在家装领域对隔音、隔热、防水有极高的要求,在实验室或者医院放射科,对放射光线的阻隔要求也极高,在工地或家装,对板材的强度的要求也很高。现有技术中,通过采用阻隔性能极好的材料来制作阻隔板材,但是,阻隔性能极好的材料昂贵,对阻隔板材的制作工艺的要求极高,难以普及到方方面面。对于板材强度要求高的场景,也是需要采用强度高的材料制作强度高的板材,而制作工艺要求也极高,也难以普及这样高强度的板材到方方面面。
为了解决这个技术问题,现有技术中,有通过采用多张板子进行整齐堆叠,以加厚整体板材的厚度而增强阻隔效果以及提高板材的强度,并才板子之间加 上具有阻隔效果的材料和\或密封材料,以实现更好的阻隔效果或者密封,例如阻尼材料,以实现对声音、水、光、超声波等的阻隔。为了增强整体板材的强度,通过一个将多张板子堆叠设置在具有凹槽的模具内,以形成一张较厚的板材,在每张板子连接接缝之间通过粘结料粘结,以使多张板子黏连在一起。当需要大面积铺设阻隔板材时,通过多个模具进行拼接,模具之间通过粘结料粘结。进行拼接的模具之间不能避免地存在缝隙,设置在凹槽内的板子也不可避免地与模具之间存在缝隙,这些缝隙虽然可以用粘结料粘结密封,但是,粘结料的阻隔性能差、粘结强度低,进而降低通过粘结料粘结的板材的阻隔性能和\或强度。另一方面,粘结料可能环保性能低,粘结料可能对环境进行污染或者二次污染,因此通过粘结料粘结的板材不适用于对环保要求高的场景,例如家装场景。再则,模具的尺寸有限,若需要获得足够厚的板材,就需要制作凹槽足够深的模具,然而,模具的制作并不容易,因此,这种板材的生产效率低,不能普及到方方面面应用。
为此,本发明实施例提供了本发明实施例提供了一种板材及板材的制作方法,用以解决现有技术中存在的整体板材的阻隔性能差和\或强度低的技术问题。
实施例
请结合参阅图1和图2,图1和图2示出了本发明实施例提供了一种板材100,板材100包括至少两组局部板。每组局部板包括至少两张板子,至少两张板子错落堆叠。至少两组局部板的至少两张板子错落堆叠,以使至少两组局部板形成一张面积大于局部板的整体板材100。错落堆叠的至少两块板产品功能材料复合起来自身就可以不需要固定件它就满足产品使用,也就是错落堆叠的至少两张板产品自身无需固定件即可。通过采用以上方案,每组局部板的至少两张板子错落堆叠,至少两组局部板的至少两张板子错落堆叠,使得至少两组局部板之间的沿着直线通过两组局部板之间的缝隙,增加了渗透或者穿过整体板材100的难度,进而提高了整体板材100的阻隔性能;同时,至少两组局 部板的至少两张板子错落堆叠,增大了至少两组局部板的至少两张板子之间的接触面积,进而增大了至少两组局部板的至少两张板子之间的摩擦力,增强了整体板材100的稳定性,增强了整体板材100的稳定性的强度。解决了现有技术中存在的整体板材100的阻隔性能差和\或强度低的技术问题,达到了进而提高了整体板材100的阻隔性能以及增强了整体板材100的强度的技术效果。请参阅图3,至少两组局部板的板子的堆叠处设置有固定件,具体为:错落堆叠的至少两张板子之间通过固定件固定。如此,使得整体板材100中的至少两张板子之间的位置固定,增强了整体板材100的强度,同时避免了整体板材100中的至少两张板子之间产生错位,使得连接至少两张板子之间的密封性差,而降低了整体板材100的阻隔性能。
作为一种可选的实施方式,至少两组局部板至少包括第一局部板110和第二局部板120;第一局部板110至少包括第一板子111和第二板子112;第二局部板120至少包括第三板子121和第四板子122;第一板子111和第二板子112错落堆叠;第三板子121和第四板子122错落堆叠;第一板子111和第四板子122错落堆叠;第一板子111和第三板子121的边缘整齐拼接;第二板子112和第四板子122的边缘整齐拼接;固定件设置于第一板子111和第四板子122上。
