喷射机构,与开口配合,喷射机构包括喷射管 131 和喷头盖 132 ,喷头盖 132 设置在开口上,喷射管 131 穿设于开口,喷射管 131 可以伸出开口,喷射管 131 也可以与开口平齐,喷射管 131 的一端连接电动液压泵 121 的输出口,喷射管 131 的另一端连接喷头盖 132 ,电动液压泵 121 的输入口连接贮液罐底部,喷射管 131 和喷头盖 132 形成喷射路径。在一种实施方式中,喷射管 131 的一端可以通过第一连接管 133 连接电动液压泵 121 的输出口,电动液压泵 121 的输入口可以通过第二连接管 134 连接贮液罐 110 底部。
启动机构,包括启动控制电路 141 ,启动控制电路用于和电动液压泵 121 电连接,电动液压泵 121 还用于驱动料液 111 经喷射路径喷出。
发光机构,包括 LED 151 ,启动控制电路 141 还用于驱动 LED 151 发光,照射喷射路径内的料液 111 进行光线的导光。在一种实施方式中, LED 151 设置在贮液罐 110 内, LED 151 发出的光可照射到喷射路径内。
本申请的电子烟花喷射装置 100 ,可以包括一个或多个喷射机构,对于设有多个喷射机构的电子烟花喷射装置 100 ,每个喷射机构均可以设有输入管 135 和输出管 136 ,输入管 135 和输出管 136 分别与贮液罐 110 连通。多个喷射机构可通过输入管 135 和输出管 136 首尾相连。多个喷射机构也可按照其他方式相连。
在一种实施方式中,多个喷射机构按约定的顺序连接,前一个喷射机构的输出管 136 和后一个喷射机构的输入管 135 连接,第一个喷射机构的输入管 135 可以密封,最后一个喷射机构的输出管 136 也可以密封。
本申请的电子烟花喷射装置 100 ,还可以包括液位开关机构,液位开关机构设置在贮液罐 110 内的,液位开关机构和启动控制电路 141 电连接,液位开关机构用于在完成喷射后关闭启动控制电路 141
在一种实施方式中,液位开关机构包括浮子机构和微动开关 164 ,浮子机构包括浮子限位管 161 、浮子杆 162 和浮子 163 ,浮子 163 设置在浮子杆 162 的末端,浮子限位管 161 为一框型结构,用于对穿设在浮子限位管 161 内的浮子杆 162 进行限位,当料液 111 没有喷射或者未被喷射完之前,浮子 163 位置是高位置,浮子机构上的微动开关 164 是常开的,当液体被喷射完之后,浮子 163 随着液体的高度进行下降,浮子杆 162 带动微动开关 164 ,微动开关 164 断开,实现烟花在喷射完成之后的启动控制电路 141 的关闭。
本申请的料液 111 ,还可以包括植物淀粉和 / 或有机荧光颜料。 LED 灯也可以选用单色灯或全彩 LED 灯。启动控制电路 141 驱动 LED 灯,对喷射路径内的料液 111 进行光线的导光,以及料液 111 混合有植物淀粉类的漫反射材质时的漫反射,以及料液 111 混合有机荧光粉类的吸光发光材质时的漫反射,实现喷射液体具有彩色光线效果。
在一种实施方式中,本申请的电子烟花喷射装置 100 还可以包括驱动电机(图未示),驱动电机与喷射管 131 / 或喷头盖 132 电连接,驱动电机用于驱动喷射管 131 / 或喷头盖 132 摇晃,使喷射出的烟花增加的摇动摆晃效果。其中驱动喷射管 131 的和驱动喷头盖 132 的驱动电机可单独设置,驱动喷射管 131 的驱动电机可控制喷射管 131 进行摇晃摆动,产生烟花晃动的效果。驱动喷头盖 132 的驱动电机可控制喷头盖 132 的间隙,实现烟花的张开和收缩功能,使烟花可以集束成直线也可以散开成花朵状。
本申请的电子烟花喷射装置 100 启动之后,电动液压泵 121 开始工作,通过第一连接管 133 和第二连接管 134 抽取贮液罐 110 内的料液 111 LED 光源同时被点亮,光线通过料液和喷射管进行导光,随着料液的喷出,实现单色或彩色的喷射效果。当料液 111 没有喷射或者液体没有被喷射完之前,液位开关机构的浮子 163 位置是高位置,浮子机构上的微动开关 164 是常闭的,当料液 111 被喷射完之后,浮子 163 随着料液 111 的高度进行下降,浮子杆 162 带动微动开关 164 ,把微动开关 164 断开,实现整体烟花在喷射完成之后的电路关闭。同时,喷射管 131 可以单独接驱动电机(图未示),对喷射管 131 增加不同的摇动摆晃效果,让喷射出的烟花效果增加额外的摇动摆晃功能。喷射盖 132 也可以单独接驱动电机,通过调节喷射盖 132 的间隙,让喷射盖 132 喷出的烟花效果能够增加烟花分散和集束的效果。本申请可根据不同的喷射排布实现视觉上的烟花美观需求时,一个电动液压泵能够推动的多个喷射机构,可以在一个贮液罐 110 上,增加多个喷射机构进行喷射,多个喷射机构可以提高视觉上的烟花美观效果。喷射的工作运行方式与一个喷射机构相同。
