够有效防止固定座4位置发生改变。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
- 一种喷水织机用水泵防移动装置,包括匚字形板(1),所述匚字形板(1)的开口内转动连接有螺杆(2),所述匚字形板(1)的外部固定有伺服电机(3),所述伺服电机(3)驱动所述螺杆(2)转动,所述匚字形板(1)的开口内滑移连接有固定座(4),所述固定座(4)和所述螺杆(2)之间螺纹连接,所述固定座(4)上固定有水泵(5),其特征在于:所述固定座(4)底部固定有滑动块(6),所述匚字形板(1)上开设有供所述滑块水平滑移的滑动槽(7),所述匚字形板(1)上还拆卸连接有第一固定板(8),所述固定座(4)在所述匚字形板(1)上的位置被第一锁紧部(9)锁紧,所述匚字形板(1)上还设置有用于锁定螺杆(2)位置的第二锁紧部(10)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷水织机用水泵防移动装置,其特征在于:所述第一锁紧部(9)包括第二固定板(11)、滑动板(12)、槽口(13)、腰型槽(14)、固定柱(15)和锁紧螺母(16),所述第二固定板(11)固定在所述固定座(4)的一侧,所述滑动板(12)固定在所述第二固定板(11)底面,所述槽口(13)开设在所述第一固定板(8)上并供所述滑动板(12)水平滑动,所述腰型槽(14)开设在所述第一固定板(8)上并于所述槽口(13)相互连通,所述固定柱(15)固定在所述滑动板(12)靠近所述腰型槽(14)的一面,所述固定柱(15)沿水平方向滑移连接在所述腰型槽(14)内,所述锁紧螺母(16)螺纹连接在所述固定柱(15)的外部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷水织机用水泵防移动装置,其特征在于:所述第二锁紧部(10)包括固定环(17)、第三固定板(18)、弧形压块(19)、弧形摩擦片(20)、螺柱(21)、导向杆(22)和导向孔(23),所述固定环(17)固定在所述螺杆(2)的外部,所述第三固定板(18)固定在所述匚字形板(1)上,所 述螺杆(2)螺纹连接在所述第三固定板(18)内,所述螺柱(21)的一端转动连接在所述弧形压块(19)内,所述弧形摩擦片(20)固定在所述弧形压块(19)的弧形面上,所述导向杆(22)固定在所述弧形压块(19)上,所述第三固定块上开设有供所述导向杆(22)穿过的导向孔(23)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种喷水织机用水泵防移动装置,其特征在于:所述螺柱(21)在远离所述弧形压块(19)的一端固定有圆盘(24),所述圆盘(24)在远离所述螺柱(21)的一面偏心固定有把手杆(25)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷水织机用水泵防移动装置,其特征在于:所述匚字形板(1)上固定有第一安装块(26)和第二安装块(27),所述第一安装块(26)上开设有若干个螺纹孔(28),所述第二安装块(27)上开设有若干个销孔(29)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷水织机用水泵防移动装置,其特征在于:所述匚字形板(1)上固定有两组第一夹板(30)和两组第二夹板(31),所述第一固定板(8)插接在两组所述第一夹板(30)和两组所述第二夹板(31)之间,所述第一夹板(30)和所述第二夹板(31)分别通过锁紧螺栓(32)与所述第一固定板(8)之间螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷水织机用水泵防移动装置,其特征在于:所述伺服电机(3)和螺杆(2)之间设置有减速器(33),所述减速器(33)的输入端与所述伺服电机(3)的电机轴连接,所述减速器(33)的输出端与所述螺杆(2)的端部连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷水织机用水泵防移动装置,其特征在于:所述滑动块(6)为燕尾块或T形块,所述滑动槽(7)为与所述滑动块(6)相互配合的燕尾槽或T形槽。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种喷水织机用水泵防移动装置,其特征在于:所述匚字形板(1)上固定有保护罩(34),所述保护罩(34 )位于所述伺服电机(3)和所述减速器(33)的外部,所述保护罩(34)上开设有若干个散热孔(35)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷水织机用水泵防移动装置,其特征在于:所述匚字形板(1)上开设有若干个插槽(36),所述匚字形板(1)在所述固定座(4)的两侧的所述插槽(36)内分别插接有限位板(37)。
