Abstract

나노프린팅장치를 이용한 라만 분광장치는 나노프린팅장치로부터 프린팅되는 나노스케일의 나노 구조물에 대해 라만 분광을 수행할 수 있도록 마련된다. 라만분광장치는 나노구조체에 조사되는 레이저를 발생시키는 레이저광원과, 나노구조체에 의해 산란된 광으로부터 분광학적 정보를 수집하는 라만 디텍터를 포함한다.
