Description

SELF FOLDING 3-DIMENSIONAL ADVERTISEMENT OBJECT IN PRODUCT FORM AND A METHOD FOR FOLDING
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to advertisement objects intended to be used for advertising and exhibition purposes to be used in markets, supermarkets, stores, exhibitions, product display areas, event locations and such.
The invention in particular relates to self folding 3-dimensional advertisement objects, having enlarged scale forms identical to that of products, by being faithful to the original form of any kind of product used in retail sector (beverage bottles, cosmetics, cleaning products etc.), intended to be used for advertisement and display purposes in markets, supermarkets, expositions, product display areas, activity areas and similar places.
STATE OF THE ART Advertising is introduction of various goods, products and services by means of media such as television, newspapers, radio, billboards, magazines, movies and internet.
Various advertising tools are used in the state of the art. The product advertising images used for advertising purposes are designed and manufactured in the form of posters, banners, elliptics in order to advertise the desired product. These products only contain visual imagery and texts on a single side or on both sides, are visually simple, does not contain the features of the products that is advertised, have poor attraction, and more importantly, does not possess the specific 3-dimensional form features of the product that is advertised.
3-dimensional advertisement objects that are used in the state of the art for advertisement purposes are made of metal, plastic, wood or styrofoam.
Since the 3-dimensional advertisement objects are made of metal, plastic, wood, styrofoam, these objects are heavy, monolithic, and therefore difficult and expensive to transport, stockpile, move and displace. In addition, the cost is higher compared to cardboard and derivative materials depending on the type of material used.
There are some references in the national and international patent literature regarding foldable 3-dimensional advertisement objects.
The national application no. TR201408814 relates to a mobile transport device developed for use in various areas such as shopping centers, hotels, land-airline transport companies, meetings, symposia, and especially expositions. The characteristic of the transport device is that it comprises a carrier part whose outer portion can be used as an advertising surface, which has a folding structure and which is formed by bending a flat cardboard; a cardboard pull part integrated with the mentioned carrier part or connected to the carrier part as a separate piece, which may be used as advertising space; and a movement mechanism which is positioned in the bottom part of the carrier part, thereby imparting mobility to the conveying device.

Therefore, the aforementioned problems and lack of a solution have made it necessary to make a development in the related technical field.
PURPOSE OF INVENTION
The invention aims to solve all the problems mentioned above, eliminate all disadvantages and bring additional advantages to the structure.
The purpose of the invention is to display the advertised product in 3-D self-folding form in its own unique form. To accomplish this purpose, cardboard pieces that form a 3-dimensional product form were used, which can be folded and unfolded by moving from cutting and folding places, with the support of materials used in the internal mechanism of product forms created with special drawings.
With the invention, an easy to move, transport and stockpile structure is developed with an easy to install, practical and amd lightweight structure.
With the invention, the cost was reduced due to the use of cardboard derivative materials.
With the invention, foldable 3-D advertising objects that can be applied to all product forms can be developed with high-level visuality product advertising presentation thanks to its 3D feature.
The structural and characteristic features and operating principles and all advantages of the invention will be understood more clearly through the following figures and the detailed explanation written with reference to these figures. Therefore, the evaluation should be based on these figures and the detailed description.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
3-dimensional advertisement object (1 ) is a foldable structure having enlarged scale forms identical to that of products, by being faithful to the original form of any kind of product used in retail sector (beverage bottles, cosmetics, cleaning products etc.), comprising, in its most general state, surface form parts (100) and layers (4) formed by combining these surface form parts (100), and it is kept in static equilibrium by using an elastic element (2) and a tension (3).
The 3-dimensional advertisement object (1 ) is a foldable and partially elastic structure comprising layers (4) formed by combining 2 Surface form parts (100).
The surface form part (100) is a foldable structure based on its geometry and have a bendable wavy form, and in its most general state, comprise folding connection lug (1 10), folding inner lug (120) and an inter-layer connection surface (130).
The center point (5) is the point that is assumed to be at the center of the inter layer connection surface (130).
The foldable connecting lug (1 10) is the structure that allows 2 surface form parts (100) to be connected, and also allows the layer (4) to fold and unfold. There are 12 foldable connecting ear (1 10) and they surround the surface form part (100) at 30° intervals, with the center point (5) being the reference. It comprises foldable connecting lug (1 10), side fixing slot (1 1 1 ), center fixing slot (1 12) and the curve edge (1 13). The side fixing slot (1 1 1 ) is the slot through which the elastic element (2) passes. The middle fixing slot (112) is the slot in which the tension (3) is attached. The curving edge (1 13) is the edge that can be curled with a partial rotational motion of 90° to ensure that the joining surfaces of one lower foldable connecting lug (110) and one top foldable connecting lug (1 10) are in contact with each other.
Foldable inner lug (120) is a structure comprising 2 triangular surfaces located between 2 foldable connecting lugs (1 10), standing at angles to each other and separated from each other by the folding edge (121 ). Foldable inner lugs (120) are folded from the folding edges (121 ) and the elasticity of the elastic element (2) allows the foldable connecting lugs (1 10) to merge.
The elastic element (2) secures the foldable connecting lugs (1 10) laterally and also allows the surface form part (100) to be folded and unfolded like a fan from the foldable inner lugs (120) due to its elasticity. The elastic element (2) is made of rubber.
The layer (4) is the structure formed by combining 2 surface form parts (100) with foldable connecting ears (1 10) along the y axis.
The tension (3) is the structure that passes through the middle fixing slot (1 12) at 90° intervals, allowing the layer (4) to remain sta tically stable and take form. The tensioner (3) is the structure comprising at least 4 hooks.
The inter-layer connection surface (130) is the surface where 2 layers (4) meet in contact bottom to bottom along the Y axis. The connection between 2 layers is established by means of adhesing technique by applying glue etc. between the inter-layer connection surfaces (130).
Installation of 3-D advertisement object (1 ) is described in the following articles:
• The surface form part (100) introduced on the xz plane, shown in Figure 1 , is vertical with a partial rotation of 90° until it becomes perpendicular to the y axis, perpendicular to the xz plane, in the direction of diameter and towards the center point (5), with reference to the assumed center point (5) where it is located in the center of the inter-layer joining surface (130).
• The folding connection lugs (1 10), which become vertical in Figure 2, are brought partially horizontal with 90° partial rotat ion, with the curve edges (1 13) is the axis of rotation, until they are perpendicular to the y axis; parallel to the xz plane. While in this position, as shown in Figure 3, the other surface form part (100) contacts each other in the direction of the y axis, concentrically with the center point (5) being the reference after it is curled as indicated in the upper article.
· The elastic element (2) is passed along the perimeter, with reference to the center point (5), to the side fixing slots (1 1 1 ) that become concentric as a result of this contact. As a result of this contact, tensions (3) are attached to the central connection slots (1 12) which become concentric at 90° intervals and supported by elastic Elements (2). (See Figure 4) thus the layer (4) is formed by combining 2 surface form parts (100) along the y axis. These layers (4) are combined according to the geometry of the 3-dimensional advertisement object (1 ), creating the 3-dimensional advertisement object (1 ). (See Figure 5)
When force is applied to the 3-dimensional advertisement object (1 ) along the y axis, the 3-dimensional advertisement object (1 ) becomes contracted and compact when the folding connecting lugs (1 10) bend with the curve edge (1 13) towards the center point (5) along the diameter, with the center point (5) being the reference, and the folding inner lugs (120), the folding edge (121 ) being the reference, open. (See Figure 6 and Figure 7)

