Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication additive permettant de former un article de protection de structure sous-marine (20), le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : utiliser une pluralité de matériaux polymères réactifs, fournir les matériaux polymères réactifs à un appareil de distribution pour un étalonnage de pourcentage de poids relatif et pour le transport desdits matériaux polymères réactifs étalonnés vers une tête de mélange, mélanger les matériaux polymères réactifs pour produire un support d'impression polymère thermodurci mélangé, et distribuer le support d'impression à travers une buse vers une surface de table. Dans cette relation, la surface de table et la buse subissent une séquence de mouvements relatifs pour constituer un article tridimensionnel. En outre, un ou plusieurs des matériaux polymères réactifs sont dégazés avant le mélange.
