背景技术
请参见图4,为现有读卡机50的应用示意图,该读卡机50在使用时会搭配一移动设备60、一交易卡70。
该读卡机50具有一卡槽53,可供该交易卡70插入,且其中一端具有一第一连接口55,供连接该移动设备60。该交易卡70为一般金融卡或信用卡。
当消费者欲进行交易时,必须将该读卡机50同时连接该移动设备60、该交易卡70,并在该移动设备60上显示此笔交易信息以及是否同意交易的选项。
消费者同意交易时,必须使用移动设备60上的安全装置辨识身份及回复确认同意交易信息,由该交易卡70扣款,完成交易。
由上所述可发现,若要使用交易卡70执行网络交易,必须要通过外接读卡机50才能与完成交易,换言之,若在进行网络消费时如果没有外接的读卡机50,即无法购买商品,不甚便利。另外,移动设备60上的安全机制没有办法避免交易卡被盗刷的可能性。
发明内容
为增加交易的便利性及安全性,本发明提供一种电子交易卡,藉由电子交易卡及移动设备无线连接,可由电子交易卡中的金融帐户扣款完成交易。
为达成上述目的,本发明提供的电子交易卡与一移动设备无线连接,该电子交易卡包含:
一安全元件,储存一帐户清单,该帐户清单由多个帐户数据组成;
一验证单元,与该安全元件电连接,且能无线连接传输;
一显示单元,与该安全元件及该验证单元电连接,以显示该帐户清单中的各帐户数据;
一生物辨识模块,与该安全元件及该验证单元电连接,并储存一使用者生物特征的生物特征数据;
一电源管理模块,与该验证单元及该生物辨识模块电连接;
一操作键,与该电源管理模块、该验证单元及该安全元件电连接,当该操作键被按下时,该电源管理模块对该安全元件通电或选择帐户清单中的其中一帐户数据。
本发明将金融帐户及无线传输功能整合于该电子交易卡中,当使用者同意付款,经由电子交易卡上的生物辨识机制辨识使用者身份,辨识成功后再通过无线传输功能,与移动设备连线确认交易内容,完成交易。
本发明另可通过该移动设备直接对该电子交易卡交易扣款,当使用者选定特定的交易用帐户数据后,若使用者同意付款,则该移动设备回传一确认信息至该电子交易卡,该电子交易卡即通过该移动设备连网后扣款,并在该显示单元上显示交易明细。
本发明另可通过移动设备将电子票券或电子金融帐户数据写入电子交易卡,当使用者到实体店铺消费时可以直接使用电子票券或选择使用不同的电子金融帐户做消费。
本发明能以电子交易卡及该移动设备直接无线连接,让使用者出门在外仅需携带电子交易卡,无须额外使用传统的智慧代币等转接器,让交易过程更为顺利,同时依然保有指纹或虹膜等生物辨识功能,保障交易安全。

具体实施方式
请参见图1,本发明所提供的电子交易卡包含:一电子交易卡10,其中该电子交易卡10可通过蓝牙与外部的一移动设备30无线连接。
该电子交易卡10由使用者持有,且包含一安全元件11、一验证单元12、一显示单元13、一生物辨识模块14、一电源管理模块15及一操作键16。
该安全元件11具数据处理功能,且储存有一帐户清单,该帐户清单由多个帐户数据所组成,各帐户数据可为电子票券数据、金融卡数据、信用卡数据、悠游卡数据、一卡通数据或是其他移动支付的帐号,且每一帐户数据分别储存对应该帐户数据的信息,举例而言,该信用卡数据包含一帐户名称、一帐户号码、一帐户开始结束日及一帐户识别 码,该金融卡数据包含该帐户名称、该帐户号码及一帐户余额,该悠游卡数据储存该帐户余额,该电子票券数据包含使用期限、场地、座位号码或其他使用内容。在本实施例中,该安全元件11为一芯片。
该安全元件11另可储存使用者其他数据,例如将身份证、健保卡的功能整合于该安全元件11中,令使用者在需要辨识身份的场合、例如看病或签署文件时出示本电子交易卡10,完成身份辨识。
该电子交易卡10另可插入读卡机中,经由读卡机读取该安全元件11,让使用者通过电脑等使用者终端藉由读卡机存取、读写该电子交易卡10内的帐户清单及各帐户数据的内容。
该验证单元12与该安全元件11及该显示单元13电连接,具备无线传输功能,其中该验证单元12储存一配对码;在一较佳实施例中,该验证单元12为一蓝牙传输器;在另一较佳实施例中,该验证单元12为一近距离无线通信(NFC)传输器。
请进一步参见图2,该显示单元13与该验证单元12及该安全元件11电连接,可显示该帐户清单中的各帐户数据;在本实施例中,该显示单元13为一电泳显示器(Electrophoretic Display Device,EPD)。
该生物辨识模块14与该安全元件11及该验证单元12电连接,且包含一生物辨识感应器141及一生物辨识处理器143。该生物辨识感应器141感测使用者的生物特征并产生一生物感应数据;该生物辨识处理器143可预先储存该使用者的一生物特征数据,该生物辨识处理器143接收该生物感应数据并与该生物特征数据进行比较。若该生物感应数据与该生物特征数据相同,则可确认使用者的身份,该生物辨识模块14传送信号至该安全元件11及验证单元12;在本实施例中,该生物辨识模块14为一指纹识别器或一虹膜识别器。
该电源管理模块15与该验证单元12及该生物辨识模块14电连接,以供电至该验证单元12及生物辨识模块14使本发明运作;其中该电源管理模块15更可包含一电源管理电路151及一电池153,该电源管理电路151与该电池153电连接,该电源管理电路151用以在长时间未使用本发明时自动切断该电池153的供电。
该操作键16与该电源管理模块15、该验证单元12及该安全元件11电连接,且具备启动该电子交易卡10以及选择帐户数据的功能。当该操作键16被按下时,该电源管理模块15对该生物辨识模块14通电以启动该电子交易卡10;在该电子交易卡10启动 后经该生物辨识模块14辨识身份后,按下该操作键16,可选择该帐户清单内其中一帐户数据。

S10:配对该电子交易卡10及该移动设备30;当该操作键16被按下时,该电源管理模块15对该生物辨识模块14通电,完成身份辨识后驱动该验证单元12启动连线功能,使该验证单元12开放该配对码被搜寻,同时该移动设备30开启连线搜寻功能;当该移动设备30搜寻到该配对码时,即完成该电子交易卡10及该移动设备30的配对。

选定特定的交易用帐户数据后,若使用者同意付款,则该移动设备30回传一确认信息至该电子交易卡10,该电子交易卡10即通过该移动设备30连网后扣款,并在该显示单元13上显示交易明细。
另外,本电子交易卡10可以绑定的方式储存各项交易帐户,当有特定店家需要以特定的交易帐户支付时,可在该电子交易卡10上选择特定的该交易帐户进行交易。

  1. 一种电子交易卡,其特征在于,与一移动设备连接,该电子交易卡包含:
    一安全元件,储存一帐户清单,该帐户清单由多个帐户数据组成;
    一验证单元,与该安全元件电连接,且能无线连接传输;