实施例二:
如图 1 至图 3 所示,图中的箭头方向为料液移动的方向。本申请的电子烟花喷射系统,其一种实施方式,包括多个电子烟花喷射装置 100 ,多个电子烟花喷射装置 100 通过管道连接头 170 连通。
本申请的电子烟花喷射装置 100 ,其一种实施方式,包括:
贮液罐 110 ,用于盛放料液,料液 111 包括水,贮液罐 110 顶部设有开口。
增压机构,包括电动液压泵 121 ,用于吸取贮液罐 110 里的料液 111 并加压排出。
喷射机构,与开口配合,喷射机构包括喷射管 131 和喷头盖 132 ,喷头盖 132 设置在开口上,喷射管 131 穿设于开口,喷射管 131 可以伸出开口,喷射管 131 也可以与开口平齐,喷射管 131 的一端连接电动液压泵 121 的输出口,喷射管 131 的另一端连接喷头盖 132 ,电动液压泵 121 的输入口连接贮液罐底部,喷射管 131 和喷头盖 132 形成喷射路径。在一种实施方式中,喷射管 131 的一端可以通过第一连接管 133 连接电动液压泵 121 的输出口,电动液压泵 121 的输入口可以通过第二连接管 134 连接贮液罐 110 底部。
启动机构,包括启动控制电路 141 ,启动控制电路用于和电动液压泵 121 电连接,电动液压泵 121 还用于驱动料液 111 经喷射路径喷出。
发光机构,包括 LED 151 ,启动控制电路 141 还用于驱动 LED 151 发光,照射喷射路径内的料液 111 进行光线的导光。在一种实施方式中, LED 151 设置在贮液罐 110 内, LED 151 发出的光可照射到喷射路径内。
本申请的电子烟花喷射装置 100 ,可以包括一个或多个喷射机构,对于设有多个喷射机构的电子烟花喷射装置 100 ,每个喷射机构均可以设有输入管 135 和输出管 136 ,输入管 135 和输出管 136 分别与贮液罐 110 连通。多个喷射机构可通过输入管 135 和输出管 136 首尾相连。多个喷射机构也可按照其他方式相连。
在一种实施方式中,多个喷射机构按约定的顺序连接,前一个喷射机构的输出管 136 和后一个喷射机构的输入管 135 连接,第一个喷射机构的输入管 135 可以密封,最后一个喷射机构的输出管 136 也可以密封。
本申请的电子烟花喷射装置 100 ,还可以包括液位开关机构,液位开关机构设置在贮液罐 110 内的,液位开关机构和启动控制电路 141 电连接,液位开关机构用于在完成喷射后关闭启动控制电路 141

在一种实施方式中,本申请的电子烟花喷射装置 100 还可以包括驱动电机(图未示),驱动电机与喷射管 131 / 或喷头盖 132 电连接,驱动电机用于驱动喷射管 131 / 或喷头盖 132 摇晃,使喷射出的烟花增加的摇动摆晃效果。
多个电子烟花喷射装置 100 可以按约定的顺序连接,前一个电子烟花喷射装置 100 的输出管和后一个电子烟花喷射装置 100 的输入管具体可通过管道连接头 170 连接,在一种实施方式中,具体可由前一个电子烟花喷射装置 100 的喷射机构均的输出管 136 和后一个电子烟花喷射装置 100 的喷射机构的输入管 135 通过管道连接头 170 连接。第一个电子烟花喷射装置 100 的输入管密封,最后一个电子烟花喷射装置 100 的输出管密封。
本申请的电子烟花喷射装置 100 启动之后,电动液压泵 121 开始工作,通过第一连接管 133 和第二连接管 134 抽取贮液罐 110 内的料液 111 LED 光源同时被点亮,光线通过料液和喷射管进行导光,随着料液的喷出,实现单色或彩色的喷射效果。当料液 111 没有喷射或者液体没有被喷射完之前,液位开关机构的浮子 163 位置是高位置,浮子机构上的微动开关 164 是常闭的,当料液 111 被喷射完之后,浮子 163 随着料液 111 的高度进行下降,浮子杆 162 带动微动开关 164 ,把微动开关 164 断开,实现整体烟花在喷射完成之后的电路关闭。同时,喷射管 131 可以单独接驱动电机(图未示),对喷射管 131 增加不同的摇动摆晃效果,让喷射出的烟花效果增加额外的摇动摆晃功能。喷射盖 132 也可以单独接驱动电机,通过调节喷射盖 132 的间隙,让喷射盖 132 喷出的烟花效果能够增加烟花分散和集束的效果。本申请可根据不同的喷射排布实现视觉上的烟花美观需求时,一个电动液压泵能够推动的多个喷射机构,可以在一个贮液罐 110 上,增加多个喷射机构进行喷射,多个喷射机构可以提高视觉上的烟花美观效果。喷射的工作运行方式与一个喷射机构相同。根据不同的喷射排布实现视觉上的烟花美观需求时,需要增加更多的喷头时,如果一个电动液压泵无法推动更多的喷射机构时,可以将一个电动液压泵能够推动的喷射机构数量,作为一个单体,进行多个组合,满足更多的视觉上的烟花美观效果。喷射的工作运行方式与一个喷射机构相同。
