Abstract

The device for extracting feed is equipped with a feed scraping device, a cylindrical milling cutter with teeth on the perimeter and a feed conveyor in the form of a flexible band. The constant frame (1) of the device contains mechanical couplers (8) and electrical plugs (9) for a separable connection with the device (10) for mixing, transporting and feeding, as well as vertical guiding devices (4), where in the upper parts there is a pivoting and sliding scraping device (2) for feed (3) with an opening winch (11) and a lifting- closing winch (12), and at the bottom of the guiding devices (4) below the scraping device (2), there is rotatably and slidingly mounted, coupled with the scraping device (2), cylindrical milling cutter (5) with teeth on the perimeter, wherein the roller device (7) for the conveyor (6) of the feed (3) is placed on the frame (1).

Description

Device for extracting feed
The subject of the invention is a device for extracting feed including a feed scraping device, a cylindrical milling cutter with teeth on perimeter and a feed conveyor in the form of a flexible band.
Feeder wagons with cooperating devices for extracting feed are widely known. The feed that is stored in the so-called horizontal silage is extracted from them, mixed, and then transferred to cattle in the form of a compound feed on the feed table. The solutions used to collect feed combined with a feeder wagon differ significantly in some cases. The disadvantages of known solutions for feeder wagons equipped with devices for extracting feed are the large sizes of the devices and the use of only one type of device for extracting feed.
Attaching the device for extracting feed to the feeder wagon increases the size of the solution compared to the size of the feeder wagons, enabling easy maneuvering to the feeding site in narrow corridors, which leads to the reconstruction of the existing farm infrastructure.
The inseparable connection of the device for extracting feed to the feeder wagon forces the use of only one type of separating device, which is not an optimal solution for the problem of extracting different types of feed such as loose and fibrous feed.
A feeder wagon, known from the description of the protective utility model PL.70852, is equipped with a cylindrical milling cutter with teeth on the perimeter and separately driven wheels. The lower end of the flexible band is permanently connected to the supporting frame of the cylindrical milling cutter with the teeth on the perimeter, from the milling cutter side, and the other end of the flexible band is permanently connected to the feed container. The rotary chassis of the wagon has individually driven wheels and support wheels perpendicular to them. The wagon also has a locking bracket that blocks the feed container.
The disadvantage of the PL.70852 solution is the size of the machine in the position of mixing feed ingredients, which allows maneuvering in corridors, but forces a large passage height. In addition, the solution has only one type of separating device which does not include optimal solution for extracting different types of feed. The method and apparatus for determining the homogeneity of a compound feed is known from the German patent DE102010033886, in which the cylindrical milling cutter mills the feed along the cutting line (S) in the silage and the conveyor belt delivers the feed through the channel to the mixing vessel.
A feed mixing device, known from the German patent DE 102011051833, includes a feed mixer additionally equipped with a removing device which is a cutting plate, for removing raw material from a flat silage, the removing device being a loading shovel.
The disadvantages of the solutions presented in DE102010033886 and DE102011051833 are the large size of the machine, preventing maneuvering in narrow corridors, and the use of only one separating device in the form of a cylindrical milling device or cutting plate that does not ensure optimal extraction of all types of feed.
The purpose of the invention is to introduce a new solution that will eliminate the disadvantages of the prior art by introducing a device for extracting feed allowing for the replacement of a removing device, proper for a given type of collected material, by a separable connection of the device for extracting feed with a feeder wagon, where the separable connection significantly improves the maneuverability of the feeder wagon in narrow corridors leading to the feeding place, and does not force a large passage height.
The device for extracting feed, according to the invention, consists of a constant frame, in which mechanical couplers and electrical plugs are placed for a separable connection with the mixing, transporting and feeding device, which are preferably located on the rear side of the frame.
The frame also includes guiding devices, in the upper part of which the feed scraping device is pivoted and slid, with an opening winch and a lifting-closing winch. In the lower part of the guiding devices, below the scraping device, a cylindrical milling cutter with teeth on the perimeter is rotatably and slidingly mounted, coupled to the scraping device. The roller device of the feed conveyor is placed on the frame. As a scraping device, the device includes a scoop with an opening winch and a lifting-closing winch. To prevent feed jams, the scoop is equipped with a flexible shelf or pivoting shelf with a spring. In this arrangement, one end of the feed conveyor is connected to the shelf, and the other end of the feed conveyor is connected to a roller device, where the roller device is preferably located at the shelf. The scoop is preferably equipped with movable cutting knives. In a variant solution, the device includes a gripper as a scraping device. In another variant of the device, the cylindrical milling cutter is connected to a sliding winch in the guiding devices of the device, with one end of the feed conveyor connected to the milling cutter and the other end of the conveyor connected to the roller device. The roller device is preferably located at the milling cutter. In the device, according to the invention, the frame includes a support leg or driving wheels for towing by a tractor. The device is powered from the mains and / or battery and / or a device for mixing, transporting and feeding.
The solution, according to the invention, makes it possible to efficiently extract feed of various species and in various forms, e.g. from silage and maize blocks, from silage bales, straw and hay, loose materials and potatoes, made possible by easily adjusting the removing device to various types of feed. The device, according to the invention, has unexpectedly created, due to the separable connection with the device for mixing, transporting and feeding, a very important possibility of flexible, alternating operation of two devices for mixing, transporting and feeding, with the simultaneous possibility of recharging the batteries.

