底盘,所述清洁部件安装于所述底盘;以及
面框,所述面框安装于所述底盘,所述面框设有进风口,所述过滤网轨道模块设于所述进风口,所述过滤网轨道模块可相对于所述面框分离。
本申请技术方案的过滤网轨道模块相对于面框可分离,为独立的部件,过滤网轨道模块设有用于供过滤网运动的轨道,因此在空调器室内机组装前,即可与清洁模块相互安装成一个独立的功能部件,以对过滤网进行功能检测。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”、“固定”等应做广义理解,例如,“固定”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。

本申请提出一种过滤网轨道模块110。
在本申请一实施例中,如图1和图2所示,所述过滤网轨道模块110用于空调器室内机,所述空调器室内机包括面框(图中未示出),所述面框设有进风口,所述过滤网轨道模块110设于所述进风口,所述过滤网轨道模块110可相对于所述面框分离,所述过滤网轨道模块110设有用于供过滤网130运动的轨道(1101和1102)。
可以理解的是,目前的技术中,过滤网轨道模块110为供过滤网130运动的结构,需要配合面框形成相应的轨道,过滤网130在清洁模块120的驱动下实现运动,空调器室内机运行时空气穿过过滤网轨道模块110被置于过滤网轨道模块110的过滤网130过滤。不同的是,在本实施例中,过滤网轨道模块110形成轨道(1101和1102,轨道即为过滤网运动的空间),不用配合面框,也即,过滤网轨道模块110是一个独立的部件,其相对于面框可分离,那么在空调器室内机组装前,过滤网轨道模块110和清洁模块120进行安装连接,从而对过滤网130进行功能测试,能及时发现过滤网130运动存在的问题,避免在空调器室内机组装后才能对过滤网130进行功能检测。
具体地,如图1至图3所示,所述轨道包括第一轨道1101和第二轨道1102;
所述过滤网轨道模块110包括:
第一格栅111和第二格栅112,所述第一格栅111和所述第二格栅112相间设置;以及
中间格栅113,所述中间格栅113设于所述第一格栅111和所述第二格栅112之间,所述第一格栅111与所述中间格栅113之间形成所述第一轨道1101,所述第二格栅112和所述中间格栅113之间形成所述第二轨道1102,所述第一轨道1101和所述第二轨道1102连通,所述过滤网130运动于所述第一轨道1101和所述第二轨道1102。
在本实施例中,第一格栅111、中间格栅113和第二格栅112配合成相互连通的第一轨道1101和第二轨道1102,过滤网130运动于第一轨道1101和第二轨道1102,可以在第一轨道1101和第二轨道1102中往返运动,例如过滤网130滑出第一轨道1101进入第二轨道1102,或滑出第二轨道1102进入第一轨道1101,又例如过滤网130循环运动于第一轨道1101和第二轨道1102。
例如,清洁模块120具有驱动过滤网130运动的驱动机构、清洁过滤网的清扫机构、水泵和盛水腔等,水泵将空调器室内机产生的冷凝水抽至盛水腔,驱动机构驱动过滤网运动,清扫机构对过滤网进行清洁。在空调器室内机运行时,空气穿过过滤网轨道模块110与换热器进行接触以换热,过滤网130位于过滤网轨道模块110的第一轨道1101或第二轨道1102内,如此过滤网130对空气进行过滤。在过滤网130变脏后,清洁模块120驱动过滤网130运动以及清洁过滤网。清洁模块120的具体结构可参照申请人在本申请的申请日前的其他专利申请。
本实施例中将过滤网轨道模块110独立出来,用于与清洁模块120进行连接,如此,不需要配合面框形成供过滤网130运动的轨道,从而使得在空调器室内机组装前,即可对过滤网130进行功能检测。