本申请通过人眼视觉感官进行设计的光学传递过程营造的全息方式,在燃放过程中没有任何火源,又能够展现出烟花的燃放效果。最大程度的保护环境减少空气污染,保护消费者的人身安全和燃放环境的安全,填补烟花市场的替代需求,填补禁止燃放烟花环境下的市场空白。本申请为高仿真烟花,可以让消费者直观看到的电子烟花,同时本申请使用的喷射物仅仅是安全的液体,比如水,比如添加植物淀粉的水,比如添加植物淀粉和有机荧光粉的水,等等,完全是安全环保的,同时,本申请的装置和系统可以重复使用,满足安全无火的烟花要求。本申请采用液压推动结构和光电结构以及机械结构,通过喷射液体,同时通过调整液体中混合成的植物淀粉等等对光学有漫反射或者吸光特性的材料,就能够从系统结构和光学方面,完成安全无火的液体彩色烟花喷射效果,进行安全喷射。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子烟花喷射装置,其特征在于,包括:
    贮液罐,用于盛放料液,所述料液包括水,所述贮液罐顶部设有开口;
    增压机构,包括电动液压泵,用于吸取所述料液并加压排出;
    喷射机构,与所述开口配合,所述喷射机构包括喷射管和喷头盖,所述喷头盖设置在所述开口上,所述喷射管的一端连接所述电动液压泵的输出口,所述喷射管的另一端连接所述喷头盖,所述电动液压泵的输入口连接贮液罐底部,所述喷射管和所述喷头盖形成喷射路径;
    启动机构,包括启动控制电路,所述启动控制电路用于和所述电动液压泵电连接,所述电动液压泵还用于驱动所述料液经所述喷射路径喷出;
    发光机构,包括LED灯,所述启动控制电路用于驱动所述LED灯发光,照射所述喷射路径内的料液进行光线的导光。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟花喷射装置,其特征在于,所述喷射机构包括一个或多个,所述喷射机构设有分别与所述罐体连通的输入管和输出管。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电子烟花喷射装置,其特征在于,多个所述喷射机构通过所述输入管和所述输出管首尾相连。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电子烟花喷射装置,其特征在于,多个所述喷射机构按约定的顺序连接,前一个所述喷射机构的输出管和后一个所述喷射机构的输入管连接,第一个所述喷射机构的输入管密封,最后一个所述喷射机构的输出管密封。
  5. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的电子烟花喷射装置,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述贮液罐内的液位开关机构,所述液位开关机构和所述启动控制电路电连接,所述液位开关机构用于在完成喷射后关闭所述启动控制电路。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电子烟花喷射装置,其特征在于,所述液位开关机构包括浮子机构和微动开关,所述浮子机构包括浮子限位管、浮子杆和浮子,所述浮子设置在所述浮子杆末端,所述浮子限位管用于对所述浮子杆进行限位,当所述料液未喷射完之前,所述浮子处在高位,所述微动开关常开,当所述料液喷射完后,所述浮子的高度下降,所述浮子杆带动所述微动开关断开。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的电子烟花喷射装置,其特征在于,所述料液还包括植物淀粉和/或有机荧光颜料。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的电子烟花喷射装置,其特征在于,所述LED灯包括单色或全彩LED灯。
  9. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的电子烟花喷射装置,其特征在于,还包括驱动电机,所述驱动电机与所述喷射管和/或所述喷头盖电连接,所述驱动电机用于驱动所述喷射管和/或所述喷头盖摇晃。
  10. 一种电子烟花喷射系统,其特征在于,包括多个如权利要求5至9中任一项所述的电子烟花喷射装置,多个所述电子烟花喷射装置通过连接管连通。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电子烟花喷射系统,其特征在于,多个所述电子烟花喷射装置按约定的顺序连接,前一个所述电子烟花喷射装置的输出管和后一个所述电子烟花喷射装置的输入管连接,第一个所述电子烟花喷射装置的输入管密封,最后一个所述电子烟花喷射装置的输出管密封。
