Description

一种手握式肌肉按摩器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种按摩器,特别是指一种握持方式独特,并具有新颖散热结构的按摩器。
背景技术
按摩器是一种根据物理学,仿生学,生物电学、医学以及多年临床实践而研制开发出的新一代保健按摩器材。其利用若干个独立软触按摩头,可达到放松肌肉、舒缓神经、促进血液循环、加强细胞新陈代谢、增强皮肤弹性的作用,同时其还可以缓解疲劳、明显减轻各种慢性疼痛、急性疼痛和肌肉酸痛,放松身体减轻压力,减少皮肤皱纹。尤其在人们完成大强度的肌肉训练后,通过按摩器的按摩能够极大缓解人体肌肉酸痛,修复肌肉损伤。
在众多按摩器的产品中尤其以手持式按摩器应用的最为广泛,如图1-2所示,为两种比较典型的手持式按摩器。
图1所示的手持式按摩器,其主要包括本体1以及握柄2,按摩头3设置在本体1前端,电机、电池以及其它部件集中装配在本体1中,使用的时候,使用者手握握柄2,将按摩头3顶压在人体上进行按摩,图1所示的手持式按摩器其在使用的时候还存在着诸多的缺点,现在分别叙述如下,首先,由于使用的时候使用者只能够单手手握握柄2进行把持按摩,所以必然存在着把持、按压力度不足,进而影响按摩效果的情况,其次,由于这类按摩器,其主要部件都集中设置在本体1中,而本体1中又没有相关的散热结构,所以在长时间使用的时候经常会发生产品过热的情况,进而影响产品寿命以及使用感受。
图2所示为一种简易式手持式按摩器,其握柄4与本体5连接形成一整体,其同样存在上述把持、按压力度不足按摩效果不佳以及散热效果不理想的缺点。
在这里值得强调的是,为了克服按摩器散热不佳的缺点,传统的手持式按摩器会在其本体、握柄处开设散热孔以达到通风散热的作用,但是实践中多数健身人群会选择在剧烈运动后利用按摩器对肌肉群进行按摩放松,此时,使用者体表以及手掌部位会残留大量的汗水,使用者的汗水经常会通过散热孔进入到按摩器中,进而会污染按摩器内部的电机、线圈、控制板等电子部件,进而发生短路、烧毁等故障,同时存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明提供一种手握式肌肉按摩器,其包括本体、按摩头以及驱动杆,该本体具有内腔以及开口,该开口连通设置在该内腔一端,在该开口处形成一散热气流通道,本发明将该散热气流通道设置在该本体前端,能够防止汗水通过散热孔进入到按摩器中,污染按摩器内部的电机、线圈、控制板等电子部件情况的发生,避免出现短路、烧毁等故障,同时消除安全隐患,而此是为本发明的主要目的。

本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种手握式肌肉按摩器,其包括按摩本体、按摩头、主握手柄以及副握手柄,其中,该按摩本体具有按摩头装配端以及手柄连接端,该按摩头装配在该按摩头装配端中,该主握手柄以及该副握手柄同时连接在该手柄连接端上,该按摩本体、该主握手柄以及该副握手柄连接形成一整体,在该按摩本体、该主握手柄以及该副握手柄三者连接交汇位置形成一平滑按压把持面,使用者能够把持在该平滑按压把持面上进行下压按摩。

本发明的有益效果为:本发明使用的时候,使用者双手同时把持该主握手柄以及该副握手柄并将该按摩头按压在人体上进行按摩,使用者也可以单手把持该主握手柄或该副握手柄进行按摩,同时,使用者能够把持在该平滑按压把持面上进行下压按摩,使用者也能够单手按压在该平滑按压把持面上进行下压按摩,本发明通过该平滑按压把持面的设计理念,避免了传统按摩器后端后凸台的结构设计,能够使使用者的手掌舒适的按压在按摩器后部,在提升使用感受的同时,方便使用者施力,提升按摩效果。
另外,本发明通过该活塞式运动头的往复运动将外部空气从该运动敞口处吸入该通风散热通路中,而后该外部空气在该通风散热通路中吸热后,借助该活塞式运动头的往复运动被从该通风散热通路中泵出,以达到为该通风散热通路中各个部件散热的作用。
