技术领域
本公开实施例涉及无线通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种终端能力标识的操作方法和通信设备。
背景技术
随着网络的演进,终端需要支持的能力越来越多,终端需要上报给网络的能力也越来越多,能力上报带来的空口负荷越来越大。
为了减少终端能力上报带来的开销,可为终端设置终端能力的标识。终端能力的标识(可简称为终端能力标识)可以用于识别终端能力集。终端能力标识与终端能力集之间存在映射的关系,通过终端能力标识可以映射出终端能力集。由于终端能力标识的相关信息的大小比终端能力小,可以达到节省能力信令的效果。
终端能力标识的相关信息可以是由网络分配或由终端厂家分配。对同一个终端能力集,可以同时具有一个网络分配的终端能力标识的相关信息和一个终端厂家分配的终端能力的标识的相关信息。
由于终端同时可具有多个终端能力标识的相关信息,如何有效管理终端能力标识的相关信息是相关技术中需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供一种终端能力标识的操作方法和通信设备,用于解决如何有效管理终端能力标识的相关信息的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开是这样实现的:

为了便于更好地理解本公开实施例,下面先介绍以下技术点。
一、关于终端能力。
首先指出的是,终端的能力可以分为无线能力和核心网能力两种。对于无线能力,终端可根据网络的请求上报终端的无线能力。对于核心网能力,终端可在注册时上报终端的网络能力。终端可以支持多个频带(Band)和频率(frequency)。随着载波聚合(Carrier Aggregation,CA)和双连接(Dual Connectivity,DC)等技术的引入,需要排列组合各种可能的频带组合,而且各个终端厂家支持的频带组合可能还各不相同,造成无线能力特别庞大。另外,随着网络的演进,越来越多的特性被引入网络,不同的特性往往需要不同的无线能力和网络能力。对于相关的网络特性,终端需要将是否支持的信息告知网络。
二、关于终端能力的标识的相关信息。
为了减少终端能力上报带来的开销,可为终端设置终端能力的标识。终端能力的标识(可简称为终端能力标识)可以用于识别终端能力集。终端能 力标识与终端能力集之间存在映射的关系,通过终端能力标识可以映射出终端能力集。一种终端能力信令优化的方法是终端仅向网络上报指示终端能力集的标识的相关信息。网络通过终端能力的标识的相关信息可映射得到终端能力集。由于终端能力标识的相关信息大小比终端能力小,可以达到节省能力信令的效果。所述功能可以称为终端能力优化。
终端能力标识的相关信息可以是由网络分配或由终端厂家分配。
对终端厂家分配终端能力标识的相关信息的方式,终端将终端厂家分配的终端能力标识的相关信息上报给网络即可。对网络分配终端能力标识的相关信息的方式,需要终端将终端能力集上报给网络,再由网络向终端发送该终端能力集映射的终端能力的标识的相关信息。所以,两种方式对应的网络行为是不同的,对应不同的网络能力。
对同一个终端能力集,可以同时具有网络分配的终端能力标识和终端厂家分配的终端能力标识,只有网络分配的终端能力标识、只有终端厂家分配的终端能力标识、或没有任何的终端能力标识。
终端厂家分配的终端能力的标识可以简称为终端厂家相关终端能力标识。网络分配的终端能力的标识的相关信息可以简称为网络相关终端能力标识。
为了支持终端能力信令优化,还要解决以下问题:
问题1:当终端向网络提供终端厂家相关终端能力标识的相关信息时,网络可能没有终端厂家相关终端能力标识的相关信息与终端能力集的映射关系,则网络可以获取终端的终端能力,后为终端提供网络相关终端能力标识的相关信息。终端和网络后续可以使用网络相关终端能力标识的相关信息映射终端能力集。随后,网络可能从终端厂家的后台服务器获取终端厂家相关终端能力标识的相关信息与终端能力集的映射关系,网络可能会希望终端使用终端厂家相关终端能力标识的相关信息。但如何从网络相关终端能力标识的相关信息回退到终端厂家相关终端能力标识的相关信息还不清楚。
问题2:网络相关终端能力标识的相关信息可能适用于多个公共陆地移动网络(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN)。当PLMN不再适用时,或者新增适用的PLMN时,或者更新适用的PLMN时,如何处理还不清楚。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例中获取可以理解为从配置获得、接收、通 过请求后接收、通过自学习获取、根据未收到的信息推导获取或者是根据接收的信息处理后获得,具体可根据实际需要确定,本公开实施例对此不作限定。比如当未收到设备发送的某个能力指示信息时可推导出该设备不支持该能力。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例中发送可以包含广播,系统消息中广播,响应请求后返回。