例如,首先,将中间格栅113连接在第二格栅112上,与第二格栅112之间限定出第二轨道1102,然后将第一格栅111连接在中间格栅113上,与中间格栅113之间限定出第一轨道1101,从而组装成过滤网轨道模块110,第一轨道1101的一端和第二轨道1102的一端连通,形成供过滤网130运动的空间,过滤网130置于第一轨道1101中。将过滤网轨道模块110和清洁模块120安装结合,第一轨道1101、第二轨道1102与清洁模块120的盛水腔连通,清洁模块120的驱动机构驱动过滤网130运动于第一轨道1101和第二轨道1102,在驱动过滤网130运动时,清洁模块120的清扫机构对过滤网130进行清洁。由此可见,将过滤网轨道模块110为一个独立的部件,和清洁模块120组合成清洁部件100,清洁部件100为一个独立功能部件,从而可以在空调器室内机组装前对过滤网130进行功能检测。
又例如,首先,将中间格栅113连接在第一格栅111上,与第一格栅111之间限定出第一轨道1101,然后将第二格栅112连接在第一格栅111上,与中间格栅113之间限定出第二轨道1102,从而组装成过滤网轨道模块110,第一轨道1101的一端和第二轨道1102的一端连通,形成供过滤网130运动的空间,过滤网130置于第一轨道1101中。本组装方式与上一组装方式类似,但是本组装方式中,第二格栅112和中间格栅113均以第一格栅111为定位基准组装,从而能最大限度地降低第一轨道1101和第二轨道1102之间的位置偏差,保证过滤网130的顺利运动。
具体地,如图1和2所示,所述第一格栅111、所述第二格栅112和所述中间格栅113共同限定出供清洁模块120安装的安装空间1103,所述第一轨道1101通过所述安装空间1103与所述第二轨道1102连通,所述清洁模块120驱动所述过滤网130运动于所述第一轨道1101和所述第二轨道1102以清洁所述过滤网130。
进一步地,继续如图1和图2所示,所述第一格栅111的一端相对于所述中间格栅113的一端和所述第二格栅112的一端呈外凸设置,所述第一格栅111的一端、所述中间格栅113的一端和所述第二格栅112的一端共同限定出所述安装空间1103。
本实施例中,参见图2所示,第一格栅111、第二格栅112和中间格栅113叠合设置,第一格栅111的一端呈凸出,从而第一格栅111的一端、中间格栅113的一端和第二格栅112的一端共同形成安装空间1103,如此将安装空间1103形成在整个过滤网轨道模块110的一端,以便于与清洁模块120进行安装结合,节约空调器室内机的内部空间。第一轨道1101连通安装空间1103,第二轨道1102连通安装空间1103,清洁模块120的驱动结构驱动过滤网130时,过滤网130进入到安装空间1103,继而被清洁,再进入到第二轨道1102。反向驱动过滤网130时,过滤网130从第二轨道1102进入安装空间1103,此时可对过滤网130进行清洁也可不进行清洁,然后再进入第一轨道1101。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述第一格栅111与所述第二格栅112可拆卸连接。在本实施例中,可拆卸连接即为通过相应结构的配合既可以实现固定又可以实现分离的连接方式,例如螺纹连接、键连接、卡扣连接等,本实施例不做限定。过滤网轨道模块110在安装到空调器室内机时,空气需要穿过整个过滤网轨道模块110后与换热器进行换热,因此除了过滤网130上会积累灰尘变脏外,第一格栅111和第二格栅112也会变脏,因此本实施例将第一格栅111和第二格栅112设置成可拆卸连接,从而实现可固定亦可拆卸,便于清洁。
在本实施例中,第一格栅111和第二格栅112可拆卸连接,那么中间格栅113可连接于第一格栅111或第二格栅112,又或者,第一格栅111和第二格栅112在连接时,共同对中间格栅113形成夹持限位。
具体地,所述第一格栅111和所述第二格栅112卡扣连接。在本实施例中,卡扣连接是可拆卸连接的一种,其是将两个零件嵌入连接或整体闭锁的一种连接方式,具体的卡扣连接方式具有多种,例如钩爪与槽的配合,钩爪与边缘的配合等,本实施例不做限定。卡扣连接相对于螺纹连接,不用进行螺旋操作,部件的连接更为简便。