同时,本发明在该连杆组件与该活塞式运动头的连接位置具有自适应调节结构间隙,在该驱动电机通过该连杆组件带动该活塞式运动头运动的时候,首先,该驱动电机带动该连杆组件运动,与此同时,该连杆组件带动该活塞式运动头运动,此刻,通过该连杆组件作用在该活塞式运动头上的驱动作用力自行对该自适应调节结构间隙进行调整,使该连杆组件与该活塞式运动头借助该驱动作用力对两者之间的连接位置关系进行自然调节,从而达到使整体传动关系更为平顺,避免出现卡死、硬摩擦发热等情况的发生。

具体实施方式
如图3至10所示,一种手握式肌肉按摩器,其包括按摩本体10、按摩头20、主握手柄30以及副握手柄40。
如图3至4所示,其中,该按摩本体10具有按摩头装配端11以及手柄连接端12。
在具体实施的时候,该按摩头装配端11以及该手柄连接端12分别位于该按摩本体10的前后两端部。
该按摩头20装配在该按摩头装配端11中。
该主握手柄30以及该副握手柄40同时连接在该手柄连接端12上,该按摩本体10、该主握手柄30以及该副握手柄40连接形成一整体。
如图4所示,使用的时候,使用者双手同时把持该主握手柄30以及该副握手柄40并将该按摩头20按压在人体上进行按摩。使用者也可以单手把持该主握手柄30或该副握手柄40进行按摩。
在该按摩本体10、该主握手柄30以及该副握手柄40三者连接交汇位置形成一平滑按压把持面50,使用者能够把持在该平滑按压把持面50上进行下压按摩,使用者也能够单手按压在该平滑按压把持面50上进行下压按摩。
本发明通过该平滑按压把持面50的设计理念,避免了传统按摩器后端后凸台的结构设计,能够使使用者的手掌舒适的按压在按摩器后部,在提升使用感受的同时,方便使用者施力,提升按摩效果。
在该按摩本体10与该主握手柄30之间形成一主夹角51,在该按摩本体10与该副握手柄40之间形成一副夹角52,在该主握手柄30与该副握手柄40之间形成一手柄夹角53。
实践中,可以通过改变定义上述三个夹角的角度,具体定义出产品的整体结构,如下描述一种较佳的实施方式。
该主夹角51大于九十度小于等于一百三十五度,该副夹角52为九十度,该手柄夹角53大于一百三十五度小于等于一百八十度。
在具体实施的时候,该手柄夹角53等于一百八十度,该平滑按压把持面50为直立面,比如,可以为圆柱体的外表面。
如图3至9所示,该手握式肌肉按摩器还包括驱动电机110、活塞式运动头120以及连杆组件130,该按摩本体10具有本体内腔61,该本体内腔61具有一运动敞口62,该主握手柄30具有主握手柄内腔63,该副握手柄40具有副握手柄内腔64。
该本体内腔61、该主握手柄内腔63以及该副握手柄内腔64相互连通形成一通风散热通路。
该驱动电机110、该活塞式运动头120以及该连杆组件130同时设置在该通风散热通路中。
该按摩头20装配在该活塞式运动头120上,该活塞式运动头120处于该运动敞口62中。
该连杆组件130连接在该驱动电机110与该活塞式运动头120之间,该驱动电机110通过该连杆组件130带动该活塞式运动头120在该运动敞口62中高速往复运动。
通过该活塞式运动头120的往复运动将外部空气从该运动敞口62处吸入该通风散热通路中,而后该外部空气在该通风散热通路中吸热后,借助该活塞式运动头120的往复运动被从该通风散热通路中泵出,以达到为该通风散热通路中各个部件散热的作用。
在具体实施的时候,该手握式肌肉按摩器还包括电池组件140,该电池组件140也设置在该通风散热通路中。
在具体实施的时候,该驱动电机110可以设置在该主握手柄内腔63或者该副握手柄内腔64中,该电池组件140也可以设置在该主握手柄内腔63或者该副握手柄内腔64中,该活塞式运动头120以及该连杆组件130设置在该本体内腔61中。
在具体实施的时候,利用该通风散热通路进行通风散热可以通过如下的具体方式进行。
如图5所示,方式一、该运动敞口62同时为该通风散热通路的入气口以及出气口,通过该活塞式运动头120的往复运动将外部空气从该运动敞口62处吸入该通风散热通路中,而后该外部空气在该通风散热通路中吸热后,再次借助该活塞式运动头120的往复运动从该运动敞口62处泵出,以达到为该通风散热通路中各个部件散热的作用。
如图6所示,方式二、该运动敞口62为该通风散热通路的入气口,该通风散热通路具有出气口65,该出气口65设置在该主握手柄30或者该副握手柄40上。
