如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例提供一种可升降的安全支撑护栏,包括:两个支撑立 柱1,所述支撑立柱1包括内支撑柱11和外支撑柱12;所述内支撑柱11连接所述支撑组件10;还包括与两个所述支撑立柱连接的上横杆14和下横杆13;所述外支撑柱12中空,所述内支撑柱11的外径小于所述外支撑柱12的内径,所述内支撑柱11与所述外支撑柱12对接后将所述内支撑柱11对接包覆于其中,所述外支撑柱12在所述内支撑柱11外纵向活动升降;所述内支撑柱11与所述外支撑柱12的交汇处设置有升降锁定装置15;升降锁定装置15使所述内支撑柱11与所述外支撑柱12紧固锁定或开启锁定。下面对本发明实施例提供的可升降的安全支撑护栏展开详细的说明。
在本发明中,通过内支撑柱11和外支撑柱12纵向活动对接,可以实现安全支撑护栏的整体升降调整,通过设置在所述内支撑柱11与所述外支撑柱12的交汇处的升降锁定装置15,可以实现升降高度升降调整后锁止。通过内支撑柱11和外支撑柱12的纵向升降可以改变支撑立柱1的高度,进而进一步整体调整护栏高度,本发明提供的可升降的安全支撑护栏可以适用于各种不同厚度的床垫,避免了在使用较厚床垫时护栏相对较矮的问题。
如图2至图5所示,为保证内支撑柱11和外支撑柱12连接稳固,减少不稳定的晃动,本可升降的安全支撑护栏还包括底部连接件2,所述底部连接件2固定在所述外支撑柱12底部,所述升降锁定装置15设置在所述底部连接件2上;所述下横杆13连接在所述底部连接件2上。底部连接件2可以有效保证内支撑柱11和外支撑柱12的间隙,保持内支撑柱11和外支撑柱12升降的稳定性。
如图3至图5所示,所述底部连接件2套接在所述外支撑柱12底端,所述底部连接件2包括外壁21和内壁22;所述内壁22和所述外壁21之间有缝隙23;所述缝隙23的厚度与所述外支撑柱12的侧壁123厚度相当,所述底部连接件2套接在所述外支撑柱12的底端时所述外支撑柱12的侧壁123插入所述缝隙23中。底部连接件2与外支撑柱12的紧密连接有效防止两者之间松动导致稳定性差。为避免在内支撑柱11升降时在水平方向的晃动,所述内壁22的内径与所述内支撑柱11的外径相当。所述内支撑柱11在所述底部连接件2的内侧紧密滑动。
如图2至图5所示,为了保证可升降的安全支撑护栏,在合适的高度锁定,所述内支撑柱11上纵向设置有多个升降限位孔110;所述升降锁定装置包括:升降弹性销3,所述升降弹性销3连接有拉环31;所述底部连接件上设置有一个开口30,所述升降弹性销3在所述拉环31的带动下由所述开口30内外弹性伸缩;所述内支撑柱11穿过所述底部连接件2与所述外支撑柱12对接;所述内支撑柱11与所述外支撑柱12交汇后,所述升降弹性销3从所述开口处露出,所述升降弹性销3卡入所述升降限位孔110内使所述内支撑柱11与所述外支撑柱12紧固锁定。通过升降锁定装置15可以随时解除锁定调整护栏的高度。
如图2至图5所示,所述拉环31设置在护栏外侧。拉动操作拉环31,拉环31与弹性销3联动,可以进行护栏的高度调整。在安装好可升降的安全支撑护栏的状态下,从内部婴幼儿不会触摸到拉环31和升降限位孔110,进一步提高安全性。
如图3至图6所示,所述底部连接件2中的内壁22上设置有螺母片插槽26,所述螺母片插槽26内设置有螺母片25,所述底部连接件2套接在所述外支撑柱12的底端时用螺丝 28紧固。所述外支撑柱12的底端的侧壁上开设有通孔129,螺丝29依序穿过外壁21外支撑柱12的侧壁123和内壁22后与螺母片25螺接固定稳固,可以有效保证底部连接件2与外支撑柱12固定结实,可以增加稳定性和保护内支撑柱11的表面损伤。
如图2至图7所示,还包括横杆连接部230:所述横杆连接部230包括:设置在所述底部连接件2上的横杆插口233,所述横杆插口233上设置有横杆限位孔203;所述横杆13的外径小于所述横杆插口233的内径,所述横杆13与所述横杆插口233对接将所述横杆13对接包覆于其中;所述横杆13的端部设置有横杆弹性销131,所述横杆弹性销131设置在所述横杆13内部,所述横杆13的端部的侧壁上设置有横杆通孔103,所述横杆弹性销131在所述横杆通孔103内外弹性伸缩;所述横杆的端部与所述横杆插口233交汇后,所述弹性销131从所述横杆通孔103处露出,所述横杆弹性销131卡入所述横杆限位孔203内使所述横杆13的端部与所述横杆连接部230紧固锁定。如图3至图7所示,还包括设置在所述横杆13的端部内侧的V形弹片133,所述V形弹片133包括第一臂和第二臂,所述横杆弹性销131固定在所述第一臂上,所述第二臂抵接在所述横杆13的端部内侧。
如图2至图7所示,为了能保证横杆顺利升降,本发明实施例提供的可升降的安全支撑护栏,还包括竖杆连接部260,所述竖杆连接部包括设置在所述底部连接件上的竖杆插口,所述竖杆插口内插接有供上横杆14上下滑动的竖杆16。在需要将婴幼儿从床上抱下来时,可以使上横杆14沿所述竖杆16下滑放下护栏,方便将孩子抱出。