当然,在另一实施例中,第一格栅111和第二格栅112可以采用螺钉连接、磁吸连接或滑动连接等方式。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述中间格栅113与所述第一格栅111和/或所述第二格栅112可拆卸连接。如上所述,第一格栅111和第二格栅112容易变脏,中间格栅113也容易变脏,为了也便于中间格栅113的清洁,将中间格栅133设置为可拆卸连接。
例如,中间格栅113和第一格栅111可拆卸连接,先将中间格栅113可拆卸连接于第一格栅111以定位于第一格栅111,再将第二格栅112和第一格栅111进行连接;
又例如,中间格栅113和第二格栅112可拆卸连接,先将中间格栅113可拆卸连接于第二格栅112以定位于第二格栅112,再将第一格栅111和第二格栅112进行连接;
再例如,中间格栅113和第一格栅111和第二格栅112可拆卸连接,先将第一格栅111和第二格栅112进行连接,再将中间格栅113穿插于第一格栅111和第二格栅112之间。
具体地,所述中间格栅113与所述第一格栅111和/或所述第二格栅112卡扣连接。在本实施例中,卡扣连接是可拆卸连接的一种,其是将两个零件嵌入连接或整体闭锁的一种连接方式,具体的卡扣连接方式具有多种,例如钩爪与槽的配合,钩爪与边缘的配合等,本实施例不做限定。卡扣连接相对于螺纹连接,不用进行螺旋操作,部件的连接更为简便。
当然,在另一实施例中,中间格栅113和第一格栅111和/或第二格栅112可以采用螺钉连接、磁吸连接或滑动连接等方式。
本申请还公开一种清洁部件100,所述清洁部件100包括如上任一实施例的过滤网轨道模块110。
所述过滤网轨道模块110用于空调器室内机,所述空调器室内机包括面框(图中未示出),所述面框设有进风口,所述过滤网轨道模块110设于所述进风口,所述过滤网轨道模块110可相对于所述面框分离,所述过滤网轨道模块110设有用于供过滤网130运动的轨道。
本实施例的过滤网轨道模块110的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本清洁部件100的过滤网轨道模块110的结构采用了上述实施例的技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
在本申请的一实施例中,如图4所示,所述清洁部件100包括:
过滤网130,所述过滤网130设于所述轨道;以及
清洁模块120,所述清洁模块120安装于所述过滤网轨道模块110,所述过滤网130连接于所述清洁模块120,所述清洁模块120用于驱动所述过滤网130运动于所述轨道以清洁所述过滤网130。
在本实施例中,过滤网130为用于过滤空气的部件,可参照目前的技术,过滤网130设置于轨道,例如,过滤网130设置于第一轨道1101或第二轨道1102,过滤网130的一端和清洁模块120中相应的部件驱动连接,清洁模块120驱动过滤网130滑出第一轨道1101进入第二轨道1102,或滑出第二轨道1102进入第一轨道1101;又例如:过滤网130置于第一轨道1101和第二轨道1102中,在清洁模块120的驱动下在第一轨道1101和第二轨道1102中实现循环驱动。
在本申请的一实施例中,如4所示,所述清洁部件100还包括检测装置140,所述检测装置140设于所述过滤网轨道模块110,用于检测所述过滤网130的运动状态。在本实施例中,将检测装置140设于过滤网轨道模块110,例如,检测装置140固定于第一格栅111,或固定于第二格栅112,或固定于第三格栅113,检测装置140的目的在于检测过滤网130是否能在过滤网轨道模块110内运动,具体的安装位置可根据实际需求设定。如此,通过设置检测装置140,使得清洁部件100和其他部件组装成空调器室内机时,不必在其他部件上设置检测装置来检测过滤网130的运动。
进一步地,所述检测装置140为微动开关,所述清洁模块120安装于所述过滤网轨道模块110的一端,所述微动开关安装于所述过滤网轨道模块110的另一端,在所述过滤网130接触所述微动开关时,所述过滤网130触发所述微动开关。在本实施例中,例如微动开关要设置到第一轨道1101和第二轨道1102中,从而能与过滤网130接触,过滤网130接触微动开关,微动开关会产生一个信号,空调器室内机的电控模块能根据这个信号判定过滤网130是否能正常运动。