本公开一种可选实施例中,通信网元可以是以下之一:实体设备、网络功能、网络单元。
可选的,一个终端可以具有一个或多个终端能力标识的相关信息。
在本公开一种可选实施例中,终端能力、终端能力信息、终端能力集可以表示相同的意思。

本公开一种可选的实施例中,网络是为终端提供接入的网络,可以是网络运营主体(比如运营商operator)的网络或者是专用网络,可以是公众通信网络也可以是私有通信网络。在本公开一种可选实施例中,无线通信网络可以是以下至少一项:公网,非公网。可选的,网络的网络标识可以是以下之一:公网标识(如PLMN ID),非公网标识(如非公网(non-public network,NPN)ID和/或用于非公网的PLMN ID)。
在本公开一种可选实施例中,非公网是非公众网络的简称。非公众网络 可以称为以下之一:非公众通信网络。非公网可以包括以下至少一种部署方式:物理的非公网,虚拟的非公网、实现在公网上的非公网。一种实施方式中,非公网为封闭的访问组(Closed Access Group,CAG)。一个CAG可以由一组终端组成。

本公开实施例中,UE即终端。终端可以包括支持终端功能的中继和/或支持中继功能的终端。终端也可以称作终端设备或者用户终端(User Equipment,UE),终端可以是手机、平板电脑(Tablet Personal Computer)、膝上型电脑(Laptop Computer)、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、移动上网装置(Mobile Internet Device,MID)、可穿戴式设备(Wearable Device)或车载设备等终端侧设备,需要说明的是,在本公开实施例中并不限定终端的具体类型。
请参阅图1,图1为本公开实施例一的终端能力标识的操作方法,应用于第一通信设备,所述第一通信设备包括但不限于以下之一:第一通信网元(如第一网络的CN网元,或第一网络的RAN网元),所述操作方法包括:
步骤11:执行终端能力标识的第一相关操作,所述执行终端能力标识的第一相关操作包括以下至少一项:
1)删除或挂起终端能力标识;
即所述第一通信设备删除或挂起自身存储终端上下文中的终端能力标识;例如,当第一通信设备同时具有终端的网关相关终端能力标识和终端厂家相关能力标识时,可以删除或挂起网关相关终端能力标识,使用终端厂家相关能力标识与其他通信设备通信。
2)将终端上下文中的第一类型的终端能力标识变更为第二类型的终端能 力标识;
可选的,所述第一类型为网络相关终端能力标识类型,所述第二类型为终端厂家相关终端能力标识类型;或者,所述第一类型为终端厂家相关终端能力标识类型,所述第二类型为网络相关终端能力标识类型。
3)发送终端能力标识的操作信息。
即所述第一通信设备向其他通信设备发送终端能力标识的操作信息。所述其他通信设备例如为终端或第一网络的RAN网元。
本公开实施例中,第一通信设备执行终端能力标识的相关操作,以对终端能力标识进行管理,使网络和终端对终端能力标识的使用保持一致。
一种实施方式中,执行终端能力标识的第一相关操作的第一通信设备是核心网网元;
一种实施方式中,执行终端能力标识的第一相关操作的第一通信设备是无线接入网网元。
一种实施方式中,所述终端能力标识的操作信息包括以下至少一项:
1)删除或挂起终端能力标识的指示信息;
一种实施方式中,所述第一通信设备指示其他通信设备删除或挂起终端能力标识。所述终端能力标识可以为网络相关的终端能力标识。
2)要求删除或挂起的终端能力标识;
一种实施方式中,当需要将终端的多个终端能力标识中的部分终端能力标识删除或挂起时,可以发送要求删除或挂起的终端能力标识。所述终端能力标识可以为网络相关的终端能力标识。
3)第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息指示将终端上下文中的第一类型的终端能力标识变更为第二类型的终端能力标识;
4)第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息指示在需要发送终端能力标识时发送第二类型的终端能力标识;
5)网络标识信息且所述网络为终端能力标识更新的适用的网络;
举例来说,终端的终端能力标识适用的网络的网络标识信息包括:网络标识1和网络标识2,第一通信设备发送网络标识信息包括:网络标识3和网络标识4,所述网络为终端能力标识更新的适用的网络,此时,终端可以根 据接收到网络标识信息,将终端能力标识适用的网络的网络标识信息更新为:网络标识3和网络标识4。
6)网络标识信息且所述网络为终端能力标识新增的适用的网络。
举例来说,终端的终端能力标识适用的网络的网络标识信息包括:网络标识1和网络标识2,第一通信设备发送的网络标识信息包括网络标识3,所述网络为终端能力标识新增的适用的网络,此时,终端可以根据接收到的网络标识信息,修改终端能力标识适用的网络的网络标识信息,修改后的终端能力标识适用的网络的网络标识信息包括:网络标识1,网络标识2和网络标识3。
7)网络标识信息且所述网络为终端能力标识不适用的网络。
