本公开的至少一个实施例提供一种显示模组,包括:显示面板以及框形件,其中所述框形件设置在所述显示面板的出光面侧且位于所述显示面板的出光面的周边区域,在垂直于所述显示面板的出光面的方向上,所述框形件至少一部分与所述显示面板重叠,所述框形件的远离所述显示面板的表面从所述框形件的外周边缘到内周边缘逐渐靠近所述显示面板的出光面。
在一些示例中,所述显示面板的出光面包括至少一个边,所述框形件沿所述至少一个边延伸;在所述出光面的至少一个边处,所述框形件的远离所述显示面板的表面与垂直于所述至少一个边的平面的交线包括直线段或弧线段。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
除非另外定义,本公开使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本公开所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本公开中使用的“第一”、“第 二”以及类似的词语并不表示任何顺序、数量或者重要性,而只是用来区分不同的组成部分。同样,“包括”或者“包含”等类似的词语意指出现该词前面的元件或者物件涵盖出现在该词后面列举的元件或者物件及其等同,而不排除其他元件或者物件。“连接”或者“相连”等类似的词语并非限定于物理的或者机械的连接,而是可以包括电性的连接,不管是直接的还是间接的。“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变后,则该相对位置关系也可能相应地改变。
本公开的发明人发现,相关技术提供的显示装置在其显示面板中靠近周边的区域亮度较小(即较暗),显示面板的中央区域的亮度较大(即较为明亮)。发明人经过进一步的研究发现,造成上述现象的部分原因在于,当外部光源(如自然光、灯光等)照射至显示装置时,显示装置外壳的边框会投影在显示面板靠近周边的区域形成阴影,上述阴影导致显示面板中靠近周边的区域亮度交小,进而导致了显示面板的发光面的明暗度不均匀,降低显示装置的显示效果,影响用户的体验度。
基于上述发现,本公开的发明人考虑到,可以通过优化发光装置外壳边框的结构,提升显示面板外框的靠近周边的区域亮度,以及尽可能避免在显示面板外框的靠近周边的区域亮度形成阴影,从而保证显示面板的亮度均匀。
基于上述考虑,如图1至图4所示,本公开实施例提供了一种显示模组,包括:显示面板1、盒体2以及框形件3。盒体2的一面具有开口,框形件3位于开口处,显示面板1位于盒体2内,且显示面板1的出光面11面向开口。框形件3包括一周向的曲面31,对应于显示面板1的出光面11的周边区域,且曲面31在盒体2的底板21指向开口的第一方向上超出显示面板1的出光面11。曲面31凹向显示面板1,且从框形件3的外周边缘到内周边缘逐渐贴近显示面板1的出光面11。例如,这里的曲面31是指在垂直于显示面板的边缘的延伸方向的方向上弯曲。在平行于显示面板的边缘的延伸方向的方向上,框形件可以是沿显示面板的边缘延伸。
本公开实施例提供的显示模组,框形件3的曲面31从框形件3的外周边缘到内周边缘逐渐贴近显示面板1的出光面11,因此框形件3上越接贴近光面的位置,与出光面11的高度差越小,越不易在出光面11上形成阴影,降低了出光面11上出现阴影的几率,改善了显示装置的显示效果。
如上所述,框形件3的外周边缘到内周边缘逐渐贴近显示面板的出光面的结构使得阴影能够避免以改善显示效果。虽然上述实施例中示出了盒体,但只要框形件能够形成上述形状,在没有盒体或者将盒体替换为其他构件的情况下也能够实现类似的技术效果。因此,在本公开的一些实施例中,还提出了一种显示模组,包括:显示面板以及框形件。框形件设置在所述显示面板的出光面侧且位于所述显示面板的出光面的周边区域,在垂直于所述显示面板的出光面的方向上,所述框形件至少一部分与所述显示面板重叠,所述框形件的远离所述显示面板的表面从所述框形件的外周边缘到内周边缘逐渐靠近所述显示面板的出光面。
此外,从图2的截面图中可以看到,框形件的远离所述显示面板的表面垂直于所述显示面板的边缘的延伸方向所截取的形状为弧线段。然而,根据本公开的实施例不限于此,上述截面形状也可以为直线段,只要使得框形件从外周边缘向内周边缘逐渐贴近显示面板的出光面即可。
