Definitions

  • the present disclosure relates to a hair dye composition and a hair dyeing method, and more particularly to a hair dye composition containing a direct dye and a hair dyeing method.
  • compositions for hair dyeing include permanent hair dyes such as oxidative hair dyes that use oxidative dyes, and semi-permanent hair dyes that use direct dyes.
  • the semi-permanent hair dye has lower fastness to washing hair than the permanent hair dye, but has an advantage that damage to the hair can be suppressed because an oxidizing agent or the like is not used.
  • Patent Document 1 describes a hair dye composition containing Basic Blue 75 as a direct dye. Further, Patent Document 2 describes a hair dye composition containing, as a direct dye, basic blue 75, basic purple 10, and basic tea 16.
  • a hair dye composition for fashion color is required to exhibit a highly fashionable and bright color on dyed hair.
  • a hair dye composition containing a direct dye it is often difficult to express a desired color with one type of direct dye, and a plurality of direct dyes having different coloring properties are usually used in combination.

Description

Hair dye composition and hair dyeing method
The present disclosure relates to a hair dye composition and a hair dyeing method, and more particularly to a hair dye composition containing a direct dye and a hair dyeing method.
Compositions for hair dyeing include permanent hair dyes such as oxidative hair dyes that use oxidative dyes, and semi-permanent hair dyes that use direct dyes. The semi-permanent hair dye has lower fastness to washing hair than the permanent hair dye, but has an advantage that damage to the hair can be suppressed because an oxidizing agent or the like is not used.
There are basic dyes as direct dyes used in semi-permanent hair dyes. Patent Document 1 describes a hair dye composition containing Basic Blue 75 as a direct dye. Further, Patent Document 2 describes a hair dye composition containing, as a direct dye, basic blue 75, basic purple 10, and basic tea 16.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, the market for fashion colors, in which all or part of hair is dyed in a bright color and enjoyed, is expanding.
A hair dye composition for fashion color is required to exhibit a highly fashionable and bright color on dyed hair. In a hair dye composition containing a direct dye, it is often difficult to express a desired color with one type of direct dye, and a plurality of direct dyes having different coloring properties are usually used in combination. Here, direct dyes, particularly ionic dyes such as basic dyes, are easily discolored when the hair is repeatedly washed. Therefore, if the fading properties of a plurality of direct dyes having different coloring properties are greatly different, the hue of the hair is greatly changed immediately after dyeing and after repeated washing. The change in the hue of the hair may be a problem especially for a user who enjoys a vivid hair color that is highly fashionable.
Also, the user's hair may be damaged due to repeated hair coloring and bleaching. According to the study of the present inventors, in such damaged hair, the hue change of the hair becomes large immediately after dyeing and after repeated washing. Damaged hair has more negative charge, and thus a basic dye having a positive charge is easily bonded. Therefore, in damaged hair, the hair dyeing power of the basic dye increases. On the other hand, in the case of damaged hair, the hair itself is also made hydrophilic, so that water permeates into the inside of the hair during washing, and the dye easily flows out when the water flows out from the inside of the hair. Therefore, the damaged hair has a large fading width and a large hue change width.
In addition, as a result of repeated hair coloring and the like on the user's hair for a short period of time, for example, on a monthly basis, damage is accumulated on the tips of the hair compared to the root, and the damage level of the hair is It may be uneven from root to tip. In such a case, since the hair dyeing power of the basic dye varies depending on the damage level of the hair as described above, it is difficult to dye the hair in a uniform color from the root to the hair tip.
One aspect of the present disclosure suppresses a change in hue of hair immediately after dyeing and after repeated washing, and evenly dyes hair even if the damage level from the root to the tip of the hair is uneven.