在本发明实施例中,不限定每张板子的厚度、板材100。通过采用以上方案,第一板子111和第二板子112错落堆叠,第三板子121和第四板子122错落堆叠,第一板子111和第四板子122错落堆叠,使得整体板材100的局部板之间不存在直接穿透整体板材100的缝隙,第一板子111和第三板子121的边缘整齐拼接,第二板子112和第四板子122的边缘整齐拼接,整体板材100的缝隙是经过第一板子111和第三板子121的边缘,然后经过第一板子111和第四板子122之间,然后经过第二板子112和第四板子122的边缘,声波、光线等经过该缝隙时需要通过多次折射,在折射过程中,声波、光线可能会被吸收而造成能量减损,因此,加大了声波、光线、超声波、水等从整体板材100的 一面穿透到另一面的难度,进而增强了整体板材100的阻隔效果。整体板材100的厚度变厚,增强了整体板材100的阻隔效果。同时,至少两组局部板之间通过第一板子111和第四板子122错落堆叠,增大了至少两组局部板之间的接触面积,增大了至少两组局部板之间的摩擦力,避免至少两组局部板之间发生错位,提高了整体板材100的强度和阻隔性能。
为了增强整体板材100的阻隔效果和强度,至少两张板子之间设有功能材料,功能材料用于增强板材100的阻隔性能和强度。请结合参阅图4,具体的,第一板子111和第二板子112之间设有功能材料,第三板子121和第四板子122之间设有功能材料,第一板子111和第四板子122之间设有功能材料。其中,功能材料至少包括阻尼材料、隔热材料、导热材料、黏性材料、吸光性材料、摩擦材料、防水材料中的一种,以至少达到阻隔声波、隔热、导热、吸光、发生错位、防水中的一个效果。同时,功能材料还可以是密封材料,以对板子之间的缝隙进行密封。
为了增强整体板材100的强度,第一板子111和第二板子112之间通过固定件固定,第三板子121和第四板子122之间通过固定件固定。如此,通过固定件固定第一板子111和第二板子112以及第三板子121和第四板子122,可以加强整体板材100的稳定性,进而增强整体板材100的强度。
在本发明实施例中,还可以在第一板子111和\或第二板子112远离功能材料的一面设有功能材料,如图5所示。
在本发明实施例中,板子的形状可以是矩形、不规则四边形、不规则多边形。固定件可以是螺钉,例如木螺钉、铁螺钉等,不限定螺钉的材料。请参阅图6,本发明实施例对整体板材100的至少两个局部板的堆叠方向不限定,可以是如图6所示的堆叠方式。
作为一种可选的实时方案,通过固定件固定板子时,固定件的一端穿过一块板子伸入另一块板子的内部,未穿透另一块板子。例如,固定件的一端穿过第一板子111伸入第二板子112的内部,未穿透第二板子112,以及固定件的 一端穿过第三板子121伸入第四板子122的内部,未穿透第四板子122的内部,等等。
作为一种可选的实施方式,第一局部板110至少还包括第五板子113,第二局部板120至少还包括第六板子123。请参阅图7,第一板子111、第二板子112和第五板子113错落堆叠;第三板子121、第四板子122和第六板子123错落堆叠;第一板子111和第四板子122错落堆叠;第六板子123和第二板子112落错堆叠;第一板子111和第三板子121的边缘整齐拼接;第二板子112和第四板子122的边缘整齐拼接;第五板子113和第六板子123的边缘整齐拼接;第一板子111和第四板子122上设置有固定件,第六板子123和第二板子112上设置有固定件。请参阅图8,堆叠的每两张板子之间设置有功能材料。
在本发明实施例中,在必要的时候,在板子未与另一张板子接触的一面也设有功能材料。
在本发明实施例中,不限定整体板材100包括的板子的数量,不限定第一局部板110和第二局部板120的数量,不限定第一局部板110和第二局部板120中的板子的数量。
综上,本发明实施例提供的一种板材100,所述板材100包括:至少两组局部板,每组局部板包括至少两张板子,至少两张板子错落堆叠;至少两组局部板的至少两张板子错落堆叠,并且至少两组局部板的板子的堆叠处设置有固定件,以使至少两组局部板形成一张面积大于局部板的整体板材100。每组局部板的至少两张板子错落堆叠,至少两组局部板的至少两张板子错落堆叠,使得至少两组局部板之间的沿着直线通过两组局部板之间的缝隙,增加了渗透或者穿过整体板材100的难度,进而提高了整体板材100的阻隔性能;同时,至少两组局部板的至少两张板子错落堆叠,增大了至少两组局部板的至少两张板子之间的接触面积,进而增大了至少两组局部板的至少两张板子之间的摩擦力,增强了整体板材100的稳定性,加上至少两组局部板的板子的堆叠处设置有固 定件,增强了整体板材100的稳定性的强度。解决了现有技术中存在的整体板材100的阻隔性能差和\或强度低的技术问题,达到了进而提高了整体板材100的阻隔性能以及增强了整体板材100的强度的技术效果。同时,减少或者杜绝了环保性能低的粘性材料的使用,提高了整体板材100的环保性能。