通过该活塞式运动头120的往复运动将外部空气从该运动敞口62处吸入该通风散热通路中,而后该外部空气在该通风散热通路中吸热后,借助该活塞式运动头120的往复运动从该出气口65处泵出,以达到为该通风散热通路中各个部件散热的作用。
在具体实施的时候,该出气口65设置在该副握手柄40顶部,该驱动电机110设置在该副握手柄内腔64中,使该通风散热通路主要对该驱动电机110进行散热。
同时,主线路板111也设置在该副握手柄内腔64中,较佳的实施方式为,该主线路板111设置在该驱动电机110上方,并且固定连接在该出气口65下方。
方式三、该运动敞口62为该通风散热通路的入气口,该通风散热通路具有出气口65,该出气口65同时设置在该主握手柄30以及该副握手柄40上。
通过该活塞式运动头120的往复运动将外部空气从该运动敞口62处吸入该通风散热通路中,而后该外部空气在该通风散热通路中吸热后,借助该活塞式运动头120的往复运动从该出气口65处泵出,以达到为该通风散热通路中各个部件散热的作用。
在具体实施的时候,较佳的实施方式为,该出气口65设置在该副握手柄40顶部,同时,该出气口65也设置在该主握手柄30一侧。
也可以将该出气口65设置在该副握手柄40顶部,同时,该出气口65设置在该主握手柄30底端。
还可以将该出气口65同时设置在该主握手柄30以及该副握手柄40的侧面上。
在方式一、二、三中,该驱动电机110以及该电池组件140可以分别设置在该主握手柄30以及该副握手柄40中,该驱动电机110以及该电池组件140也可以同时设置在该主握手柄30或该副握手柄40中。
如图7至8所示,在具体实施的时候,该连杆组件130连接在该驱动电机110与该活塞式运动头120之间,该驱动电机110通过该连杆组件130带动该活塞式运动头120在该运动敞口62中高速往复运动。
在该连杆组件130与该活塞式运动头120的连接位置具有自适应调节结构间隙200。
在该驱动电机110通过该连杆组件130带动该活塞式运动头120运动的时候,首先,该驱动电机110带动该连杆组件130运动,与此同时,该连杆组件130带动该活塞式运动头120运动,此刻,通过该连杆组件130作用在该活塞式运动头120上的驱动作用力自行对该自适应调节结构间隙200进行调整,使该连杆组件130与该活塞式运动头120借助该驱动作用力对两者之间的连接位置关系进行自然调节,从而达到使整体传动关系更为平顺,避免出现卡死、硬摩擦发热等情况的发生。
实践中,如果不存在该自适应调节结构间隙200则该连杆组件130与该活塞式运动头120必然为锁死固定连接,此刻,如果在装配的时候存在稍许装配误差,则必然会出现由于传动关系不平顺而产生的硬摩的情况,进而产生极大的工作噪音影响使用感受,同时大大降低产品寿命。
在具体实施的时候,该驱动电机110的输出轴上套设有凸轮112,该连杆组件130为一刚性连杆,该刚性连杆一端固定锁定在该凸轮112上,该刚性连杆另外一端枢接在该活塞式运动头120中,该自适应调节结构间隙200处于该刚性连杆与该活塞式运动头120相枢接的位置。
实践中,该活塞式运动头120一端设置有枢接槽121,该刚性连杆插设在该枢接槽121中,枢接螺栓122将该刚性连杆枢接在该枢接槽121中。
该自适应调节结构间隙200同时处于该刚性连杆的顶面与该枢接槽121的槽顶面之间,以及,该刚性连杆的底面与该枢接槽121的槽底面之间。
如图9至10所示,在具体实施的时候,该按摩头20通过可拆卸连接单元300装配在该活塞式运动头120上。
实践中,该按摩头20可以是各种形状的按摩头。
该可拆卸连接单元300包括便插头310,该按摩头20可拆卸的装配在该便插头310上,其中,该按摩头20具有拆卸槽311,该便插头310上环设有若干卡环312。
该便插头310插入该拆卸槽311中的时候,借助若干该卡环312固定该按摩头20与该便插头310的纵向相对位置,使该按摩头20不会从该便插头310上轻易脱落。
沿该便插头310的纵向方向,在该便插头310外表面上凹设有定位槽313,通过该定位槽313能够固定该按摩头20与该便插头310的横向相对位置,使该按摩头20不会在该便插头310上转动,以提升使用感受。
