为了能与床垫插接配合,使床护栏能够保持竖直挡在床边,床护栏通常带有支脚插入床垫下方,支脚与床护栏与立柱的连接固定较为繁琐,有些是采用螺丝相连,给拆装带来了不便,用户体验不佳;而且且支脚与立柱的连接既要能够连接方便又要保证强度要求,即支脚与立柱快捷连接后,在使用中,能够保证使用强度要求,支脚与立柱连接处不会变形,这就给设计带来了考验。
床护栏带有与立柱相连的支撑杆来使床护栏保持围挡在床边的竖直状态,支撑杆远离立柱的这端带有用于增加接触面积的支脚,使用时将支撑杆与支脚插入床垫下方;这样的支脚存在的问题是:都只有表面槽,而大部分的表面槽有1个方向,致使接触面不大,摩擦力小,并且使用状态不稳定,有可能会转动至与支撑杆相重合;再就是用于排骨床架时,会处于接触不到床板的真空状态,降低了使用概率,并且容易产生松动或滑落。

工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的本发明实施例提供的本发明实施例提供的护栏支撑装置和护栏支撑组件,通过所述固定支撑盘的底面设置有凸出所述底面的至少两个方向防滑的多个凸棱,既能适应平板式床板又能使用于排骨床架,对床架容易卡住,可以稳固支撑护栏有效避免滑动、倾倒,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益,具备工业实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种护栏支撑装置,其特征在于,至少包括:
    支撑组件,所述支撑组件包括支撑底管和连接在支撑底管一端的固定支撑盘;
    所述固定支撑盘上设置有固定连接装置,所述固定支撑盘通过所述固定连接装置可拆卸地与所述支撑底管连接;
    所述固定支撑盘的底面设置有凸出所述底面的至少两个方向防滑的多个凸棱。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的护栏支撑装置,其特征在于,
    所述凸棱是十字凸棱。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的护栏支撑装置,其特征在于,所述固定支撑盘的底面的边缘设置有凸出所述底面的多个方向的凸棱。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的护栏支撑装置,其特征在于,所述凸棱与底面的投影呈方波状。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的护栏支撑装置,其特征在于,所述固定连接装置包括可拆卸的弹性连接部;
    所述弹性连接部设置在所述固定连接装置内部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的护栏支撑装置,其特征在于,所述弹性连接部包括弹性销,所述固定连接装置上设置有一个开口,所述弹性销在所述开口内外弹性伸缩;
    所述支撑底管中空,所述固定连接装置的外径与所述支撑底管的内径相当,所述支撑底管与所述固定连接装置对接将所述固定连接装置对接包覆于其中,所述支撑底管与所述固定连接装置的交汇处留有通孔,所述弹性销从通孔处露出,所述支撑底管与所述固定连接装置紧固锁定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的护栏支撑装置,其特征在于,所述弹性连接部件包括:
    V形弹片,所述V形弹片包括第一臂和第二臂,所述弹性销固定在所述第一臂上,所述第二臂抵接在所述固定连接装置内部。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的护栏支撑装置,其特征在于,所述固定支撑盘上设置有织带固定连接装置。
  9. 一种护栏支撑组件,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-8任意一项所述的护栏支撑装置;
    还包括立柱,所述立柱中空,所述立柱的底部设置有连接插头,所述支撑底管的另一端通过所述连接插头与所述立柱连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的护栏支撑组件,其特征在于,
    在立柱上设有限位孔,插头插入立柱后卡入限位孔内。
