The invention relates to the field of construction. A building is constructed form large prefabricated blocks. Precipitation collectors in the form of special containers and wind farms are installed on the roof of the building. All utility systems including stair flights are arranged outside the building on recessed balconies. The invention provides the building with its own electrical energy and technical water supplies and improves its comfort and safety.