此外,从图1和图2可以看到,框形件沿着显示面板的出光面的四个边延伸。根据本公开的实施例不限于此,显示面板可以不是矩形形状,即,显示面板的出光面不是矩形形状,例如,也可以是三角形、五边形、六边形等其他多边形形状或者也可以是圆形。因此,根据本公开实施例的显示面板的出光面包括至少一个边,框形件沿显示面板的出光面的至少一个边延伸。在至少一个边处,框形件的远离所述显示面板的表面31与垂直于所述至少一个边的平面的交线包括直线段或弧线段。例如也可以是针对每一边,框形件的远离所述显示面板的表面31与垂直于所述每一边的平面的交线都包括直线段或弧线段。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,框形件3的曲面31上设置有散光结构313。散光结构313使得曲面31的表面粗糙化,有助于提升曲面31的漫反射效果。
例如,散光结构313可以是覆盖在曲面31表面的漫反射材料涂层。
例如,散光结构313包括凹槽和/或凸起。可以通过机械摩擦、激光刻蚀、化学刻蚀等方式在曲面31表面形成均匀分布或随机分布的多个凹槽和/或凸起。
框形件3周向的曲面31对应于显示面板1的出光面11的周边区域。当外部光源照射至显示模组时,该曲面31能够将照射在其上的光通过漫反射引 导至显示面板1的出光面11上靠近周边(易形成阴影)的区域,提升该区域的亮度,减小该区域与中央区域的亮度差异,提升出光面11各区域的亮度的均匀性,从而提高显示装置的显示效果。
在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,显示面板1的出光面11和框形件3的曲面31,共同构成了以出光面11为底面且具有一定深度的盆形结构,该盆形结构能够在视觉上引导用户将视线集中在出光面11上,提高用户的视觉体验。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,框形件3的轮廓形状与盒体2的开口的形状相适配,框形件3的外周边缘与盒体2的开口边缘连接。
在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,盒体2与框形件3可以是一体成型的结构,或者二者可拆卸地连接。框形件3的轮廓形状与盒体2的开口的形状相适配,较大程度上简化框形件3的结构,使得显示模组的整体结构更加简洁。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,框形件3的外周边缘和内周边缘,分别为曲面31的外侧边缘线311和内侧边缘线312。可以理解为,曲面31可以作为框形件3的一个底面,当正对该曲面31的方向看向框形件3时,框形件3的其他部分均被已藏在曲面31的后面。
采用上述形式的框形件3,一方面,可以在框形件3有限的外表面中将曲面31的面积最大化,提高框形件3的利用率。例如,曲面31在有限的宽度内可以具有较大的表面积,从而将更多的光线反射到显示面板的周边区域,减小显示面板的中心区域与周边区域的亮度差异。另一方面,当本公开实施例提供的显示模组被应用于显示数字图像等的显示装置时,显示面板1的发光面用于显示画作,框形件3的曲面31部分需要模拟画册装裱的留白区域。此时,显示面板1的发光面和框形件3的曲面31需要面向用户,采用上述形式框形件3保证了框形件3仅有曲面31部分面向用户,其它的部分被隐藏在曲面31的后面,使得框形件3的曲面31能够更加逼真地模拟画册装裱的留白区域,提升用户的视觉体验。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,框形件3的轮廓形状(例如,轮廓形状可以指框形件的外周边缘的形状)至少包括下述形状中的一种:多边形、曲边形、圆形、椭圆形。应当说明的是,多边形是指各边均为直线的 封闭图形,如三角形、矩形、五边形、菱形等;曲边形是指至少一条边不是直线的封闭图形,如扇形、曲边三角形等。
例如,框形件的外周边缘和内周边缘的形状是一致的,因此,框形件可以在各处可以具有均一的宽度。
当显示模组被应用于显示数字图像等的显示装置时,显示模组可以配置不同形式的框形件3,用于搭配不同风格的展示环境或不同风格的画作,满足了用户的个性化需求。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,以图1至图4为例,盒体2为长方体,框形件3的轮廓形状与盒体2的开口的形状都为矩形。框形件3包括四个首尾连接的弧形板32,各弧形板32在第一方向(垂直于显示面板的方向)上超出显示面板1并凹向显示面板1。每个弧形板32的一个侧端与盒体2对应的开口边缘连接,另一个侧端贴近显示面板的出光面11。例如,弧形板的侧端是指在垂直于弧形板的延伸方向的方向上彼此相对的端部。例如,在平面图上看,靠近内侧的端部以及靠近外侧的端部。框形件3的曲面31包括各个弧形板32的内壁面。例如,弧形板的内壁面就是框形件的远离显示面板的表面。