综上所述,由上述技术方案可知,本发明实施例提供的可升降的安全支撑护栏,通过调整可以升降的支撑立柱可以有效整体改变护栏的高度,可以适用于各种不同厚度的床垫,避免了在使用较厚床垫时护栏相对较矮的问题;还可以有效避免婴孩肢体陷入床垫和床护栏之间的缝隙内,有效避免事故发生。
最后需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的可升降的安全支撑护栏,通过调整可以升降的支撑立柱可以有效整体改变护栏的高度,可以适用于各种不同厚度的床垫,避免了在使用较厚床垫时护栏相对较矮的问题;还可以有效避免婴孩肢体陷入床垫和床护栏之间的缝隙内,有效避免事故发生,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益,具备工业实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可升降的安全支撑护栏,其特征在于,包括:
    至少两个支撑立柱,所述支撑立柱包括内支撑柱和外支撑柱;所述内支撑柱连接所述支撑组件;
    还包括与两个所述支撑立柱连接的上横杆和下横杆;
    所述内支撑柱中空,所述内支撑柱的外径小于所述外支撑柱的内径,所述内支撑柱与所述外支撑柱对接后将所述内支撑柱对接包覆于其中,所述外支撑柱在所述内支撑柱外纵向活动升降;
    所述内支撑柱与所述外支撑柱的交汇处设置有升降锁定装置;升降锁定装置使所述内支撑柱与所述外支撑柱紧固锁定或开启锁定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全支撑护栏,其特征在于,
    还包括底部连接件,所述底部连接件固定在所述外支撑柱底部,所述升降锁定装置设置在所述底部连接件上;
    所述下横杆连接在所述底部连接件上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安全支撑护栏,其特征在于,所述底部连接件套接在所述外支撑柱底端,所述底部连接件包括外壁和内壁;
    所述内壁和所述外壁之间有缝隙;所述缝隙的厚度与所述外支撑柱的侧壁厚度相当,所述底部连接件套接在所述外支撑柱的底端时所述外支撑柱的侧壁插入所述缝隙中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的安全支撑护栏,其特征在于,所述内壁的内径与所述内支撑柱的外径相当。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的安全支撑护栏,其特征在于,
    所述内支撑柱上纵向设置有多个升降限位孔;
    所述升降锁定装置包括:升降弹性销,所述升降弹性销上连接有拉环;所述底部连接件上设置有一个开口,所述升降弹性销在所述拉环的带动下由所述开口内外弹性伸缩;
    所述内支撑柱穿过所述底部连接件与所述外支撑柱对接;
    所述内支撑柱与所述外支撑柱交汇后,所述升降弹性销从所述开口处露出,所述升降弹性销卡入所述升降限位孔内使所述内支撑柱与所述外支撑柱紧固锁定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的安全支撑护栏,其特征在于,所述拉环设置在护栏外侧。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的安全支撑护栏,其特征在于,所述底部连接件中设置有螺母片,所述底部连接件套接在所述外支撑柱的底端时用螺丝紧固。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的安全支撑护栏,其特征在于,
    还包括横杆连接部:所述横杆连接部包括:
    设置在所述底部连接件上的横杆插口,所述横杆插口上设置有横杆限位孔;
    所述横杆的外径小于所述横杆插口的内径,所述横杆与所述横杆插口对接将所述横杆对接包覆于其中;
    所述横杆的端部设置有横杆弹性销,所述横杆弹性销设置在所述横杆内部,所述横杆 的端部侧壁上设置有横杆通孔,所述横杆弹性销在所述横杆通孔内外弹性伸缩;
    所述横杆的端部与所述横杆插口交汇后,所述弹性销从所述横杆通孔处露出,所述横杆弹性销卡入所述横杆限位孔内使所述横杆的端部与所述横杆连接部紧固锁定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的安全支撑护栏,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述横杆的端部内侧的V形弹片,所述V形弹片包括第一臂和第二臂,所述横杆弹性销固定在所述第一臂上,所述第二臂抵接在所述横杆的端部内侧。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的安全支撑护栏,其特征在于,
    还包括竖杆连接部,所述竖杆连接部包括设置在所述底部连接件上的竖杆插口,所述竖杆插口内插接有供上横杆上下滑动的竖杆。