Fig. 1 shows the device equipped with a scraping device in the form of a scoop and the milling cutter and feed conveyor, Fig. 2 the device equipped only with the milling cutter and the feed conveyor, Fig 3 the device equipped with the scoop with flexible shelf and feed conveyor, Fig 4 a device equipped with the scoop with pivoting shelf with a spring and the feed conveyor, Fig 5 a device equipped with the scoop with cutting knives and the feed conveyor, Fig 6 the device equipped only with gripper and feed conveyor.
The device for extracting feed is made of a constant frame, in which mechanical couplers 8 and electrical plugs 9 are placed for a separable connection with the device 10 for mixing, transporting and feeding, as well as vertical guiding devices 4. In the upper part of the guiding devices 4 there is a pivoting and sliding scoop 13 with an opening winch 11 and a lifting-closing winch 12. In the lower part of the guiding devices 4, below the scraping device 2, there is rotatably and slidably mounted, coupled to the scraping device 2, cylindrical milling cutter 5 with teeth on the perimeter. The roller 7 device for the feed 3 conveyor 6 is located on the frame 1. Mechanical couplers 8 and electrical plugs 9, for a separable connection with the device 10 for mixing, transporting and feeding, are located on the rear side of the frame 1.
During feed 3 extracting, the scoop 13 together with the milling cutter 5 are lifted down. The activation of the winch 12 closes the scoop 13. The closing movement smoothly moves into the lifting movement of the whole set when the scoop 13 closes.
When the scoop is closed, feed 3 is removed from the bale or pile. After removing, the feed 3 is drawn into the conveyor 6 through the milling cutter 5. When the feed 3 is taken up, scoop 13 cooperates with the cylindrical milling cutter 5 distributing the feed 3 into the conveyor 6, which during the lifting of the scraping device is rolled up by the roller device 7 and the feed 3 pours to the feed container of the device 10 for mixing, transport and feeding. A flexible shelf 16 is attached to the scoop 13, which prevents the feed 3 from being blocked in the scoop 13. One end of the feed conveyor 6 is then connected to the shelf 16, and the other end of the conveyor 6 is connected to the roller device 7. The roller devie 7 is located at the shelf 16. In another embodiment, the scoop 13 has a pivoting shelf 17 with a spring 18. In another embodiment, the scoop 1 is equipped with movable cutting knives 19. In yet another embodiment, the gripper 14 is used as the scraping device 2.
When the feed is picked up only by the milling cutter 5, the cylindrical milling cutter 5 with teeth on the perimeter, rotatably and slidably positioned in the guiding devices 4, has a lifting winch 20, whereby one end of the feed 3 conveyor 6 is connected to the milling cutter 5 and the other end of the conveyor 6 is connected with roller device 7. The roller device 7 is located at the milling cutter 5. The milling cutter 5 moves from the lower to upper position of the feed stack 3, cuts the material contained in it and transfers it to the conveyor 6, which rolls and lifts up feed 3 to the device 10 for mixing, transporting and feeding. The device, according to the invention, has a support leg and moves, when combined, with the device 10 for mixing, transporting and feeding.

Patent claims
1. A device for extracting feed equipped with a feed scraping device, a cylindrical milling cutter with teeth on the perimeter and a feed conveyor in the form of a flexible band, characterised in that, the frame (1) of the device contains mechanical couplers (8) and electrical plugs (9) for a separable connection with a device (10) for mixing, transporting and feeding and vertical guiding devices (4), in which the upper part pivots and slides the scraping device (3) with opening winch (11) and lifting - closing winch (12), whereas in the lower part of the guiding devices (4), below the scraping device (2), there is rotatably and slideably mounted, coupled with the scraping device (2), cylindrical milling cutter (5) with teeth on the perimeter, wherein the feed (3) conveyor (6) roller device (7) is placed on the frame (1).
2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the mechanical couplers (8) and electrical plugs (9) for a separable connection with the device (10) for mixing, transporting and feeding are preferably located on the rear side of the frame (1).
3. The device according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a scoop (13) as the scraping device (2).
4. The device according to claim 3, wherein the scoop (13) comprises a flexible shelf (16).
5. The device according to claim 3, wherein the scoop (13) comprises a pivoting shelf (17) with a spring (18).
6. The device according to claim 4 or 5 wherein one end of the feed (3) conveyor (6) is connected to the shelf (16, 17) and the other end of the conveyor (6) is connected to the roller device (7),
7. The device according to claim 6, wherein the roller device (7) is preferably located at the shelf (16, 17).
8. The device according to claim 3 wherein the scoop (13) is preferably equipped with movable cutting knives (19).
9. The device according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a gripper (14) as the scraping device (2).
10. The device according to claim 1, wherein the cylindrical milling cutter (5) has a winch (20) for sliding in the guiding devices (4) of the device, wherein one end of the feed (3) conveyor (6) being connected to the milling cutter (5) and the other end of the conveyor (6) ) is connected to the roller mechanism (7).
11. The device according to claim 10, wherein the roller mechanism (7) is preferably located at the milling cutter (5).
12. The device according to claim 1 wherein the frame (1) has a support leg or driving wheels (15).
13. The device according to claim 1 , wherein it is powered from the mains and / or battery and / or device (10) for mixing, transporting and feeding.