Claims

1. A 3-dimensional advertisement object (1 ) intended to be used for advertisement and display purposes, which can be formed based on the original forms of all kinds of products used in the retail sector, characterized in comprising;
• a surface form part (100) with foldable indented surface form, able to be folded due to its special geometry,
• a layer (4) which is formed by combining the mentioned 2 surface form parts (100), which is compressed along the y axis, due to the force exerted along the y axis, and due to this compression, which allows the 3-dimensional advertisement object (1 ) to become compact,
• an inter-layer connection surface (130) that allows 2 layers (4) to be joined along the y axis,
• a center point (5) which is assumed to be located in the center of the mentioned inter-layer connection surface (130),
• a foldable connecting ear (1 10), which allows connection of 2 surface form parts (100) and also allows the folding and unfolding of the mentioned layer (4), which can be bent along the diameter and towards the center point (5) with the force applied in the direction of the y axis (5), with reference to the center point (5),
• a foldable inner lug (120), which can be folded and unfolded between the 2 foldable connecting lugs (1 10), which is introduced at an angle with respect to each other and can be separated from each other by the folding edge (121 ), with the force applied in the direction of the y axis with reference to the folding edge (121 ),
• an elastic element (2) which allows the mentioned surface form part (100) to be folded and unfolded from the mentioned foldable inner lugs (120) due to its elasticity, while at the same time, fastening the mentioned foldable connection lugs (1 10) laterally,
• a curve edge (113) which can be curled in order to allow the connection surfaces of one lower mentioned foldable connection lug (1 10) and one upper mentioned foldable connection lug (1 10) to get into contact along the y axis, which allows the mentioned foldable connection lug (1 10) to be curled towards the center point (5) along the diameter, having the center point as reference, upon the force exerted along the y axis.
2 The 3-dimensional advertisement object (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises a middle fixing slot (1 12) to which the mentioned tension (3) is attached.
3 The 3-dimensional advertisement object (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises a side fixing slot (1 11 ) which allows the mentioned elastic element (2) to encircle the mentioned foldable connection lugs (1 10) with respect to the center point (5).
4 The 3-dimensional advertisement object (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the mentioned folding connection lug (1 10), 12 of which are available, encircles the mentioned surface form part (100), having the center point (5) as reference, at 30° intervals .
5 The 3-dimensional advertisement object (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises a tension (3) which allows the mentioned layer (4) to be maintained at statical equilibrium and get into form.
6 The 3-dimensional advertisement object (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the mentioned tension (3) is a structure which is attached to the mentioned middle fixing slot (1 12) at 90° intervals and formed by connecting the mentioned elastic element (2) with tension by means of 4 hooks between 2 hooks.
7 The 3-dimensional advertisement object (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; the mentioned elastic element (2) is rubber.
8 A folding method for a 3-dimensional advertisement object (1 ) intended to be used for advertisement and display purposes, which can be formed based on the original forms of all kinds of products used in the retail sector, characterized in comprising the process steps of:
• applying force on the mentioned 3-dimensional advertising object (1 ) along the -y axis, • upon the applied force along the -y axis, bending of the folding connection lugs (1 10) of the surface form parts (100) on each mentioned layer (4), having the mentioned center point (5) as the reference, along the diameter, towards the mentioned center point (5), with the mentioned curve edges (1 13),
• unfolding of the said foldable inner ears (120), with the said folding edge (121 ) being the reference,
• compressing the mentioned layers (4) by being folded on top of each other along the -y direction,
• the mentioned 3-dimensional advertisement object (1 ) becoming compact.
