一种分体式吊椅 技术领域
本发明属于吊椅技术领域，具体涉及一种分体式吊椅。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，吊椅类产品越来越受广大消费者的喜爱，但是由于传统圆盘形底座吊椅类产品包装大，运输困难成本高这大大限制了此类产品的普及。圆盘底座KD式结构，大大减少了吊椅产品的包装体积，极大减少了吊椅的包装及运输成本。打开市场因包装运输而限制其发展的桎梏，是一种极具竞争力的吊椅KD方式。
申请号为201621176350.4的实用新型专利，公开了一种吊椅。该吊椅包括支架、吊环装置和椅体，其中支架包括底座、第一支撑件和第二支撑件，这三者均为整体结构，最主要的问题在于一个稳定的底座要求体积其较大，一个整体的底座结构会导致在后续包装工艺中产品包装体积过大，运输成本较大。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种分体式吊椅的技术方案。
所述的一种分体式吊椅，包括由下而上依次连接的底座、支撑杆和吊杆，其特征在于所述底座包括分体的左底座和右底座，所述左底座和右底座的前端插接配合，后端通过设置的固定件固定配合。
所述的一种分体式吊椅，其特征在于所述左底座和右底座均为半圆盘型，所述左底座和右底座配合后形成圆盘形底座。
所述的一种分体式吊椅，其特征在于固定件为L型固定件，所述左底座和右底座上的固定件之间通过螺丝将左底座和右底座固定连接。
所述的一种分体式吊椅，其特征在于所述左底座和右底座前端插接配合处设有第一装饰圈。
所述的一种分体式吊椅，其特征在于所述固定件上均设有第一连接片，所述支撑杆通过设置的第二连接片与第一连接片固定连接。
所述的一种分体式吊椅，其特征在于所述支撑杆和吊杆套接配合后，交叉段通过螺丝固定。

本发明在保证圆盘形底座造型的同时，减少包装体积，增加装箱量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示，一种分体式吊椅，包括由下而上依次连接的底座1、支撑杆2和吊杆3从而可以悬空吊住椅子。若底座1为一个整体圆盘形底座，会导致包装体积过大，运输成本增大。
为了避免底座1体积过大同时又不能影响吊椅的稳定性，作为优选结构，底座1包括分体的左底座101和右底座102，左底座101和右底座102均为半圆盘型，左底座101和右底座102配合后形成圆盘形底座。
在左底座101和右底座102的固定连接方式上，左底座101和右底座102的前端插接配合，后端通过设置的固定件6固定配合。具体地，左底座101和右底座102前端插接配合处设有第一装饰圈7，第一装饰圈7内侧设有凸槽与左底座101设置的凹槽套入适配；固定件6为L型固定件，左底座101和右底座102上的固定件6之间通过螺丝将左底座101和右底座102固定连接。
在固定件6上焊接有第一连接片4，支撑杆2通过设置的第二连接片5与第一连接片4固定连接，第二连接片5宽度为第一连接片4宽度的两倍，第二连接片5与两个第一连接片4通过螺丝拧紧固定。
进一步地，支撑杆2与第二连接片5之间设有加强杆8，其中支撑杆2为圆弧型支撑杆。
进一步地，支撑杆2和吊杆3套接配合后，交叉段通过螺丝固定，且在支撑杆2和吊杆3套接处设有第二装饰圈9。第二装饰圈9内侧设有凸槽与支撑杆2设置的凹槽套入适配。
进一步地，吊杆3为圆弧型吊杆，吊杆3顶端通过设置的吊钩10吊住椅子。吊杆3和支撑杆2的圆弧形状和椅子的靠背弧形相适配。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种分体式吊椅，包括由下而上依次连接的底座(1)、支撑杆(2)和吊杆(3)，其特征在于所述底座(1)包括分体的左底座(101)和右底座(102)，所述左底座(101)和右底座(102)的前端插接配合，后端通过设置的固定件(6)固定配合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种分体式吊椅，其特征在于所述左底座(101)和右底座(102)均为半圆盘型，所述左底座(101)和右底座(102)配合后形成圆盘形底座。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种分体式吊椅，其特征在于固定件(6)为L型固定件，所述左底座(101)和右底座(102)上的固定件(6)之间通过螺丝将左底座(101)和右底座(102)固定连接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种分体式吊椅，其特征在于所述左底座(101)和右底座(102)前端插接配合处设有第一装饰圈(7)。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种分体式吊椅，其特征在于所述固定件(6)上均设有第一连接片(4)，所述支撑杆(2)通过设置的第二连接片(5)与第一连接片(4)固定连接。
  6. 如权利要求1或5所述的一种分体式吊椅，其特征在于所述支撑杆(2)和吊杆(3)套接配合后，交叉段通过螺丝固定。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的一种分体式吊椅，其特征在于所述支撑杆(2)为圆弧形支撑杆，所述支撑杆(2)与第二连接片(5)之间设有加强杆(8)。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的一种分体式吊椅，其特征在于所述支撑杆(2)和吊杆(3)套接处设有第二装饰圈(9)。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种分体式吊椅，其特征在于所述吊杆(3)为圆弧形吊杆，所述吊杆(3)顶端通过设置的吊钩(10)吊住椅子。
