当前工业设备中的自动涂胶枪以针式球式阀杆密封,有流挂现像和胶型控制差且粘接剂浪费较大,传统胶枪在使用粘性大的流体时由于没有加热,施胶效率慢、施胶质量差、胶体附着力弱。

一种防流挂加热胶枪,包括:

其中,所述气缸1的上方设有胶室4,所述胶室4内部设有负载装置14,所述负载装置14由若干组电阻丝组成,且所述电阻丝的外侧包裹一导热层,所述胶室4的侧部设有电气插头3,所述电气插头3的外侧设有保护壳2,所述保护壳2为塑料材质,且所述保护壳2可以防止雨水进入电气插头3内部,影响使用,所述胶室4的上方设有枪头5,所述枪头5的端部设有护套6,所述护套6的端部设有锁紧螺母7,所述护套6与球式阀杆13之间设有预定间隙,且所述护套6与枪头5的宽度之比为2:3,所述枪针10的底部插接活塞8,所述活塞8的下方设有气缸1,所述气缸1带动活塞8进行运动,使得枪针10进行往复运动,所述枪针10的两侧设有蓄能密封圈9,所述枪针10的另外一端插接球式阀杆13,所述球式阀杆13的一端连接胶道16,另外一端设有密封球15,所述密封球15与球式阀杆13活动连接,所述密封球15抵接阀座11,所述阀座11为凹形阀座11,所述密封球15与阀座11适配,所述密封球15能迅速起到开合的动作,彻底解决密封不及时带来的流挂和粘接剂的浪费,所述密封球15的上方设有枪嘴12,所述抢嘴的端部开有圆柱体通孔,以便胶体的流通,当前工业设备中的自动涂胶枪以针式阀杆密封,有流挂现场和胶型控制差且粘接剂浪费较大。传统胶枪在使用粘性大的流体时由于没有加热,施胶效率慢、施胶质量差、胶体附着力弱。而本实用新型设计负载装置14及电气插头3实现可调式温度控制,设计球式阀杆13使密封球15导入性极佳,能迅速起到开合的动作,彻底解决密封不及时带来的流挂和粘接剂的浪费。
工作原理说明:电气插头3通电带动设置在胶室4内部的负载装置14进行发热加热胶道16中的胶体,使得胶体升温,在胶道16中流通,此时气缸1带动活塞8进行运动,由活塞8带动枪针10进行上下运动,枪针10的运动将带动球式阀杆13及密封球15的运动,当枪针10向上运动时,将带动球式阀杆13向上运动,密封球15将抵住阀座11,直至密封球退回球式阀杆13中,由球式阀杆13抵住阀座11,此时胶体将沿着枪针10与球式阀杆13之间的间隙流入枪嘴12中,再有枪嘴12打入需要涂胶处,当气缸1带动枪针10向下运动时,密封球15将自动复位抵接阀座11,能迅速起到开合的动作完成密封,防止密封不及时带来的流挂和粘接剂的浪费。
