The work area designation unit 51 is an area of the work areas of the first worker that requests sharing of work information from a first worker who wants to share work information among the plurality of workers A, B, and C. The first work area (shared area) is designated.
The work area specifying unit 52 is a second work in which a second worker who is a worker different from the first worker among the plurality of workers at least partially overlaps the designated first work area Identify the area.
The inquiry unit 53 inquires whether the second worker is allowed to share the work information with the first worker.
The sharing unit 54 allows the first worker to view at least a part of the work information in the second work area when the second worker permits sharing of the work information with the first worker, and The second worker is permitted to view at least a part of the work information in the first work area.
7A and 7B are sequence diagrams for explaining the operation of the work information management system 1.
Here, the operation of the work information management system 1 when the worker A designates the work area A2 as a sharing target area and makes a sharing request will be described.
Although not shown, the worker A operates the worker terminal 2A to open the home page provided by the management server 3 and perform a login operation. As a result, the management server 3 (work area designation unit 51 of the management server 3) transmits the Web page dedicated to the worker A to the worker terminal 2A, so that the Web page dedicated to the worker A is displayed on the display of the worker terminal 2A. 22 is displayed.
The worker A makes a sharing request by designating the work area A2 as a sharing target area on this dedicated Web page. As a result, as shown in FIG. 7A, the sharing request command including the work area ID of the work area A2 is transmitted from the worker terminal 2A to the management server 3 (step S1).
When the management server 3 (work area specifying unit 52 of the management server 3) receives this sharing request command, it performs a data writing process to the sharing request status table 43 (step S2).
Specifically, the management server 3 first identifies, from among workers other than the request request source, a region that at least partially overlaps the sharing target region as a reference region, and identifies the worker who worked on the reference region. Identify. In this example, since the request requester is the worker A and the sharing target area is A2, the management server 3 uses the work areas B1, C1, and C2 that at least partially overlap with the area A2 as the reference area. Identify. Further, the management server 3 specifies the worker B as a worker who has worked on the reference area B1, and specifies the worker C as a worker who has worked on the reference areas C1 and C2.
Then, as illustrated in FIG. 6B, the management server 3 sets an ID of the sharing target area (A2 in this example), a request requester ID (A in this example), and a request in the sharing request state table 43. The ID of the request destination (B, C in this example), the request request date, and the request expiration date are stored.
After that, when the worker B operates the worker terminal 2B to open the home page provided by the management server 3 and then performs a login operation (step S3), the management server 3 is shared. It is determined whether the worker B is registered as a request request destination in the request status table 43 (step S4).
In this example, as shown in FIG. 6B, the worker B is registered as a request request destination in the sharing request status table 43. Therefore, since an affirmative determination is made in step S4 (step S4: YES), the management server 3 (the inquiry unit 53 of the management server 3) shares the work information with the worker A who requested the request to the worker B. An inquiry Web page for inquiring whether to permit is created and transmitted (step S5).
Although not shown, when the worker B is not registered as a request request destination in the sharing request status table 43 (step S4: NO), the management server 3 displays a normal Web page dedicated to the worker B. It is created and transmitted to the worker terminal 2B.
Upon receiving the inquiry Web page, the worker terminal 2B displays the inquiry screen (step S6). FIG. 8 shows an example of the inquiry screen 101 displayed on the worker terminal 2B. On the inquiry screen 101, a work area A2, which is a sharing target area, and a work area B1 in which the worker B has worked are displayed in an overlapping state. Further, on the inquiry screen 101, a message indicating that a sharing request has been made by the worker A who is the request requester, and an OK button 102 and a NO button 103 for selecting whether to permit or reject the sharing request. , And a send button 104 are displayed. The OK button 102 is selected to allow the sharing request, and the NO button 103 is selected to reject the sharing request.
The worker B selects one of the OK button 102 and the NO button 103, and then presses the send button 104. When the send button 104 is pressed (step S7), the permission/rejection selection result is sent to the management server 3 (step S8).
When the management server 3 receives the selection result of permission/rejection from the worker terminal 2B, the management server 3 performs a table update process according to the selection result (step S9).
Here, it is assumed that the selection result is permission. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5B, the management server 3 (sharing unit 54 of the management server 3) sets the reference authority item corresponding to the work area A2 in the edit/reference authority table 42 to the worker B. The ID of the worker A is written in the reference authority item corresponding to the work area B1. Further, the management server 3 deletes B from the ID of the request request destination for the work area A2 in the sharing request status table 43 of FIG. 6B. As a result, the contents of the sharing request status table 43 change as shown in FIG. 6C.
As a result, the worker A is given the authority to browse the work information in the work area B1, and at the same time, the worker B is given the authority to browse the work information in the work area A2.
The management server 3 transmits the Web page dedicated to the worker B, which reflects the content of the updated editing/reference authority table 42 (the updated reference authority) to the worker terminal (step S10). Accordingly, the worker B can browse the work information in the work area A2 on the Web page dedicated to the worker B.
Further, the management server 3, when transmitting the Web page dedicated to the worker A to the worker A, reflects the content of the updated editing/reference authority table 42 (the updated reference authority). A Web page dedicated to A is transmitted to the worker terminal. Thereby, the worker A can browse the work information in the work area B1 on the Web page dedicated to the worker A.