该可拆卸连接单元300还包括连接前嘴320,该便插头310插设在该连接前嘴320中,该连接前嘴320中设置有插入孔321,该便插头310插设在该插入孔321中。
在该便插头310上套设有连接套组件330,该连接套组件330处于该便插头310与该插入孔321之间。

实践中有多种实施方式能够支持该助力吸气排气结构的功能,现在分别描述如下。
如图15所示,该助力吸气排气结构可以为若干扇片531,若干该扇片531分为吸气扇片以及排气扇片,当该驱动杆530向内运动并带动该按摩头520向内运动的时候,吸气扇片能够提升该驱动杆530的吸气效率,当该驱动杆530向外运动并带动该按摩头520向外运动的时候,排气扇片能够提升该驱动杆530的排气效率。
该助力吸气排气结构还可以为翅片结构、叶片结构、凸片结构、凸台结构等等。
该助力吸气排气结构还可以为气流凹槽结构、孔洞结构等等。
在具体实施的时候,该驱动杆530在该内腔511中进行前后往复运动。
在具体实施的时候,由电机550驱动该驱动杆530进行往复运动,也可以由其它驱动装置驱动该驱动杆530,比如,气压、液压缸等等。
在具体实施的时候,电池、控制电路板等部件同时设置在该内腔511中,
在具体实施的时候,有多种实施方式能够形成该散热气流通道600,如图11-14所示。
如图15所示,在具体实施的时候,该驱动杆530前端连接有套筒540,该按摩头520可拆卸的插设在该套筒540中,使用的时候,可以根据需求选择不同的按摩头520插设在该套筒540中以达到不同的按摩效果,该套筒540上开设有排气孔541,当该按摩头520插入该套筒540的过程中,该套筒540中的空气能够通过该排气孔541排出,以方便该按摩头520的安装以及拆卸。

  1. 一种手握式肌肉按摩器,其特征在于:包括按摩本体(10)、按摩头(20)、主握手柄(30)以及副握手柄(40),其中,该按摩本体(10)具有按摩头装配端(11)以及手柄连接端(12),该按摩头(20)装配在该按摩头装配端(11)中,该主握手柄(30)以及该副握手柄(40)同时连接在该手柄连接端(12)上,该按摩本体(10)、该主握手柄(30)以及该副握手柄(40)连接形成一整体,在该按摩本体(10)、该主握手柄(30)以及该副握手柄(40)三者连接交汇位置形成一平滑按压把持面(50),使用者能够把持在该平滑按压把持面(50)上进行下压按摩。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种手握式肌肉按摩器,其特征在于:该手握式肌肉按摩器还包括驱动电机(110)、活塞式运动头(120)以及连杆组件(130),该按摩本体(10)具有本体内腔(61),该本体内腔(61)具有一运动敞口(62),该主握手柄(30)具有主握手柄内腔(63),该副握手柄(40)具有副握手柄内腔(64),该本体内腔(61)、该主握手柄内腔(63)以及该副握手柄内腔(64)相互连通形成一通风散热通路,
    该驱动电机(110)、该活塞式运动头(120)以及该连杆组件(130)同时设置在该通风散热通路中,该按摩头(20)装配在该活塞式运动头(120)上,该活塞式运动头(120)处于该运动敞口(62)中,
    该连杆组件(130)连接在该驱动电机(110)与该活塞式运动头(120)之间,该驱动电机(110)通过该连杆组件(130)带动该活塞式运动头(120)在该运动敞口(62)中往复运动,
    通过该活塞式运动头(120)的往复运动将外部空气从该运动敞口(62)处吸入该通风散热通路中,而后该外部空气在该通风散热通路中吸热后,借助该活塞式运动头(120)的往复运动被从该通风散热通路中泵出。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种手握式肌肉按摩器,其特征在于:该手握式肌肉按摩器还包括电池组件(140),该电池组件(140)也设置在该通风散热通路中。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种手握式肌肉按摩器,其特征在于:该运动敞口(62)同时为该通风散热通路的入气口以及出气口,通过该活塞式运动头(120)的往复运动将外部空气从该运动敞口(62)处吸入该通风散热通路中,而后该外部空气在该通风散热通路中吸热后,再次借助该活塞式运动头(120)的往复运动从该运动敞口(62)处泵出。