(In the formula (1), R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are independently of each other a hydrogen atom, a C1-C4 alkyl group, a C1-C4 mono-hydroxyalkyl group, a C1-C4 poly-hydroxyalkyl group. Group, a phenyl group, or a benzyl group, R7, R8, and R9 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or a C1-C4 alkyl group, and X- is a halide ion, a hydrogen sulfate ion ( HSO4-), methosulfate ion (CH3OSO3-), benzoate ion (C6H5COO-), or acetate ion (CH3COO-).)
The component (A) is a direct dye (basic dye) that dyes hair in a red to purple color. On the other hand, the component (B) is a direct dye that dyes hair in a bluish color. By using the component (A) and the component (B) in combination, the hair can be dyed in a bright purple color.
According to the studies by the present inventors, although the component (A) and the component (B) have different color tones in hair, in the hair dye composition in which these components are combined, the hair is immediately washed and the hair is repeatedly washed. It is difficult for the hue of the hair to change after and after. This is because the easiness of dyeing of the component (A) on the hair and the fading property are close to those of the component (B), and the color tone of the component (A) and the color tone of the component (B) are balanced. It is thought to be due to fading well. Factors such as the molecular weight, high water solubility, and cationic strength of each dye are involved in the ease of dyeing and fading of each dye to hair. It is believed that Furthermore, the hair dye composition using the combination of the component (A) and the component (B) is less likely to be affected by the damage level of the hair, and the damage level from the root to the tip of the hair is not affected. Even if it is uniform, hair can be dyed uniformly.
Also, since both components (A) and (B) are difficult to lose color, they retain a relatively deep shade even after repeated hair washing, and have good color retention. Further, since the hair dye composition containing the component (A) and the component (B) is easily discolored by the decoloring agent, the hair can be easily dyed again with the same or different hair dye composition. Hereinafter, the ease of discoloration of the hair dye composition by the decolorizing agent is referred to as "recolorability".

The three compounds included in the component (b1) can be used in combination of two or more kinds.
Here, the content ratio of the (A) component and the (B) component in the hair dye composition is important from the viewpoint of the effect of suppressing the change in the hue of the hair and the effect that the hair can be uniformly dyed regardless of the damage level. Is. Specifically, when the hair dye composition contains the component (b1) as the component (B), the mass ratio (A)/(b1) of the content of the component (A) to the component (b1) is 0. It is 0.45 or more and 5.5 or less. On the other hand, when the hair dye composition contains the component (b2) as the component (B), the mass ratio (A)/(b2) of the content of the component (A) to the component (b2) is 0.010 or more. It is 0.55 or less. When the content ratio of the (A) component and the (B) component is within the above range, the blending balance of the (A) component and the (B) component is good, and the hair is immediately after dyeing and after repeated washing. The change in hue is suppressed. When the content ratio of the component (A) and the component (B) is within the above range, hair can be dyed uniformly even if the damage level from the root to the tip of the hair is uneven. Furthermore, when the content ratio of the component (A) and the component (B) is within the above range, the recolorability and the color retention of the hair dye composition are improved.
According to the study by the present inventors, all of the compounds as the component (B) are common in that they are direct dyes for dyeing hair in a bluish color, but three types of compounds summarized as the component (b1) It has been found that the hair dyeing method has a higher hair dyeing power than the two compounds grouped as the component (b2), and that a small amount of hair can be dyed well. Therefore, the mass ratio (A)/(B) of the content is larger when the hair dye composition contains the component (b1) as the component (B) than when it contains the component (b2). ..
The mass ratio (A)/(b1) of the content is preferably 0.50 or more and 3.0 or less, more preferably 0.60 or more and 2.4 or less, and further preferably 0.70 or more. It is 1.7 or less. On the other hand, the content mass ratio (A)/(b2) is preferably 0.020 or more and 0.40 or less, and more preferably 0.050 or more and 0.30 or less.
According to the study by the present inventors, the component (B) is preferably (b1) because it has a higher effect of suppressing a change in the hue of the hair and a higher effect of uniformly dyeing the hair regardless of the damage level. It is an ingredient. Further, since the component (B) has a higher effect of suppressing a change in the hue of the hair and an effect of uniformly dyeing the hair regardless of the damage level, the component (b1) is preferably basic blue 75. And basic blue 124, and more preferably basic blue 75.
When the hair dye composition contains the component (b1) as the component (B), the content ratio of the component (b1) in the hair dye composition is preferably 0.01% by mass or more and 0.5% by mass or less. , And more preferably 0.02 mass% or more and 0.3 mass% or less. On the other hand, when the hair dye composition contains the component (b2) as the component (B), the content ratio of the component (b2) in the hair dye composition is preferably 0.01% by mass or more and 1.0% by mass or more. % Or less, more preferably 0.05% by mass or more and 0.8% by mass or less.
When the ratio of the content of the component (b1) is 0.01% by mass or more, or the ratio of the content of the component (b2) is 0.01% by mass or more, the hair dyeing power of the hair dye composition is high. When the content ratio of the component (b1) is 0.5% by mass or less, or the content ratio of the component (b2) is 1.0% by mass or less, the component (B) is contained in the hair dye composition. Since it is evenly dispersed and melted, the stability of the hair dye composition is improved. Moreover, the background stain that may occur when the hair is dyed by the hair dye composition is also suppressed.