举例来说,终端的终端能力标识适用的网络的网络标识信息包括:网络标识1和网络标识2,第一通信设备发送的网络标识信息包括网络标识2,所述网络为终端能力标识不适用的网络,此时,终端可以根据接收到的网络标识信息,修改终端能力标识适用的网络的网络标识信息,修改后的终端能力标识适用的网络的网络标识信息包括:网络标识1。
一种实施方式中,上述网络可以为公网,则所述网络标识为PLMN标识。
另一种实施方式中,上述网络可以为非公网,则所述网络标识可以为以下之一:PLMN ID(如MNC为999的PLMN标识)和NPN标识,PLMN标识和CSG标识,NPN标识。
一种实施方式中。所述第一类型为网络相关终端能力标识类型,所述第二类型为终端厂家相关终端能力标识类型。
一种实施方式中,所述终端能力标识为网络相关终端能力标识。即,执行终端能力标识的第一相关操作包括:执行网络相关终端能力标识的第一相关操作。
一种实施方式中,当满足第一条件时,执行终端能力标识的第一相关操作,所述第一条件包括以下至少一项:
1)已经为终端配置了网络相关终端能力标识;
2)获取终端厂家相关终端能力标识映射的终端能力集;
3)获取终端厂家相关终端能力标识与终端能力集的映射关系,且所述终 端能力集与终端当前能力一致;
4)获取终端当前能力映射的终端厂家相关终端能力标识;
其中,所述终端当前能力为所述终端在所述第一网络的终端能力集。
一种实施方式中,第一通信设备获取并保存终端厂家相关终端能力标识的相关信息,但没有终端厂家相关终端能力标识的相关信息映射的终端能力集,所以为终端分配了网络相关终端能力标识。后续又获取到终端厂家相关终端能力标识的相关信息映射的终端能力集。对这种情况,第一通信设备已经知道终端具有终端厂家相关终端能力标识的相关信息,可以要求终端删除或挂起网络相关终端能力标识,当终端需要上报终端能力标识时,终端上报终端厂家相关终端能力标识的相关信息。
另一种实施方式中,第一通信设备未获取终端厂家相关终端能力标识的相关信息,为终端分配了网络相关终端能力标识。后续又获取了终端当前能力映射的终端厂家相关终端能力标识的相关信息。对这种情况,第一通信设备不知道终端是否具有终端厂家相关终端能力标识的相关信息,第一通信设备可以在确认终端具有终端厂家相关终端能力标识的相关信息后,要求终端删除或挂起网络相关终端能力标识,当终端需要上报终端能力标识时,上报终端厂家相关终端能力标识的相关信息。
一种实施方式中,若所述终端能力标识的操作信息包括以下至少一项:挂起终端能力标识的指示信息和要求挂起的终端能力标识;
所述发送所述终端能力标识的操作信息之后,还包括:发送终端能力标识的恢复操作信息,所述终端能力标识的恢复操作信息用于恢复挂起的终端能力标识;
所述终端能力标识的恢复操作信息包括以下至少一项:恢复终端能力标识的指示信息,要求恢复的终端能力标识。

一种实施例中,在满足第三条件时,才根据所述终端能力标识的操作信息,执行终端能力标识的第二相关操作,而不是接收到终端能力标识的操作信息,就立刻执行终端能力标识的第二相关操作,即延时生效,而非立刻生效。
当然,在本公开的其他一些实施例中,也可以在接收到终端能力标识的操作信息,立刻执行终端能力标识的第二相关操作。不难理解,从第一网络的核心网网元的角度,终端初始注册提供了网络相关终端能力标识,核心网网元根据网络相关终端能力标识映射了终端能力集。核心网网元就具有所述终端的终端能力集,除非终端去附着,否则核心网网元会一直保存终端的上下文。只有终端初始附着第一网络,终端才需要上报终端能力标识,此时如果终端已经根据接收到的终端能力标识的操作信息,删除或挂起了网络相关终端能力标识,终端上报终端厂家相关终端能力标识的相关信息。
不难理解,从第一网络的无线接入网网元的角度,终端进入空闲态后,核心网网元将不再保存终端的上下文。所以只有当终端重新进入连接态后, 终端才需要重新上报终端能力标识,此时如果终端已经根据接收到的终端能力标识的操作信息,删除或挂起了网络相关终端能力标识,终端上报终端厂家相关终端能力标识的相关信息。
一种实施方式中,若所述终端能力标识的操作信息包括要求删除或挂起的终端能力标识;根据所述终端能力标识的操作信息,执行终端能力标识的第二相关操作包括:删除或挂起所述终端能力标识的操作信息指示的终端能力标识。
一种实施方式中,若所述终端能力标识的操作信息包括:第一指示信息;所述根据所述终端能力标识的操作信息,执行终端能力标识的第二相关操作包括:将终端上下文中的第一类型的终端能力标识变更为第二类型的终端能力标识。

终端通过网络模块142为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问,如帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等。
音频输出单元143可以将射频单元141或网络模块142接收的或者在存储器149中存储的音频数据转换成音频信号并且输出为声音。而且,音频输出单元143还可以提供与终端140执行的特定功能相关的音频输出(例如,呼叫信号接收声音、消息接收声音等等)。音频输出单元143包括扬声器、蜂鸣器以及受话器等。