在本公开实施例中,弧形板32可以被看作是,具有一定宽度的面在宽度方向上沿某预设弧线弯折形成的板件。弧形板32的沿周向相对的两端称为侧端,弧形板32的沿轮廓的延伸方向(例如,也可以是沿显示面板的边缘的延伸方向)相对的两端称为底端。相邻两个弧形板32的相邻的底端互相连接。为了便于相邻的两个弧形板32互相连接,每个弧形板32的底端做成斜角形式。当然,各个弧形板32也可以一体成型。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,弧形板32的内壁面的曲率半径在预设的曲率半径范围内。例如,这里所述的内壁面的曲率可以是弧形板32的垂直于其延伸方向(或者显示面板的边缘的延伸方向)的截面形状的曲率。例如,弧形板32的内壁面的曲率为0~0.04(即曲率半径大于25米)。应当说明的是,当弧形板32的内壁面为某一个圆柱体的周面的一部分时,该内壁面各处的曲率半径相同;当弧形板32的内壁面为非圆柱的周面的一部分时,该内壁面各处的曲率半径可以相同也可以不同,只要保证内壁面的各处的曲率半径大于25米即可。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,弧形板32的内壁面的任一切面与显示面板的出光面11的夹角在预设的角度值范围内。例如,这里的夹角也可以为内壁面垂直于所述显示面板的边缘的延伸方向所截取的形状的任一切线与所述显示面板的所述出光面的夹角。可选地,弧形板32的内壁面的任一切面与显示面板的出光面11的夹角,大于等于0度,小于等于31度。例如,过内壁面的内侧边缘线312的切面与显示面板的出光面11的夹角为0度,过内壁面的外侧边缘线311的切面与显示面板的出光面11的夹角为31度,内壁面其它位置处的切面与显示面板的出光面11的夹角在0度和31度之间。图5示出了上述内壁面(框形件或弧形板的远离显示面板的表面)垂直于显示面板的边缘的延伸方向截取的结构以及对应的显示面板的出光面的示意图。也就是说,图5的视图是沿垂直于显示面板的出光面的一条边的方向截取的,这里示出的表面31可以视为框形件的远离显示面板的表面31与垂直于这条边的平面的交线。这里的平面是虚拟出来的一个平面而不是实际存在的,例如,其可以指图5纸面所在的平面。从如图5可以看到,上述夹角即为内壁面截取的线段的切线300与出光面11之间的夹角θ。该夹角从框形件的内周边缘到外周边缘可以从0度逐渐变化到31度。然而,如果上述内壁面的截面为直线段的情况下,该夹角也可以为固定值,例如,大于0度且小于31度之间。此外,图5中还显示了显示面板的出光面的非显示区域与显示区域的分界线4。例如,在分界线4的左侧为非显示区域,在分界线的右侧为显示区域。框形件可以与出光面的非显示区域重叠,因此,不会影响显示面板的正常显示。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,每个弧形板32在第一方向上,覆盖且贴合显示面板的出光面11的周边的非显示区域。
以图2为例,将盒体2的底面所在的一侧定义为下方,则第一方向是指向上方的。在图2中,弧形板32靠近内侧边缘线312的部分位于显示面板1的出光面11的正上方,弧形板32靠近内侧边缘线312的侧端贴合出光面11。
可选地,弧形板32的靠近内侧边缘线312的侧端设有凸起部321,凸起部321指向显示面板1的发光面,用于贴合显示面板1的发光面。
弧形板32在第一方向覆盖且贴合显示面板1,限制了显示面板1在第一方向的运动,避免了显示面板1在第一方向上滑出盒体2,保证了发光模组结 构的稳定性。另外,弧形板32在第一方向覆盖显示面板的出光面11的周边的非显示区域,因此各弧形板32的内侧边缘线312构成了出光面11的显示区域的边界线。由于框形件3的轮廓形状可以设计为多种形状,因此各弧形板32的内侧边缘线312也可以构成多种形状的边界线,使得出光面11能够在不同形状的边界线内显示画作,例如,各弧形板32的内侧边缘线312构成的边界线可以为矩形、圆形、椭圆形等。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,盒体2由底板21和至少一个侧板构件22围合形成,侧板构件22为具有弯折结构的板件。
