为求方便及讲究卫生,到品牌连锁超商或快餐店购买咖啡时,店家一定是采用“外带纸杯”来盛装咖啡给顾客;而购买含汤关东时,店家就是给顾客一个“外带纸碗”让顾客自行挑选关东煮汤置入及舀汤加入;至于购买杯面(或碗面)时,面体及添加料就已经共同包装在一个“外带纸碗”内出售。因此,“外带纸杯”及“外带纸碗”都是一种“方便性的食品容器”,或者,“外带纸杯”及“外带纸碗”也经常被称呼为“一次性纸制容器”、“一次性随手容器”或“抛弃式纸制容器”等的名称。

该习知纸制容器1在使用上可能会存在着如下缺失:
1.该习知纸制容器1的本体11为纸片,故在端拿热食热汤时,端拿者手指与热食热汤间仅由该纸片的本体11隔开而已,而该本体11既为纸片,则其厚度显然在隔热防烫作用上颇为不足,有时甚至会感觉该本体11似乎有受热软化的现象,换言之,就是该习知纸制容器1的本体11的隔热防烫效果不佳。
2.该习知纸制容器1的本体11的顶缘15因只由纸片弯折而成,尤其该顶缘15内部更存在该空隙151,致其强度不足,换言之,就是该习知纸制容器1的本体11的顶缘15耐热效果不佳,经常会有盛装热汤不久,该顶缘15部位就产生软化现象的情形发生,造成端拿热汤者使用上的困扰。
3.该习知纸制容器1的本体11的底部为围覆状,故该习知纸制容器1置放于平面(例如桌面)上时,该底部空间14内的热气无法外透,所以无助于热食的降温,亦即其降温效果不佳。
由上述说明可知,该习知纸制容器1因是由薄片状的纸片制成,所以会有该本体11防烫效果差,该顶缘15强度不足、耐热效果不佳、遇热易软化及该底部空间14无助于降温等使用上的缺失存在。
上述问题,显然有待改进。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的即在于:1、提供一种全新结构的盛装热食热汤用的防烫纸塑容器。2、提供一种本体隔热防烫效果佳,顶缘强固性高,本体及顶缘遇热不易软化,底部具流通空间,有助于降温的防烫纸塑容器。
为达成上述目的,本发明设计一种防烫纸塑容器,是由纸塑产品的制造技术制造而成,具有围绕成一圈的本体及一结合于底部的底片,由该本体及该底片所共同界定的容积范围为一盛装空间,特征在于:该本体外表的至少二对称的面体上成型有多数条的防烫凸缘;该本体与该防烫凸缘共同的顶部成型为一实心的顶缘;及该本体的底面一体成型有至少三支呈等分围绕的支撑脚,该支撑脚采宽厚型体成型,该支撑脚的内部形成一内部空间,该内部空间与该盛装空间相通,该支撑脚的侧边外部形成向外通出的流通空间,该支撑脚的内缘间连接而形成该底片的构成。

该防烫凸缘211因是实行“纸塑产品的制造技术”进行制造,所以在制造过程中,针对上、下模间必须可以脱模的情形下,每一支撑脚24皆是由该盛装空间23向下突出而成型,因此每一支撑脚24的内部空间240皆与该盛装空间23相通,而且每一支撑脚24的内缘间会连接而形成该底片22的构成,如图8 所示,所以在本发明中,该底片22是存在于该该防烫纸塑容器2的最底部,并且该底片22成型为向上微内凹的构成,如图8、9所示,界以增进强度,以承受该盛装空间23内盛装热食热汤时的压力。
由以上说明可知,本发明主要保护在于一种由纸浆及/或植物纤维材质混合为材料,由模具吸浆塑形及热压定型技术制造而成的防烫纸塑容器2,是由围绕成一圈的本体21及一结合于底部的底片22所构成,特点在于所保护的防烫纸塑容器2具有一厚度相对较大的本体21,该本体21外表的至少二对称的面体上成型有多数条比该本体21的面体更为突出的防烫凸缘211,同时该本体21与该防烫凸缘211共同的顶部成型一实心的顶缘25,以及于该本体21的底面一体成型有至少三支呈等分围绕的宽厚型体的支撑脚24,并且该底片22是连接成型于每一支撑脚24的内缘间。
根据上述构造组成,使用本发明防烫纸塑容器2来盛装热食热汤时,具有如下优异功效:
1.本发明防烫纸塑容器2因采吸浆成型,该本体21的厚度能成型相对较厚(与习知纸制容器1比较),所以该本体21的隔热防烫效果会显著增进。
2.本发明防烫纸塑容器2因采吸浆成型,该本体21外表的至少二对称的面体上皆成型有多数条比该本体21的面体更为突出的防烫凸缘211,当端拿热食热汤时,该防烫凸缘211能让端拿者的手指头更远离热源,因此能有更佳的隔热防烫效果。
3.本发明防烫纸塑容器2因采吸浆成型,该本体21与该防烫凸缘211共同的顶部成型有该实心的顶缘25,形成该防烫纸塑容器2顶部的强力支撑结构,增益整体的耐热性。
4.本发明防烫纸塑容器2因采吸浆成型,该本体21的底面一体成型有至少三支呈等分围绕的宽厚型体的支撑脚24,并且该底片22连接成型于每一支撑脚24的内缘间,具备站立稳固及底部空气流通得以降温的效果。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种防烫纸塑容器,是由纸塑产品的制造技术制造而成,具有围绕成一圈的本体及一结合于底部的底片,由该本体及该底片所共同界定的容积范围为一盛装空间,其特征在于:该本体外表的至少二对称的面体上成型有多数条的防烫凸缘;该本体与该防烫凸缘共同的顶部成型为一实心的顶缘;及该本体的底面一体成型有至少三支呈等分围绕的支撑脚,该支撑脚采宽厚型体成型,该支撑脚的内部形成一内部空间,该内部空间与该盛装空间相通,该支撑脚的侧边外部形成向外通出的流通空间,该支撑脚的内缘间连接而形成该底片的构成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防烫纸塑容器,其特征在于:该防烫凸缘比该本体的面体突出。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防烫纸塑容器,其特征在于:该防烫凸缘为上下直立状的纵向排列。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防烫纸塑容器,其特征在于:该底片成型为向上微内凹。