输入单元144用于接收音频或视频信号。输入单元144可以包括图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU)1441和麦克风1442,图形处理器1441对在视频捕获模式或图像捕获模式中由图像捕获装置(如摄像头)获得的静态图片或视频的图像数据进行处理。处理后的图像帧可以显示在显示单元146上。经图形处理器1441处理后的图像帧可以存储在存储器149(或其它存储介质)中或者经由射频单元141或网络模块142进行发送。麦克风1442可以接收声音,并且能够将这样的声音处理为音频数据。处理后的音频数据可以在电话通话模式的情况下转换为可经由射频单元141发送到移动通信基站的格式输出。
终端140还包括至少一种传感器145,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板1461的亮度,接近传感器可在终端140移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板1461和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,加速计传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别终端姿态(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;传感器145还可以包括指纹传感器、压力传感器、虹膜传感器、分子传感器、陀 螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等,在此不再赘述。
显示单元146用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息。显示单元146可包括显示面板1461,可以采用液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)等形式来配置显示面板1461。
用户输入单元147可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与终端的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。具体地,用户输入单元147包括触控面板1471以及其他输入设备1472。触控面板1471,也称为触摸屏,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板1471上或在触控面板1471附近的操作)。触控面板1471可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器1410,接收处理器1410发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板1471。除了触控面板1471,用户输入单元147还可以包括其他输入设备1472。具体地,其他输入设备1472可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆,在此不再赘述。
进一步的,触控面板1471可覆盖在显示面板1461上,当触控面板1471检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器1410以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器1410根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板1461上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图14中,触控面板1471与显示面板1461是作为两个独立的部件来实现终端的输入和输出功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控面板1471与显示面板1461集成而实现终端的输入和输出功能,具体此处不做限定。
接口单元148为外部装置与终端140连接的接口。例如,外部装置可以包括有线或无线头戴式耳机端口、外部电源(或电池充电器)端口、有线或无线数据端口、存储卡端口、用于连接具有识别模块的装置的端口、音频输入/输出(input/output,I/O)端口、视频I/O端口、耳机端口等等。接口单元148可以 用于接收来自外部装置的输入(例如,数据信息、电力等等)并且将接收的输入传输到终端140内的一个或多个元件或者可以用于在终端140和外部装置之间传输数据。