本领域的技术人员可以理解,具有弯折结构的板件受力效果较好,以该板件作为盒体2的侧板构件22有利于提高盒体2的强度。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,侧板构件22的弯折结构包括至少一个台阶221,台阶221沿盒体2的底板21延伸的方向凸出在盒体2的外侧。
侧板构件22的台阶221能够在组装阶段作为预定位结构,有助于提高组装效率。另外,当需要在显示模组的外侧设置一个外框时,该台阶221能够作为盒体2与外框之间的连接部,方便盒体2与外框的组合连接,例如外框内部设置与台阶221相适配的凹槽,将台阶221位于凹槽内,实现盒体2与外框的组合连接。
本公开实施例还提供了一种显示装置,包括本公开实施例提供的显示模组。
本公开实施例提供的显示装置可以是任意一种电子显示设备,例如可以为:画屏、台式电脑、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、手机、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)、GPS(Global Positioning System)、车载显示、投影显示、摄像机、数码相机、计算器、电子仪器、仪表、液晶面板、电子纸、电视机、显示器、数码相框或导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件,可应用于公共显示和虚幻显示等多个领域。
可选地,本公开实施例提供的显示模组还包括:外框。显示模组位于外框内。外框内部设置与盒体2的台阶221相适配的凹槽,将台阶221位于凹槽内,实现盒体2与外框的组合连接。
显示装置能够配置不同风格的外框,以适应不同的装饰风格,增加了显示 装置的应用场景,满足了客户的个性化需求。
本公开实施例提供的显示模组的框形件周向的曲面对应于显示面板的出光面的周边区域。当外部光源照射至显示模组时,该曲面能够将照射在其上的光通过漫反射引导至显示面板的出光面上靠近周边(易形成阴影)的区域,提升该区域的亮度,减小该区域与中央区域的亮度差异,提升出光面各区域的亮度的均匀性,从而提高显示装置的显示效果。
框形件的曲面是从框形件的外周边缘到内周边缘逐渐贴近所述显示面板的出光面,因此框形件上越接贴近光面的位置,与出光面的高度差越小,越不易在出光面上形成阴影,降低了出光面上出现阴影的几率,进一步保证了显示装置的显示效果。
另外,在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,显示面板的出光面和框形件的曲面,共同构成了以出光面为底面且具有一定深度的盆形结构,该盆形结构能够在视觉上引导用户将视线集中在出光面上,提高用户的视觉体验。
在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,框形件的外周边缘和内周边缘,分别为曲面的外侧边缘线和内侧边缘线。采用上述形式的框形件,一方面,可以在框形件有限的外表面中将曲面的面积最大化(即,在框形件的有限宽度下增加框形件的表面积),提高框形件的利用率。另一方面,当本公开实施例提供的显示模组被应用于画屏时,显示面板的发光面用于显示画作,框形件的曲面部分需要模拟画册装裱的留白区域。此时,显示面板的发光面和框形件的曲面需要面向用户,采用上述形式框形件保证了框形件仅有曲面部分面向用户,其它的部分被隐藏在曲面的后面,使得框形件的曲面能够更加逼真地模拟画册装裱的留白区域,提升用户的视觉体验。
在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,框形件可以设计成多种形状。当显示模组被应该用于画屏时,不同形式的框形件可以搭配不同风格的展示环境或不同风格的画作,满足了用户的个性化需求。
在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,弧形板在第一方向覆盖且贴合显示面板,限制了显示面板在第一方向的运动,避免了显示面板在第一方向上滑出盒体,保证了发光模组结构的稳定性。
在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,盒体的侧板构件为具有弯折结构的板件。具有弯折结构的板件受力效果较好,以该板件作为盒体的侧板构件有利 于提高盒体的强度。