  5. 如权利要求2或4所述的一种手握式肌肉按摩器,其特征在于:在该连杆组件(130)与该活塞式运动头(120)的连接位置具有自适应调节结构间隙(200),
    在该驱动电机(110)通过该连杆组件(130)带动该活塞式运动头(120)运动的时候,首先,该驱动电机(110)带动该连杆组件(130)运动,与此同时,该连杆组件(130)带动该活塞式运动头(120)运动,此刻,通过该连杆组件(130)作用在该活塞式运动头(120)上的驱动作用力自行对该自适应调节结构间隙(200)进行调整,使该连杆组件(130)与该活塞式运动头(120)借助该驱动作用力对两者之间的连接位置关系进行调节。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种手握式肌肉按摩器,其特征在于:该驱动电机(110)的输出轴上套设有凸轮(112),该连杆组件(130)为一刚性连杆,该刚性连杆一端固定锁定在该凸轮(112)上,该刚性连杆另外一端枢接在该活塞式运动头(120)中,该自适应调节结构间隙(200)处于该刚性连杆与该活塞式运动头(120)相枢接的位置,
    该活塞式运动头(120)一端设置有枢接槽(121),该刚性连杆插设在该枢接槽(121)中,枢接螺栓(122)将该刚性连杆枢接在该枢接槽(121)中,
    该自适应调节结构间隙(200)同时处于该刚性连杆的顶面与该枢接槽(121)的槽顶面之间,以及,该刚性连杆的底面与该枢接槽(121)的槽底面之间。
  7. 如权利要求2或4所述的一种手握式肌肉按摩器,其特征在于:该按摩头(20)通过可拆卸连接单元(300)装配在该活塞式运动头(120)上,
    该可拆卸连接单元(300)包括便插头(310),该按摩头(20)可拆卸的装配在该便插头(310)上,其中,该按摩头(20)具有拆卸槽(311),该便插头(310)上环设有若干卡环(312),
    该便插头(310)插入该拆卸槽(311)中的时候,借助若干该卡环(312)固定该按摩头(20)与该便插头(310)的纵向相对位置,
    沿该便插头(310)的纵向方向,在该便插头(310)外表面上凹设有定位槽(313),通过该定位槽(313)能够固定该按摩头(20)与该便插头(310)的横向相对位置,使该按摩头(20)不会在该便插头(310)上转动。
  8. 一种手握式肌肉按摩器,其包括本体(510)、按摩头(520)以及驱动杆(530),其特征在于:
    该本体(510)具有内腔(511)以及开口(512),该开口(512)连通设置在该内腔(511)一端,该驱动杆(530)设置在该内腔(511)中,该按摩头(520)连接在该驱动杆(530)端部,同时,该按摩头(520)处于该开口(512)中,该驱动杆(530)往复运动并驱动该按摩头(520)在该开口(512)中往复运动,在该开口(512)处形成一散热气流通道(600),
    该本体(510)的外部空气通过该驱动杆(530)的往复运动由该散热气流通道(600)被吸入到该内腔(511)中,而后,通过该驱动杆(530)的往复运动从该散热气流通道(600)排出。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种手握式肌肉按摩器,其特征在于:该驱动杆(530)上设置有助力吸气排气结构。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的一种手握式肌肉按摩器,其特征在于:该驱动杆(530)前端连接有套筒(540),该按摩头(520)可拆卸的插设在该套筒(540)中,该套筒(540)上开设有排气孔541。