If the selection result is rejection, the management server 3 does not update the contents of the edit/reference authority table 42, and requests the requesting destination of the work area A2 of the sharing request status table 43 of FIG. 6B. Delete B from the ID.
Further, as shown in FIG. 7B, when the worker C thereafter operates the worker terminal 2C to open the home page provided by the management server 3 and then performs a login operation (step S11). ), the management server 3 determines whether or not the worker C is registered as a request request destination in the sharing request state table 43 (step S12).
In this example, as shown in FIG. 6C, the worker C is registered in the sharing request status table 43 as a request request destination. Therefore, since an affirmative decision is made in step S12 (step S12: YES), the management server 3 (inquiry section 53 of the management server 3) shares the work information with the worker C who made the request request to the worker C. An inquiry Web page for inquiring whether to permit is created and transmitted (step S13).
Although not shown, when the worker C is not registered as a request request destination in the sharing request status table 43 (step S12: NO), the management server 3 displays a normal Web page dedicated to the worker C. It is created and transmitted to the worker terminal 2C.
Upon receiving the inquiry Web page, the worker terminal 2C displays the inquiry screen (step S14). An example of the inquiry screen 111 displayed on the worker terminal 2C is shown in FIG.
On the inquiry screen 111, the work area A2, which is the sharing target area, and the work areas C1 and C2 in which the worker C worked are displayed in an overlapping state. Further, in the inquiry screen 111, a message indicating that there is a sharing request from the worker A, who is the request requester, to the work area C1 and OK for selecting whether to permit or reject the sharing request Button 112 and NO button 113 are displayed. Further, in the inquiry screen 111, a message indicating that there is a sharing request from the worker A, who is the request requesting source, to the work area C2, and OK for selecting whether to permit or reject the sharing request Button 115 and NO button 116 are displayed. Further, a send button 117 is displayed on the inquiry screen 111.
The worker C selects one of the OK button 112 and the NO button 113 for the work area C1. Further, the worker C selects one of the OK button 115 and the NO button 116 for the work area C2. Then, the worker C presses the send button 117. When the send button 117 is pressed (step S15), the selection result of permission/rejection for the work area C1 and the selection result of permission/rejection for the work area C2 are transmitted to the management server 3 (step S16).
When the management server 3 receives the selection result of permission/rejection from the worker terminal 2C, the management server 3 performs a table update process according to the selection result (step S17).
Here, it is assumed that the selection result for the work area C1 is rejection and the selection result for the work area C2 is permission. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5C, the management server 3 (sharing unit 54 of the management server 3) selects the worker C in the reference authority item corresponding to the work area A2 in the editing/reference authority table 42. The ID of the worker A is written in the item of reference authority corresponding to the work area C2. Further, the management server 3 deletes C from the ID of the request request destination for the work area A2 in the sharing request status table 43 of FIG. 6C. As a result, the content of the sharing request status table 43 changes as shown in FIG. 6D.
As a result, the worker A is given the authority to browse the work information in the work area C2, and at the same time, the worker C is given the authority to browse the work information in the work area A2.
The management server 3 transmits the Web page dedicated to the worker C, which reflects the content of the updated editing/reference authority table 42 (updated reference authority) to the worker terminal (step S18). Thereby, the worker C can browse the work information of the work area A2 on the Web page dedicated to the worker C.
Further, the management server 3, when transmitting the Web page dedicated to the worker A to the worker A, reflects the content of the updated editing/reference authority table 42 (the updated reference authority). A Web page dedicated to A is transmitted to the worker terminal. Thereby, the worker A can browse the work information of the work areas B1 and C2 on the Web page dedicated to the worker A.
If both the selection result for the work area C1 and the selection result for the work area C2 are permitted, the management server 3 sets the reference authority item corresponding to the work area A2 in the editing/reference authority table 42 as follows. The ID of the worker C is written, and the ID of the worker A is written in the item of reference authority corresponding to the work areas C1 and C2. Further, the management server 3 deletes C from the ID of the request request destination for the work area A2 in the sharing request status table 43 of FIG. 6C.
If both the selection result for the work area C1 and the selection result for the work area C2 are rejects, the management server 3 does not update the contents of the editing/reference authority table 42 and requests the sharing of FIG. 6C. C is deleted from the ID of the request request destination for the work area A2 in the state table 43.
The data in the sharing request status table 43 created in step S2 is deleted when the expiration date expires, regardless of the presence or absence of subsequent updates.
According to the above-described embodiment, when different workers perform work in different periods in at least a part of overlapping areas, sharing of work information between different workers is subject to agreement between the workers. However, a worker who is given reference authority to a certain work area may be allowed to view only a part of the work information of the work area. That is, the work information that can be browsed by the reference authority may be restricted.
The limitation on the work information that can be browsed may be set on the management server 3 side. Further, such a restriction on the work information that can be browsed may be set by a certain worker when a certain worker requests sharing of the work information. In this case, the sharing request source worker can set the limitation content for each sharing request.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, each worker terminal 2A, 2B, 2C is composed of a personal computer (PC), but each worker terminal 2A, 2B, 2C may be composed of a smartphone. ..