存储器149可用于存储软件程序以及各种数据。存储器149可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据手机的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器149可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
处理器1410是终端的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个终端的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器149内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器149内的数据,执行终端的各种功能和处理数据,从而对终端进行整体监控。处理器1410可包括一个或多个处理单元;可选的,处理器1410可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器1410中。

    将终端上下文中的第一类型的终端能力标识变更为第二类型的终端能力标识;
    发送终端能力标识的操作信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述终端能力标识的操作信息包括以下至少一项:
    删除或挂起终端能力标识的指示信息;
    要求删除或挂起的终端能力标识;
    第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息指示将终端上下文中的第一类型的终端能力标识变更为第二类型的终端能力标识;
    第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息指示在需要发送终端能力标识时发送第二类型的终端能力标识;

    执行模块,用于执行终端能力标识的第一相关操作,所述终端能力标识的第一相关操作包括以下至少一项:
    删除或挂起终端能力标识;
    将终端上下文中的第一类型的终端能力标识变更为第二类型的终端能力标识;
    发送终端能力标识的操作信息。
  37. 一种通信设备,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收终端能力标识的操作信息,所述终端能力标识的操作信息包括以下至少一项:
    删除或挂起终端能力标识的指示信息;
    要求删除或挂起的终端能力标识;
    第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息指示将终端上下文中的第一类型的终端能力标识变更为第二类型的终端能力标识;
    第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息指示在需要发送终端能力标识时发送第二类型的终端能力标识;
    网络标识信息且所述网络为终端能力标识更新的适用的网络;
    网络标识信息且所述网络为终端能力标识新增的适用的网络;
    网络标识信息且所述网络为终端能力标识不适用的网络;
    执行模块,用于根据所述终端能力标识的操作信息,执行终端能力标识 的第二相关操作。
  38. 一种通信设备,包括:
    发送模块,用于发送终端当前能力映射的所有终端能力标识;
    其中,所述终端当前能力为所述终端在第一网络的终端能力集;
    所述终端能力标识包括以下至少一项:网络相关终端能力标识和终端厂家相关终端能力标识。
  39. 一种通信设备,包括:
    发送模块,用于若满足第二条件,发送请求信息,所述请求信息包括以下至少一项:终端能力标识的类型信息,第一请求信息,终端厂家相关终端能力标识的请求信息,是否具有终端厂家相关终端能力标识的询问信息;
    其中,所述终端能力标识的类型信息用于获取符合所述类型信息的终端能力标识;所述第一请求信息用于请求终端能力标识的所有类型且所述终端能力标识为终端当前能力映射的终端能力标识;所述第二条件包括:不具有终端厂家相关终端能力标识。
  40. 一种通信设备,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收请求信息,所述请求信息包括以下至少一项:终端能力标识的类型信息,第一请求信息,终端厂家相关终端能力标识的请求信息,是否具有终端厂家相关终端能力标识的询问信息;其中,所述终端能力标识的类型信息用于获取符合所述类型信息的终端能力标识;所述第一请求信息用于请求终端能力标识的所有类型且所述终端能力标识为终端当前能力映射的终端能力标识;
    发送模块,用于根据所述请求信息,发送终端能力标识的相关信息。
  41. 一种通信设备,包括处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至35中任一项所述的终端能力标识的操作方法的步骤。
  42. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至35中任一项所述的终端能力标识的操作方法的步骤。