在本发明实施例中,可以根据需要,设置隔音材料、放水材料、防辐射材料、阻隔超声波材料、阻隔光线材料、隔热材料等在两张堆叠的板材100之间,以使整体板材100可以用于隔音、防水、防辐射、阻隔超声波、阻隔光线、隔热等。整体板材100由于上述的具有很高的强度,还可以用于建筑外墙的装饰、加固等。
在本发明实施例中,还提供了一种上述的板材100的制作方法,方法包括:针对每组局部板,对每组局部板的至少两张板子进行错落堆叠。将至少两组局部板的至少两张板子进行错落堆叠,并且在至少两组局部板的板子的堆叠处设置固定件,以使至少两组局部板形成一张面积大于所述局部板的整体板材100。
作为一种可选的实施例,在施工现场,可以购买多张板子,然后齐缝拼接两张板子,在两张板子上铺设功能材料,然后再在功能材料上铺设两张板子,,这两张板子齐缝拼接,依次类推,直到所述的整体板材100的厚度达到设定值。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在功能材料上铺设两张板子时,这两张板子与与功能材料远离这两张板子的一面的两张板子错落堆叠。
通过采用以上方案,每组局部板的至少两张板子错落堆叠,至少两组局部板的至少两张板子错落堆叠,使得至少两组局部板之间的沿着直线通过两组局部板之间的缝隙,增加了渗透或者穿过整体板材100的难度,进而提高了整体板材100的阻隔性能;同时,至少两组局部板的至少两张板子错落堆叠,增大了至少两组局部板的至少两张板子之间的接触面积,进而增大了至少两组局部板的至少两张板子之间的摩擦力,增强了整体板材100的稳定性,加上至少两组局部板的板子的堆叠处设置有固定件,增强了整体板材100的稳定性的强度。 解决了现有技术中存在的整体板材100的阻隔性能差和\或强度低的技术问题,达到了进而提高了整体板材100的阻隔性能以及增强了整体板材100的强度的技术效果。

- 一种板材,其特征在于,包括:至少两组局部板;每组局部板包括至少两张板子,所述至少两张板子错落堆叠;所述至少两组局部板的所述至少两张板子错落堆叠,以使所述至少两组局部板形成一张面积大于所述局部板的整体板材。
- 根据权利要求1所述的板材,其特征在于,错落堆叠的所述至少两张板子之间通过所述固定件固定。
- 根据权利要求2所述的板材,其特征在于,所述至少两组局部板至少包括第一局部板和第二局部板;所述第一局部板至少包括第一板子和第二板子;所述第二局部板至少包括第三板子和第四板子;所述第一板子和所述第二板子错落堆叠;所述第三板子和所述第四板子错落堆叠;所述第一板子和所述第四板子错落堆叠;所述第一板子和所述第三板子的边缘整齐拼接;所述第二板子和所述第四板子的边缘整齐拼接;所述固定件设置于所述第一板子和所述第四板子上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的板材,其特征在于,所述至少两张板子之间设有功能材料,所述功能材料用于增强板材的阻隔性能和强度。
- 根据权利要求4所述的板材,其特征在于,所述第一板子和所述第二板子之间设有功能材料;所述第三板子和所述第四板子之间设有功能材料;所述第一板子和所述第四板子之间设有功能材料。
- 根据权利要求5所述的板材,其特征在于,所述功能材料至少包括阻尼材料、隔热材料、导热材料、黏性材料、吸光性材料、摩擦材料、防水材料中的一种。
- 根据权利要求3-6任一项所述的板材,其特征在于,所述第一板子和所述第二板子之间通过所述固定件固定;所述第三板子和所述第四板子之间通过所述固定件固定。
- 根据权利要求7所述的板材,其特征在于,所述板子的形状为矩形。
- 根据权利要求8所述的板材,其特征在于,所述固定件为螺钉。
- 一种板材的制作方法,所述板材包括:至少两组局部板,每组局部板包括至少两张板子;其特征在于,所述方法包括:针对每组局部板,对每组局部板的所述至少两张板子进行错落堆叠;将所述至少两组局部板的所述至少两张板子进行错落堆叠,并且在所述至少两组局部板的所述板子的堆叠处设置固定件,以使所述至少两组局部板形成一张面积大于所述局部板的整体板材。