本申请还公开了一种空调器室内机,所述空调器室内机包括如上任一实施例的清洁部件100。
本实施例的空调器室内机的清洁部件100的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本空调器室内机的清洁部件100的结构采用了上述实施例的技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述空调器室内机包括:
底盘(图中未示出),所述清洁部件100安装于所述底盘;以及
面框(图中未示出),所述面框安装于所述底盘,所述面框设有进风口,所述过滤网轨道模块110设于所述进风口,所述过滤网轨道模块110可相对于所述面框分离。
在本实施例中,清洁部件100为一个独立的功能部件,清洁部件100不必与面框相配合才能形成供过滤网130运动的轨道,从而可在线下进行对过滤网130的功能进行检测,将正常工作的清洁部件100直接安装至底盘上,不用与面框进行配合,如此大大提高了生产效率。

Claims (15)
- 一种过滤网轨道模块,用于空调器室内机,所述空调器室内机包括面框,所述面框设有进风口,其中,所述过滤网轨道模块设于所述进风口,所述过滤网轨道模块可相对于所述面框分离,所述过滤网轨道模块设有用于供过滤网运动的轨道。
- 如权利要求1所述的过滤网轨道模块,其中,所述轨道包括第一轨道和第二轨道;所述过滤网轨道模块包括:第一格栅和第二格栅,所述第一格栅和所述第二格栅相间设置;以及中间格栅,所述中间格栅设于所述第一格栅和所述第二格栅之间,所述第一格栅与所述中间格栅之间形成所述第一轨道,所述第二格栅和所述中间格栅之间形成所述第二轨道,所述第一轨道和所述第二轨道连通,所述过滤网运动于所述第一轨道和所述第二轨道。
- 如权利要求2所述的过滤网轨道模块,其中,所述第一格栅、所述第二格栅和所述中间格栅共同限定出供清洁模块安装的安装空间,所述第一轨道通过所述安装空间与所述第二轨道连通,所述清洁模块驱动所述过滤网运动于所述第一轨道和所述第二轨道以清洁所述过滤网。
- 如权利要求3所述的过滤网轨道模块,其中,所述第一格栅的一端相对于所述中间格栅的一端和所述第二格栅的一端呈外凸设置,所述第一格栅的一端、所述中间格栅的一端和所述第二格栅的一端共同限定出所述安装空间。
- 如权利要求2所述的过滤网轨道模块,其中,所述第一格栅与所述第二格栅可拆卸连接。
- 如权利要求5所述的过滤网轨道模块,其中,所述第一格栅和所述第二格栅卡扣连接、螺钉连接、磁吸连接或滑动连接。
- 如权利要求2所述的过滤网轨道模块,其中,所述中间格栅与所述第一格栅和/或所述第二格栅可拆卸连接。
- 如权利要求7所述的过滤网轨道模块,其中,所述中间格栅与所述第一格栅和/或所述第二格栅卡扣连接、螺钉连接、磁吸连接或滑动连接。
- 一种清洁部件,其中,所述清洁部件包括权利要求1至8任一项所述的过滤网轨道模块。
- 如权利要求9所述的清洁部件,其中,所述清洁部件包括:过滤网,所述过滤网设于所述轨道;以及清洁模块,所述清洁模块安装于所述过滤网轨道模块,所述过滤网连接于所述清洁模块,所述清洁模块用于驱动所述过滤网运动于所述轨道以清洁所述过滤网。
- 如权利要求10所述的清洁部件,其中,所述清洁部件还包括检测装置,所述检测装置设于所述过滤网轨道模块,用于检测所述过滤网的运动状态。
- 如权利要求11所述的清洁部件,其中,所述检测装置为微动开关,所述清洁模块安装于所述过滤网轨道模块的一端,所述微动开关安装于所述过滤网轨道模块的另一端,在所述过滤网接触所述微动开关时,所述过滤网触发所述微动开关。
- 一种空调器室内机,其中,所述空调器室内机包括权利要求9至12任一项所述的清洁部件。
- 如权利要求13所述的空调器室内机,其中,所述空调器室内机包括:底盘,所述清洁部件安装于所述底盘;以及面框,所述面框安装于所述底盘,所述面框设有进风口,所述过滤网轨道模块设于所述进风口,所述过滤网轨道模块可相对于所述面框分离。
- 一种空调器,其中,所述空调器包括空调器室外机和权利要求13或14所述的空调器室内机。