在本公开实施例提供的显示模组中,盒体的台阶能够在组装阶段作为预定位结构,有助于提高组装效率。另外,当需要在显示模组的外侧设置一个外框时,该台阶能够作为盒体与外框之间的连接部,方便盒体与外框的组合连接。
基于上述实施例,本公开至少提供了如下的显示模组以及显示装置。
一种显示模组,包括:显示面板、盒体、以及框形件;所述盒体一面具有开口,所述框形件位于所述开口的端部;所述显示面板位于所述盒体内,且所述显示面板的出光面面向所述开口;所述框形件包括一周向的曲面,对应于所述显示面板的出光面的周边区域,且所述曲面在所述盒体的底板指向开口的第一方向上超出所述显示面板的出光面;所述曲面凹向所述显示面板,且从所述框形件的外周边缘到内周边缘逐渐贴近所述显示面板的出光面。

  1. 一种显示模组,包括:显示面板以及框形件,其中
    所述框形件设置在所述显示面板的出光面侧且位于所述显示面板的出光面的周边区域,
    在垂直于所述显示面板的出光面的方向上,所述框形件的至少一部分与所述显示面板重叠,
    所述框形件的远离所述显示面板的表面从所述框形件的外周边缘到内周边缘逐渐靠近所述显示面板的出光面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述显示面板的出光面包括至少一个边,所述框形件沿所述至少一个边延伸,
    在所述出光面的至少一个边处,所述框形件的远离所述显示面板的表面与垂直于所述至少一个边的平面的交线包括直线段或弧线段。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示模组,其中,所述弧线段的曲率小于0.04。

  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示模组,其中,所述侧板构件为具有弯折结 构的板件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示模组,其中,所述弯折结构包括至少一个台阶,所述台阶沿所述盒体的底板延伸的方向朝向所述盒体的外侧凸出。
  12. 根据权利要求8-11任一项所述的显示模组,其中,所述框形件的外周边缘以及所述开口的形状均为矩形,
    所述框形件包括四个首尾连接的条形板,每个所述条形板的垂直于其延伸方向的截面为凹向所述显示面板的形状。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的显示模组,其中,所述框形件的内周边缘贴近所述显示面板的出光面。
  14. 一种显示装置,包括权利要求1-13任一项所述的显示模组。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,还包括:外框,所述显示模组位于所述外框内。
  16. 一种显示模组,包括:显示面板、盒体、以及框形件;
    所述盒体一面具有开口,所述框形件位于所述开口的端部;所述显示面板位于所述盒体内,且所述显示面板的出光面面向所述开口;
    所述框形件包括一周向的曲面,对应于所述显示面板的出光面的周边区域,且所述曲面在所述盒体的底板指向开口的第一方向上超出所述显示面板的出光面;所述曲面凹向所述显示面板,且从所述框形件的外周边缘到内周边缘逐渐贴近所述显示面板的出光面。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的显示模组,其中,所述框形件的轮廓形状与所述盒体的开口的形状相适配,所述框形件的外周边缘与所述盒体的开口边缘连接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的显示模组,其中,所述框形件的所述外周边缘和内周边缘,分别为所述曲面的外侧边缘线和内侧边缘线。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的显示模组,其中,所述盒体为长方体,所述框形件的轮廓形状与所述盒体的开口的形状都为矩形;
    所述框形件包括四个首尾连接的弧形板,各所述弧形板在所述第一方向上超出所述显示面板并凹向所述显示面板;每个所述弧形板的一个侧端与所述盒体对应的开口边缘连接,另一个侧端贴近所述显示面板的出光面;
    所述框形件的所述曲面包括各个所述弧形板的内壁面。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的显示模组,其中,所述弧形板的所述内壁面的曲率为0~0.04。
